زندگی یوں ہی چلتی رھے گی
روپ اپنے بدلتے رھے گی

قاری نمازیوں سے محفل سجی ہوئ تھی

Angel Rocks to Chena Hot Springs

Do not want.

I kind of hate that it’s been raining up here. I miss the sun.

My petroleum class is pretty nifty. I’ll learn some interesting things and so far I’ve really had no homework.

Today we went shopping and I downloaded skype and then we went to something called Ester Dome. But it was pretty much just a drive up a hill and then we stopped and you could see out over fbanks. It was sick. I picked up some cool flowers and I’m going to try and identify them.

Kevin might be coming up to fbanks so I’m going to see if we can hang.

Tomorrow we’re going on a nine mile hike(!) at Chena Hot Springs and then we’re going to chill at the springs. Hopefully I won’t die. =/

That’s about it. Pictures of the flower from today and the hike tomorrow up… sometime tomorrow evening.

8am to 9:30am: Introduction to College Writing
11:20 – 12:20: Study Skills

That’s Thursdays schedule. I don’t have anything in the afternoon. D=

I really wanted Geology for my major but I got stuck in petroleum engineering and then the T/C said to talk to the guy in charge of schedules about switching with someone and he said to stick it out. So. I don’t have hardly any classes on Thursday.

The English class is pretty easy so far. We’re going to be walked through our first research paper, and then we have to do a paper on Romeo and Juliet, and then another research paper and an argumentative paper.

So, far so good, I guess. They took our phones and according to a returning person they might take our Ethernet cords too. That would make me really upset. Even more upset than I was about the phones.

Anyway, I’m going to go to do the (insanely easy) english homework so I can do s00j-y things later.

I have arrived in fairbanks. So far it’s pretty cool. There’s a lot of kids from Art Camp which is nice. I’ll update more when I get my computer to connect to the internet(right now I’m on a school computer).

I’ll post some pictures too.

Chris posted a summer challenge type thing, and a link to his running program. I’m going to try it. I commented that I wanted to lose weight and pick up my flute more. I’m going to do this. I will. His running schedule? program? said he lost 25lbs in 3 weeks. If I do it and lose that much weight, that would be amazing. I really hope I can follow through and do it. 

Other things that happened so far today? Not much at all. I started packing for RAHI, even though my mom said to wait. I can’t do that though; I seriously have to start now. I watched a movie and ate some cheezits. 

Today is a pretty slow day, but it’s hella sunny out so I think I’ll take a walk or something. I’ll go running in the evening when it’s not as hot out.
