<p>When I published, Sebron Flenaugh, Jr., Oakland Jedi Knight Assassin on the internet, I had no idea that the motion picture “The Men Who Stared at Goats” was produced or subject to be released. The movie is based on the First Earth Battalion (FEB). FEB is much more than America’s New Age super psychic warriors. It opens An ugly chapter of Project Paperclip that brought about 50,000 of Reichsfurhrer SS Heinrich Himmler’s mass murdering cult, the SS, to the United States; and on the payroll of the CIA.</p>
<p>The SS also known as the “Knights of the Black Sun” were mystic high priests of Ancient Aryan Occultism and Mysticism. They sought to recreate the mythical ancient Aryan “superman” born endowed with magical, mystical and super powers far beyond this earth.</p>
<p>George Lucas’s Star War Trilogies’ Jedi Warriors was based on the same Aryan heroic mythical theme. Such mythical Aryan supremacist system of beliefs and theories has caused polarization of races; senseless death and destruction of millions during World War II, and throughout the decades.</p>
<p>FEB is the creation of a small knot of extremely scary, strange and dangerous individuals, Russell Targ of Stanford Research Institute, Lieutenant Colonels Jim Channon, John B. Alexander of Psi-Tech, and Major General Albert Stubblebine. They are interested in creating elite soldiers with very powerful paranormal abilities just the same as Reichsfurhrer Heinrich Himmler.</p>
<p>The men of the SS were required to be part of &#8220;task forces&#8221;, and &#8220;special-ops units” called Einsatzgruppen. Their principal task was, according to the testimony of SS General Erich von dem Bach at the Nuremberg Trials, was to unmercifully slay Jews, Gypsies, Black people referred to as sub human species, and enemies of the state. The Einsatzgruppen had a leading role in the implementation of the Jewish final solution. Himmler’s elite Aryan soldiers born endowed with ancient powerful beyond this world’s paranormal abilities were conditioned and programmed to KILL.</p>
<p>As far as I know, FEB is a blend of Psi (psychokinesis, etc) and mind control out of Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Washington. FEB is an advanced version of the assassins created at the U.S. Naval Hospital Neuropsychiatric Laboratory in San Diego in the late 1970’s, which were replications of the CIA’s 1954 Artichoke project.</p>
<p>Richard Condon infamous novel made into a movie, The Manchurian Candidate, was itself based upon the CIA’s ARTICHOKE program. The ARTICHOKE program was an offensive mind control liquidation-assassination program. It was a criminal and illegal enterprise associated with the assassinations of the some of the most prominent figures of the Twentieth Century, President John F. Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Senator Robert F. Kennedy and thousandths of others that sought to make a difference on this planet.</p>
<p>According to the Late Great Mae Brussell, “Project Artichoke… [t]he object of this project was to create the real &#8220;Manchurian Candidate&#8221;, an assassin who could be programmed to kill a target and then not even remember he did it.”</p>
<p>An honest assessment or reassessment of the Artichoke Project would bring into focus the implanted hypnotic amnesia barriers of Lee Harvey Oswald, Jack Ruby, Sirhan Sirhan, James Earl Ray, and dozens of others languishing in prison and mental hospitals such as Sebron Flenaugh, Jr., John Allen Muhammad, and John Lee Malvo for politically opportune crimes that benefitted a small knot of rich and powerful men; and who and whom implanted the hypnotic amnesia barriers.</p>
<p>Yet, I will be surprised if the movie dwells if at all on the subject. If we believe what Hitler’s personal Commando Strumbannfuhrer SS Otto Skorzeny said on his deathbed that Nazi (SS) intelligence with the U.S. Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI) formed the CIA with &#8220;Wild Bill&#8221; Donovan and Allen Dulles , then the Artichoke Program is part and parcel of the demonic works of the SS.</p>
<p>As some sort of eerie experimental training ground for FEB, the Fort Lewis, Tacoma-Seattle, Washington area has produced over 30 of some of America’s most prolific mass-serial murderers over the past decades.</p>
<p>Some of the most notorious mass killers coming out of the Fort Lewis, Tacoma-Seattle were Harvy L. Carignan, The Want Ad Killer; James Dwight Canady; Warren Forrest; Navy enlistee Gary G. Grant; Ted Bundy; James Elledge; James Edward Ruzicka; The Phantom Sniper: Gary A. Taylor; William Batten; Robert Lee Yates Jr.; The Hillside Strangler: Kenneth Bianchi; Morris Frampton; Stanley Bernson; Lewiston Valley Killer: Identity unknown; The I-5 Killer: Randy Woodfield; Martin Lee Sanders; Coin Shop Killer: Charles Sinclair; and The .22 Caliber Killer: Identity unknown, Spokane. The list from Fort Lewis, Tacoma-Seattle area also includes the alleged D.C. Sniper, John Allen Muhammad, and the unsuccessful (May 29, 1994) assassin of the late Black Muslim Khalid Muhammad, James Edward Bess.</p>
<p>So I wonder if this movie is actually a veiled romance of Himmler’s SS, the Knights of the Black Sun. Yet, I am not encouraged from what I have seen so far. The movie’s trailer poster features four Aryan men representatives of the First Earth Battalion.</p>
<p>We must be forever vigilant of any veiled attempts to glorify the works of the World’s Greatest Racial Mass Murder Cult, The SS, The Mythical Aryan Knights of the Black Sun.</p>

<p style="text-align:center;"> Marilyn Monroe is possibly still one of the most famous women in the world and seems that she will never go out of style or be forgotten. From acting to modelling. She was married three times, to <span id="James_Dougherty-headline">James Dougherty then </span>Joe DiMaggio and then to Arthur Miller. Alledged affairs with the <span id="The_Kennedys-headline">Kennedys, including President John F. Kennedy whom it was rumoured that she was in love with. But also rumoured that she had affairs with Robert and Jack Kennedy. She was a very young 36 years old when she died, and her death was never really concluded. A few different options were given and suicide was one of them. </span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;">I have to admit that I have not yet seen many of her movies, but I really do plan on trying to watch as many of them as possible. So far I have only seen two movies all the way through those are &#8220;All About Eve&#8221; and &#8220;There&#8217;s No Business Like Show Business&#8221;, I have seen bits and parts of some of her other movies but I am not counting that I have seen them as have not watched from start of finish. (Yes I know its shocking that I have no watched &#8220;Some Like It Hot&#8221; or &#8220;The Seven Year Itch&#8221; all the way through). But that is one of my goals to get to see her movies.</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">Marilyn really does have some fantastic quotes which she said over the years and I love so many of them, mainly because I can relate and feel the same way about a lot of the things she has said. In some of the quotes she really does sound like she had to defend herself so much and really fight against everyone to show that she was a good actress. But I just think she really was something else, one of a kind and know one has ever come close to what she achieved in such a short time really in Hollywood terms from a young age.</p>

<p>You may have heard of Nomocracy before. Simply put, it means the rule of law which limits the discretion of officials, and provides a process by which errors or abuse of discretion can be corrected. We trust officials to exercise such discretion as they have with wisdom, justice, and competence, to avoid government that is arbitrary, insolent, discriminatory, prejudiced, intrusive and corrupt. However, can judges push the envelope sometimes?</p>
<p>It was President Jimmy Carter who once said,<br />
&#8220;The best way to enhance freedom in other lands is to demonstrate here that our democratic system is worthy of emulation.&#8221; -Jimmy Carter<br />
As stated in the previous post, the GULF CASE is not fiction but it is about first and foremost the violation of property rights against an African american family and against Property rights policies upheld by the Supreme Courts and the Justice Department. It is the true story of an African-American family and their total demise on American soil due to injustice in 2009. After approximately 25 years of successful development and wonderful achievements, as a former Department of Defense Contractor, an African-American real estate developer was ravaged and devastated by a lower Government namely the walton County on the Gulf of Mexico and the plaintiffs&#8217; case was worsened by a deadly blow from a Federal Judge who after 379 motions and attorney entries, three years of debate, an array of depositions, and a plethora of lies, deceits, misleadings, inconsistencies and falsehood, issued an incoherent order to make bad matter worse. Unchecked properly by superiors, the judge has done the unthinkable against what she stated before she would never do meaning to make the public afraid of the court. This saga entails romance, intrigues, dangers and the eventual demise of an African-American family who watched their American Dream turn to an American nightmare on American soil, after following the rules and working their tail off for approximately 25 years. Would you call this a judicial oversight, judicial discretion or plain injustice? Speak loud America and respond lest this becomes the norm under this historic administration which does not stand for injustice. We will analyze one of these incoherences among many in this blog.</p>
<p>INCOHERENCE # 2: On February 6, 2007 the same judge issued an apology to the plaintiffs stating that the court committed oversight because the court assumed that the matter was addressed properly. On March 31, 2009, the same judge accused the plaintiffs&#8217; attorney of wasting the court&#8217;s scarce judicial resources. This may be well beyond incoherence to the point of contradiction or else. Who wasted the time? Evidently, it was the court. Would you call this an judicial oversight, judicial discretion or plain injustice?</p>
<p>This African American family needs an amicus desperately as their case stands in appellate court right now. Any Friend of the court can issue that Amicus to let the court know that other eyes are scrutinizing the unfolding of this case closely. <p>The <a title="John F. Kennedy assassination" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_F._Kennedy_assassination">assassination of President Kennedy</a> on November 22, 1963 was a brutal shock to the world, the nation and, of course, Robert and the rest of the Kennedy family. Robert was absolutely devastated, and was described by many as being a completely different man after his brother&#8217;s death.</p>
<p>During the two days after the assassination, Kennedy wrote letters to his two eldest children, Kathleen and Joseph II, telling them about the tragedy, as well as to follow what their uncle started, as his son, Max, who was born in 1965, said in <em>Make Gentle the Life of This World: The Vision of Robert F. Kennedy and the Words That Inspired Him</em>.</p>
<p>Robert Kennedy was asked by <a title="Democratic Party (United States)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democratic_Party_%28United_States%29">Democratic Party</a> leaders to introduce a film about his late brother John F. Kennedy at the 1964 party convention. <content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>As I watched and listened to the musicians at Senator Edward Kennedy&#8217;s funeral Mass this morning, I couldn&#8217;t help thinking about &#8220;Take him, earth, for cherishing,&#8221; an incredibly powerful choral motet written in 1963 by English composer Herbert Howells and dedicated to the memory of President John F. Kennedy. The text comes from the 4th-century Roman poet Prudentius, in a translation by Helen Wadell.</p>
<p>This very fine performance, recorded last February in Washington, D.C.&#8217;s National Cathedral, features the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, Concert Choir, under the direction of Dr. <span>Gary Schwartzhoff.</span></p>

It turns out his younger brother, Senator Edward M. &#8220;Ted&#8221; Kennedy, was also a fan.</p>
<p>Mark Leibovich of <strong>The New York Times</strong> unearthed this nugget in an Aug. 26 feature story about Ted Kennedy&#8217;s last days:</p>
<p><em>As recently as a few days ago, Mr. Kennedy was still digging into big bowls of mocha chip and butter crunch ice creams, all smushed together (as he liked it). He and his wife, Vicki, had been watching every James Bond movie and episode of “24” on DVD. </em></p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Last year I was a delegate for Barack Obama at the Democratic National Convention in Denver.  It was the first night of the 4 night convention and the air was charged with hope.  </p>
<p>This was my first time as a delegate and the endless 2 minutes speeches were only part of the atmosphere.  There were so many people to watch &#8211; a great multitude of humanity dressed to celebrate the nomination of Barack Obama.  Actors, news anchors and comediens walked through the crowd alongside delegates of every size, color and character.  It was a grand parade.</p>
<p>And then tiny Caroline Kennedy walked on to the stage and all eyes were suddenly on the podium.  In her soft almost whisper of a voice she talked about and introduced Edward Kennedy as the patriarchial head of the family who has so long been the uber rich champions of the poor in this country.  </p>
<p>When Kennedy walked on the stage I started to feel a wave of emotion I never imagined I would feel.  It was the passing of the torch and it felt to me that I was one of the ones handing it from President John F. Kennedy out from the grave to the soon to be President Barack Obama.  It was overwhelming when Kennedy spoke the words that declared that Obama was the renewal of the hope that had died in Texas so many years ago.  </p>
<p>My emotion was captured on television cameras that soon sold that &#8220;pool feed&#8221; to CNN, ABC, NBC and FOX as I cried while Kennedy spoke.  I have been told by many that my face appeared again and again as they showed his speech.  I guess it is even in the new video tribute to Kennedy.  I can only think that they use that footage because the emotion I was showing was so completely real, I can still feel it right now.  I felt the golden cord of history between these two powerful forces &#8211; Kennedy to Obama.  I helped pass that torch and then I knew that Obama would win and our work for true progressive reform would begin.</p>
<p>Today, when I turned on my local NPR station to hear that Sen. Kennedy had passed I was overtaken again.  My work on healthcare reform is, in large part, due to his life&#8217;s work on the issue.  His understanding that he, as a member of a very wealthy family had access to the best care and that it was not fair that all should not have that same access no matter how much money they had was his motivation.  I cried, am crying now, because he will not be able to cast his vote in the Senate for healthcare reform because of the selfish power grabbing of Senator Bacus and the money behind him from the health insurance lobbyists.</p>
<p>And then I read that Kennedy&#8217;s death was, to the day, almost to the hour, of the speech that first sent me into tears in Denver.  </p>
<p>I will wear black today and mourn the loss of the liberal lion of the Senate.  But at the same time I will try to use this as a way to light a fire under others that we must pass this reform for the memory of a man who, though not perfect, did so much for so many with the progressive legislation. He had served as senator from Massachusetts for 43 years.</span></h3>

Kennedy played major roles in passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Voting Rights Act of 1965, the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act and the 1993 Family and Medical Leave Act, and was an outspoken liberal standard-bearer during a conservative-dominated era from the 1980s to the early 2000s.</span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#000080;">It&#8217;s ironic that as important the issue of health care was to Kennedy that he was not a part of the current debate.  President Obama has lost a champion cheerleader in the fight for health care reform. It was so important to Kennedy to have a liberal voice heard in the senate that he asked the Govenor of Massachusetts to change the current law so that a temporary senator can be appointed instead of leaving it up to the people to vote another senator in. He knew that his time was limited and it was a last ditch effort to try and get a liberal appointed in his place. Although I would love to hear as many liberal voices to fight for this issue but Governor Patrick &#38; Co weren&#8217;t down with it. </span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#000080;">The death of Kennedy is an end of a political era and yet another sad state of affairs for the Kennedy clan. How ironic is it that a family that is so committed to public service has suffered so much tragedy and death. </span></h3>

John was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, in 1963, and Robert was killed the night of the California primary in 1968.  His sister, Kathleen, was killed in a plane crash in 1948. Another sister, Rosemary, was born mildly retarded, but was institutionalized after a botched lobotomy in 1941. She died in 1986 after more than 50 years in mental hospitals.  Edward Kennedy had some trials and tribulations throughout his own life. We all know about the infamous Chappaquiddick incident where as a result of his drunkenness he drove his car off a bridge on Chappaquiddick,  across a narrow channel from Martha&#8217;s Vineyard . His passenger Mary Jo Kopeche died and Kennedy waited until the morning to report it. True to form with the elite class in this country Kennedy was only charged with leaving the scene of a crime.  A slap on the wrist in comparison to what the consequences would have been if he had been of common stock.</span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#000080;">Kennedy paid his pennace by giving back to the public by fighting for poignant lesilature to be passed into laws. </span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#000080;">Kennedy is survived by his second wife, Victoria Ann Reggie Kennedy, whom he married in 1992; his first wife, Joan Bennett; and five children &#8212; Patrick, Kara and Edward Jr. from his first marriage, and Curran and Caroline Raclin from his second. </span></h3>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>60-year-old Lynette Alice &#8220;Squeaky&#8221; Fromme was released from prison today after serving over 30 years for the attempted assassination of President Gerald Ford in September 2005. Wearing a red robe, and brandishing a semiautomatic .45-caliber gun, she was wrestled to the ground by Secret Service agents before she could fire. At the time of her sentencing she was the very first person sentenced under a new special federal law dictating a life sentence for assaults on U.S. presidents. The statute was enacted after the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy. She was granted parole in July of 2008, but because she had escaped a West Virginia women&#8217;s prison in 1987 (and captured 2 days later about 2 miles away trying to be near Charles Manson whom she heard was dying), additional time was tacked on and she wasn&#8217;t released until today. &#8220;Squeaky&#8221; Fromme had been a member of the Charles Manson &#8220;family&#8221; where she was given her nickname probably because of her voice. She was deemed a &#8220;model inmate&#8221; by prison officials in 1978, and was moved from West Virginia to a prison in Pleasanton, California, but was sent back to the West Virginia prison when she hit another inmate with a hammer while gardening on the prison grounds.</p>
<p>As a young girl in the late 1950s, Fromme was a dancer in a square-dance group called the Westchester Lariats, who appeared occasionally on &#8220;The Lawrence Welk Show&#8221; in 1955 and toured the United States and Europe. She attended Orville Wright Junior High School, was A and B student, and actually befriended the late comic Phil Hartman (News Radio, Saturday Night Live) and the two took an acting class together! Mr. Hartman once described Fromme as “very sweet, very shy.”</p>

<p>Eunice Kennedy Shriver died early this morning at the age of 88 in a Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, Mass., with her family nearby, according to a statement by the Special Olympics.</p>
<p>Kennedy Shriver had suffered a series of strokes in recent years.</p>
<p>She was a sister of President John F. Kennedy and Sen. Edward M. Kennedy.</p>
<p>Born in Brookline, Mass., she was fifth of nine children of Joseph and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy.</p>
<p>Kennedy Shriver founded the Special Olympics, which started as a summer day camp in her backyard in 1962.</p>
<p>Today, 3.1 million people with mental disabilities participate in 228 programs in 170 nations, according to the Special Olympics.</p>
<p>&#8220;She was the light of our lives, a mother, wife, grandmother, sister and aunt who taught us by example and with passion what it means to live a faith-driven life of love and service to others,&#8221; the Shriver family said in a news release this morning.</p>
<p>&#8220;For each of us, she often seemed to stop time itself &#8212; to run another Special Olympics Games, to visit us in our homes, to attend to her own mother, her sisters and brothers and to sail, tell stories and laugh and serve her friends.&#8221;</p>
<p>Kennedy Shriver&#8217;s husband, R. Sargent Shriver, her five children including Maria Kennedy Schwarzenegger, Robert Sargent Shriver III, Timothy Perry Shriver, Mark Kennedy Shriver and Anthony Paul Kennedy Shriver, their spouses and all of her 19 grandchildren were with her when she died, according to the Special Olympics.</p>
<p>Funeral arrangements are being planned.</p>

There are those who are old enough to remember the period between 1962 and 1981 when he was the public face of American television news, and those who are too young to have had that experience. As one of the former, my mind flashed back to a junior high school in Connecticut on November 22nd, 1963.</p>

<p>It was Walter Cronkite&#8217;s voice over the school loudspeaker that brought the news that President John F. Kennedy had been assassinated.</p>
<p>Even though I didn&#8217;t see his face at that moment (we were in class), there was no one else I expected to be delivering such sad, earth shattering news. Sure there were other network news anchors (Huntley-Brinkley), but Walter Cronkite WAS the news to me as a 12 year old.</p>
<p>And so it went, through the assassinations of Dr. Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy, to his questioning of US objectives during the Vietnam War, to his coverage of the counterculture and so many other signposts in the lives of those of us of a &#8220;certain age&#8221;. There was a gravitas to Walter Cronkite such that, as I started down my own career path in the early &#8217;70s, I aspired to be just like him. When he signed off each night with &#8220;And that&#8217;s the way it is&#8221;, no one doubted that he was right.</p>
<p>I was one of those who wondered what CBS was thinking when they put him out to pasture in 1981.</p>
<p>Sure, Dan Rather was young and vigorous, but Walter Cronkite was timeless, ageless, and had so much more to report to us. And so he did. Freed of the constraints of &#8220;objective&#8221; reporting, Walter Cronkite in his later years was one of the first to decry the rise of monopolistic, corporate media.</p>
<p>What he warned us about through the 80s and 90s has come to pass, sadly. That we didn&#8217;t pay closer attention is to our collective shame. Walter Cronkite warned us about journalism as a shoddy, celebrity/profit driven profession that has lost the ability to make huge swaths of America believe what it says. And look what&#8217;s happened .</p>
<p>The short answer to the question at the top of this post is, &#8220;of course not&#8221;. There will never be another &#8220;Uncle Walter&#8221;, because media can&#8217;t make as much money having one man or woman possess the kind of credibility we took for granted in Walter Cronkite. After all, Rush Limbaugh calls himself an anchorman, and he does so with a straight face.</p>
<p>So, goodbye, Walter Cronkite. Those who saw your face every night will miss you terribly.</p>
<p>And we&#8217;ll miss what you represented even more.</p>
