This is the front of the ritzy Chateau de Bethusy in Lausanne, Switzerland, headquarters of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

This is the place where they postponed once again a ruling on Alejandro Valverde’s involvement in the Operacion Puerto doping ring — a case that has dragged on for two years and blacked the eye of cycling. Both eyes, actually.

It’s a nice chateau but one wonders: does anyone work there or is this some kind of  fake backdrop to fool the public? Perhaps there is no Court and what few judgments that have been rendered come from a rented room over a shoe shop using a ouija board.

This is the road that leads to the chateau de Bethusy, home of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Apparently the road is rarely used since there is nobody ever there to make a ruling on the Valverde case. At this rate Valverde will be 75 and retired before there’s a decision.

Presumably the gardeners come and go as the chateau grounds are beautiful and well-maintained but as far as legal judgments go, the place is deserted. Where did all the “arbiters” disappear to? Wine-tasting, antique shopping, art gallery tours?

Perhaps they are out back playing croquet or badminton or lawn bowling — anything but work. Legal cases can be so complicated and really cut into one’s free time.

This is the elegant and well-stocked library in the Chateau de Bethusy of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Ostensibly it is where they research the legality of cases like Valverde’s. In the library they review evidence and scientific reports, gather information and precedents and examine the findings presented by the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI) on their two year ban on Valverde in Italy.

It would seem the ideal place to address the case brought by the UCI and WADA against Valverde.  Of course, to make use of the library, people would actually have to be present.

This is the actual Hearing Room in the fancy chateau of the Court of Arbitration for Sport. This is the room where in theory they would reach a verdict on the Valverde case.

Sadly and inexplicably, the court is incapable of offering any set dates for a case that has dragged for years. In the meantime Valverde has won twenty high profile races including this year’s Vuelta.

WADA is furious, the UCI disgusted, cycling fans worldwide astonished and disappointed. An empty room, no decision in sight. Nice looking, though. A great place to make landmark legal rulings that improve the ethics and moral code of sport. Of course these things require work, a schedule, a committment, a sense of embarassment….

It’s really a stunning chateau. Picture perfect, reeks of order and calm, of reasoned decision making and impartial thinking. A place where great men and women steer the grand events of the day. But clearly this isn’t working.

Perhaps the court needs to move to a location where people make decisions rapidly. Like Las Vegas perhaps — make a ruling, roll the dice, move on to the next case. A place that understands big money and drugs and egos and is prepared to play pit boss.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport, Las Vegas. They’d take care of business. It could still be a chateau but with a library, hearing room and blackjack table. What kind of odds would you give Valverde in Vegas?

Beyonce is a cautious lady, and I can not blame her. The saucy sexy singer had to cancel a scheduled performance in Malaysia due to raging conservative Islamic protest.

The Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party recently expressed concerns that the singer’s appearance would promote “western sexy performances”, and had vowed to disrupt her concert performance there. The the Islamic critics were said to be upset over Beyonce’s choice of sexy stage outfits and dance routines.

Foreign acts often draw protests by the Pan Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS), whose youth wing forced Beyonce to cancel her 2007 concert in the mainly Muslim nation of 27 million people.

Malaysian entertainment company Marctensia said in a statement on its website that the Beyonce “I am…” concert, planned for October 25 as part of her world tour, would be postponed to a date yet to be announced.

“The postponement is solely (the) decision of the artist and has nothing to do with other external reasons,” the concert organizers said in the statement.

No further reason was given. Marctensia said a new date for the concert would be announced “shortly” and a statement from Beyonce’s management would be released later this week.

She’s been taking her “Sasha Fierce” flavor all over the world, but apparently that is not welcome in this conservative dominated Islamic country.

She is always welcome around here….so, Beyonce, if you are listening, we like all those sexy, scintillating things that you wear , do, and sing, so if Malaysia does not want you, just know that we do.

I think it would be immoral if she did not dress,dance, and sing like…Sasha Fierce!!!  Don’t get blown up!!!

I have to agree with Obama’s decision to postpone the decision of troop levels in Afghanistan until the election crisis there is settled, but I don’t have high hopes that that particular condition will be fully satisfied in any reasonable period of time.

It has been obvious from the start of the elections that there was fraud, and that Hamid Karzai was either complacent with and/or a party to that fraud. That said, America cannot devote further blood and treasure to an illegitimate government that cheated. The Afghans have to sort this out, even if it means another election, and then get back to us.

Meanwhile, as much as it may pain McChrystal to hear this, sitting tight is all we can do. Even if we could plop down 100,000 more troops in Afghanistan tomorrow, there is currently no legitimate, functioning government to defend.

I just got an e-mail where the editor who is proofreading my manuscript just asked for a postponement for one week longer. I’m not upset, but I have no idea why. As an author, I have a wild imagination and this could mean 5,000 things.
First, the worry side of me starts in. “I hope no one is sick or had a family member die.” “Is there a problem with my book?” “Did aliens invade earth and are robbing us of our editors time?” “Did they find a major mistake and need to point it out and fix it?” “Did they lose all of their work and have their computer crash?” “How many calories were in that 1 pound bag of M&Ms I just downed from stressing out?”
Then the karma me kicks in with the whole, “You shouldn’t have been talking about how smoothly this whole thing was going. This waiting is entirely your fault.”
Then the optimist me smiles and starts to float in on her happy little lavender cloud. “Not to worry,” she sings in a sweet silver voice that I wish I had. “Life is good. Maybe they think your book is a pearl and are talking to their boss about how wonderful it is.” Yeah, I wish! LOL
Then my skeptical voice that I wish would pipe down says sarcastically, “Yeah right. More than likely, the person took a job that was paying more and pushed your pathetic little book to the back.” She smacks her gum repugnantly and then continues. “You know the world is only out for itself, not you.”
That’s when I stop listening because I always try to see people in a better light than in a mini-villain type persona.
I will now wait for a few weeks and see. I will also call and nicely ask if there is a problem in my book or if this was a personal matter, and pry no further. With just that natural feeling one has when one has paid over $1,000, one likes to know to some degree why things are delayed.
Moral of the story ~ never make an imaginative author wait or they will worry that you have been abducted by a mob of time traveling weregoblins whose main desire is to see literature books of the future go into publication with misspellings, improper grammar, and poor punctuation.

Last year, same thing happened. Rain dampened Week 1 and 2 of the high school football season. And while there weren’t postponements like there will be tonight, it still was an annoyance.

As of right now, we have four Hanover area games postponed due to inclement weather — i.e. massive rainfall.

The particulars:

Trinity at Delone Catholic — postponed until Saturday. 7:00 p.m.

Spring Grove at Lebanon — postponed until Saturday. 7:00 p.m.

Bermudian Springs at Dover — postponed until Monday. 6:30 p.m.

Northern Lebanon at New Oxford — postponed until Monday. 6:30 p.m.

In a completely unrelated weather case — although if everything is equal I think it’s the same outcome — Hanover had to postpone its game against Big Spring on Friday because of an outbreak with the football team at the Newville school.

There were confirmed cases of Staph Infection by Thursday, so school officials decided to call the contest off until Monday.

This makes it two straight weeks of uncompromising bad luck for Hanover.

We were in the midst of dealing with this latest development in the work permit situation when we received a call that the artist who was due to embark on a 29-date tour in three days had been rushed to the hospital with chest pains.  We all held our breath.  Early reports suggested that the situation was less serious than originally feared, and that the tour would proceed as scheduled, pending a few additional tests just to be on the safe side.

As it happened, the bulk of the dates on the first week of the tour were scheduled for Canada, with only the first date on the tour being in the U.S.  It soon became evident that the artist would not be released from the hospital in time to make it to the U.S. for that first date, so we made plans to re-route the band directly into Canada, which gave us another week to deal with the U.S. visa situation.  For whatever reasons, visas were not required for the types of events (festivals) the band was performing at in Canada.  We hoped to make arrangements for the band to pick up their U.S. documentation at the embassy in Canada instead.

In the meantime, the date of our departure had arrived.  We finished up our preparations for being out of town for an extended period, which included putting a hold on our mail and taking our cat (who had just spent several days in the emergency vet hospital for a blocked urinary tract) up to my mom’s where he could be looked after.  We then boarded a plane for Baltimore, where we planned to pick up a car and drive to Pittsburgh to pick up the equipment and merchandise that had been shipped out for the original start date of the tour.

During a layover in Houston, we received word via e-mail that the tour would not be happening after all.  The artist’s doctors had diagnosed several ailments requiring an extensive rest and recovery time, to which the rigours of travel and touring were not conducive.

All that time, all that effort, all the money spent – all for nothing.  Everything we’d just spent months preparing for was flushed away in an instant.  Including all the money we spent on tour merchandise, the visas, travel and other necessary supplies.  Never mind the loss of expected income which was supposed to cover those expenses, not to mention pay the rent.

Of course, we’re grateful that the artist is expected to recover, and we hold on to the hope that the tour can be rescheduled.  Partially, anyway.  The summer festival shows – which are ultimately the biggest paydays — can’t be saved.  I wish I could believe that health issues are the only concern here, but I greatly fear there are other factors involved, not least of all because of this artist’s reputation in regards to past tours.  I hope I’m wrong.  But let’s just say that at the moment, my level of trust is severely diminished.  And I’m kicking myself for not foreseeing the need for some kind of insurance.  We’ve never really needed it before.  But at the moment it seems to be a definite future necessity.

It’s sad to say that >>the list near the bottom of the previous post, was A LIE!! & was apparently made by a fan<< (Sorry for the false news). I was actually looking forward to it. But that’s okay, because the girl group special is still happening and they will be performing Super Junior’s “Sorry Sorry” and 2PM’s “Again & Again” for the Summer Break Special. There will be VTR ‘Chat of the Young Girls’ too, in which the 5 teams [SNSD, KARA, Brown Eyed Girls, 4Minute, and 2NE1, are to send out their representative(s) for this special VTR filming ; about 1-2 members are selected from the team, for the VTR filming.]

Furthermore, there will be a “Project Girl Group” on Sunday, including 2PM’s Wooyoung & Taecyeon [Inki's MCs] and SHINee’s Key & Taemin. There’s suppose to be another member, but he/she (doubt it’s a she) is staying anonymous to build up hype for the performance. As for what they will be performing, the girls’  “Genie/Tell Me Your Wish“. I bet it’s gonna be cute and funny at the same time.

There was also news released about tomorrow’s Music Core. Seems like there will be a bunch of special stages and the girls’ are one of them. They will be performing Super Junior’s “Sorry Sorry” as well as “Genie/Tell Me Your Wish” so look forward to it :}

SMTOWN Live 09 is postponed. Supposedly, it was held on August 16th, but now it’s been pushed back indefinitely.

SM Entertainment announced on the 7th, “With the lawsuit filed by the 3 DBSK members, we are unable to go ahead with the planned concert. We have no alternative but to postpone it indefinitely.”

The annual SMTOWN Live concerts have always been a show of strength and unity from everyone under SM Entertainment. But judging from the present situation, it just ain’t happening. SM Entertainment added, “Tickets were sold out immediately after it was out on sale and we thank everyone for their support. We even specially allocated family and handicapped seats for those who had wanted to enjoy the concert with their friends and family. We are sorry for bringing this unfortunate news to everyone. We will try to present a better SMTOWN Live in future for our supporters.”

So you may or may not know this but Onew had an accident yesterday – apparently he fell down the stairs in front of SHINee’s dorm and dislocated his incisors and the treatment for it will last for about one to two weeks and as such, the boys’ comeback has been pushed back. New dates haven’t been given for their comeback performances yet (naturally) but the mini-album release has been pushed back to the 25th a.k.a. SHINee’s first anniversary. Subsequently Yesasia has pushed back their release date to the 27th - go pre-order it now!

Anyway, I’m really sad to hear this – I know that these kinds of injuries can be really painful and so I hope that Onew’s not in too much of it. Also I really hope he isn’t sitting at home beating himself up over this or worse yet, insisting on going to practice when he’s in no shape to do it (that totally sounds like something he’d do) – I’ve always thought that these entertainers push themselves way too hard and I’d really hate to think that Onew’s not allowing himself to get the rest that he needs to heal quickly.

That said, don’t worry your heads too much about this, chickadees. I always believe that when these things happen, they happen for a reason and for all we know, maybe the boys weren’t totally prepared yet or maybe next week/next two weeks will be a better time for them to make their comeback and God knew that so He fixed things so that they’d have to postpone their comeback. I do like the fact that they changed the album release date however because even though I came home all eager to hear the new songs, I think it’s a lot more meaningful that it’s being released on their anniversary and that’s what I had initially wanted so I’m happy about that at least.

That said, the album’s single, ‘Juliette‘ has already been released and I gotta say I like it. It wasn’t what I was expecting but it’s not a bad song. I don’t really see myself replaying it like crazy like I did with their previous songs but that could change, who knows? I really like the chorus though and if it reminds you a bit of LLO, it’s probably because Jonghyun’s singing in that imitation Michael Jackson way again. Surprisingly though, it didn’t bother me in this song the way it did in LLO. And to appease the fans due to the mini-album’s postponement, SM released a teaser of the Onew/Jonghyun duet (which I totally did not know was going to be on the album!), ‘Please Don’t Go‘. It’s produced by JungYeop – the member of ‘Brown Eyed Soul’ who sang ‘Nothing Better’ – lol, I could totally imagine Jong doing a happy dance when he found out he was getting to work with him on a song – so far, it sounds pretty good. There’s a lot of emotion and Jonghyun sounds incredible (Dubu too, of course) but I’m going to wait to hear the song in its’ entirety before I can make any complete judgements.

Hmm, anyway, my advice is don’t worry too much about the postponement – let’s just all wish Onew a speedy, total recovery from his injury and let’s hope that in addition to being a good sport and not beating himself up about it, that in the future, Onew will still be able to smile that sunshine-y smile that we’ve all become accustomed too. Don’t lose your smile, Dubu – it’s your very best feature (besides your voice). Fighting!

The opening game of the 2009 season was postponed tonight due to rain and poor field conditions. The game will be made up at a later date still to be determined. When we know the rescheduled date, we will post it here on the website.

Manor will officially begin the season next Tuesday night when they take on league newcomer Grace United Methodist. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00pm at Manor BIC.

 Since this area of real estate is new to so many, we thought you might find this list mortgage and foreclusure related definitions helpful:

Acceleration Clause- A provision that allows the lender to demand the entire balance of the mortgage loan when the borrower fails to make some installment payments.

Affidavit-  A written statement, usually given while under oath or in the presence of a notary.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR).  The annual interest rate covering the interest and other costs.   The Truth in Lending Act requires announcement of APR by lenders.

Appraisal- The process by which a licensed person gives an estimate of property value.

Appreciation- The difference between the increased value of the property and the original value.

Assignment- The transfer of property to be held in trust or to be used for the benefit of the creditors (lenders).

Balloon Payment- Large installment payment required at the end of the term of the mortgage note to pay off the entire mortgage balance.

Bid- The amount for a foreclosed property for sale at auction.

BPO- Brokers Price opinion, a low cost alternative to appraisal in which a real estate agent gives an opinion of market price.

Certificate of Sale- A document issued to the winning bidder at a foreclosure sale stating their rights to the property once the borrowers redemption period has expired.

Clear Title- A title that is not burdened with defects.

Credit Bid- A bid on behalf of the lender at a foreclosure sale. The bid amount must be less than or equal to the balance of the loan in default.

Decree- A judicial decision.

Deed- A signed document that shows ownership in property and allows the transfer ownership of property from one party to another.

Deed-in-lieu of Foreclosure- A voluntary transfer of title by the borrower to the mortgage company to avoid foreclosure action.

Deed of Trust- An instrument signed by a borrower, lender and trustee that conveys the legal title to real property as security for the repayment of a loan. The written instrument in place of mortgage in some states.

Default- A mortgage is in default when the borrower fails to make the payments as agreed to in the original promissory note.

Deficiency Judgment- A judgment against the borrower for the balance remaining after the property is sold at auction or foreclosure sale.

Encumbrance- Mortgage, lien, tax, or any restriction on the use of land.

Equitable Title- The present right to possession with the right to acquire legal title once a preceding condition has been met.

Equity- The value of real estate less the outstanding mortgages and debts pledged against the property.

Fair Market Value-  The price a property would sell for on the open market.

Fee Simple – Common term used to indicate complete legal ownership of a property.

FHA- Federal Housing Administration under U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Foreclosure – The forced sale of property pledged as security for a debt that is in default.

Free & Clear- Ownership of property free of all indebtedness.

Grace Period- Period between the due and the overdue date during which no late payment penalty applies to the mortgage payment.

Hazard Insurance- Insurance against the destruction of the property.

Judicial Foreclosure- A foreclosure that is processed by a court action.

Lien- A charge upon real or personal property for the satisfaction of a debt.

Legal Description- A formal description of real property so that one can locate it by reference to government surveys or approved recorded maps.

Lender – A person who lends money for temporary use on condition of repayment with interest (i.e., the bank, mortgage company, etc.).

Lis Pendens- A recorded notice of pending lawsuit.

Mortgage – A written pledge of property that is used as security for the repayment of a loan.

Non-judicial Foreclosure- Non-judicial foreclosure is when a power of sale clause exists in a mortgage or deed of trust. A “power of sale” clause is the clause in a deed of trust or mortgage, in which the borrower pre-authorizes the sale of property to pay off the balance on a loan in the event of their default.

Notary-A public officer licensed by the state to attest to and certify the validity of signatures of others. A notary is often referred to as a notary public.

Notice of Sale- A notice giving specific information about the loan in default and the proceedings about to take place. This notice must be recorded with the county where property is located and advertised as stated in the security document or as dictated by state law.

Offer-  A written agreement from one party to the other to purchase real property. It is only a contract when it is accepted by all parties and meets other criteria.

Personal Property- Property other than real property consisting of things temporary or movable.

Posting – To publish, announce or advertise by physically attaching a notice to an object.

Postponement- Postponement means to put off to a later time. In the case of a foreclosure sale, this is generally done by announcement at the original sale or by posting notices establishing the new date and time the foreclosure sale will take place.

Refinance- Paying off one mortgage loan by obtaining a new mortgage loan.

Right of Redemption – A borrower’s right to reacquire property lost due to a foreclosure. This right allows the owner to recover property lost to a foreclosure judgment, or sold after a foreclosure sale, within a certain period of time. The redemption period varies among the states.

Request for Notice- A recorded document requiring a trustee send a copy of a Notice of Default or Notice of Sale concerning a specific deed of trust in foreclosure to the person who filed the document.

Short Sale- A sale where the lender will agree to accept less than the full amount of the mortgage. This allows you to sell the house to an investor or other buyer for a good price, while the lender recovers the bulk of the amount due without having to pursue foreclosure proceedings.

Subject To- The purchase of a property with an existing lien against the title without assuming any personal liability for the liens payment.

Title- The instrument that is evidence of a person’s right in real property (i.e., a deed).

Trustee- A neutral party who advertises the foreclosure property for sale and conducts the auction to sell said property to the highest bidder.

Trustee Sale (Sheriff Sale)- An auction of real property conducted by a trustee. Also known as a Sheriff’s Sale.

Upset Bid- A recorded bid placed after a foreclosure sale has ended that is higher than the highest bid received at the actual foreclosure sale.

Writ- An order or mandatory process in writing issued in the name of a court or judicial officer commanding the person to whom it is directed to perform or refrain from performing a specified act.

Unresolved financial disclosure allegations results in the postponement of the Presidential run off election. This according to a statement just released by the Joint Elections Committee.

The election, slated to run from March 11 – 12 will now be held from March 25 – 26.

Kyle Boyer, who came just two votes shy of ending this year’s election cycle, will be the subject of hearings which will determine the merits of the allegations against him

The Lahore terror attacks haven’t deterred Lalit Modi from conducting the IPL as scheduled.

After P.Chidambaram, India’s finance-minister-turned-home-minister, requested the IPL organizers to consider a revision to the schedule in the wake of the imminent general elections in India, Modi has decided not to organize any IPL matches on May 16, the day on which the votes will be counted.

Modi is also looking for alternative venues to host the IPL matches, if a few of them are termed to be insecure.

The Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra government are yet to confirm to Modi about the status of the security cover that they can provide to host the IPL matches. Tamilnadu, in particular, has requested the centre to postpone the event.

With people like Duncan Fletcher painting a false picture of the security situation of India in this Guardian article, where he indicates cricketers could be ’sitting-duck’ targets for terrorists, it is highly unlikely that the English contingent would participate in the tournament. The Australian participation is also under doubt, as the various participants have voiced their uneasiness over touring India in public. With the Pakistani players already out of their respective IPL franchises, it waits to be seen whether the event witnesses enough foreign participation.

After all what is the need for a tournament in which only Indians, Bangladeshis and brave Lankans take part?

Indian summer is getting blistering by the moment.

Lahore 3/3 has given a new threat to the world – terror threat to the sports, esp cricket.

Nobody thought that was possible. But, terrorism is strong enough to surprise even the inured minds in the security world.

Now Indian cash cow – INDIAN PREMIERE LEAGUE [IPL]- is feeling the heat. Heat of security. Heat from terrorism is reaching out across the border from west into Indian territory. Cricketing world is shaken, to put it in a nutshell.

Now Indian Government is also caught in this enigma.

The GREAT INDIAN ELECTION is already scheduled to be staged across a month’s time from April 16th to May 13th. Some IPL matches are also scheduled during that time. Now, Indian Government run by Congress party is so nervous about the IPL matches.

Why ?

Well, an attack on one of these IPL match is sure case victory for congress’ main opponent BJP. So the congress is so apprehensive of the IPL matches running parallel to the General elections.

Congress party should be vary of threats from outside and inside. Pakistan’s ISI and their Taliban friends must be eagerly waiting to show that cricket in India too is not safe. There is also a threat angle from within India – the saffron terror. The saffron terror has already shown what they are capable of. If they can create a cacophony by disrupting one of the IPL match, that will definitely bring embarrassment to the Congress party, there by hijacking the mood of the people which is currently in favor of Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi, patriarch of Indian National Congress party. There is already a view in some sections of Indian minds that Congress was weak in handling things after 26/11 attacks which helped Pakistan get away easily without much trouble.

What congress party ideally want will be the postponement of IPL matches. A put off means Indian security forces can concentrate more on one thing – the elections – instead of two. Indian Home ministry is also in favor of putting off IPL matches. But IPL authorities are not too pleased with that. A postponement means no IPL matches at least until the end of 2009 with the current international schedule.

If IPL and Congress party went against one another, there will be only one winner…Congress. If Congress want to avoid a direct confrontation with IPL they will have to risk the choice of running IPL and Elections in a parallel track..

My intention was to haul over this blog starting this month with a new and challenging approach, but as the title of this post tells you, I am here to tell that it’ll have to be postponed. This month is not the right month, I have some things up my sleeve that deserve more attention than my blog. Well they’re not really up my sleeve anymore, dropped out of it long ago like my final research, but to prevent them sticking to my fingers any longer, I will need both my hands free from distractions. There’s kind of a personal overhaul needed to get things going now, and well some things will have to be put on the back seat, to make space up front for the things that need more immediate attention.
I’m now thinking that it’ll be until April maybe May before I will decide on the date of the blog overhaul, until then there’ll be few posts. The regular monthly updates will continue, that’s a given, but there won’t be many or any posts beside those. I will let you know, probably in the next update if things will really go ahead the way I want them to go right now. I sure don’t want this absence to be a waste. I will glorify over the things that need to be done, at least that’s the goal.

The annual world convention i.e. Jalsa Salana in Qadian, Gurdaspur has been cancelled until further notice on the orders of the fifth Caliph of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community. It was due to be held in Qadian from 26th to 29th December as part of the Khilafat’s centenary celebrations.

In a press Release issued by Mohammad Nasim Khan spokesman of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamat, India said Sunday that the supreme head of the community had already arrived in India on 23rd November and made successful tour of the community centers in Tamilnadu and Kerala when Mumbai was rocked by ghostly and dastardly  terrorist attacks which claimed many innocent lives of Indians and foreigners, caused heavy damage to national property and sent shock waves of terror throughout the country.

Strongly condemning these attacks in his Friday sermon of 5th December delivered from Delhi, the supreme head of the Ahmadiyya Jamat termed them as acts against humanity. He further said that whoever committed these attacks and the forces behind them were acting against the teachings of Islam and the noble practice of the Holy Prophet (saw). This tragic incident led to the postponement of his visit to Qadian and some other parts of the India. Jamat-Ahmadiyya express their sincere thanks to the Government of India especially the Ministries of Home and External Affairs for issuing visas to thousands of enthusiastic devotees of the community in Pakistan and other foreign countries to attend the jalsa and for making adequate protocol and security arrangements for the Supreme Head of the community. Similarly Ahmadiyya Jamat also express their gratitude to the state Governments of Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Orissa, Punjab and Himachal for making proper arrangements to facilitate the visit  of their Supreme head. Mohammad Nasim Khan express his regrets to one and all irrespective of their faith who had planned to attend this jalsa.

The Jalsa will now be held later when the situation is favourable by the grace of Allah.
