<P><FONT face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Spurs were only 1-0 up at the break, thanks to a goal by Peter Crouch before fellow England striker Defoe ran riot after half-time with Aaron Lennon, an own-goal by Chris Kirkland and Niko Kranjcar&#8217;s 90th minute effort adding to the North London club&#8217;s tally.</FONT></P><br />

<p>L’idea di un centro storico vivibile, preservato, rivitalizzato dal punto di vista sia sociale che economico è il desiderio primo intorno al quale, in questi ultimi giorni, si è alimentato il dibattito circa la sua accessibilità: ztl, pedonalizzazione, apertura incondizionata al traffico automobilistico.</p>
<p>Da cittadino e “addetto ai lavori” (mi occupo di economia e pianificazione dei trasporti), sento il dovere di intervenire sulla questione esponendo il mio modesto punto di vista a beneficio, mi auguro, della qualità del confronto.</p>
<p>Mi pare si debba necessariamente partire da alcune considerazioni di fondo:</p>
<ul>
<li>Cosa sono le “politiche della mobilità urbana”?</li>
<li>In base a quali criteri si decidono?</li>
<li>Quali sono gli strumenti a disposizione dei decisori?</li>
</ul>
<p>Le politiche della mobilità urbana riguardano principalmente tre settori: la circolazione dei veicoli privati, la produzione di servizi di trasporto pubblico, la realizzazione, modificazione o soppressione delle infrastrutture e la loro manutenzione.<!--more--></p>
<p>Se consideriamo il primo dei nostri settori (la circolazione), si tratta essenzialmente di compiere interventi di <span style="text-decoration:underline;">regolazione del trasporto automobilistico privato</span>, che sono essenzialmente di breve-medio periodo. Dato un certo numero e tipo di strade (che non posso, per ovvie ragioni, modificare in breve tempo), un certo livello di servizio di trasporto pubblico (che nel nostro caso, a livello urbano, non abbiamo), devo stabilire qual è il modo migliore per gestire e semmai influenzare l’esigenza di spostamento dei residenti e di coloro che visitano, per motivi diversi, la città. Sempre nel breve-medio periodo potrei (dovrei) cercare di <span style="text-decoration:underline;">gestire al meglio sia la mobilità collettiva</span> (trasporto pubblico urbano, trasporto pubblico extraurbano, trasporto scolastico, parcheggi scambiatori, ecc.) <span style="text-decoration:underline;">sia quella privata legata a modi più “sani e salutari” come la bici e gli spostamenti pedonali.</span> Non ultimi, i compiti di gestione ordinaria includono la manutenzione delle infrastrutture, della segnaletica e degli impianti semaforici.</p>
<p>Altri interventi necessitano necessariamente di più tempo e più risorse: una nuova strada, un ponte ferroviario, la costruzione di parcheggi e piste ciclabili, la realizzazione di una rotatoria, il potenziamento della rete di trasporto pubblico, l’acquisto di tecnologie per il controllo degli accessi e per la gestione della sosta, e via discorrendo.</p>
<p>Naturalmente, il sistema dei trasporti non è il solo a determinare la sostenibilità e lo sviluppo urbano. Vi sono interrelazioni fortissime con la pianificazione urbanistica e con i cosiddetti “tempi della città” ( gli orari di apertura/chiusura degli uffici pubblici e degli esercizi commerciali, di lavoro delle aziende, di ingresso/uscita delle scuole) Tanto la <span style="text-decoration:underline;">regolazione</span> (stabilire orari, sensi di marcia, tasse per l’uso del suolo e delle strade, agevolazioni fiscali per chi si insedia in un determinato luogo, ecc.) quanto la <span style="text-decoration:underline;">pianificazione urbanistica e dei trasporti</span> (quante e quali infrastrutture, quali nuovi insediamenti, quali interventi di recupero e restauro, quali funzioni urbane, quale accessibilità preferire) sono due facce di una stessa medaglia. Si pianifica, si regola al meglio e quindi si gestisce un sistema. In sostanza, la mano destra non può non sapere cosa fa la mano sinistra.</p>
<p>Alla base di tutto vi sono però delle scelte di fondo da compiere: quale idea di città? Quale pianificazione? Quali politiche?</p>
<p>Inutile dire che la responsabilità di queste scelte spetta agli organi democraticamente eletti. A loro spetta in sostanza decidere in merito alla tipologia degli interventi da realizzare, sulla base degli obiettivi e del programma elettorale preferito dalla maggioranza dei cittadini. A ciò può aggiungersi quella tendenza piuttosto recente di rendere “partecipi delle scelte” gli stessi cittadini (attraverso incontri pubblici, siti internet sui quali far confluire proposte, referendum, ecc.), il che avviene quando gli obiettivi non erano stati chiaramente esplicitati e sempre che questo non rallenti o intralci l’azione di governo oltre un ragionevole periodo di tempo (lo dico per responsabilizzare un po’ tutti ad un confronto costruttivo).</p>
<p>Questa premessa è importante perché saranno solo gli obiettivi, le scelte di fondo, l’idea di città, a guidare e rendere più agevole il lavoro di chi deve mettere in campo delle politiche efficaci.</p>
<p>Nel caso di specie del centro storico di Nardò, tutti questi elementi confluiscono e la questione, come ovvio, non può essere trattata in modo semplicistico.</p>
<p>Mi permetto si suggerire alcuni punti fermi, sui quali mi pare vi sia già una certa condivisione di vedute:</p>
<ol>
<li>il centro storico è considerato il “cuore” della città, un’area di enorme pregio architettonico e monumentale, che si vorrebbe far rivivere (a beneficio dei cittadini tutti) e magari sfruttare per favorire uno sviluppo anche economico (turismo, commercio, tempo libero). L’idea di creare una “seconda Lecce” mi pare abbastanza condivisa da tutti.</li>
<li>Vi sono, tutt’ora in corso, significativi interventi di recupero dell’<em>inner city </em>(ripristino del basolato, interramento della rete elettrica, interventi sulla rete idrica e fognante, restauro di monumenti) cui dovrebbero seguire interventi di pura “rivitalizzazione” quali agevolazioni per i proprietari degli immobili, per i residenti, per le attività economiche, (ri)localizzazione di alcuni servizi pubblici, organizzazione di eventi e sostegno alle iniziative per la cultura e per il tempo libero.</li>
<li>Vi sono alcune “emergenze” delle quali occorrerebbe occuparsi alla svelta: i danni e i disagi subiti dalle attività commerciali insediate nel centro storico a causa dei lavori, la circolazione e la sosta dei veicoli motorizzati, gli effetti del traffico sulla staticità degli edifici (il centro, lo sappiamo, poggia su una falda).</li>
</ol>
<p>A me sembra che una gestione errata delle emergenze rischi di offuscare tutto il disegno sul futuro della città e del centro storico. Come non comprendere le enormi difficoltà incontrate dai commercianti in questi tanti mesi. A coloro che storicamente sono insediati nel centro (per la verità non tantissimi) e che hanno subito dei danni economici si potrebbero predisporre delle compensazioni in denaro, che forse si sarebbero dovute già predisporre, al pari delle agevolazioni che mi auguro avranno coloro che decideranno di insediarsi spostando o avviando altre attività economiche (diversamente i primi non avranno le stesse opportunità dei secondi). Ne deriverebbe, con ogni probabilità, un risparmio per i contribuenti, visto che di certo cominceranno ad arrivare al protocollo del Comune richieste di risarcimento danni per le vie legali.</p>
<p>La presa d’atto e la risoluzione di questo problema è un conto, come risolvere le altre emergenze (l’accessibilità del centro storico e la sua conservazione) e perseguire gli altri obiettivi che ho elencato è tutta un’altra storia.</p>
<p>Mi sono dilungato troppo, ma questa premessa era a mio parere troppo importante per essere sacrificata in favore dei tecnicismi trasportistici.</p>
<p>Torniamo ora alle altre questioni di fondo che ho elencato all’inizio: quali criteri, quali strumenti posso utilizzare per perseguire le mie politiche di mobilità urbana? Mi pare che la questione, per come la si dibatte, si ponga in un’ottica di breve-medio periodo. Del resto, io stesso sono piuttosto realista circa gli interventi verosimilmente realizzabili pur avendo la convinzione, in tema di mobilità sostenibile e di cambiamento delle abitudini di mobilità, che molto altro si possa e si debba fare (ci torneremo su questo, promesso).</p>
<p>Ho sentito alcune dichiarazioni del Sindaco circa il ripristino del senso unico di marcia lungo la circonvallazione interna. Ho anche appreso dell’idea di riaprire la via Duomo al traffico veicolare (la famosa “spaccanardò”). Per onestà professionale, non posso dirvi cosa è meglio e cosa è peggio. Probabilmente tali valutazioni derivano da alcune simulazioni effettuate in sede di aggiornamento del Piano Urbano del Traffico o fatte eseguire ad hoc ad alcuni tecnici, che avranno elaborato i dati dei conteggi del traffico attraverso dei modelli di trasporto, dei software insomma. Si chiamano, nel caso di un quartiere o di un’area limitata, micro-simulazioni del traffico, mentre sono estese a tutta la rete di trasporto se la portata degli interventi è tale da stravolgere tutto l’assetto della circolazione stradale.</p>
<p>Se i tecnici del Comune e gli Amministratori sono in possesso di queste informazioni avranno certamente dei numeri da mostrarvi per convincervi della bontà di una soluzione piuttosto che di un’altra. Se non le hanno allora c’è qualcosa che non va, perché invece gli strumenti ci sono e sono anche vincolanti.</p>
<p>In base all’art. 36 del Codice della Strada, tutti i comuni con una popolazione superiore a 30.000 abitanti devono dotarsi di un Piano Urbano del Traffico (PUT) <a href="http://www.aci.it/index.php?id=656">http://www.aci.it/index.php?id=656</a></p>
<p>I PUT sono piani di breve periodo finalizzati a migliorare le condizioni della mobilità nell’area urbana, date la dotazione infrastrutturale e la vigente pianificazione urbanistica. Sono perciò uno strumento di regolazione e gestione della mobilità, piuttosto che di pianificazione in senso tradizionale. Un PUT è quindi uno strumento di lavoro indispensabile, che oltretutto deve essere aggiornato ogni 2 anni, rendendolo flessibile e in grado di autoemendarsi in base ai <em>feedback </em>delle misure adottate.</p>
<p>Il discorso sui PUT potrebbe andare avanti, ma questa non è una lezione.</p>
<p>Il punto è che l’attuale discussione dovrebbe basarsi su alcuni elementi certi: i dati raccolti, le misurazioni, le elaborazioni, le simulazioni, le sperimentazioni sul traffico. Tutte cose che dovremmo già avere dal PUT di Nardò e che, in caso contrario, faremmo bene a procurarci. I criteri di redazione di un Piano Urbano del Traffico dovrebbero suggerire ai responsabili politici, ai tecnici comunali ed ai rappresentanti dei comitati cosa è meglio fare e secondo quali fasi successive. Quello che auspico è quindi un dibattito serio, che metta <span style="text-decoration:underline;">nero su bianco le questioni in maniera chiara e inequivocabile</span> e che consenta di “fare la cosa giusta”, per il bene di tutti.</p>

<p>Personalmente ho trovato molto interessanti gli interventi divulgativi di altri autori in merito al funzionamento dei derivati e alla semplicità come chiave per investire nel modo corretto&#8230; sicuramente non mancheranno ulteriori spunti di interesse nei loro successivi articoli.</p>
<p>Leggendo quei post ho avuto peraltro modo di riflettere su un alcuni aspetti generalmente travisati, non solo dal risparmiatore comune ma anche da parte di chi legifera a livello europeo in materia di risparmio. Già! Se è corretto affermare che i derivati nascono come strumenti in verità piuttosto semplici (per assicurarsi),  è pur vero che la normativa europea li considera di fatto tra gli strumenti &#8220;complessi&#8221;, che conseguentemente un consulente finanziario non può facilmente consigliare a un cliente che non sia un soggetto professionale (esperto in materia).</p>
<p>Senza dubbio le esperienze fatte negli ultimi anni giustificano la tanta prudenza su questo tema come dimostrato dal fenomeno delle obbligazioni strutturate, che nei più svariati modi hanno preso maliziosamente piede all&#8217;interno dei portafogli di molti risparmiatori comuni, forse non sufficientemente edotti sulla natura di certi strumenti, che contengono infatti strutture basate sull&#8217;utilizzo di derivati.</p>
<p>Sembra tuttavia che il legislatore europeo abbia voluto però buttare via il bambino insieme all&#8217;acqua sporca, non curandosi molto dell&#8217;origine assicurativa di questi strumenti, peraltro ben spiegata da Marco Degiorgis in uno dei suoi interventi. Non solo! Se ci guardiamo in giro vedremo forse ancora qualche offerta di prodotti strutturati da parte di banche e affini, con relativa &#8220;scommessa finanziaria&#8221; all&#8217;interno, ma probabilmente si può fare molta fatica a trovare l&#8217;opportunità di acquistare una put su un indice azionario per assicurare il nostro portafoglio contro il verificarsi di un ribasso azionario in un certo periodo di tempo.</p>
<p>E&#8217; mia opinione che questa situazione possa rivelarsi addirittura pericolosa per la difesa del risparmio, dato che crea di fatto una disparità tra investitori professionali e risparmiatori comuni: i primi possono assicurarsi, mentre i secondi no! Certamente il risparmiatore comune può scegliere di vendere le sue azioni se intravede uno scenario ribassista ma di fatto l&#8217;impossibilità di pagare un premio assicurativo per difendere il valore del suo portafoglio senza liquidarlo costituisce una grave mancanza: per esempio, può portare il risparmiatore a un&#8217;operatività più frequente e magari dissennata per cercare di entrare e uscire dal mercato nel momento migliore (cosa che come sappiamo difficilmente gli riesce).</p>
<p>Non credo che generalmente una tale realtà sarebbe accettata in altri contesti, ma si sa che in finanza le cose sembrano girare in modo molto diverso.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Attended Dilip Madan&#8217;s Blackrock NYQFS talk.  Again a good, thought-provoking talk.  The audience was smaller than what I saw for Heston&#8217;s talk, but this talk was much more interesting to me.  I think it was the words &#8216;capital requirements&#8217; which perhaps scared off any self-styled cowboys.</p>
<p>There were several ideas which were new to me in this talk.  First he said there is a hidden put option in the limited-liability structure.  This is a new way of looking at corporation/management agency-type problems which had been studied since Adam Smith, Berle and Means, and others, but I&#8217;ve never seen the further links to Black&#8217;s equity-as-call-option and public bailout before.  This has always been a grey area, the ability of a limited liability company to fail and put all its debt and risk onto the government.  Presumably it&#8217;s a pillar of capitalism, even Adam Smith mentions this when he discusses projects which only the government could profitably take on like bridges, but it&#8217;s still quite poorly understood, very much a blind spot.  What is noteworthy here is that Madan was able to infer several interesting dollar figures on real financial firms from his new framework using VG processes.</p>
<p>The basic idea is that a limited liability firm owns a hidden put option.  If things go bad, the management  can declare bankruptcy.  The bondholders and stockholders can wrangle over whatever&#8217;s left of the company, but after they&#8217;ve taken whatever is left, then the rest, all negative, goes on to the taxpayer.  The management don&#8217;t suffer loss &#8212; they carefully manage their put option.  In particular they&#8217;ve been doing this ever since the shell companies and holding companies of the Great Crash and before, each company a limited-liability firebreak to the next &#8212; a free put option lying on the sidewalk as Madan might say.</p>
<p>Exactly what goes to the taxpayer though?  This raised several questions from the audience.  What happens, for instance, is that a company could receive a limited liability.  It could then, for instance, short a stock.  For a while the CEO could receive a healthy bonus if the stock does poorly.  The stock could then quickly skyrocket, and the CEO could then declare the company bankrupt.  The bank which loaned the stock to the CEO would then not get the stock back and suffer a loss, which may cause it to collapse if there are correlated defaults, which could then require a bailout and hence a put.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s basically a bailout put.  But Madan was able to tease some very interesting figures out the option volatility surface with his VG processes; but I&#8217;m not sure the volatility surface has so much special information as to be able to determine the value of the bailout put of a bank.</p>
<p>Madan was able to find capital requirements based on the volatility surface, but again if a bank met the revised capital requirements then the volatility surface would change; in particular, might a bank be able to manipulate its volatility surface in the option market and circumvent the capital requirements?   (If we accept the possibility of bear runs and manipulation in stocks, then why would we rule out manipulation of options?)  Someone else pointed out that the volatility surface during a crash is very unstable; Madan replied that one could use the surface in stable periods.  </p>
<p>This is, in itself, an interesting position &#8212; that the stable market contains within it a preconception of the crash &#8212; but doesn&#8217;t it, in the surface?</p>
<p>Truly one of the most interesting talks I&#8217;ve attended in a long while.</p>

<p><P style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0 0;" class="MsoNormal"><FONT size="3"><B>The southcentral province of Khanh Hoa is expected to inaugurate Cam Ranh International Airport on December 12, 2009, opening up new opportunities for the province to develop its economy and tourism.</B></FONT></P><br />
<P style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0 0;" class="MsoNormal"><FONT size="3">The airport is located 30km from the coastal city of Nha Trang.</FONT></P><br />
<P style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0 0;" class="MsoNormal"><FONT size="3">In 2007, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung approved a zoning plan for construction of the airport until 2020 with a vision toward 2030. Accordingly, the airport will be able to receive planes such as ATR72, A320, A321 and B747F. It will also be expanded to provide 32 parking lots, receive as many as 27 aeroplanes during peak hours, welcome some 5.5 million passengers annually and handle 100,000 tonnes of cargo per year.</FONT></P><br />
<P style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0 0;" class="MsoNormal"><FONT size="3">By 2030, the airport is expected to have 37 parking lots and be capable of receiving as many 37 planes during peak hours, up to eight million passengers annually and 200,000 tonnes of cargo per year.</FONT></P><br />
<P style="text-align:justify;margin:6pt 0 0;" class="MsoNormal"><FONT size="3">Currently it has a VND200 billion international terminal that could receive 600 passengers per hour and includes lounges, registration areas, canteen, and souvenir shop meeting international standards. </FONT></P><br />

<p>Bu haftaki <strong>Agos</strong>’un birinci sayfasının hemen ortasında duran siyah beyaz fotoğrafa ve o fotoğrafın tam ortasında, kendisinden yaşça ve boyca küçük çocukların üzerine kanat germiş gibi kollarını iki yana açmış duran, objektifi en çok hak eden çocuğun fotoğrafına bakıp da, içi titremeyen biri yoktur sanıyorum. Bu fotoğrafın bende yarattığı heyecan ise, birdenbire anlamış olmanın, o bilmenin verdiği küstahlıkta heyecanını da yapmacıklığa kurban edenlerinkinden farklı ve anlaşılmaz bir heyecandı. 19 Ocak’ın ikinci kirli tekrarında, Agos’un birinci sayfasından bizlere, nereye kaçırdığını kendisinin de anlayamadığı tebessümünü postalayan <strong>“Fotoğraftaki çocuk”</strong>un, Hrant’tan başkası olacağına ihtimal vermediğim halde yine de; “Neden o olsun ki” diye diklenerek bir daha, sanki çocukluk arkadaşını, bütün kafaların pirinç büyüklüğünde olduğu eski fotoğraflardan seçmeye çalışır gibi bir daha bakıp, bana verileni değil, benim hak ettiğimi, daha doğrusu hak edeceğimi bulmaya ve almaya çalıştım o gazete sayfasından…<!--moreDevamı&#62;--></p>
<p>Gazeteyi eline alır almaz <strong>“Hrant bu”</strong> diyenlerden değilim dolayısıyla… Ben keşfini erteleyip, daha sonra, <strong>“bu Hrant’mış ya”</strong> diyenlerdenim. Onu hemen seçmekte acele edenlerden değil. Onun yokluğunu bunca hissetiğimiz şu zamanları, hesaplı kullananlardan. <strong>Buldum mu, elinde biraz daha, çok değil, bir iki dakika daha fazla tutabilmek için çırpınanlardan. </strong>Bunu yaparken, bir fotoğrafa dahi bu telaşını çaktırmamaya çalışacak kadar, aklını hırpalayanlardan…</p>

<p><strong>“Bugün onunla dolu bir gazete daha çıkarıyoruz. O çocuğu özlüyoruz. İçimizdeki çocuğa dokunmamızı sağlayan, bize yeniden hayat veren o çocuğu… Ölümün karşısında gülümseyerek durabilen o çocuğu…</strong></p>
<p><strong> Bugün bizim de fotoğrafımız çekiliyor. Birimiz en öne geçmeye, bazımız kafasını yandan uzatmaya çalışıyor. Ama kimse fazla heveslenmesin… Çünkü her fotoğraf hâlâ O’nu çekiyor. Açılmış kolları, parıltılı gözleri ve büzülmüş dudaklarıyla…”</strong></p>
<p>Birinci sayfadan böyle sesleniyor Agos, kurucusuna ve doyamadığı yol arkadaşına.</p>

<p><strong><span style="color:#333399;">Etyen, Çok mu Mahçupyan?</span></strong></p>
<p>Ancak, hem ölümünün üzerinden geçen ikinci yılın ağırlığının bir daha ve aynı anda üzerinize çullanmasından yorulan, hem de Agos’un belki de en hüzünlü sayılarından biri olan bu sonuncusunun burukluğuyla kasılan ruhunuz, biraz gün yüzü gördüğünde yeniden sayfaları çevirmeye başlıyor ve <strong>Etyen Mahçupyan’ın</strong>, <strong>“Hrant’ın sırrı”</strong> başlıklı yazısına rastlıyorsunuz.</p>
<p>Etyen Mahçupyan, <strong>“Hrant’ın sırrının ‘kendi olmak’ olduğunu”</strong> anlattığı yazısında düşüncelerini açıklayıp, birkaç nasihati de kulağınıza iliştiriyor.</p>
<p>Şöyle:</p>
<p><strong>“Kaybedilenler, biz yaşadığımız için yaşatılma şansına sahipler. Ama yaşamak, değişmek, farklı bakmak, yüreğindeki bilinmeyenleri keşfetmek demek. </strong></p>

<p><strong>O nedenle, artık Hrant övgüsünü bir kenara bırakıp, kendimiz övgüyü hak eden bir şeyler yapmalıyız. Ancak o zaman Hrant gerçekten de övülmüş olur. </strong></p>

<p>Kendi kendisinin kahramanı olmayı başarabilmiş Etyen Mahçupyan’ı bilmem ama, benim için, tam da Agos’un birinci sayfasındaki “Fotoğraftaki çocuk”un hemen yanından akan yazıda tarif edildiği üzere, <strong>“Ölümün karşısında gülümseyerek durabilen”</strong> bir çocuk, kahramandır. Hele hele<strong>, “İçindeki çocuğu çoktan öldürmüş olanlar”</strong>ın, <strong>“karşısında kendilerini aciz hissettikleri” </strong>bir çocuk, hiçbir klişeye yenilmeyecek kadar güçlü bir kahramandır.</p>
<p>Brecht’in, hem sıklıkla bu sitedeki yazılarımda, hem de Hrant’ın ölümünün hemen akabinde yazdığım, Radikal Genç’te yayınlanan ve kimseye söylemesem de içten içe hep Kronik Muhalif’in gizli bir manifestosu saydığım <strong>“Genç Haşarı”</strong> yazısında alıntıladığım<strong> “Toplum olarak ihtiyacımız olan şey kahramanlar değil, kahramanlara ihtiyacı olmayan bir toplumdur olsa olsa”</strong> sözüne olan sarsılmaz inancıma rağmen, benim kendime, <strong>“Ölümün karşısında gülümseyerek durabilen” </strong>bir çocuğu kahraman olarak tayin etmem, sizin güngörmüş yetişkinliğiniz ve kendinden gayrı kahraman tanımayan muazzam kişiliğinizden veto yiyecekse, bunu pek de umursamam sayın Mahçupyan.</p>
<p>Ama, en azından aksine kafa yoracak zamanı da ayırabilirim, işi tümden kendimi kaybedip, çelişmek konusunda sizinle yarışmaya vardıracak kadar.</p>
<p>Zira, <strong>“her fotoğraf hâlâ O’nu çekiyor” </strong>sözü, <strong>“Hrant’ın sırrı”</strong> başlıklı yazıyı ortaya çıkarabilen bir beynin kolaylıkla seçebileceği kadar <strong>efsanevi bir dille yapılmış bir övgü</strong> barındırıyor bence.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>“Hayır”</strong> mı?</p>
<p>Bu cevabı vermenizi ne çok isterdim sayın Mahçupyan!</p>
<p>Ama siz yazdıklarınızdan, söylem ve eylemlerinizden bir tek kendiniz mahçup olmuyorsunuz anlaşılan.</p>
<p>Bugüne kadar içinde Hrant’ın adının ve yaptıklarının anıldığı yazılarınızı incelesek, hiç kimsenin yapmadığı kadar Hrant övgüsü yaptığınızı tespit edebiliriz beraberce. Bunu biliyorsunuz!</p>
<p>Peki, siz ne söylüyorsunuz? Ne istiyorsunuz?</p>
<p>Hrant’ı sizden başka kimsenin övmemesi, endişelerinizi bastırmaya yardımcı olur mu mesela? Yoksa, <strong>“övgüyü yapan dozdur”</strong> mu diyorsunuz? Meydanlarda toplanan kalabalıkların, <strong>“yığın” </strong>oldukları için bağımsız düşünebilme yetileri olmadığından dem vuruyor olmanız olasılığı nedir?</p>
<p>Eğer öyleyse, <strong>“Hepimiz Hrant Dink’iz”</strong> sloganının bir övgü olmadığını söylemek zorundayım. Hatta bunun bir slogan olduğunu söyleyenlerle bile enikonu tartışırım. <strong>“Hepimiz Hrant Dink’iz”</strong> bir tavırdır sayın Mahçupyan. Övünülecek bir tavırdır üstelik.</p>
<p>Geçen iki yılda, <strong>“‘Hepimiz Hrant Dink’iz’ çığlığının aslında ‘hepimiz insanız’ anlamı taşıdığını” </strong>anlatığınız en az 20 yazınızı referans gösterebilirim size. Dolayısıyla, <strong>“Hrant’ı övmeyi bir yana bırakıp, kendimiz övünülecek şeyler yapmalıyız”</strong> demeden önce, bu ülkede yaşayan barış yanlısı azınlıkların, halkların kardeşliğine inanmış halkların duymayı fazlasıyla hak ettiği bu sözü haykıranların, ne denli övünülecek bir tavrı kuşandıklarını da anlatmalısınız.</p>
<p>Bunu özellikle belirtmediğiniz bir yazıda, Hrant’ın övülmesinden ciddi ciddi rahatsız olmuşa benzeyen tuhaf telkinlerinizi, <strong>“başımızdan aşağı boca ettiğinizde”</strong>, sorgulanırsınız çünkü.</p>
<p><strong>Çünkü korkarım, “Biz Hrant’tan daha değerli” değiliz sayın Mahçupyan. Üzgünüm ama, galiba siz de değilsiniz</strong> ve aslında neden olmadığımızı, neden olmadığınızı da kendi yazınızdaki bir gafınızla, gayet net özetlemişsiniz: <strong>“…Çünkü hala yaşıyoruz” </strong>diyorsunuz, <strong>“Hala değiştirebiliyoruz.”</strong></p>
<p><strong>Siz yaşıyor musunuz, sayın Mahçupyan? </strong></p>

<p>Peki, değiştirmekten kastınız, gazetedeki bir iki genç yazarın gitmesinden ibaret mi? Yok değilse, bizim gözümüzden kaçan <strong>‘devrimlerinizi’</strong>, <strong>‘yeniliklerinizi’</strong>, yüzeysel bir dille de olsa, biraz açar mısınız?</p>
<p>Kusura bakmayın ne olur; putperestlikten sizin kadar arınamadığımız için, pek net göremiyoruz…</p>
<p><strong>* * *</strong></p>
<p><strong>“Bizler Hrant’tan çok daha önemliyiz. Çünkü hâlâ yaşıyoruz…” </strong>harikulade bir cümle bana kalırsa. Bu sözü yalnızca söylemekle kalmayıp, bir de söylediği sözü eylemleriyle dengeleyen birini de bulursak, Hrant’ı övmekten gönül rahatlığıyla vazgeçebiliriz. Gerçi, biz de sabah akşam <strong>“Hadi Hrant’ı övelim de, put olsun!”</strong> diye kendimizi paralamıyoruz ya, maksat, sizin keyfiniz yerine gelsin.</p>
<p>Ama bana kalırsa, <strong>“daha önemli”</strong> olmak için, <strong>“yaşıyoruz” </strong>sözünün tam karşısına gerçekten de adamakıllı bir <strong>‘hayat’ </strong>koymak gerekir. Sanırım o zaman siz de <strong>‘yaşadığınızı’</strong>, bu tür yazılarla ilan etmek çilesinden kurtulabilirsiniz. Öyle ya, sizin hayatınız, <strong>‘övünülecek şeyler’</strong> barındırmaya başladığında içinde, nasıl olsa <strong>‘yaşadığınız’ </strong>gerçeği herkes tarafından teslim edilecektir.</p>
<p><strong>“Hrant’ın sırrı”</strong>nı açıklarken, sizden bunu da duymak isterdim:</p>

<title><![CDATA[Making Safer Asbestos: Einhorn on CDS]]></title>

<p>David Einhorn, founding hedge fund manager of Greenlight Capital, exploited Credit Default Swaps (CDS) derivative contracts to their fullest in the midst of the financial crisis and now he says any effort to keep them in existence is like making “safer asbestos.” Hypocritical?</p>
<p>As toxic debt devices that profit from credit default triggers, CDSs have created “large correlated and asymmetrical risks,” which have “scared authorities into spending hundreds of billions of taxpayer money to prevent speculators who made bad bets from having to pay,” according to Einhorn.</p>
<p>The abolishment of the CDS market would have no impact on me (I have never traded a CDS in my life), but in principle Einhorn has no leg to stand on. Just because these unregulated insurance contracts were not properly disclosed or collateralized by American International Group, Inc. (AIG) does not mean a transparent, properly collateralized, central clearing exchange could not be created to efficiently meet the needs of counterparties.</p>
<p><strong>Derivatives Description</strong></p>
<p>Conceptually, a CDS is no different than a derivatives option contract. Take for example a put contract. Like a CDS, a put contract can be purchased as insurance (hedging against price declines on a current holding) or it can be purchased for speculative purposes (profit from future potential price declines if there is no underlying ownership position). All derivatives are structured for hedging or speculation, whether you are talking about options, futures, swaps, or other exotic forms of derivatives (i.e., swaptions). CDSs are no different.</p>
<p>Einhorn is not the first person to disingenuously speak about derivatives. The “do as I say, not as I do” principle holds true for Warren Buffett too. Buffett blasted derivatives as “weapons of mass destruction,” yet he has made billions of dollars (<a href="http://investingcaffeine.com/2009/08/19/buffett-sells-insurance-weapons-of-anti-destruction/"><strong><span style="color:#0000ff;">read about Buffett on derivatives</span></strong></a>) in premiums from writing (selling) multi-year options on various indexes.</p>
<p><strong>Derivatives History</strong></p>
<p>Derivative trading goes as far back as Roman and Greek history when similar contracts were used for crop insurance and shipping purposes. After the Great Depression, the Investment Act of 1934 legitimized options under the watchful eye of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Subsequently, the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) began trading listed options in 1973. Since then, the investment banks and other financial players have created derivative products making up many different flavors.</p>
<p><strong>The Solution</strong></p>
<p>How does Einhorn feel about central clearing exchanges?</p>

<div style="background:#909090;color:#ffffff;">&#8220;The reform proposal to create a CDS clearing house does nothing more than maintain private profits and socialised risk by moving the counterparty risk from the private sector to a newly created too big to fail entity.&#8221;</div>

<p>Oh really? If the utility of hedging contracts has been documented for hundreds of years, then why wouldn’t we create a standardized, transparent, adequately capitalized central clearing house for these tools? Whether Einhorn is asking for the eradication of all derivatives, I cannot be sure.  If his extermination comments apply equally to all derivatives, then I guess we’ll just have to shutter entities like the CBOE, which handled 1.19 billion options contracts last year alone. If eliminating speculation was the focal point of Einhorn’s argument, then perhaps regulators could simply raise the reserve requirements for those merely gambling on price declines or default triggers.</p>
<p>In the end, if what Einhorn recommended came to fruition, he would only be throwing the baby out with the bathwater. CDSs, and other derivatives, serve a healthy and useful purpose towards the aim of creating more efficient financial markets. I agree that the AIG flavor of CDSs were like lethal asbestos, so let’s see if we can now replace it with some insulation protection.</p>

<p>1682. İbni Ömer radıyallahu anhümâ&#8217;dan rivayet edildiğine göre Resûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem şöyle buyurdu:<br />
&#8220;Bu sûretleri (resim ve heykelleri) yapanlar, kıyamet günü, ‘bu yaptıklarınıza can verin, haydi!’ diye azâb edileceklerdir.&#8221;</p>
<p>1683. Âişe radıyallahu anhâ şöyle dedi:<br />
Resûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem bir seferden dönmüştü. Ben de odamın önündeki sekiyi resimli bir perde ile örtmüştüm. Bunu görünce Resûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem&#8217;in yüzünün rengi değişti ve şöyle buyurdu:<br />
– &#8220;Ey Âişe! Kıyâmet günü Allah katında insanların en şiddetli azâba uğrayacak olanları, Allah&#8217;ın yarattığı şeyi taklide kalkışanlardır.&#8221;<br />
Bunun üzerine biz de o örtüyü kesip bir (veya iki) yastık yaptık.</p>
<p>1684. İbni Abbâs radıyallahu anhümâ, &#8220;Ben Resûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem&#8217;i şöyle buyururken dinledim&#8221; dedi:<br />
&#8220;Her sûret yapan cehennemdedir. Yaptığı her sûret için orada bir kişi yaratılarak ona cehennemde azâb edecektir.&#8221;<br />
İbni Abbâs, (kendisinden fetvâ isteyen ve tek işi resim yapmak olan kişiye) şöyle dedi:<br />
– Eğer mutlaka resim yapman gerekiyorsa, ağaçların ve cansız şeylerin resimlerini yap!&#8221;</p>
<p>1685. Yine İbni Abbâs radıyallahu anhümâ, &#8220;Ben Resûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem&#8217;i şöyle buyururken dinledim&#8221; dedi:<br />
&#8220;Kim dünyada bir canlı resmi yaparsa, kıyamet günü yaptığı resme can vermeye zorlanır. O ise, buna aslâ can veremez.&#8221;</p>
<p>1686. İbni Mes&#8217;ûd radıyallahu anh, &#8220;Ben Resûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem&#8217;i şöyle buyururken dinledim&#8221; dedi:<br />
&#8220;Kıyamet günü azâbı en şiddetli olanlar, sûret yapanlardır.&#8221;</p>
<p>1687. Ebû Hüreyre radıyallahu anh, &#8220;Ben Resûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem&#8217;i şöyle buyururken dinledim&#8221; dedi:<br />
&#8220;Allah Teâlâ:<br />
Benim yarattığım gibi yaratmaya kalkışandan daha zâlim kim vardır? Haydi bir zerre, yahut bir habbe veya bir arpa tanesini yoktan yaratsınlar (bakalım!), buyurdu.&#8221;</p>
<p>1688. Ebû Talha radıyallahu anh&#8217;den rivayet edildiğine göre Resûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem şöyle buyurdu:<br />
&#8220;İçinde köpek ve sûret bulunan eve melekler girmez.&#8221;</p>
<p>1689. İbni Ömer radıyallahu anhümâ şöyle dedi:<br />
Cebrâil aleyhisselâm, Resûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem&#8217;e geleceğini söylemişti. Gecikti. Resûlullah sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem çok üzüldü ve dışarı çıkınca Cebrâil ile karşılaştı ve gecikmesinden şikayetçi oldu. Bunun üzerine Cebrâil aleyhisselâm:<br />
&#8220;Biz melekler, içinde köpek ve sûret bulunan eve girmeyiz&#8221; cevabını verdi.</p>
<p>* Yukarıdaki hadis-i şeriflerden anlaşılan Resim ve Günümüzde Canlı Fotoğraf ile üç boyutlu heykel büst gibi şeyleri  İslam&#8217;da yasak oluşu ve tevhid inancını zedeleyen ve şirke düşüren konumda olmaları hasebiyle sert uyarılar ve tehdidlerle müslümanların bu tür şeylerden vazgeçmeleri istenmiştir. &#8221; Büyücülerde fotografla büyü yapar.&#8221; Putperestliğin yeniden ortaya çıkmasına sebep teşkil edecek olan canlı resimlerin bulunduğu tablolar her türlü fotoğraflar ve üç boyutlu heykel ve büstlerin evlerde bulundurulması kesinlikle haramdır. Fotograf saklanıcaksa bir albüm içinde muhafaza et. Sadece nüfus cüzdanı, ehliyet, pasaport gibi zaruri evraklarla , çocukların oyuncak bebeklerinin alım-satımı ve oynanması zaruret olduğu için haram sınırı dışındadır. Paralarda bulunan insan resimleri de caiz değildir.<br />
Dolayısıyla müslüman evine melek girmesini temin için ne resim, ne de büst, heykel gibi üç boyutlu canlı temsilleri evinde dükkanında ve bürosunda bulundurması haramdır. Avcı ve koyun köpeği (ziraat köpeği) haricinde de köpek besleyemez. Batı hayranlığıyla süs köpekleri taşımak pekçok para masrafına yol açar.  Onları beslemek müslümana yakışmayan kafir adetidir. Köpek beslemek yerine fakir, aç ve kimsesiz yetim çocuklara yardım et. ( Tolga)</p>

<p>2805- Rafî’ b. İshâk’ın haber verdiğine göre, şöyle demiştir: Ben ve Abdullah b. ebî Talha Ebû Saîd el Hudrî’yi hastalığı dolayısıyla ziyarete gitmiştik. Ebû Saîd el Hudrî dedi ki: Rasûlullah (s.a.v.) bize şöyle haber verdi: “İçinde resim ve heykel bulunan eve melekler girmez.” İshâk, resim mi heykel mi demişti diye şüphe ediyor.” (Müsned: 11326)<br />

<p>2806- Ebû Hüreyre (r.a.)’den rivâyete göre, Rasûlullah (s.a.v.) şöyle buyurmuştur: “Cebrail bana geldi ve dedi ki: Dün gece sana gelmiş idim. Bulunduğun eve girmeme bu güne kadar bir engel yoktu fakat evin kapısının örtüsünde insan resimleri olan bir perde vardı evin içerisinde de resim ve nakışlar bulunan bir duvar örtüsü vardı ve evde de bir köpek bulunuyordu. Şimdi emret kapı örtüsündeki resmin başı koparılsın o zaman o şekil bir ağaç şekline benzer. Duvar örtüsü için emret kesilsin o parçalarda yere atılıp çiğnenen minder yapılsın. Köpek için de emret o evden atılıp çıkarılsın. Rasûlullah (s.a.v.) bunların hepsini yaptı. Köpek, Hasan ve Hüseyin’in oynadıkları bir köpek yavrusuydu, emretti ve köpekte çıkarıldı.” (Nesâî, Ziyne: 17)<br />

Bu konuda Âişe ve Ebû Talha’dan da hadis rivâyet edilmiştir.</p>
<p>2574- Ebû Hüreyre (r.a.)’den rivâyete göre, Rasûlullah (s.a.v.) şöyle buyurmuştur: “Kıyamet günü Cehennem’den bir gurup yaratık çıkacaktır ki onun gören iki gözü işiten iki kulağı ve konuşan bir dili olacaktır ve şöyle diyecektir: Ben üç kişiye vekil tayin edildim, her inatçı zorbaya, Allah ile birlikte başkalarına ilahlık yakıştıranlara, resim ve heykel yapanlara.” (Müsned: 8076)<br />
Bu konuda Ebû Saîd (r.a.)’den de hadis rivâyet edilmiştir.<br />

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>I only realised that COD 6 and Modern Warfare 2 were the same thing 2 days ago. I guess it shows how much I really know about videogames. The full title must be Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 or something.<br />
I&#8217;ve never had a COD game, because my dad doesn&#8217;t like FPS games (or any these days) and I&#8217;m too young for them. Even though I&#8217;ve heard year 7s talking about how far they&#8217;d got on the latest one. There are even films I&#8217;m not allowed to watch. I can&#8217;t watch the Big Bang Theory (even though I like it and we&#8217;ve got pages of it on our PVR) and my parents don&#8217;t even think of letting me watch something like Heros or Lost or other stuff people watch. My parents don&#8217;t like soaps or the X factor but they do watch I&#8217;m a celebrity get me out of here. I can&#8217;t because it&#8217;s on &#8216;too late&#8217; for me. (My bedtime is supposed to be 9:00) Back on topic, I never get games as soon as they come out either. I always have to wait for Christmas or my birthday. If you ask me, that was a big mistake in parenting, because when I&#8217;m older I&#8217;ll do it all the time because I&#8217;ve been waiting so long to do it.<br />
Another problem is not having the latest consoles. My family has a PS2 and 2 PSP 300s (one for me and one for my brother) We also used to have a Commodore 64 from my Dad&#8217;s childhood (or teens or something) which he threw away cos he couldn&#8217;t sell it. I used to enjoy playing the odd ancient game on it. Ah well. PS2s will be like that soon too.<br />
I&#8217;m not exactly sure what the general topic of this post actually was. I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ll change the title though.</p>
<p>I hope my parents don&#8217;t read this; I know my grandparents sometimes do, and my friends from school sometimes do. (Especially James. He even comments sometimes) My parents never read this as far as I know.<br />
You know you&#8217;re in trouble when your grandparents are more technically advanced than your parents. (My mum mainly. I swear she has technophobia)</p>

<p>For those of you who occasionally visit the Art Institute&#8217;s second floor Impressionism galleries just to stare deep into <a id="PEHST001820" title="Georges Seurat" href="http://www.chicagotribune.com/topic/arts-culture/georges-seurat-PEHST001820.topic">Georges Seurat</a>&#8217;s &#8220;A Sunday on La Grande Jatte&#8221; (not unlike Cameron in <a id="PESPT003406" title="John Hughes" href="http://www.chicagotribune.com/topic/entertainment/movies/john-hughes-PESPT003406.topic">John Hughes</a>&#8216; &#8220;Ferris Bueller&#8217;s Day Off&#8221;), read on. The suggestion with art of this scale is that if we look hard enough at something, we start to understand the deeper meaning behind it &#8212; and, just maybe, the deeper meaning in life.</p>
<p>The irony is that Seurat&#8217;s piece, one of the more famous examples of turn-of-the-century pointillism, is best taken in from a distance. Look too closely and all you see are tiny dots of color, neatly lined up on the canvas.</p>
<p>Though contemporary pointillism is nothing new (the current trend being recreating pixelated computer images), the recent coincidence of simultaneously receiving news of two pseudo-pointillism shows led me to revisit the subject for myself. River North&#8217;s Perimeter Gallery is showing the work of Lia Cook, whose artist&#8217;s statement explains that she&#8217;s most interested in three aspects of her viewer&#8217;s experience: his or her initial engagement of the work at a distance, the action of moving in for a closer look to &#8220;experience the dissolution of image into pattern (maze),&#8221; and the moment when they realize, up close, that her images consist of thousands &#8212; maybe millions &#8212; of threads. Not points, threads.</p>
<p>That third step of observation is what struck me most about Cook&#8217;s creations &#8212; and, ultimately, what makes them work. The pieces included at Perimeter, &#8220;Dollface,&#8221; are aptly named portraits of dolls &#8212; some decapitated heads, some shirtless torsos. Unlike Seurat&#8217;s masterpiece, Cook&#8217;s art gets more interesting the closer you look. It&#8217;s not just the threads (all of the works at Perimeter are a woven blend of cotton and rayon); there are actually patterns and mazes and designs. Though works like &#8220;Cindy IV&#8221; from a distance resemble a captured still from a fuzzy television screen, up close they are mesmerizing and meticulous.</p>
<p>Whether you&#8217;re irked by images of doll heads is hardly the issue: This is textile art made by a master of her craft. The technique almost overshadows the aesthetic. But maybe that&#8217;s the point.</p>
<p>The same could be said of Jeffery Cote de Luna, whose &#8220;points&#8221; are pixels cataloged from a blend of masterworks downloaded from the Internet. The process is part of his ongoing Monochrome Project, for which he has been investigating color averages of Western European oil paintings, &#8220;remixing and resetting&#8221; them into computer-calculated blocks of color and tone. A handful of new works are hanging at Riverside ARTS Center&#8217;s tiny, tidy Freeark Gallery, which is worth a visit if you&#8217;ve never been.</p>
<p>Without the accompanying literature, Cote de Luna&#8217;s pixelated works, such as &#8220;Untitled (Reset I),&#8221; are interesting, but vacant; his single blocks of color stacked on one another, like &#8220;Odalisque I and II,&#8221; look like flattened <a id="PEHST001731" title="Mark Rothko" href="http://www.chicagotribune.com/topic/arts-culture/mark-rothko-PEHST001731.topic">Mark Rothko</a> interpretations. These are both in Freeark&#8217;s front room.</p>
<p>Thankfully, the back room reveals Cote de Luna&#8217;s methods, and gives viewers a reason to linger for a second look. On one of the back walls hangs a stacked grid of framed images: two reclining female nudes (odalisques) by French neo-classical painter Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres &#8212; one black-and-white, one color &#8212; adjacent to Cote de Luna&#8217;s interpretation: two blocks of color. As the artist&#8217;s statement explains, the color-blocked canvases are derived by &#8220;averaging the tones of each image to a single pixel of color consisting of certain percentages of red, green and blue.&#8221; And just like that, the simple, gray-and-black painting in the front room, &#8220;Odalisque I and II,&#8221; is no longer a poor-man&#8217;s Rothko. It&#8217;s still simple, but now it speaks.</p>
<p>Cote de Luna&#8217;s Monochrome Project is incredibly math-centered, based on the evidence displayed on an adjacent table in the back room. There are charts and facts and figures detailing the color tones of various Western European classic paintings, reducing entire centuries into simple squares of color, laid side by side like market research. A quick glance at this paperwork demonstrated the most tangible revelation to this reviewer: Based on Cote de Luna&#8217;s research thus far (for which he recruits the help of some of his students at <a id="OREDU0000103" title="Dominican University" href="http://www.chicagotribune.com/topic/education/colleges-universities/dominican-university-OREDU0000103.topic">Dominican University</a>), 16th century paintings appear to be slightly more brown than those of the 17th; 19th century works are definitively more greenish-gray than 18th.</p>
<p>Cote de Luna&#8217;s goal is to find and download 2,400 images (10 artists x 10 paintings x 6 countries x 4 centuries) for the sake of his work, which seems a bit ambitious, especially when the results are so easily misinterpreted. Then again, maybe we&#8217;re just not looking closely enough.</p>

Feel free to not read today, cuz they&#8217;ll probably be miserable, and if you don&#8217;t wanna feel miserable or get depressed, its probably a good idea not to carry on reading.</p>
<p>So, I&#8217;d like to say R.I.P. Sady Xx. my doggie. he collapsed this morning and we took him to the vet but he&#8217;s to old to have anything done to him so he&#8217;s gonna be put down at 12:45pm.</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t stop crying. kinda stupid, maybe&#8230; I don&#8217;t know. he&#8217;s been with us a long time, so it&#8217;s so fucking hard to imagine life without him now.</p>
<p>I want a hug.</p>
<p>But I want to be alone.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m so confused now. I never even said bye to him.</p>
<p>I wonder, do dogs go to heaven? but then I keep thinking no, cuz i don&#8217;t beleive in heaven, but at the same time I realy hope they do because its so hard to think he&#8217;s just gone.</p>
<p>So much happens, and now its just starting to all blur together. urgh.</p>

<p>Alors que l&#8217;économie tarde à reprendre, les actions de sociétés de services, de transports, des banques, de magasins de détails et d&#8217;industriels affichent presque le même prix qu&#8217;un an avant la récession.</p>
<p>Prenons des exemples flagrants avec des leaders poids-lourds de leurs secteurs:</p>
<p>Les actions du <a href="http://www.theinvestorglobe.com/corporations-news.php?co=Canadian.National.Railway">CN</a>.  Au même prix que février 2006 alors que l&#8217;économie tournait à fond de train (pas de jeux de mots ici).</p>
<p>Les actions du <a href="http://www.theinvestorglobe.com/corporations-news.php?co=CGI.Group">Groupe CGI</a>.  Au même prix que juillet 2007 en plein sommet du cycle économique.</p>
<p>Les actions de la <a href="http://www.theinvestorglobe.com/corporations-news.php?co=Royal.Bank.Of.Canada">Banque Royale du Canada</a>.  Au même prix que décembre 2006 alors que l&#8217;économie allait super bien.  Elle vient en plus d&#8217;annoncer un vaste programme de 1 milliard de dollars en rachat de ses actions.  Un beau gaspillage de l&#8217;avoir des actionnaires.  Une décision qui démontre avec arrogance l&#8217;inconscience des dirigeants de cette banque.</p>
<p>Les actions d&#8217;<a href="http://www.theinvestorglobe.com/corporations-news.php?co=Encana">Encana</a>.  Au même prix que août 2007, en plein sommet du cycle économique.</p>
<p>Les actions de <a href="http://www.theinvestorglobe.com/corporations-news.php?co=Bombardier">Bombardier</a>.  Au même prix que février 2007, l&#8217;économie allait très bien à l&#8217;époque.</p>
<p>Les actions de <a href="http://www.theinvestorglobe.com/corporations-news.php?co=Shoppers.Drug.Mart">Shoppers Drug Mart</a> affiche le même prix que juillet 2006 alors que l&#8217;économie était en pleine expansion.</p>
<p>Les actions de BCE sont au même niveau que août 2006 alors que l&#8217;économie était en bien meilleure santé.</p>
<p>Les actions de <a href="http://www.theinvestorglobe.com/corporations-news.php?co=Quebecor">Quebecor</a> sont au même niveau que juillet 2006 alors que l&#8217;écomomie se portait pas mal mieux.</p>
<p>Le prix des actions des sociétés mentionnées plus haut reflète une santé face à l&#8217;économie actuelle  qui n&#8217;est pas réelle en ce beau début de novembre 2009.</p>
<p>Alors deux choses unes. Soit que le marché se corrige drastiquement très bientôt ou que l&#8217;économie va rouler à fond de train très bientôt.  Croire en la première éventualité serait plus sage.</p>
