Fatal cases of Hemorrhagic Pneumonia related to the H1N1 Swine Flu are spreading throughout the world.  A huge number of H1N1 deaths have been counted in the last week.  Martial Law has already been declared in the Ukraine.  What country or state is next?

– The Norwegian Institute of Public Health has informed WHO of a mutation detected in three H1N1 viruses. The viruses were isolated from the first two fatal cases of pandemic influenza in the country and one patient with severe illness….Worldwide, laboratory monitoring of influenza viruses has detected a similar mutation in viruses from several other countries, with the earliest detection occurring in April. In addition to Norway, the mutation has been observed in Brazil, China, Japan, Mexico, Ukraine, and the US….The mutations appear to occur sporadically and spontaneously. Say what?  If the mutated virus is not spreading how is it being traced to numerous countries?  If the earliest detection was occurring in April, why were there no alarm bells going off? Or maybe they were, and you just couldn’t hear them.

Today, November 27, 2009 report from WHO says, “In the United States and Canada, influenza transmission remains very active and geographically widespread. In the United States, disease activity appears to have peaked in all areas of the country. Iowa with state control over antivirals and quarantine measures in place, is also apparently America’s top destination for Hemorrhagic Pneumonia in the U.S.

Doctors in Iowa are observing hemorrhagic lungs in flu patients, but although the state has officially recorded 21 H1N1 deaths, actual cases may be higher as patient rights, laws prohibit the disclosure of specific numbers. Throw in the “sounding the alarm about the rise of tuberculosis (TB) superbugs. Although the incidence of TB has fallen in many regions, the new findings suggest serious and growing problems with TB could on the horizon. The reason? Last week, Recombinomics, Inc. Founder and President, Henry L. Niman on events in Ukraine, said, “The rapid rise in reported infections, hospitalizations, and deaths in the past few days raise concerns that the virus is transmitting very efficiently…the spike in fatalities and the frequency in hemorrhagic cases in Ukraine have raised concerns.”  His focus has been on a little something called D225G.

D225G is in the receptor binding domain and therefore at the surface of HA, and several different polymorphism were noted at that position (D225G, D225E and D225N) suggesting the changes were to escape from the immune response.  Moreover the change was appearing on multiple different genetic backgrounds. Hemorrhagic pneumonia was also observed in the 1918 pandemic and was thought to be linked to cytokine storm. The world’s most populated country is China where they are on high alert for any mutation where H1N5, Bird Flu has been seen.  Zhong Nanshan, director of the Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Diseases in China’s southern Guangdong province, said the presence of both viruses in China meant they could mix and become a monstrous hybrid — a bug packed with strong killing power that can transmit efficiently among people.  “China, as you know, is different from other countries. Zero Hedge at http://www.zerohedge.com/article/cdc-h1n1-forced-quarantine-docs-leak wrote, “the fall H1N1 pandemic may be a convenient pretext by which dangerous levels of expanding social control can be established by elites which have proven themselves utterly corrupt and morally bankrupt.”

Meanwhile, “If vaccines strengthen the immune system (as vaccine makers imply), then why do people who take such vaccines end up at higher risk of future infections? The only rational explanation for this is that vaccines compromise immune function. Everyone has their preference when it comes to fine films, but being named a guilty pleasure is far more subjective. They give you the incentive to hate them, but there’s a little something that compels you to keep the DVD spinning or to put the remote down and watch till the end.

Don’t get too wrapped up in the pleasure part; there’s also the guilt factor. I’m not just talking about the guilt you feel about wasting your time with a subpar film rather than watching a more prestigious one; this is about the films you’re completely self-conscious about watching time and time again. The films with titles you mumble when telling a friend what you’re up to, the films that make you blush when someone walks into the room and gets a glimpse at what’s on the TV. That being said, as you read my list of the top guilty pleasures of the decade, I’m blushing and utterly embarrassed.

With Liberal party infighting currently dominating mainstream media, another Government initiative is currently flying quietly under the radar that will dramatically affect the way in which welfare recipients can spend their entitlements.

The Federal Government is planning major changes to the welfare system that will involve imposing restrictions on welfare payments.

The measure of quarantining welfare so money can only be spent on essential items has been in place in Northern Territory Indigenous communities as part of the federal intervention.

According to the ABC, the Government now intends to extend the scheme to non-Indigenous people in the Northern Territory.

The move is seen as part preparation for a national roll-out of the welfare restrictions.

Essentially, the Government wants to quarantine 50 per cent of peoples’ welfare payments so that money can only be spent on essential items such as food, clothing or rent.

“We’re introducing major reforms to the welfare system in legislation that will be presented to Parliament this morning,” Families and Indigenous Affairs Minister, Jenny Macklin, said.

“We’re intending to introduce a new income management scheme aimed at protecting children and families and helping disengaged individual people who are on a variety of welfare payments.”

Under the Government’s plan, people on a range of payments such as Youth Allowance and Newstart may be affected although there will be exemptions for veterans and for people on the age and disability support pensions. People will be able to apply for individual exemptions but they will have to meet certain criteria.

Mission Australia chief executive Toby Hall is supportive of the changes.

“There’s another group of people who I think have taken welfare for granted for too long,” he said.

“We think for that group of people’s woes it’s probably a good thing that actually income management’s introduced, that it means that there’s a little bit of pressure to move off benefit and into work and maybe a little bit more than there is today.”

The idea is already generating some debate.

“I think that’s fair and just, it should apply to everyone,” one man told the ABC.

“I just think that I’d be really frustrated if I was a welfare recipient and if I wanted to shop at a certain place that wasn’t nominated,” a woman said.
Another woman said it was a responsible plan.

“I think it will definitely put a lot of people in a better place considering like they’ll have to pay rent and they’ll have to buy food,” she said.

“But it will take away a lot of people’s freedom and I can see some sort of fight arousing over it.”

I’d like to begin by pointing out a little known fact… No. I did not die. I just skipped a week. Although,… for the better part of a week, my house probably should have been quarantined.

But, as is typically the case,… the evil of the virus has been smote.  The forces of good prevail.

Now then,… as I’m sure the vast majority of you have heard, Thursday is Thanksgiving here in the United States.

Families far and wide have different traditions to go along with Thanksgiving. Some tend to lean more toward the classic family gathering, while others do things such as volunteer work at shelters and things of that nature. Both, of course, are fine…

The problem with Thanksgiving is simply this,… people seem to forget to whom we are to be thankful.

As we see is the Scriptures (and many more I didn’t include), nothing we have is ours unless first, it’s given by God. Our food, clothes, home, car, health, jobs, and even our children. All are given through the goodness of God, as an expression of His love for us.

During this time of family gathering and abundant turkey consumption, take pause and consider where you’d be if the Lord hadn’t first provided all that you have. From all those gathered around you, to the food set before you. Enjoy it,… it’s all on loan from the One to whom all things belong.

A Tale of Two Stories: The European BioWar outbreak and the censoring of it by the mainstream news media.

The biggest story on the Planet today is the outbreak of a very serious Advanced Biological War virus in Europe.

The second biggest story on the Planet is the suppression of this story for almost two weeks by the corporate owned mainstream news media.

There is a lot we know and a lot that we can only speculate on about what is unfolding in Central Europe. We know that in mid-October, less than a month ago, there was a growing number of cases of what many thought was Swine Flu (A/H1N1) in the western part of the Ukraine. We know that many hundreds if not thousands of people in western Ukraine witnessed low flying light airplanes aerosol spraying something over Ukrainian cities during the days of October 29, 2009 and October 31, 2009.

We know that beginning the night of October 29th, massive numbers of people begin to get very sick. We know that the Ukraine government issued a statement denying that it was doing any aerial spraying to combat the growing disease or authorizing any spraying over Ukrainian cities. We know that by October 30th, the Ukrainian authorities closed all schools for three weeks and banded public gatherings.

We do NOT know what disease the people were/are coming down with. We do know that doctors are describing the disease as Pneumonic Plague, or as some type of hemorrhagic fever, or as hemorrhagic influenza, or as hemorrhagic pneumonia. We know that the illness, whatever it is, does not appear to be A/H1N1. We do not know if the disease is a recombination of A/H1N1 with other viruses or some totally different virus or if it is in fact a virus. We know that the World Health Organization (WHO) has had several days to sequence the genes of the disease but has failed to release this data.

We know that WHO has NOT called for the quarantining of the Ukraine or the shutdown of all global travel to/from the area of infection and that this is the same thing that they did when Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1) first broke out and that the failure to contain that virus early on ensured its spread throughout the world.

We know that the internal temperature of the lungs of those with a terminal case of what many are calling ‘Ukrainian Plague’ is often from 130F to 135F. We do know that autopsies show that the lungs are filled with blood, and are black in color, and that the lung tissue has turned to mush. We know that patients who first show any signs of illness usually crash in less than 48 hours, sometimes the same day.

We know that the disease was spreading by about 200,000 per day but that this has slowed to about 100,000 day now, in the Ukraine, as people take extraordinary steps to contain the spread of the disease.

We know that well over one and a third million people in the Ukraine are very ill with the disease (according to published official sources) and that over 60,000 are hospitalized in serious to critical condition. We know that the disease has a very high transmission rate with a likely low amount of viral (if it is in fact a virus) material needed to cause an infection. We know that the official reports of deaths are under 300 in the Ukraine. We also know that it is normal for hospital admissions of people with ARI (acute respiratory infection) to have a fatality rate of from 5% to 10%. We know that non-official sources were reporting over 3,000 deaths several days ago and that this number is more in tune with the 5-10% fatality rate than the official figures.

We do not know what effective treatments are for this illness. We do know that young adults seem to be more in danger of this illness. We suspect that ‘cytokine storming’ similar to that in the 1918 Spanish Flu, that killed approximately 50 million people, is taking place.

We know from official Ukrainian Health Ministry reports that the illness does not test out as Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1). We do not know if the existing Swine Flu vaccine has any effect, but based on the non-positive response to Swine Flu in testing, we suspect that the vaccine is ineffective as the viral protean shell is different than A/H1N1 (if in fact it is a virus that causes the illness).

We know that the illness has spread to Poland, where over one quarter of a million people are now very ill. We know that it has spread to Belarus and to Hungary and elsewhere in central Europe. We know that 900,000 people are said to have Swine Flu in Norway but we do not know if this is related to Ukraine Plague in any way.

We know that on November 8th a South African site (fto.co.za) carried the following: /”Suspicious aircraft were forced to land. A US operated (Russian-made long-range heavy transport) AN-124 changed its call sign from civilian to military which then triggered a response from the IAF (Indian Air Force) upon entering Pakistani air space (forcing) the plane to land in Mumbai while (a) second one was forced down by Nigerian fighter jets that also arrested the crew.”

“According to reports, China’s People’s Liberation Army Air Force contacted the Indian and Nigerian intelligence officials about the presence of these US operated Ukrainian aircraft amidst growing concern that the United States was spreading ‘biological agents’ in the Earth’s atmosphere, which some Chinese officials believed to be an attempt to (commit) mass genocide via the spread of H1N1 swine flu.”

These aircraft “were carrying ‘waste disposal’ systems that could spray up to 45,000kg (nearly 100,000 pounds) of aerial type mist from sophisticated….nano pipes” in the planes’ wings – called chemtrails.

We know that Baxter International Pharmaceuticals sent 72 kilos of human influenza H3N2 vaccine materials to 16 labs in European nations which contained live H5N1 Bird Flu viruses. We know that this was only discovered when a Czech lab tested the material on several ferrets (ferrets have a similar respiratory system to humans) and all of the ferrets died in short order. We know that Baxter claimed that this was human error. We also know that such a ‘human error’ is basically impossible with the containment protocols in place at Baxter and any other modern biolabs using Biosafety Level 3 (BLS-3) lab technology.

We know that in mid-August a Joseph Moshe, who is a Mossad biological warfare expert, called in to Dr. A. True Ott’s national radio talk show and reported that Baxter was getting ready to release a deadly plague from its Ukrainian lab and that he was shortly meeting with US Attorneys in Los Angles to give evidence about this. We know that shortly thereafter Moshe was apprehended by Federal agents and LA police and taken to the Israeli Consulate. We know that he was quickly flown to Israel and that no further word has come from him.

We know that over the last three or so years a large number of biological experts, from a number of places all over the world, have died strange deaths and that this has been commented on by various publications in the past.

We know that the sudden appearance of Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1) virtually had to have been a release from a biological warfare lab. We know that A/H1N1 has gene sequences from three different types (American, Asian, and African) of Swine Flu, of Bird Flu, of two different types of human seasonal flu, and of Spanish Flu and that such a recombination is so unlikely in nature as to be virtually impossible. We know that the WHO policies of not requiring a major quarantine of Mexico ensured that A/H1N1 would spread throughout the world.

We know that the current Swine Flu “Vaccine” is almost totally untested, and that the manufactures are protected from lawsuits for even deliberate acts that result in deaths and that nations acquiring the vaccines are required to sign contracts agreeing not to release negative information on the “vaccine” to the public. We know that published additives to the “vaccine” include highly dangerous-to-human-health substances.

We know that the corporate owned mainstream news media (with strong links to global banking families) have censored this story in a way that has never happen before. We know that the outbreak of a unknown but deadly and very rapidly spreading disease in Europe is the largest story on Earth but that it is NOT being reported on.

All victims of the virus in Bukovyna (22 people at the age of 20-40) died not from bilateral pneumonia, as was previously thought, but as a result of viral distress syndrome, i.e the total destruction of the lungs.

At first the cardio-pulmonary insufficiency comes, and consequently cardiogenic shock is developed, which causes cardiac standstill and death, told the chief of bureau of the Chernivtsi regional forensic examination, doctor of science, Professor Viktor Bachynsky, UNIAN reports.

“During a bilateral pneumonia some morphological picture is observed. As of data of deaths, there is no such morphological picture. The virus, which causes death, is very aggressive, it does not strike the trachea, but immediately gets into the lungs and causes heavy swelling and solid hemorrhage. Mixed types of parainfluenza and influenza A/N1N1 lead to this state. This is a very toxic strain, which has not yet answered to the treatment of the Ministry of Health”, – said Viktor Bachinsky.

According to him, there is a need to change the treatment standards, because those which were used earlier, resulted in nothing – doctors failed to save all people infected with the virus in the reanimation.

The belt ventilators did not help also.

For this reason a group of professors of Chernivtsi Medical University appealed to the Ministry of Health and National Security and Defense Council with a demand to review the standards of treatment of patients in Bukovyna. Scientists-morphologists sent to Kyiv reports, studies and analysis of critically ill patients and people who died of virus.

Viktor Bachinsky noted that the virus is extremely toxic, it is able to penetrate not only through respiratory apparatus but also through the eyes. Chernovtsy scientists recommend in any case use masks and even wear protective spectacles. An important condition to prevent deterioration of the situation is also the observance of quarantine regime.

06:19 p.m. Ministry of Health does not consider it is necessary to publish data on the number of confirmed cases of influenza pandemic in the laboratory. “Ukraine is in the A/N1N1 influenza pandemic, and now it does not matter how many of these cases will be detected, we should treat everybody equally,” – said Deputy Minister of Health Vasyl Lazoryshynets at a briefing on Friday.

Vasyl Lazoryshynets also reminded that in Ukraine since the beginning of the epidemic 1,25 mn people became ill with pandemic influenza, influenza and acute respiratory diseases, including 61,000 people – over the past day, which is by 8,500 less than the previous day.

65,615 people are treated in hospital, including 392 – in the reanimation, 60 have artificial pulmonary ventilation.

Since the beginning of the epidemic in Ukraine 239 people died, including 26 people during the last day, most of them are in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Lviv and Ternopil Regions. He also said that according to the laboratory data, 14 people died of pandemic influenza, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

06:25 p.m. To date, swine flu in Ukraine is dominant, but not the only strain, said the head of mission of the World Health Organization in Ukraine Yukka Pukkila.

Yukka Pukkila said that the strain of pandemic virus is detected in 22 cases of 34 samples sent to the control laboratory, which collaborates with WHO in London.

At the same time, Yukka Pukkila stressed that, besides Californian flu in Ukraine there is a large number of varieties of acute respiratory viral diseases and many other viruses that infect the respiratory system, reports Liga.

The only hope for recovery is a batch of antitoxin serum in which this isolated community is without. The town’s doctor sends a distress message for an order of the serum. However, delivery of the medicine proves a problem during the winter. A helicopter transport is impossible. They decide to carry the serum by train, however it is only able to be delivered as close as 700 miles away from Nome. To transport the serum the remaining 700 miles to Nome, an elaborate relay team of 20 mushers and 160 dogs is formed. Battling temperatures of over 60 degrees below zero, 2-3 hours of daily sunshine, 4 dog deaths, and miles of frozen seas, the relay teams successfully deliver the serum to the town of Nome in less than 6 days.

REVIEW: This short picture book captures the true events of several teams of sled dogs and mushers in their pursuit to save a town from a deadly disease. While over 160 dogs participated in this venture, Balto received the most recognition by the media due to his participation in the last leg of the relay as well as his “preferred name”. Many of the dogs were recognized on tours, zoo appearances, and movie spotlights.

The famous Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race commemorates the 1925 serum run. This famous race follows much of the same route as the 1925 run. Leonhard Seppala, owner of both Balto and Togo (both dogs participated in the serum run) is recognized as an honorary musher for the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race.

On October 30th, 2009 editors of local papers in Kiev, Ukraine received a flood of phone calls from citizens reporting low flying aircraft spraying an unknown aerosolized substance over L’viv, Ternopil and other cities.

On October 27th the Ukrainian media broke the story that on October 26th in Ternopil an unknown flu had killed seven people , and that over the past few days about 6 thousand people had sought out medical attention in regards to flu like symptoms.

From this first report through to the 9th of November over 1 million people inside the Ukraine people have contracted some form of flu like illness. This is almost double the number of ‘confirmed’ H1N1 cases worldwide in all other countries. There have also been over 155 deaths reported due to influenza during this time. This outbreak is unprecedented yet it has received  minimal coverage in the western media. It just seemed to get lost amidst all of the swine flu coverage, and written off as just more cases of H1N1 before any lab samples had been processed.

In the Ukrainian and Russian media however the outbreak has been treated more seriously and has been referred to as ‘pneumonic plague’. On October 29th a report came out of Ukraine describing the deaths of 6 young people in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. After the autopsies were performed it was recorded that the cause of death in these individuals was “severe hemorrhagic pneumonia”.

The above numbers represent the latest figures from Ukraine. The increases over the weekend have slowed, but it is unclear if this reduction in the rate of increases is due to an improving situation, or just fewer reports received because of the weekend.  Although Lviv still has a wide lead in all categories (see map), including 155,895 cases, the city of Kiev is now up to 60,366 and when combined with the 47,802 cases in the Kiev Oblast, the Kiev city/oblast has increased to more than 100,000 cases, which is higher than any oblast, other than Lviv.  The low number of deaths there, 5, may just be a trailing number, since the largest increases in Kiev were in the past few days.

Poland is now reporting schools with high absenteeism, although media reports and government comments continue to cite contributions from seasonal flu, even though all countries in Europe are reporting seasonal flu levels at less that 1% of flu positives.  Worldwide, seasonal H1N1 has been crowded out, and low levels of H3N2 in eastern Asia are rapidly declining, suggesting the H1N1 swine flu will be the dominant influenza A in humans for years or decades.

The lack of a more detailed report on the sequences generated by Mill Hill continues to cause concern.  Initial reports suggested there was no reassortment or anti-viral resistance markers identified, but reports did not exclude small changes, including acquisition of receptor binding domain changes such as polymorphisms at HA position 225 (D225E, D225G, and D225N).  D225N was linked to the global expansion of amantadine resistant H3N2, and D225G was isolated from lungs of fatal cases in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as well as pandemic isolates from 1918 (A/New York/1/1918) and 1919 (A/London/1/1919).

From The Flu Case

UKraine first and Austria second for martial law?

On a cold, overcast December afternoon in 2004, I briefly met the Viktor Yuschenko, the Ukrainian President.

He had been treated for poisoning at a hospital in Döbling and when he was released, he held a press conference surrounded by doctors and attended by scores of journalists.

Yuschenko stood there barely saying a word, looking haggard and with a bluish pallor: his face was pock marked and his hair was an unnatural colour; his eyes were full of mistrust and fear even though the private Rudolfinerhaus clinic held few threats.

Five years on, this shattered looking individual, who was once the head of a pro democracy movement, is about to proclaim himself a dictator.

Ukraine is the first country to come under the control of the WHO and the UN under the International Health Regulations 2005, and the reality is that Yuschenko and his Prime Minister Julia Timoschenko are just carrying out the orders from WHO and the UN when they suspend civic rights and democracy under the pretext of fighting a pandemic emergency.

Whatever is left of freedom in the Ukraine is about to be extinguished.

Elections in January are set to be suspended.

Demonstrations have been banned.

Political opponents have been prohibited from travelling inside areas put under quarantine.

Borders have been partly closed already.

Critics of a mass vaccination campaign are facing criminal prosecution and goal.

Huge swathes of land have been put under quarantine.

Plans are in the works for the forced vaccination of people with a toxic and untested swine flu vaccine. The US government is planning to send nearly a million doses of the jab. a substance classified as a bioweapon, to the Ukraine by early December…..

Pregnant women and children are the first to be given the jab which Yuschenko using the twisted logic and lies worthy of the Nazi Propagandist Josef Goebbels has said must be administered to them to “protect their health”.

Yuschenko has justified implementing martial law on behalf of WHO by the sudden appearance of a pneumonic plague in the western part of the Ukraine that appears to be artificially engineered.

There have been reports of planes spraying towns before the appearance of the plague. WHO was part of an exercise on plague bioterrorism just a month before the actual plague appeared. Baxter has a facility in the Ukraine.

WHO and the international corporate crime syndicate that fund them, may have decided that they could not go ahead with their plan to trigger a pandemic in Europe and the USA because the public awareness of the dangers of the vaccine jab has become too great, not least as a result of WHO and Baxter being caught contaminating 72 kilos of vaccine material with the live bird flu virus in February.

Miniscule numbers of people have gone to take the swine flu vaccine across Europe. In Sweden the numbers might also be as low as a few thousand because the government only counts how many doses of the swine flu have been distributed (1.4 million) and not how many jabs have actually been given.

The Ukraine may, therefore, have seemed like a better place to test their model and carry out their plan of generating a plague, panic, confusion, declaring a mutated virus, inserting the virus into vaccines, and waging biological warfare against defenceless civilian population eventually using Ukraine’s own army and military through a forced vaccination programme.

Expect WHO, which is examining the Ukrainian mystery virus, to announce the swine flu has morphed into the bird flu to spread panic. This will be an excuse for WHO to insert the live bird flu virus into vaccines, and so spread the pandemic even further.

WHO has been preparing for years for a bird flu pandemic, after all. The bird flu is an artificial lab virus reconstructed from the Spanish Flu pandemic virus by US scientists in a bioweapons lab.

The Austrian corporate media – controlled by the same corporate crime syndicate that pull the strings of WHO – are preparing the people here for the idea that the pandemic could soon spread. Five flights a day land from Kiev and there are no precautions to test infected people in place, pipes an Austrian newspaper.
How long until the Austrian newspapers declare the plague or bird flu has reached Austria? How long until we see the attempt by the government at the brutal implementation of martial law preceding forced vaccinations and quarantines?

The number of police and private security forces patrolling on the streets in Austria has certainly increased dramatically recently. There are even uniformed, private security guards now patrolling Vienna University’s libraries, something totally new. Extra police have been put in the airports and border crossings. The army command structure has been centralized.

Special army units based in Korneuburg, the same place where Baxter has its facilities, have bene practicing pandemic emergency exercises and quarantining patients in hospitals.

The Austrian government is facing protests from students and an ecomonic collapse engineered by the corporate crime syndicate that funds big pharma and WHO. The government has saddled the Austrians with huge debts to the banks that will suck out of the economy huge amounts of money leaving even less for students, pensioners as Depression comparable with the 30s approaches.

The evidence of crimes committed by members of the government is so great that if the Justice Minister Claudia Bandion Ortner were not herself so corrupt, then most of the parliament would be in goal.

How long until the Austrian government, corrupted to the core, threatens people with martial law under the pretext of a pandemic to avoid having to face accountability for their crimes?

How long until WHO and UN officials following the orders of the banksters and pharma companies take over the health service and the police and mandate forced vaccinations and quarantines in Austria?

With a bridgehead in western Europe for their pandemic plans, WHO could then attempt the same tricks in other countries as in Austria…

“Ukrainian president’s poisoning was falsified”

The evidence of the 2004 poisoning of the Ukrainian President was falsified by high-ranking officials and Viktor Yushchenko’s family members, a representative of Ukraine’s Prosecutor General’s Office has said.

Larisa Cherednichenko, the head of the department for supervision of investigations into criminal cases of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office, was working for the parliamentary commission looking into the circumstances surrounding the alleged poisoning.

The findings add yet another twist to the mysterious story that’s been puzzling many for five years.

Ukraine’s newspaper “Segodnya” (“Today”) wrote that in her report to the Prosecutor General Cherednichenko accused some officials from the presidential secretariat, led by the Ukrainian leader’s wife Kateryna, of being involved in the case. She said they tried to conceal the “artificiality” of the poisoning.

It all began during the presidential campaign of 2004 when Viktor Yushchenko suffered a serious decline in his heath. He was taken to a private clinic in Austria where doctors found dioxin – a poisonous chemical – in his body. A criminal investigation into the case was then launched.
By the time Yushchenko left hospital, his looks had changed dramatically. Pockmarks had appeared on his face and the upper part of his body.Yushchenko insisted he was poisoned during a dinner with top officers from the Ukrainian security services near the capital Kiev on September 5, 2004. The Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Secret Services, whose residence was the venue for the meeting, fled the country soon afterwards. Nevertheless, he denied all allegations of poisoning the presidential candidate.

The presidential candidate’s associates at the time accused Moscow of the attempt on his life. An investigation into the matter was started immediately, and quickly became one of Ukraine’s biggest cases.

During the five years of the Yushchenko poisoning investigation, dozens of high-profile witnesses have been questioned at the Ukraine Prosecutor General’s office, their list including the country’s top businessmen and even international footballer Andrey Shevchenko.

Kiev’s official line has been that Yushchenko was deliberately poisoned.

“Americans poisoned Yushchenko’s blood”

Cherednichenko, citing the evidence of MP David Zhvania, who was at the dinner, said in her report:

“The samples were secretly taken to the US, where they were enriched with dioxin and later, with the help of American special services, delivered to Austria,” Segodnya paper quotes Cherednichenko as writing in her report.

And it was exactly those blood samples that were sent by the administration of the Austrian clinic, Rudolfinerhaus, for the expert screening which discovered dioxin, the report says.

Zhvania, however, said he wasn’t strictly insisting that Yushchenko’s blood had been deliberately enriched with dioxin.

“A group led by one of Yushchenko’s associates, Roman Zvarych, took his blood samples first to the US. There were some tests and other operations conducted there and investigators have papers proving that. Later these blood samples were handed over to a Dutch clinic, where they found traces of dioxin,” he said. “I’ve never insisted that the president’s blood was deliberately enriched with dioxin in the US, but in any case, it was after this chain of events that everyone started saying Yushchenko had been poisoned.”

Special services’ operation?

Also, Cherednichenko mentioned a recording of a phone conversation between two people who called each other Roman and Marta. Speaking in English and occasionally using some Ukrainian words, those two were discussing the delivery of Yushchenko’s blood samples to the U.S. and then to Austria.

She claimed the name “Marta” was a pseudonym and the poisoning was nothing but an operation planned and performed by Ukrainian and foreign special services.

The General Prosecutor’s office representative refused to name who was really hiding behind the “Marta” nickname. However, the gossip that appeared on the Internet shortly afterwards is that it was Kateryna Yushchenko.

“I was afraid of everything and everyone”

Commenting on the statement in an interview with the paper Ukraina Moloda, the president’s wife said that she was accused of being involved in Yushchenko poisoning case.

“I was accused of falsifying the test results and making the plan to help him win the elections,” she said.

She said that in order to find out what the reason of her husband’s illness was, she had to ask for consultations in Europe and the U.S.

“I had to do it secretly… since I was afraid of everyone and everything. I remember that time as a nightmare,” she is quoted as saying.

Kateryna Yushchenko added that she was proud of her husband and believes he was a hero.

An attempt to dismiss the report’s author quick to follow

According to Segodnya newspaper, the day after writing her report, Cherednichenko was warned that she would be dismissed from her office due to staff reduction. She was offered two positions instead, which she refused. Later Cherednichenko appealed against her dismissal through the court.

She said, however, that she doesn’t regret writing the report.

It looks like the alleged poisoning story is far from over. Whether the new findings are true or not, the question that still remains is what really happened to the Ukrainian president and what caused dramatic changes in his appearance.

Here is an unfortunate travel story and not a funny one but it warrants being told given that the whole world is panicking over Swine Flu. But how would you feel if it were you or your family member who was under supervision for suspected infection?

There are several horrific experiences that come to mind when it comes to travel that sometimes make you wish you were back at home in the comforts of your own country. Whether you are an expat abroad, a backpacker or on vacation, the all time top worst things that could happen have to be either getting arrested, being involved in some natural disaster or getting seriously ill or injured. With the recent outbreak worldwide of Influenza A (H1N1), aka swine flu, authorities have been taking drastic measures to ensure everyone’s safety. Unfortunately, some people have gotten caught up in this whirlwind and fear more than others and it has lead to horrible results.

After being accused during and after the SARS epidemic some years ago, Chinese officials have been extremely cautious regarding the current situation. What some may call unwarranted panic others warn is not enough. There are extra measures both China and other Asian countries have implemented to curb the epidemic.

For some, coming back into China was only annoying and required a 2-hour quarantine in Tokyo or Seoul. For others, a mere clearing of the throat or slight cough sent them into the walls and stethescoped hands of numerous Chinese doctors the second the airplane door was opened. While these things may annoy and make you late, they are nothing in comparison to being fully quarantined in a foreign country like the Mexicans who were quarantined inside China or those foreigners returning home from a vacation in China.

One Aussie man who works in Jakarta had been in China visiting his two daughters, who are both employed in Beijing, before heading to a conference in Hong Kong. He comes to China frequently to do consultancy and meetings etc and after living in China for 9 years previously is well familiar with traveling around in China and taking all precautions as a traveler.

Naturally, the initial Swine Flu scare was most obvious when reports that a plane coming from Mexico that stopped in Shanghai on its way to Hong Kong. As of late, an entire hotel in Hong Kong was put under immediate quarantine for several days.

A few days after returning to Jakarta, the Aussie man showed signs of illness when he began to present flu like symptoms of rash, aches, sore throat, cough, fever and shaking.

Unfortunately, the combination of symptoms and his return from China gave the Indonesian health authorities no choice but to follow protocol and pick him up in an ambulance and put him in quarantine.

With SARS and Avian Flu still fresh in collective Asian memory, he was taken to one of Jakarta’s four public infectious diseases hospitals, swabbed, poked and prodded then placed in strict solitary isolation for a week as a “suspected A/H1N1 case” until test results eventually cleared him of the nasty virus.

Ironically enough, despite the doctors’ panic, apparently a black board was enough to “secure” that the “isolation wing” from the rest of the hospital.

In the end, the ill-fated Aussie returned home to his family but needless to say that’s a horrible experience that no one should have to endure. It’s bad enough not feeling well let alone being treated like E.T at a questionable hospital in a foreign country. Thankfully he is weak but stronger and Swine Flu free. Unfortunately, this can happen anywhere in the world obviously and there isn’t much we can do but keep on living our lives in the hopes that it too, shall pass.

Pennsylvania House Bill 492, the Emergency Health Powers Act, was introduced by Rep. Ken Smith (D) on February 18, 2009, as an amendment to The Administrative Code of 1929 which outlines provisions for dealing with public health emergencies. HB 492 contains provisions that, during a health emergency, allow for the public takeover of private property and infrastructure, restriction of free trade, quarantines, mandatory medical treatments, and forced vaccinations.

Similar to the Massachusetts pandemic bills that were passed by both the House and Senate back in October, HB 492 follows suit with a laundry list of unconstitutional mandates not lawfully afforded to the State, even during a pandemic. A final, combined version of the two Massachusetts bills is currently awaiting passage.

Though the Pennsylvania bill has been sitting with the Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee since February, there is a possibility it could move out of committee and be rushed for a vote in the very near future. Because many other states have begun trying to replicate the Massachusetts template for government tyranny during a crisis, it is crucial for the public to stop this bill and others like it before it ever makes it to the Congressional floor.

The darling of the globalist NGO “color revolution” in the Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko, has issued an official statement suggesting as president he will impose martial law on the country, force citizens to take toxic vaccinations, and outlaw demonstrations by the political opposition.

“I instruct the Government and the Ministry of Health to immediately start preventive and promotional work in areas where there is no epidemic, targeting primarily the special risk groups,“ declared Yushchenko. “This means that medical aid must be urgently reinforced by emergency, critical care treatment. It is generally known that the only way to prevent any infection is vaccination.” In his declaration, Yushchenko made the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council “the center of decision-making” and said that “failure to comply with its orders will immediately result in application to the law enforcement authorities.”

In addition, Yushchenko said demonstrations against the government during the growing flu epidemic would be considered acts of “criminal irresponsibility,” a hint that the government will crack down on opposition under the cover of protecting the public. “I have addressed the Prosecutor General of Ukraine with the request to institute criminal charges of negligence” against government officials “who, despite having daily information on the epidemic situation in the country, neglected it in pursuit of political dividends and ambition,” said Yushchenko.

On November 4, Yushchenko accused rival Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, ex-prime minister Viktor Yanukovich and parliamentary speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn of ignoring the growing epidemic and organizing mass rallies for their own campaigns. “The first and most effective method of prevention is not to allow mass gatherings of people. But, ignoring this rule, hundreds of thousands of people were brought to Kiev for various events from different regions,” Yushchenko said in a televised speech, according to Reuters.

In late October, the government imposed a quarantine around the country and public events were banned, including the elections. Police enforced the compulsory wearing of protective face masks and citizens caught not wearing a mask faced harsh legal penalties.

On November 3, Ukraine shut down its schools, universities and cinemas, and banned public gatherings for the foreseeable future. Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said “special regimes” designed to limit the movement of Ukraine’s citizens were being introduced in an attempt to prevent the spread of the mystery virus.

Two people have died, a town of 10,000 is under quarantine, and the area within a 17-mile radius around it has been sealed to contain a pneumonic plague outbreak: Chinese authorities have put a whole town in quarantine after an outbreak of horrifying pneumonic plague.

Two people have died from the highly contagious disease, an even more powerful brother of The Black Death – the bubonic plague believed to have wiped out a quarter of the population of Europe in the 14th Century.

Pneumonic plague is one of the most virulent and deadly diseases on earth, usually fatal within 24 hours. It attacks the lungs and kills nearly everyone who catches it unless they get rapid treatment with antibiotics.

A dozen people in the stricken town of Ziketan have so far been infected. The disease spreads fast and is passed from person to person by coughing. Authorities in northwest China have sealed off the remote town of 10,000 people and begun a treatment and quarantine programme.

Residents are terrified, shops have been shuttered, homes disinfected, face masks distributed, there has been panic buying and streets are deserted, witnesses reported.

The World Health Organisation said it was in close contact with Chinese health authorities and that measures taken so far were appropriate.

It looks serious, but the Chinese regime being what it is, they aren’t limited by anything in their choice of means to keep the disease from spreading. People are just worker ants for them.

The Swine Flu is an orchestrated attempt to spread fear and chaos into the population and to try to get people vaccinated, which everyone should know contains mercury that damages your nervous system. Armed airport guards marched off forty British children on vacation with their families as they landed in Egypt because they were thought to have swine flu.  Horrified parents watched as officials used draconian legislation to hold anyone with a temperature of more than 38C. Some children – a few as young as four – were kept apart from their parents for five days in a makeshift hospital – even though they had no symptoms of the H1N1 virus.

Sarah and Chris Kemp said they were terrified when daughter Ellie, eight, was grabbed after the family was scanned by hidden thermal imaging cameras in the terminal at Sharm el Sheikh International.  Mr. Kemp and Ellie were forced to spend five days of their £1,650 holiday in a ‘hellhole’ hospital, sharing a urine-stained bed in a mosquito-filled room with about 30 other families.

He said: ‘We were at passport control when this policeman, who was dressed all in white and had a gun, came and grabbed my daughter’s arm without warning. ‘She was screaming. At first I slapped his hand off her arm but they said, as her temperature was 38C they needed to take her to hospital. ‘They demanded our passports at gunpoint and then refused to give Ellie’s back.’  Armed guards stopped Mrs. Kemp, who insisted her daughter had no swine flu symptoms, from staying with them.

She said: ‘This bloke just grabbed my daughter who was screaming. It was the most frightening experience of my life. She and her dad were stuck in a room you wouldn’t leave your dog in.’ The family, have complained to the British government and are now seeking a refund from travel agency, who they say should have warned them about the situation.

Airport guards in Egypt will quarantine travellers with above normal temperatures

On October 30, Egypt has reported the 4th death from H1N1, according to the Al-Ahram newspaper.  A 36-year-old woman from Ismailia Governorate died of H1N1 on October 29. Up until now, the Ministry has reported more than 1000 cases of the novel pandemic influenza virus in this most populous Arab country. Egypt reported its 1st case of pandemic H1N1 on 2 June 2009, a 12-year-old Egyptian-American girl coming from the United States via the Netherlands.

As it was hit hard by the fatal H5N1 (bird flu) in 2006, Egypt decided in late April 2009 to cull all pigs in the country, as a preventative measure, to stem the pandemic virus.
