When someone so important to you told you he didn’t believe in something you were crazed about

When someone so important to you told you he didn’t believe in something you were crazed about, what would you feel?

To be honest the day he told me he didn’t believe in ‘Forever’, my knees weakened. It felt as if the moment was broken into crazy little pieces and I was in a middle of something so unreal, I was hurt. But I never let it show. I know he meant something about it, something like life can make you feel blissful at times, making you feel that forever is real, but you know at some point, life ends. I know that’s what he meant, that everyone dies for particular reasons, I can’t deny the fact that death is a natural way of life, but I have my theories on forever. It’s not just about breathing, it’s something about more than life. More than breathing, and more than living. It’s about finding the soul of someone you are bound to be with forever, and when I say forever, it’s after life, and your next life, so on. I really thought hard on what positive account I could make of the happening. Then a friend told me: “Make it a mission, make him believe in forever.“, and that is my quest today. Make him believe in forever. Make him believe in destiny and fate. That even if we die just like everyone else, we will find forever. And I would prove that FOREVER is all real. c:

THE AUTHOR: I am writing two books right now. Each one’s main character is a girl around thir

THE AUTHOR: I am writing two books right now. Each one’s main character is a girl around thirteen or so. The first goes on a quest. I don’t know what kind yet, but a quest. Both will be fantasy. The other will somehow be about drawing and fantasy and adventure at the same time, in an interesting way. I may not even have the characters the same as I mention here, because it would not work out if they are the same as they are presently. So in the first book–which has absolutely no connection to the second book, not even the same series–is about a girl who has two sisters and a brother. The other book is about a girl with one brother. I would tell you the names of those four people, but it is too likely that their names will change. Same with the two girls’ names. Well, one may change, the other will likely stay the same, but I shouldn’t tell you because it is not for sure.

THE ARTIST: Not much to say. Can I really describe how I am an artist? I crochet many unique and accurate objects, I draw amazing pictures, I create wonderful blogs. I would say more but there is no more to say. I will merely share a couple abstract images I made. I started them at 11:00 AM, and finished them at 11:40 AM. Here they are:

I have done better, but that was forty minutes for two pictures. I used Arcsoft Photostudio 5.5 to make the pictures (from scratch) so they can’t be very good. No offence to you people who made Photostudio, but it’s true!

I have said what I have to say about my hobbies. Now voice your own.

The movie hall seemed strangely quiet except for the low buzz inside my head, like the drone of an ancient biplane hidden in the clouds somewhere far above in the sky. I tried to concentrate on the large screen before me. Through the tears, the picture looked blurred and hazy. I didn’t know why I was crying. The biplane was coming closer with each passing second, gradually drowning me in an violent uprising of a now shapeless noise.

I sat erect and immobile, my back pressed against the plush leather seat, my mind sinking into a fathomless quagmire of random thoughts. I could taste Vicky on my still parted lips. My mouth felt dry. I was breathing through it, I realised. I want to close my mouth and then forget about it. I feel all alone huddled in an infant dark. A bluish white lustre hangs like morning fog tracing rows of chairs immediately before me. Silhouettes of the occasionally bobbing heads in them remind me that I am not alone. The familiar smell of a room-freshner colludes at my nose tip to give the stale air a touch of newness – spring flowers, I gather.

Suddenly Vicky turns and looks at me. In the darkness, I can feel his calm, steady eyes bore into my face. Once again I sense that feeling inside of me. The same feeling that I have carried within for as long as I remember. A feeling that I had, unknowingly, reserved for Vicky. I never asked myself what it was or why. I had accepted it unquestioningly. I grip the arm rest of my seat firmly to subdue a shudder that threatens to rack my body. An uncontrollable desire to run outside into the world of light takes over me. My hands are shaking as I tear them off the arm rest to wipe off the beads of perspiration running down my forehead. I feel feverish and weak.

Far from me, stands two exit signs on either side of the growing darkness, glowing eerily like warning signs of the things that wait outside for me. I felt fear etch ominous messages on my heart, which I didn’t know how to read. The massive doors, which let me in, now seemed like invisible prison gates to a dark padded cell without a key in which I was to spend the rest of my life.

I turned to look at Vicky. Without taking his eyes from the screen, he squeezes my arm as if to reassure me. ‘I am beyond reassurance, my dear cousin,’ I tell him, silently. He won’t understand, I know. He comes from a different world than mine. Every year, he visits with his family from beyond that wonderful, magical world I dream of. Seven seas and centuries separate our worlds. People in my world don’t do or say things that you do, Vicky. We don’t even think the things you do. That would be blasphemy. Our desire has made me an outcast already, do you know that?

Darkness is a curse because it gives birth to everything that light refuses to conceive. I have been removed from light so that all that was to be will be. My mind has fought with the inevitability. In horror, I accept it now. Ironically, it wasn’t the light but the dark that made the answers so clear. I now know what people meant when they said I was ’strange.’ I now see the meaning of the look in their eyes. I have hated it. I have hated the light that made them see what they did. Yet was not a part of me waiting for the dark to fall? Was this not the shy child’s unspoken desire? Well, the dark has fallen now, for once and all.

In flashes I see the last two minutes of my life come alive before my eyes. Vicky’s fingers gingerly moving on my thighs; the bursting open of a nameless feeling from the seat of my spine, rising like a pleasurable ache through the muscles of my back into my head, into my eyes, onto my lips; my head titled toward his in the dark, his lips on mine, our tongues promising each other fantasies of the unnamed kind, my body throbbing to discover and deny at the same time; his hands inside my unbuttoned jeans, stroking my adolescent pride, the rising emptiness in the pit of my stomach, my arching hips against the pressure of his soft palm, his lips on mine, interlocked in naked desire, lost in time. ‘Stop!’ the violence in my voice surprises me. It was only inside my head that I said it. I don’t want to think anymore. Fear benumbs my mind as I close my eyes tightly in terror against a future that is waiting to happen. A shudder escapes my limp body as I think about my parents and friends. The thought of stepping outside into the world of light where I will live as a ‘gay’ for the rest of my life weighs heavily upon my 16-year old shoulders. I bend down and sob silently away from the light.

She holds me still till all that moves is my heart within. It thump thumps against my ribs rhythmically. My senses are so wide awake that I hear nothing but the beat pulsating in my brain. I can feel the blood rush through my veins carrying hormones of ecstasy, pushing against the skin, ready to gush out in intermittent drops through every single hair follicle in my body. I wait patiently, holding my breath. An explosion builds up inside of me ready to tear through my body. I can sense it. I close my eyes anticipating the white light that will blind my being. I no longer will know if I’m dead or alive when she’s done with me.

I look into her lascivious eyes and find no apologies. Clear and playful, they look back into my soul without judging. Tender yet unforgiving, they extend me no mercy, no promises of a paradise that could be, no tomorrows, no clouded reality – just the piercing awareness of the fire within, the truth of the moment, ablaze with passion.

I float in a timeless world. My eyes are closed yet I can see clearly. The sight leaves me breathless and asking for more. I don’t say a word. I want nothing. I want everything. A hundred multi-colored dreams are born inside my head simultaneously. I hold on to each one with the mother’s ardent love for her newborn. I laugh out loud. The reason escapes me. I am free. Light and free. My body is a funnel. It turns everything around me into kinetic energy, and sends it down my spine without taking a break. Stop tickling me, stop making me so aware of my own happiness that I could die just feeling it. She doesn’t listen to me. I haven’t said a word. In our silence, life rushes in to find its meaning. Afraid but curious, I let it.

Something melts inside of me. Like snow in sun, it vaporizes and disappears leaving tiny droplets of residue. They will soon be memory too. I discover I am no longer afraid to look into her eyes. I discover my infiniteness. I become aware of my limit. I realise I am the moment. In it rests my life, death, dreams and desires. It is mine. Mine alone. The only infinity, the only promise, the only breath I own. This one tells me, I am alive and free to be.

She leans back and laughs into the space that divides our world from the one that I hate to exist in. I feel one with her. My soul and my body have no reason to live separately. I am her and she is me. They say, we are children of a conscious sin.

Apparently, owner JACQUES OUARI was inspired by LE REFUGE DES FONDUS at 17 Rue des Trois Frères in Paris, France, where wine is served in baby bottles so as to avoid taxes on wine served in stemware. So, go sip your Bordeaux through a rubber nipple, served “by the glass” (because “by the bottle” would just be misleading).

Thehiphopdiva.com would like to express condolences for the family of DJ Peachez. We know she will be dearly missed. Below is a little bit about her journey, taken from her myspace page.

DJ Peachez was born and raised in Central Virginia. She is a graduate of JMU where she majored in Marketing, minored in Music Industry and was an Honors Scholar. During her 6 years as a DJ, she has worked hard to cultivate her talent and keep the true art of hip hop music alive. Whenever she touches the turntables, you can see her love for the art and the joy of moving a crowd.

DJ Peachez first touched the turntables during her freshman year of college in September of 2000 at James Madison University. She stopped by the college radio station and spoke with the urban director, who graciously took time every week to teach her the basics of turtabilism: how to scratch, back up (repeat phrases) and mix songs. She saw DJing as an opportunity to release stress and make money to pay for her tuition and books. She decided on the name Peachez, since that was the nickname her relatives gave her (because of her light skin tone).

By Junior year, she was performing for events and shows all over JMUs campus and DJing for Another Sure Shot Entertainment, a booking company from Virginia Beach, VA. Through that company, she opened up for the Clipse at Virginia Unions Homecoming and BET Comic View Comedians. She has also performed at Lynchburg College, UVA, and VCUs Homecoming 2006 at Mr. Bojangles. She did such a good job at the VCU homecoming party that Quest from Atlantic Records named her “First Lady of the Cap City.” She has also performed at JMUs homecoming for 6 years in a row.

In addition to colleges, she has performed at various locations in Norfolk, Lynchburg, and Richmond, VA. This list includes, The Spectrum (Lynchburg, VA), Fevers (Farmville, VA), Mr. Bojangles, Club 321, Tonic, The Matrixx Room, The Cherry Lounge (Richmond, VA). She also performed at Afram Fest in Norfolk, VA (Memorial Day Weekend) 2 years in a row.

Alone again. Spent more time reading today than writing so far. It seems to hamper my ability to properly form thoughts, and, once formed, to place them onto paper. Theoretical paper, as I’m sure I’ve mentioned before. Don’t think about the task ahead. Think about what you’re going to say.

I think I only have a set amount of thoughts each week. I’m going to test that today.

What topics are interesting to you? Let’s develop a list, and perhaps you can flesh them out, or ignore them as you are so wont to do.

What is interesting to you, you dull clod? Nothing lights up your life except for that stupid girl and you’re so conflicted over her that you can’t even do anything about it. What used to be exciting is now dead. You’re alone in your house and you’re not even doing anything useful, moping about your leg. It might detract from morale, but morale itself doesn’t clean a household.

Don’t you, “Oh, God,” me, you know it’s true. All you do is sit there in your head, satisfied with your words, and you never actually do anything. I hope they find something wrong with you during your screening on December 3rd, but the truth is that they’ll probably find that you’re perfectly fine, which means you’re just a lazy ass who sits around all day and doesn’t achieve anything.

What a failure. Yeah, and there’s that idiot over there in the corner looking up at all the posters in your room and thinking, “I’m going somewhere!” but he won’t get anywhere by reading motivational quotes all day. Nobody thinks you’re worth listening to, not your friends, not the internet, not your family. What are you good for? Name one thing that you’ve done something effective in.

That’s what I thought. Failures and dropouts, all. There’s only one thing left to do, and that’s to die, and you can’t even do that properly. You have another seven years before you do that, and you won’t accomplish anything in that time, you’ll just be late for your last appointment with the Grim Reaper.

You will die alone, unknown, uncelebrated, and without anyone to carry on your name. Your cardboard box will be stolen by the hobo down the street and you’ll die of exposure. Probably in Madison, where your successful friend will have an empire corporation to his name.

Gah. I’m sick of you. I’m leaving.

…Well, glad that’s over. Now that he’s in the hallway and perhaps walking down the street, hopefully away from this place, we can address some of his points in a constructive manner. You’ve already faced that before. If you died now, you would have died as a failure in all the things you want to. But you already knew that. You knew that you would probably walk that path. You knew that you were on that path. But the choice of the path is up to you, from here.

Most people are on the heights above you. But you were never afraid of a good climb. It might take a while, it might take guts and determination and your footing will be off, but you did Angel’s Landing. You can play with the big boys. You just have to believe in yourself. Belief and putting one foot in front of the other, with your eyes on that final landing. They say not to look down. Well, it’s too late for that. You’ve already seen yourself tumble and fall, broken, into the canyon, crushed like a bug. You know it could happen. If it does, it’s fate. But if you let go, it’s certain.

Don’t let go of the cliff face. Climb higher. You’re at the bottom now. Trust in your reach to bring you to new places. You’ve let go before. You know how it feels. You’re still not dead. Keep going. Bring yourself up to new heights by yourself. Take breaks, let your wounds heal. Follow trailblazers until you reach the end of their trails, then blaze them yourself.

When you reach the top, it’s not the world that changes. It’s you. From there, you can choose to go anywhere, because you can see it all.

Make it happen. I’ll see you later.

Hm. It seems like there’s really only my voice left now. Neither disparaging nor idealistically hopeful. I’m the third, possibly the one you listen to the most, but I have no urge to pull you downward, nor to drag you up. I’m the one who tells you exactly what you want to hear. The things you need to figure things out. I’m not really interested in where you’re going, but how you get there.

You need to stop injuring yourself. I know, that seems pretty mundane, but it kills your spirits. Being crippled and out of shape is no fun. Fix that. Then when you’re back to normal, let me know where you want to go, and I’ll try my best to bring you there. I have a harder time of it than the two guys before me, because I have to actually think about the world around us, how to navigate through it, and I feel like you’re not as interested in that as you could be. You’re more interested in how the world could be.

Maybe you should figure out how the world is, at least for now. You’re such a greenhorn.

But really. Thanksgiving is tomorrow and the house needs to be cleaned up. I would just throw out basically everything, but I’m sure your family wouldn’t appreciate that. Actually, they might. If we framed it as practice for moving out, they might…hate that idea. Yeah, they really don’t want to move out.

These plants are dying. I believe you’ve addressed this before. I’d give them away online or throw them out. A damn shame, though. There seems to be a great deal of paper around here. This is yours…and that, that can probably be thrown out.

Hey, great, you’re working on your fifty thousand word accumulation. That places you no closer to your trashy sci-fi/fiction novel. You have roughly two and a half months to write that novel. After November ends, you will have less time, but at least NaNo will be over. The truth is, though, that it won’t. Let’s say you shoot for seventy-thousand words between December first and February eleventh. You can do that math, can’t you? Roughly seventy days, with seventy thousand words makes it easy math. About one thousand words a day. Easier than NaNo, by a little, but this has to be coherent. You might have to shotgun characters and have them find ways to each other. Isn’t that how the last one worked?

It worked for a good twenty-eight-thousand words, too. That’s something to almost be proud of, you almost noveller. This is pretty good, standing at almost thirty-five-thousand words, too. Nothing to sneeze at, but nobody would want to read it. Hell, you don’t even want to read it. Who thinks enough to fill a word document with fifty thousand words in a month? I certainly don’t. Or I try not to. Thinking is a killer. Impractical.

Anyway, you can certainly do a thousand words a day. Don’t count on making it up, though. And give yourself less rules. You’ll do better, be more motivated. Like this. How the hell else are you going to finish writing this challenge without just being able to freestyle prose until your mind dies?

You can’t. So let yourself do what you do naturally, just make sure to be writing it down.

What else do you want to do? Learn that Taeyang Where U At dance, right? Then do it. Not now, you’re busy. Not sure where you started writing. In fact, find that out so you have a general idea of when you can stop. Hmm, you’re almost at the normal NaNo daily requirement. Good. Don’t stop. Can’t stop, in fact. Because you’re addicted to the shindig.

Alright, just because it adds to the word count doesn’t mean I should do it. Thanks, but no thanks.

So you should really start learning Where U At at school. Just put it away til then. Oh shit, NaNo doesn’t end until Tuesday. You have quite a bit of writing to do, my friend. Just put it all away until you get this done.

Alright, so first it’s NaNo. I don’t know why this has captivated you so much. I guess repeated failures capture your attention. If that’s how it must be, then fail five times faster. It’s taken you this long to finally get the resolve to complete NaNoWriMo, and now that you will finish it at this rate, you must continue. You will win this challenge, and then you will move onto the next challenge, and you will fail many, many times, if past history is any indicator, but then you will succeed. This month, you rewrite the endings to all your stories.

Got it? In all practicality, I’m not going to tell you to do anything else. You really can’t focus on anything else, and most likely your attention deficit will lead you to do those things anyway. That is practicality. Focus on one thing. The rest, you will do by accident.

Well, I could spew more words, but that’s the last thing I’m going to say. I take my leave as well.

Good luck.
