A circumventor is a thinks by which freezing policies are “gone round”. Oft, freezing policies are accomplished with proxy hosts, and circumventors themselves are as well proxy hosts.

A circumventor is a web website; it chances a frozen web site and “works around it” or beats it by sending it to an unfrozen internet site, so that the exploiter can then watch the stuffed material. For example, circumventor elgooG was a way in which China’s exploiters could practice Big G afterwards it got been stopped in that land. This specific type of circumventor, though, moves about simply one block, while most circumventors unfreeze more one web site.

Grownups and other people who have been frozen from a unique web web site can as well use a circumventor to see this material. Some proxy serwer places: serwer proxy, server proxy list, Web Proxy

For those who are going to setup their own Elite Proxy, making sure your IPs are from different C cl

For those who are going to setup their own Elite Proxy, making sure your IPs are from different C class IP ranges is something you should pay special attention to. C class IP ranges aren’t talked about much, but not having IPs on your server from different C class ranges could be leaving a very big footprint on websites.

IPs are seperated into four ranges, A B C and D. By using ranges we are able to log network IDs and network activity. Every computer online has an IP which allows it to communicate with other computers online, essentially functioning as an online mailing address or phone number. Disconnecting your computer from the internet and reconnecting typically gives you a different IP, but usually the new IP you are assigned is within the same range. This makes it easy for companies to log your activities, as even though you have changed your IP, it has not been changed to the extent that they are unable to make any connection between your old and new IP. This could also very well be used by websites in their attempts to log use of websites by people posting ads. If you wish to remain anonymous to websites then C class IP ranges for your proxy server should help you to do so.

As mentioned above, using IPs in the same C class IP range may make it possible for websites to detect your activity even though you could be using several different accounts (since your new IP isn’t varied enough from the old one to make you look like a completely different user). This very same concept of using different C class IP ranges applies to proxy servers and is something you should pay great attention to. Usually, IPs on proxy server are within the same range, which is what you do not want. If you wish to post a lot of ads on websites then remaining anonymous is very important, be sure to ask about getting IPs on your Elite Proxy from different ranges.

Dropbox is a web-based file syncing service. The nice thing is, it works natively with Windows, Mac

Dropbox is a web-based file syncing service. The nice thing is, it works natively with Windows, Mac OS/X and Linux…and it just works fine. Unfortunately, it has a heavy Gnome/Nautilus dependency. Luckily, it is not that hard to let Dropbox work without the load of dependencies. You find plenty of manuals in the Internet. I will just outline how you do it in three simple steps:

First, you download the Dropbox daemon you need, either 32- or 64-bit Linux:

32bit: http://www.dropbox.com/download?plat=lnx.x86
64bit: http://www.dropbox.com/download?plat=lnx.x86_64

Secondly, extract the file into your home directory. The extracted folder will be hidden.

Thirdly, use your shell to call the Dropbox daemon:
/home/user/.dropbox-dist/dropboxd

After you created your account, and linked your computer to the Dropbox account, you find a ne folder in your home directory named Dropbox. This is your sync folder.

Now you can create a system link to your autostart folder for starting Dropbox at startup.
For KDE it looks like that:
ln -s ~/.dropbox/dropboxd ~/.kde/Autostart/dropboxd

In KDE 4.3 the autostart folder has moved. You can either link it system-wide (not recommended):

ln -s ~/.dropbox/dropboxd /usr/share/autostart/dropboxd

or user-specific:

ln -s ~/.dropbox/dropboxd ~/.kde4/share/autostart/dropboxd

Both works fine.

Now Dropbox works fine with any Linux you like (and use).

If you want to install Dropbox behind a proxy server and you are using GNOME, use the same manual. The graphical installer for the package nautilus-dropbox doesn’t work behind a proxy server. It requires the proxy environmental variables, but somehow the script doesn’t get them. However, if you install the Dropbox daemon as in this manual you can manually specify the proxy server settings and it just works fine…as it should.

A proxy server is a server that sits between your computer and the internet and services your reques

A proxy server is a server that sits between your computer and the internet and services your requests to the internet. Many companies use proxy servers to filter employee internet requests since a proxy server can also modify or block your request.

My goal in setting up a proxy server was to give myself a means of encrypting my web traffic when I am in insecure locations such as airports and restaurants.

Setup
To set up a proxy server, you first need a server. You can use a machine on your home network, get a dedicated server, or get a virtual server. I chose to get a virtual server through slicehost.com. I am using their base $20 256 slice with Ubuntu 8.04 LTS. In addition to proxy services I also use it as a virtual desktop and, since I can leave it on all the time, run long term jobs.

I set up the proxy server to only allow connections from the local host. I can then connect to the local machine via SSH and surf the web through the SSH tunnel. This way, the connection to my server is encrypted and no one can use the proxy server unless they have an account on my machine.

The setup is simple but I had to go to several sources to figure it all out, hence this article.

First, install Apache:

apt-get install apache2 apache2.2-common apache2-mpm-prefork apache2-utils libexpat1 ssl-cert

Next, link to the mod_proxy modules:

cd /etc/apache2/mods-enabled
ln -s /etc/apache2/mods-available/proxy_http.load
ln -s /etc/apache2/mods-available/proxy_ftp.load
ln -s /etc/apache2/mods-available/proxy_connect.load
ln -s /etc/apache2/mods-available/proxy.load

Then, in your httpd.conf file located at /etc/apache2 make
entries to configure the server:

ProxyRequests On
ProxyVia Block
<Proxy *>

 Order deny,allow
 Deny from all
 Allow from 127.0.0.1
</Proxy>

Here, ProxyRequests configures Apache as a forward proxy. <Proxy *> and </Proxy> delineate the proxy configuration block. The block tells Apache to deny all connections except from the local machine (127.0.0.1).

Now, restart Apache:

apache2ctl graceful

Finally, in your browser configure your host to use the proxy server you just set
up:

I had a bit of a scare this morning. I checked my blog as usual found a comment on my “Origin

I had a bit of a scare this morning. I checked my blog as usual found a comment on my “Origin of the Grim Reaper” bloggery from someone named Robert Weniger, who said: You Plagiarist. I posted the exact words and you copy/pasted it from my website.

Um . . . What??

I love WordPress and all the statistics and information one gets! Besides email addresses from commenters, wordpress notes the IP address. I searched for Weniger’s address on the “What is My IP Address” site, and discovered the comment had been sent from a proxy server. According to the IP address site, A proxy server is a computer that offers a computer network service to allow clients to make indirect network connections to other network services. A client connects to the proxy server, then requests a connection, file, or other resource available on a different server. The proxy provides the resource either by connecting to the specified server or by serving it from a cache. In some cases, the proxy may alter the client’s request or the server’s response for various purposes.

Apparently, the comment was some sort of spam. What’s interesting is that most of that particular bloggery was plagiarized, though if one credits the writer, it’s not truly plagiarism. It’s called research. So, if you’re interested in my citation of William Bramley’s grim reaper information, be sure to check out The Origin of the Grim Reaper.

I also had a delightful surprise this morning. At today’s Daughter Am I blog tour stop, Zhadi’s Den, they are talking about my books! Wow, if anything will make someone feel like a real writer, it’s e-vesdropping on a people discussing one’s works. (Nope, that’s not a typo. I just thought it looked better than e-eavesdropping.) So, please meet me at Zhadi’s Den to talk about consistency in writing or my books, whichever you prefer.

Got a Elite Proxy and wondering if a username and password is really necessary?. Having to constantly enter usernames and passwords when changing IPs can be tiring but should not be neglected. Proxy servers are machines out in the open on the internet and therefore can potentially be accessed by anyone. Don’t be fooled by thinking that just because there are so many other computers and IPs on the internet that the chances of finding your proxy server are zero. Technology today can allow someone to potentially find your proxy server with great ease by simply scanning IP ranges looking for servers that are not secured with a password. For this reason it is strongly suggested that you ALWAYS use a login and password on your proxy server. If someone else gains access to your proxy server then you can be held liable for any damages that they do through the use of it. Instead of not using a password, look to use software the can save usernames and passwords for the IP ports on your proxy to save time. These software programs still allow you to save time by not having to type passwords and agand again but allow you to keep the level of safety that your Elite Proxy requires.

When it comes to a Elite Proxy, there are two ways of getting one. These being renting or setting up your own. What would be the best situtation to rent or create your own? If you really need multiple IPs, looking at setting up your own proxy server would be a good idea. How much is a lot of ads? If you need anymore than 5 IPs, would mean that I would consider setting up my own. Anything less than this should be fine and cost about the same if you rent from someone else. Renting IPs from other people is fine, but usually they come at a much higher price compared to setting up your own. If you need more than just a few IPs, look at investing into your own Elite Proxy instead of renting from someone else. You will save a lot of money in the long run.

Desperately looking for Elite Proxy? Being 100% anonymous on the internet is easier said than done.

Desperately looking for Elite Proxy? Being 100% anonymous on the internet is easier said than done. Anyone can be anonymous on the internet with a proxy, but here is where the problems start. The main reason for this is because there are many different kinds of proxy servers. Of all the proxy servers you can use, nothing compares to an elite proxy when it comes to protecting yourself on the internet.

A proxy acts as a middle man while you are web surfing and transfer info back to your computer. The web surfing is really done with the proxy. So, the IP shown is the IP of the proxy and not your personal computer. Even if someone takes a look at your IP while you are online, all they can see is the IP of the proxy server and with an elite proxy they can’t even tell you have changed your IP.

When it comes to proxies, elite proxies are the best because they are completely anonymous and secure. They do this because not only are the IPs they give you 100% anonymous, but IPs coming from an elite proxy are cloaked and no-one can tell they are proxy IPs. No-one can detect you have changed your IP. There is no use in changing your IP if someone can tell you have done it.

If you are serious about hiding your IP online and Elite Proxy, you can’t get any better than an elite proxy. They offer the highest levels of anonymity, speed and IPs being completely cloaked is the reason why elite proxies are the best.

Mengapa Perlu Menggunakan Proxy Server

sudo apt-get install squid

cd squid-3.0.STABLE19/
./configure –prefix=/home/echo/app/squid3

Sesuaikan lokasi instalasi yang anda inginkan, contohnya diatas saya ingin menginstall squid di /home/echo/app/squid3

setelah itu ketikkan perintah dibawah ini :

make
make install

setelah selesai, sekarang tinggal kita ubah konfigurasi squid.

http_access deny all
http_access allow manager localhost
http_access deny manager
http_access deny !Safe_ports
http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports
http_access allow localnet
http_access deny all

A proxy server is an anonymous computer somewhere that will fetch web pages for you, so that your identity or origin is not known to the site visited. This is useful for many purposes, among them visiting Malaysia Today and especially for posting comments there. Here’s a basic guide. Use this only if you are fairly confident of your computer skills.

• Remember, if the site is down, or hacked or attacked, no proxy server can help you get through. This is what seems to be happening to Malaysia Today recently, of combination attacks of blocks, hacking and DOS — Denial of Service — or other means.

Set up your browser to call a proxy server.

‣ This requires tinkering with your browser Preferences. (Side-effects: Google will think you are in France or China or wherever the proxy server is and send you pages in that country’s language. Just search by loading google.com.my or google.com)

• First, visit Proxy4free. This is a list of anonymous proxy servers around the world. You can check the Whois link at the right, to get the details of each server, in case you are nervous.

• Choose one of the servers. Copy the IP number from the far left column. For example,
94.23.16.156
Look at the “Port” number in the second left column
3128
and remember it.

• Firefox settings Go to your browser’s Preferences. Click “Advanced” on the main row of buttons, then click “Network” on the second row of tabs. Click on “Settings”.

• Click the button for “manual proxy configuration”. In the box for “HTTP proxy”, paste [Control V] the IP number you had earlier copied [Control C].

• In the box for “Port”, type in the number you had earlier memorised. Or just click “OK”, then “Close”, go to the free proxy page again and copy the port number. Open the preferences again and get to the “port” box and paste.

• Click “OK”, then “Close”. After this, your browser will send all Internet requests to the proxy server, which will then fetch the page for you.

(If you have any problems, remove all proxy settings — Go to preferences, Advanced, Network, Settings, and click “No proxy”. Then click “OK” and “Close” and your browser will go back to its usual behaviour.)

• Again, remember that if the site is down or hacked or under attack, no proxy server can help you get through. Attacks can be made by DOS — Denial of Service — or other means.

With this little tool, you can talk directly to servers on a byte-oriented basis, and this can be very useful if you have to debug programs which use character-oriented protocols like IMAP, SMTP, IRC and so on.

But I’ve realised that I can not only use netcat to talk to a server myself, but even to build a transparent proxy server that displays all the data that comes over it. After a while — okay, it was about 2 hours — I got the following nice command:

$ mkfifo pipe
$ tty=`tty`; netcat -lp 1234 < pipe | tee $tty | netcat myserver.com 143 | tee pipe

I could now set up Outlook Mobile to talk to port 1234 on my home computer and the bytes went straight to my console and also to port 143 (the IMAP port) on my server.

The first direction was straightforward: the first netcat process listens to the local port and pipes its output first to the console (using tee) and then to a second netcat instance that does the communication with the remote server. Now, the commands from the server have to get back to the client, so I created a named pipe using mkfifo (of course, your filesystem has to support it, so you better not do this on FAT) and used this as the input to the first netcat process that sends it back to the original client.

Of course, I could have used Wireshark, but I hate that it does not allow to copy&paste the contents of a packet so I have only the bytes of the protocol that I need — which can be quite useful if you want to reuse parts of the content, especially in character-oriented protocols. Also, the filter settings in Wireshark can be annoying, there is no simple way to only have packets from one network connection (or I haven’t found it yet).

So, finally I found out that is has something to do with the IMAP capabilities that Outlook Mobile bothers about. I suppose I will write something about it if I have traced the problem back.

Update: Note: You can also rewrite the server and/or client messages using sed, but be sure to use unbuffered output with -u like that:

tty=`tty`; netcat -lp 143 < pipe | tee $tty | netcat myserver.com 143 | sed -u 's/^\* CAPABILITY.*/* CAPABILITY IMAP4 STARTTLS/' | tee pipe

7) Aprite Explorer e iniziate a navigare…
