We should probably be eating more bison...

I once heard a woman say that she wouldn’t serve bison at a dinner party to benefit the local conservation trust, “for obvious reasons.” This is not an uncommon sentiment – people see bison meat and assume that it comes at the price of preserving this species of animal, which came so close to extinction in the late 1800s. 258 more words

Whole30 - Day 15 Halfway There!

Finally branched out and had lunch at Chipotle!

Their carnitas are fried in lard and therefore Whole30-appropriate.
