Dear Taylor-Fans,

so this is the last post on letterstotaytay but not for the reason you may think. I’ve had  lots of time to think about it and basically came to the conclusion that I am not going to delete the blog yet. The e-mail to ask UC and Moon for their approval is already sent and I am still waiting for the answer. So until they tell me to stop I won’t.

I know I made a mistake by promoting my blog on LTT/LTR without their author’s permission and I already apologized for that. But I truely don’t see why people accused me of stealing UC and Moon’s idea. The first post I made said that Quote: “So this is a blog about Taylor Lautner. and I have links to them all over my blog. It’s not like I acted as if I made up the whole concept up or even took credit for it. There are lots of other pages, that write letters to somebody (letterstotaylor did already exist!) and I think that there’s nothing wrong with that. No one should have to justify themselves for what they feel like doing. Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think UC and Moon made this whole concept up just so that people aren’t allowed to do sth like them. They SHARE it with the world.

Another important aspect in my opinion is that I’m an individual and so are UC and Moon. And therefore lettetotaylor just can’t be the same as LTT or LTR! Even if I tried really hard I could never be nearly as brilliant as they are.

The reason I started this in the first place was to give Taylor the attention he deserves (and because some girls on the comment section of LTT/LTR gave me this idea) and not to insult UC or Moon by taking over their concept. I hope people can understand this and won’t jump on the barricades.

as you know I was at the Fan Event in Munich (I know you saw me. Don’t lie. You and Rob waved at me). And I really witnessed lots of stuff but the most outstanding was a woman (yes, she was in her mid forties) wearing a pair of pants and a sweatshirt. Now that wouldn’t be something special if she hadn’t had your face on them. And when I say on them I mean everywhere (like literally everywhere).

Just replace Robs face with yours...

Twi-mums asking you if they can take off their Team Jacob panties for you to sign them must be pretty awkward but thats nothing compared to that woman. Seeing someone with your picture on their boobs and remarkably near their crotch area made me feel a bit 2nd hand embarrassed. It gave me nightmares actually. But the worst part is that I got to talk to her (she probably thought I was a lesbian since I stared at her boobs all the time) and didn’t ask to take a picture. Damn it!!

But at least I kind of did a interview with her (covered as smalltalk). So here’s an extract of our conversation:

Me: So how did you come up with the idea for this? (Points up and down her body)

Her: You like it? You know I needed something appropriate for this event and since I couldn’t find anything, I decided to design an outfit myself.

[...]

Me: I had one ticket left because a friend jumped off last minute. Do you know anyone who could use it?

Her: Why didn’t you ask your mum if she wanted to come?                               awkward silence

and the last but definitly the creepiest:

Her: You’re such a nice girl. I think I should set you up with my son.

No comment on that really….

¿Cómo se llegan a estas estimaciones?

Parte de este análisis se sustenta en el análisis de un fenómeno mundial: se puede observar una relación no lineal pero creciente entre el indicador de autos cada 1.000 habitantes (Cars per 1.000 people) y el Producto Bruto interno (GPD) por país. Cuando el GPD per capita alcanza los US$10.000, se aceleran las ventas de autos del país. Los siguientes países son los que todavía no alcanzaron este nivel, pero lo harán en los próximos años: (Brazil, Russia, India, China, Malaysia, Argentina, Mexico, Turkey, Thailand, Iran, and Indonesia).

Já participei de vários projetos de utilização do BrOffice é um dos principais
problemas é a questão do suporte.

Muitas instituições apenas instalam o programa e deixam o usuário
abandonado. Outras dão algum tipo de treinamento, mas depois deixam os
usuários sem nenhum auxílio, achando que ter treinado resolve tudo. Algumas
poucas se preocupam com o suporte por algum tempo e depois também deixam os
usuários de lado.

Como sofro muito ao ver esta situação, tomei a iniciativa de criar uma Barra
de Ferramentas Comunitária que possui uma série de recursos podem auxiliar em
muito os administradores de sistemas que estão vivenciando o uso do BrOffice
em suas instituições. O propósito não é substituir o suporte, mas dar aos
usuários mais uma fonte de ajuda num caso de necessidade.

Ela funciona nos principais navegadores utilizados (IE, Firefox e Safari)
e possui recursos como:

- Twitters sobre OpenOffice e BrOffice
- Links úteis de sites com informações, apostilas e sites com dicas
- Notícias sobre tecnologia
- Chat Online com A comunidade BrOffice para tirar dúvidas online

Outros recursos podem ser adicionados e os que já estão podem ser
modificados. Espero que dêem suas sugestões.

Espero muito ver toda a comunidade participando. Sempre que a comunidade se
engaja as coisas vão para frente.

Instalem a barra em todo os computadores de sua instituição e incentivem os
usuários a recorrerem a ela caso precisem.
