Quest #13 has tip-toed onto the blog, wearing very quiet slippers and carrying a magic wand…

The quest is to go outside and find an object, then tell us the magical story behind this object.

It can be short or long, told in words or pictures,  however you want to interpret this.

And now the Quest waits silently, sometimes sprinkling sparkly dust about the room…

quest categories: one particular object, find it, kill it, whatever. The object can be a place, person, thing, just any noun really. Defending a noun. siege mission. Search mission, search an entire maps worth.

Once I reached 30 strength, I did the quest Death Plateau.  It was very easy and when I was done, I had a pair of climbing boots which game me more defense.  It also gave me a ton of attack experience because when I had finished the quest, I had 30 attack.  So I headed off to the grand exchange and bought me a nice adamant scimitar.

I made this little picture using an acorn and leaves. The circles were made by the edges of the acorn cap!

I think with more time and care, I could make some really lovely leaf prints.

This was fun!

Well this week is the short week for most folks in the US, This Thursday is out Thanksgiving..AKA TURKEY DAY.

As most we have a 3 day work week and are off on thurdays and Friday and paid for both days, so Wednesday i will be doing my normal all nighter and hopefully getting alot done on Cinderbella, right now she is stilling at lvl 60 and at someting like 54 in sage, not 100% sure on that buyt i know she is at least 60 in adventure. So i am hoping that we have our normal folks back on, also around this time of the year is when we starting getting out player base back from the summer months, so far we have seen Heal and Cece come back and have been playing here and there.

The other night we all grouped up and did shard of Love, and the roof of crushbone, it was realy fun. so i am hoping that we start doing our shard runs again and getting some good content and gearing up our toons, i am happy with the development of Cinderbella and the path that she has taken, chubby is just sitting back waiting on the expansion and Cinder is gearing up to the expansion, sometimes when i switch between the 2 i forgot who i have on and tryh someting that will not work out,lol.
Also i have had to learn to sit back with cinder and let others be the tank and i’ll assist them or be the OT.

So after 5+ years i am still learning and hoefully i will keep learning.

Island Realms strategy game.

Huh, this game is a kind of strategy game with island escape story line. You’re playing as a team making everything to escape an island. As there are 40 islands in all, take your time and move forward step by step trying to fulfill all the requirements of each level. Basically, your goal is to cross the bridge which will lead you just to another island with another bridge and more tricky tasks. And to cross the bridge you need to garther all required materials.

Surely, you can admit a lack of tutorial in this game. I would say there is no tutorial in all, because only your intuition and previous strategies of this kind experience will guide you through the first levels. But the good news is that if you still in the game and complete them, you’re welcome to this challenging game

Here are some hints for Island Realms game for you to successfully complete all the levels:

• Hover your mouse pointer over the cart and it will tell you what resources are needed to get to the next island
• Make sure you work the first island properly and have 20 men before continuing to the next island
• You need blueprints to construct walls and build catapults to defend your roads from your enemies
• You must be able to make iron in the forge to build a catapult
• The blueprint for the catapult upgrade is located on island 18

Well last night there wasnt much going on, we did the top / roof of Crushbone Keep with our Alts, of course i had Cinderbella there at first the 1st mob we pulled i thought for sure that i was a goner, i have really never grouped that much with Cinderbella, has be 59 seasons of solo grinding to get her where she is currently at. So after a breif adjustment of stepping back and trying not to tank but assist, i layed out some massive AOE’s on the mobs adding some diease to help bring them down.

After that we headed to Shard of Love where again we took the zone within 45minutes which was really good. During this time Cinder bealla hit her 60th season. i gained 2 new spells which i had the adpet III (Expert) already made and sitting in my shared bank along with 48 plat.

After making a few more lvls in the trade of Sage, i had to do a ffew things in my own home, but quickly fell asleep on the computer chair the headset i was wearing falling to the floor, and i awoke around 7am and headed to bed. so i really didnt get much done this weekend, friday night was about the same i tradeskilled alot gained 5 levels on friday in Sage , so far this weekend i bumped up 7 levels in tradeskilling, i am also working still on my harvesting, i was able to hit rivervale and harvest about everything so far i am heading back sunday afterenoon when i have some free time.

Other than that there wasnt much going on, with the holidays fast approaching for us, its getting harder and hareder to get some decent time in due to working more, as well as side activities that we have.

Defensive moves: basics of the basics here

counter attack: respond with a basic attack, can eventually allow various super powerful effects depending on type of character.

preemptive strike: quicker characters or foresight types can predict attacks and attack first, probably involving temporary debuffs or other useful tactics.

Take it: Instead of reducing damage, take the blow to fuel the fires of your rage!!!!!

teleport: high level move that allows instant escape for spellcasters, perhaps penalties on their next turn to prevent misuse

barrier: use magic-y shield to prevent large amounts of damage, pretty much an upgraded defend.

dodge: …..yeah

defend: ……yeah…this too.

Circular arts: some kind of crazy soft style martial arts for agile and martially gifted folks.

guest and quest: an idea I had a little bit ago

the mountainmen:large and powerful ppl live in the mountains, guarding something, you know the drill. A shapeshifting demon is after their treasure, and the only one who knows is the lone mountainman you just saved. He is a brute with nature spirits. Based on a goliath thing I had an idea for before

Griswold the Guard: he is involved in your earlier quests, a basic soldier type, friend of your family or something, helps during initial bandit attack.

ideas for first quest:

bandits destroy the town
bandits kidnap your sister
unidentified creatures from the water kidnap you
you wanted to leave anyway
parents die and you want revenge
parents kick you out cuz your a lazy bitch
the whole town gets moved onto a new continent, adventure ensues
griswold wants some help and personnel is tight due to a conference

Magic weapon Idea: a hammer that changes size, gives access to special aoe melee attacks.

explosive touch: causes explosions on impact

sonic weaponry: cannon that fires low-frequency projectiles
or high-pitch cry from weapon clash

ancestor weapons: parts of ancestor skill given to wielder

redirected energy: syphon energy from similar character to use abilites….or siphon characters for special bonus

rifling arrows: more precise and powerful, creates windy missile tings at high levels.

There will be no delay…I have finished the items database tier 1. The 2nd and third tiers will be there by launch everything will be on schedule. The quests database has been finished as well.

Good morning, jovial folks of Vana’diel!

So, I was gathering some choice items for my lil’ experiment and decided that I was ready for my first field test! It didn’t go as smoothly as I had originally planned, but I managed to walk away from it with Carby’s help, so that’s all that matters in the end.

However, as I stood there victorious, I came to a shocking realization: this is gonna cost me money! Oodles and oodles of cold hard cash! O.o; So I decided that I’ll take a wee break from adventuring yet again (with some exceptions of course), and go back to Crafting. I decided that since I’m going to be in need of potions up the wazoo, I decided to try my hand at Alchemy. So far so good; it’s at level 10 and I passed the exam with flying colours ^.^ I also started Goldsmithing, which is at the astonishing level of… 2

Okay so it’s nothing to write home about, but it’s still something

While that might sound all well and good, I probably won’t be able to get enough funds just by crafting, so I’ll have to resort to Plan B: corporate sponsorship ^.^ I’ll be pitching my idea to the various guilds and businesses of Vana’diel and hopefully someone will like the idea so much, they’ll give me the gil I need to continue my research Wish me luck!

Step 1
You will probably need some more friends, and more importantly, friends that are also trying to increase friend points (FP). To do this, add more friends. Add 15 people and begin the gifting process.

Step 2
Now many people don’t want to be wasting their money of $1000 items, so simply use 100 sticks or stones. These are equivalent to 10 FP. If you do not have 100 sticks or stones, send 50 at a time and just do it twice. If you don’t want to send sticks or stones, click here to see what else you can send to gain the 10 FP.

To send items, click on the stoage icon in the toolbar.

You can now select the item you want to send (sticks and stones are under ‘Materials’ and drag that to the gift box. A pop-up will allow you to choose who you want to send it to, and allows a message to be written. I recommend “Hi, I am sending you 100 sticks/stones/whatever to increase our friendship points for the dog quest. Please send it back to me”‘ as this lets the person know you are sending the item and that they should return it.

When you are sending out your ‘gifts’ make sure the person has agreed to sending the gifts back, and that they are quite active. Just do this by sending them a message asking if they’d like to help you with the dog quest. Also, try to choose more active people (generally with higher levels) to help you.

Step 3
When sending items to 15 or more people, it can get confusing about who you’ve sent items to and who you haven’t. I recommend drawing up a table with the person’s name and a couple of columns (representing the days). When you have sent an item to a person place a tally or tick next to their name. Once you have gained 100 FP with that person, cross them out. It will take three days to gain the necessary points, so you should have at least three columns.

Step 4
Under no circumstances while doing the first three steps should you use the FP you’ve gained to protect your crops. What I mean by this is that you should not use friends whose FP you are trying to increase to look after your crops as this costs 5 FP. In other words do not do this..

After completing the quest, if you cannot see your dog (he should be beside your house, he won’t be in storage), then reload the game, and that should work.

Watering a plot will give green points and count towards a Watering? Can! quest (if you have one) if it is not completely wet, and is still in growth stages. For example, the following plots would give green points and count towards a quest:

Plots that are fully watered, empty, or have fully grown crops on them will not give green points or count towards quests, no matter how dry they are. For example the following plots would not give green points or count towards a quest:

Fertilizers will reduce the growing time of your plants. Right now you can only buy them with Playfish Cash, and receiving them from quests, don’t know if they will add it for coins in the future or if it will stay this way.

You can find out how much time they reduce by clicking on them in the store fertilizer tab.
Level 1 Fertilizer : 2 Playfish Cash reduces grow time by 4 hrs
Level 2 Fertilizer : 4 Playfish Cash reduces grow time by 9 hrs
Level 3 Fertilizer : 6 Playfish Cash reduces grow time by 14 hrs
Level 4 Fertilizer : 8 Playfish Cash reduces grow time by 19 hrs
Level 5 Fertilizer : 10 Playfish Cash reduces grow time by 24 hrs

Experience points are earned by doing various tasks around the farm, ranging from plowing the soil, planting seeds, watering crops and harvesting crops.

You can also gain experience points from helping out other players on their farms and by completing quests.

Go find the notes.

Note 1 Club Cazmo inside.

This is what you need to do.

Finf the screw driver.

Then drop it in the middle tower.

After you have to grab the Orbs.

When you grab them put them in the hatch.

Then find the screwdriver. The colour is light blue.

Finally you have to grab the tool box.

Then you will receive your gifts.
