Last night I was sitting in my living rom and looked out my front windows.  There was this strange “glow” to everything and I decided to go out in the front yard to see what was causing this strange color that had washed over everything.  As I looked up into the sky this is what I saw.

….an actual water puddle on my sidewalk.  It quit raining about noon today so things have dried out a bit but the air feels so clean and fresh and the temperature is a bit cool.  We have needed this rain for a long time and it’s already too late for some of our wheat farmers but maybe the cotton and peanuts will be okay.  I might actually get my gardern planted this weekend since we won’t be going camping like we had hoped.   It’s beginning to feel like spring in Oklahoma.
