The ratings just went through the roof. I’m telling you ever since that golf outing our luck has turned. Not only did we get two new ones but LBG frequently goes over to train CS. I see her at least once a day.

Hey T, D has shared with me your thoughts on the weekly call outs. While I understand your point about having the .com ads, email and weekly call out all look similar I don’t really want to change up the weekly call outs to much. I am trying to not let the call out get too busy. With the emails and the .coms I use more vibrant images and more fonts and effects. I have already heard recently about the site being “busy” and am trying to tone it down a bit. I really like the way the site looks right now. As I do the .coms and the emails…

I will keep in mind your concerns and try to address this going forward.
