Pictured above is the “deluxe edition” of Rammstein’s excellent new album, Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da.  While most bands are content to include a DVD, t-shirt or poster with the deluxe treatments of their latest albums, the men of Rammstein clearly have other ideas mind, choosing to include a set of six dildos (reportedly modeled from the band members’… um, members) + a set of handcuffs and a small bottle of lube.  The set comes housed in a metal case and retails for a whopping $250.00.  You can find all the gory details HERE.

As previously noted HERE, Rammstein have also released a music video for the album’s first single “Pussy” that is probably among the most NSFW clips ever made, essentially a 3 minute porn vid starring the band in numerous hilariously cliche adult film situations.

I’m not sure if Rammstein is looking to spice up their listener’s sex lives, or making a tongue-in-cheek commentary on the pervasiveness and over-importance placed on sex in popular culture… I wouldn’t put either one past them.  The thing I still can’t get over is that a major record label (Rammstein are signed to Universal) were not only completely cool with ponying up the funds for a pornographic video that was released exclusively on an adult website, they also didn’t mind producing a box set that amounts to 6 life-size fluorescent pink rubber dongs.

At first I wondered if all of this was just a grab for attention on the band’s part, but it seems like a hell of a lot of effort for a mere publicity stunt.  Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da is the best thing the band has released since Mutter, so there is no doubt that the music can stand on its own.  Personally, I’d like to think that the explicitness surrounding the album is a labor of love on Rammstein’s behalf, an advocacy of sexual freedom mixed with some biting commentary on the semi-retarded state of pop culture and a healthy dose of sarcasm.

Whatever the case may be, at least it’s blatantly obvious that Rammstein have something all too rare in the music world, particularly in heavy music… a fucking sense of humor.

Rammstein es una de las pocas bandas que cantan en su idioma materno y aun así son escuchados e idolatrados en lugares donde el idioma que se habla es totalmente diferente al alemán, sin embargo Rammstein también tiene unas pocas canciones con coros y otras completas en otros idiomas extremadamente diferentes al alemán ”Español, Ruso y Ingles”. La idea de la banda es expresar el amor en todas sus manifestaciones (Till lindemann –  entrevista: live aus berlin), partiendo de esta idea han realizado temas totalmente crudos como “Du Hast” crueles como “Ich Tu Dir Weh” poeticos como “Roter Sand” fatalistas como “Spring” amorosos como “Ohne Dich”. La banda también se ha caracterizado por interpretar acontecimientos reales en su música como “Mein Teil” que narra la historia del caníbal  Armin Meiwes (que encontro a una victima atravez del internet con un articulo que decía ”Busco hombre bien parecido, de entre 18 y 30 años para ser asesinado. El Carnicero Maestro.”) o “Wiener Blut” que narra el caso criminal de Josef Fritzl (que mantuvo secuestrada en un sótano durante más de dos décadas a su propia hija, con quien tuvo seis hijos fruto de violaciones).

La banda tiene excelentes integrantes como Till Lindemmann con una voz PERFECTA! a pesar de su edad, con actos totalmente únicos en vivo del jefe de los teclados Flake, con guitarristas de la calidad de richard y paul que llevan un ritmo pulcro mientras acompañan a Till como segundos vocalistas, con un bajista de la talla como Oliver y un maestro de la batería como el querido señor Doom.

La originalidad de rammstein es inmensa aparte de todo lo que eh expuesto, cabe resaltar que hasta hoy en día ningún vocalista iguala el estilo de la voz grave y penetrante de Till y mucho menos  los ritmos de la banda que acompañan esta excelente voz.

Rammstein probablemente no sea la mejor banda (aunque para muchos como yo si lo es), pero sin duda alguna … ES LA MAS ORIGINAL!

I was on a meeting with a bunch of college friends for our plans to rebuild the U.P. FASO United team when the joke was introduced. My friend, Tianos Makabenta started talking about the student massacres of America where the t-shirts that were worn by the culprits had the bands Rammstein and Marilyn Manson printed on them. It was Jethro Estimo who then said that it would have been different if the student-killers would have worn Taylor Swift shirts. Then Tianos butted in and asked if the same reaction would be garnered hd the culprits chosen to wear Hannah Montana or Miley Cyrus shirts. We all then started exchanging jokes and laughed about it. If such a concept would have been true, it would have really been different. Even to the point of banning pop singers and all. That would have been fun. No more radio airplay and music videos for these pop clowns. Now, indie musicians would truly reap the benefits if we ban all our pop stars.

But if you really come to think of it, pop stars such as Miley Cyrus, Paris Hilton, or Lindsay Lohan are a negative influence kids these to days. Their influence is just considered to be not that shocking, compared to the cultural “shock standard” we have these days. But the harrowing truth is that these pubescent starlets DO influence the young in terms of sex and drugs. How? We’ll get deeper into that matter in the succeeding paragraphs. My point? The joke about banning pop stars have clout and is truly possible.

Pop stars influence a lot of kids on what to wear, what to think about different issues, how to act and all. Just for example Miley Cyrus, she was 14 years old and she has already posed topless for Vanity Fair magazine. Now what message could that possibly tell the young kids of today, that it is alright to pose nude? What if some young kid wants to take it to the next level and post such pictures on the Internet (which I think is already happening). What if these kids would say, they were influenced by Miley Cyrus? Would radio, Hollywood, MTV ban Miley Cyrus and risk losing all the millions of dollars she rakes in?

Now another thing about these pop stars is seen with the songs they make. Just take a closer look about the themes of the songs these young pop stars make. They all talk about sex, they all talk about love (or the confusion of both), they all talk about fashion and parties. Are these all what they want our young kids to think about? What about issues such as climate change, government corruption, and America’s irresponsible war on terror? Do these issues do not matter to young kids today?
We look around and blame a lot of things why there are many cases of unplanned pregnancy, of abortion, and of rape. But we never point out how these pop stars with their pop songs influence us. The influence of pop music may not be that shocking as students killing each other but pop is very subtle and influences more kids in ways that rock and rap music can only dream about.

I am not saying that rock or rap music is right to sing about violence and sex because all irresponsible musicians irregardless of form or image should share the blame too. But if you want to blame and ban rock or rap music for their songs then let us also lose the double standard. We should also blame and ban pop music for its role too.
Now are we ready to do this? Again, at the risk of losing millions? No way.

Madrid liegt nur ca. 2 3/4 Busstunden von Salamanca entfernt. Bisher kannte ich von der drittgrößten Hauptstadt Europas – Berlin hat allerdings nur unwesentlich mehr Einwohner - nur den Flughafen Barajas und den Busbahnhof Estación Sur. Jetzt kenne ich die Metro, die Innenstadt, zwei Hostels, den Palacio Real, die Catedral de Santa María la Real de Almudena, die Plaza Mayor, die Puerta del Sol, die Plaza de Cibeles mit dem gleichnamigen Brunnen, den Palacio de Comunicaciones, das Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, ¡Rammstein von Angesicht zu Angesicht!, das Museo del Prado und – die Polizeistation Nuevos Ministerios inklusive Polizeibeamte und verdeckte Ermittler.

Und genau das ist die Kehrseite der Großstadt Madrid: Taschendiebe – überall, besonders in überfüllten Metrostationen. Solchen sind wir leider zum Opfer gefallen und kamen so in den Genuss, uns mit Madrider Polizisten rumzuschlagen. Die sind zwar sehr nett, sprechen aber allesamt kein Englisch (“Ihr arbeitet bei der Polizei in einer europäischen Großstadt? ¿Qué pasa?”). Wir bzw. ich haben uns also auf Spanisch durchgekämpft. Ging auch ganz gut. Hoffnung etwas von den gestohlenen Sachen zurückzubekommen, besteht aber keine. Deshalb wird in Zukunft wohl Vorsicht die Mutter der Porzellankiste sein…

Wo es eine Kehrseite gibt, muss natürlich auch eine Seite vorhanden sein - was Madrid angeht, sogar sehr viele schöne Seiten. Ich hab noch nie so hohe Häuser mit so aufwendig verzierten Fassaden mitten in der Innenstadt gesehen. Ecken haben die Häuser keine, sind stattdessen abgerundet und in die Straßen eingepasst. Was bedeutet, dass es kaum Bauwerke mit Wänden gibt, die im 90-Grad-Winkel zueinander stehen. Wie sichs in so einer scheppsen (Anm. d. Red. = schief – Ist schepps ein deutsches Wort?) Wohnung mit runden Ecken lebt, würde mich sehr interessieren…
Sehenswürdigkeiten hat Madrid auch einige zu bieten. Da ist es wohl besser, Bilder sprechen zu lassen. Guckt ihr hier…

Und jetzt von links oben nach rechts unten… Der Palacio Real war früher Residenz des spanischen Königs. Juan Carlos, der Thronfolger Felipe und die königliche Familie wohnen heute ein bisschen außerhalb der Stadt. Der Palacio Real hat tausende von Sälen und Zimmern, von denen um die 50 besichtigt werden können, außerdem die ehemalige königliche Hofapotheke und die Waffensammlung. Für Studenten ist die Besichtung recht günstig. Früh Aufstehen lohnt sich. Als wir den Palast um halb zwölf verlassen haben, war dort eine Schlange ähnlich der vor dem Berliner Reichstag.
Die Almudena-Kathedrale gehört zu den schönsten Kathedralen, die ich je gesehen hab. Liegt bestimmt daran, dass sie so anders ist als alle Catedrales in Spanien: hell und farbenfroh. Der Eintritt ist kostenlos.
Die Puerta del Sol wird von den Madrilenen oft auch als der Nabel der Welt gesehen und ist einer der bekanntesten und meistbesuchtesten Plätze der Stadt.
Die Plaza Mayor ist zwar ganz nett. Die in Salamanca ist aber um einiges schöner.
Der Palacio de Comunicaciones hat mir von den Palästen in Madrid am besten gefallen. Er liegt direkt am Plaza de Cibiles mit dem berühmten Brunnen – ein sehr beliebtes Postkartenmotiv. Nur schade, dass der Platz so befahren ist und man nicht an die Fuente de Cibeles rankommt.
Und zuletzt das Museo del Prado. Auch für mich, der ich nicht gerade mit dem größten Verständnis für Kunst gesegnet bin, waren die Kunstwerke teils sehr beeindruckend. Ein paar wenige hab ich sogar gekannt. Das Beste – Studenten der EU kommen zu jeder Zeit umsonst in das Museum rein. So soll wohl das Interesse für Kunst bei der jüngeren Generation geweckt werden. Hat jetzt trotz allem nicht vollständig geklappt…

Mein Madrid-Hightlight war das Rammstein-Konzert im Palacio de los Deportes. 16.000 Menschen, überwiegend Spanier, aber auch Deutsche, Engländer, Russen und und und, waren gekommen, um die Rammsteiner live zu erleben. Der Hammer! Super Liedauswahl – fast alles dabei, mega Show – mit Feuer und Schnipsel von der Decke und Schlauchboot, das von der Menge getragen wurde, und lustige Spanier, die die deutschen Texte in ihrer ganz eigenen Art zum Besten gaben. Jederzeit wieder!!

Die aktuelle Rammstein Tour “Liebe ist für alle da” läuft auf hochtouren. Das erste Deutschlandkonzert am vergangenen Montag in der Münchner Olympiahalle war ein grandioser Höhepunkt im Konzertjahr 2009. Das Konzert von Lindemann & Co. in der Arena Leipzig begeisterte alle anwesenden Konzertbesucher. Die Setlist und Inzenierung der Show war einmalig. Gekonnt verstehen es Rammstein die Songs perfekt umzusetzen und musikalisch zu begeistern. Die Rammstein Tourdaten 2009 / 2010 stehen weitestgehend fest. Am Wochenende spielen Rammstein Doppelkonzerte in Köln. Rammstein spielt dieses Jahr noch in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Rostock und gleich viermal in Berlin!

Nächstes Jahr geht die Reise weiter. Die Rammstein Tour 2010 startet am 06.02.2010 in Dortmund und endet in Kiel am 15.02.2010. Tickets für Rammstein gibt es keine mehr zu kaufen. Deswegen empfielt es sich, möchte man noch Rammstein Tickets ergattern, die Tickets in einer Tickettauschbörse zu kaufen. Sicher ist dabei der gesamte Ablauf des Kaufens und Verkaufens. Rammstein Tickets für Dresden beispielsweise sind sehr gefragt und werden zu hohen Preisen gehandelt.

GERMAN ROCK/SEX TOYS:

German band Rammstein has released a new record this fall.  The band is probably best known for their 1998 rock hit “Du Hast”, which was a big hit on MTV’s Total Request back in the summer of that year.  All the attention this week in the music world has been on American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert, after his overly-sexual performance at the American Music Awards.  But Rammstein is doing their part in sexin up their songs and videos….and even their fans?  For starters, their latest single is called “Pussy”.  Check out a somewhat censored version of that below.  But the band is not ending it with the record itself, they have released a sex toys package along with it!  It sells at 250 American dollars and includes handcuffs and lubricant.  Very interesting idea….I’m still rather partial to “Du Hast”….but interesting!  Looking at the toys, I’m assuming they’re trying to reach out to females and gays?

NICKELBACK VS. SHINEDOWN & BREAKING BENJAMIN:

No, these bands are not in a feud.  But they are touring together in early 2010.  I know Nickelback and Breaking Benjamin have toured together before with Three Days Grace (Breaking Benjamin canceled a lot of their appearances).  But I just don’t think these bands really go together.  You know what?  I’m just going to say it—I’m not the biggest Nickelback fan.  I can understand their appeal: 1.) they’re pretty straight-up rock that can often times cross-over to Top 40 and 2.) they have lyrics like “I like your pants around your feet and songs called “Something in Your Mouth” that appeal to all your fist-pumping rednecks out there.  I actually have their record Silver Side Up (it was a gift), and it is really pretty good.  The band is not as bad as I think their singles often times make them out to be.  When “How You Remind Me” was released back in 2001, I never would have guessed this band would still be around in 2009.  They’ve never really seemed like anything that special.  However, along with the likes of Linkin Park and Foo Fighters, they’ve been one of the biggest successes in rock this decade.

But, I think Shinedown and Breaking Benjamin are far superior (probably to me, two of the better rock acts in the last several years) and it kind of bothers me to see them opening for a band like Nickelback.  The likes of Theory of a Deadman or Saving Abel would be much more appropriate of choices.  Shinedown style-wise sort of makes sense in that they have a “straight up rock” sound as well.  You may hear Nickelback or Shinedown on a rock radio station that also plays heavy doses of classic rock.  Breaking Benjamin on the other hand, goes more with the likes of Chevelle, Three Days Grace, Crossfade, and Korn.  Just gonna mainly hear them on hard rock or alternative rock stations.

I know this is a split issue and many agree with me that Nickelback is rather over-rated, while others think they are a really great band of this time and could perhaps care less about the other two.  All I know is I’d take “45″ and/or “Breath” over “Photograph” any day.

Mathcore pioneers Dilinger Escape Plan have announced the release of their latest album Option Paralysis. The album is set to be released on March 23, 2010. They are releasing through their own label Party Smasher Inc./Season Of Mist. DEP have been a little quiet since 2007 when they released the highly praised Ire Works.

The alternative music scene is binding together in support of Deftones’ bassist Chi Cheng, who remains in a semi-conscious state after a traffic accident in November 2008. Many items are being auctioned to try to cover the medical expenses outside of his insurance. Acts including Metallica, System of a Down, Blink 182, HIM and Slayer have generously donated their time and equipment in aid of Cheng.

In similar news a crew member of Fear Before (previously known as Fear Before the March of Flames) has suffered some very serious injuries on tour in Australia. After falling through a weak point of a roof, Trent Jacobi toppled around eight metres, his fall broken by a bicycle. He suffered several fractures in his pelvis, a broken left arm, punctured lung, and three broken ribs. Unfortunately he didn’t have medical insurance, so Fear Before have launched a site on which fans can donate to Trent’s cause.

Black metallers Mayhem have taken a distinctly rock ‘n’ roll approach to their current tour after trashing their hotel room in Tilburg in The Netherlands. The band and crew were arrested on Monday morning after an employee of the hotel found the mess. Plants were thrown in the street, mirrors, a sink, television and beds were destroyed in the rampage. The damage bill is estimated to reach 5000 Euros.

Rammstein’s latest album Liebe ist Fur Alle Da has been banned from public display in Germany due to its depiction of sadism and masochism on the controversial cover. Petra Meier, the deputy president of the Federal Office for the Examination of Media Harmful to Young People, also cited some of the lyrics as objectionable, including: “Bites, kicks, heavy blows, nails, pincers, blunt saws – Tell me what you want.” Consequently the album can no longer be advertised or displayed in open exhibition where it may be accessed by people under 18.

Rammstein – Liebe ist für alle da

It’s been 4 years since Rammstein’s last produce, Rosenrot. The godfathers of their self-created genre Tanz Metal have taken the time to look back at their legacy and see what would be the next step. The result you ask? A brutal, skull wrenching, ball cracking masterpiece entitled (ironically) Liebe ist für alle da.

First track ‘Rammlied’ immediately reminds you what you came for. You want to be

a) entertained

b) blown to pieces

c) Teutonic or

d) all of the above?

Till Lindemann is back with his growls and so are the rest of the gang. Enforced by an almost angel-like choir, which we’ve heard featured on previous records, it’s the perfect start to the album. And with this possibly being the weakest song on the album, compared to the rest of them, it seems we’re in for a real treat.

Although with Flake setting the mood at the beginning of ‘Ich Tu Dir Weh’ and Christoph’ up to speed on his dead-on drum skills, it is ‘Waidmanns Heil’ where the band decides there’s been enough warming up and bashes your face in with this track. The orchestral intro followed by the heavy riffing, which the band have become famous for, combined with harsh lyrics such as

Auf dem lande, auf dem Meer, lauert das Verderben/Die Kreatur muss sterben/Sterben/Sterben.

shows the german rockers at the top of their game.

With ‘Haifisch’ it’s time to get your dancing shoes on. The somewhat cheesy, almost 80’s-sounding, synthesizer start, gets your feet tapping within seconds. A sped up, almost Clash-like, guitar riff in the end of the chorus, is a nice contrast to the, again, perfect drums.

‘B********’ goes back to the industrial roots of the band. With Till’s voice reminiscing the success of Reise Reise track, ‘Mein Teil’, it gives a little wink to the listener, warning them for what’s to come. Or so you’d think..  ‘Fruhling In Paris’ is one of two interesting ballads on the album. Partially covering Edith Piaf’s classic ‘Non, je ne regrette rien’, Lindemann tries to give a strong vocal performance outside the boundaries of his usual monstrous sounds, and almost succeeds to do so too.

But Josef Fritzl inspired track ‘Wiener Blut’ immediately takes away the possible illusion of this being the path the band have chosen to try out. The apocalyptic atmosphere that Till spreads on a background of howling wolves is a brilliant scene-setter, and with the intro climaxing on the words

you know this is another one of those ye good ol’ Rammstein shockers.

First single ‘Pussy’ builds on this setting, be it through some brilliant viral marketing of making a xxx rated music video to accompany the already simple as fuck (literally) lyrics of

You have a Pussy/I Have a Dick/So what’s the problem/Let’s do it quick.

The title track, ‘Liebe ist für alle da’, opens up with a machine fire-esque, which reminds a bit of Slipknot’s ‘Before I Forget’. For me, it’s also the drums that make (and definitely not break) this song. Christoph is on fire and he’s willing to show it. Also, this is one of the few tracks that incorporates a guitar and keys solo. Clocking in at just onder 3:30, this would make a perfect next single.

‘Mehr’ starts of with  a mixture of some of the softer elements that this band can give the world. Be it the hypnotic beats, or the acoustic sounding guitars, they definitely show a different side of the band compared to previous albums. Although the chorus is the usual heavy taste, I especially enjoyed Lindemann’s growl just before the second chorus.

The second ballad on the album, ‘Roter Sand’. Personally, I prefer the almost comical previous ballad, and think this track is a bit too late on the tracklist to balance the cannibal sounds that are mainly present on the first half of the album.

I think the band should have left it at this. With a tracklisting of 16 tracks, it’s quite a long album. With Liebe ist für alle da, Rammstein have shown that a good break can cause miracles. They haven’t reinvented themselves, but they don’t have to. Due to the fact that Rammstein are already quite unique in what they do, I think it’s a nicely mixed album with influences from Mutter, Reise Reise and Sehnsucht, but also some slightly different sounds. Personally, it’s ‘Waidmanns Heil’, ‘Fruhling in Paris’ and ‘Wiener Blut’ that make this album for me. It’s filthy, it’s nasty and it makes you think dark thoughts, but have fun with them as well. A great result in my opinion.

Eine Freundin und ich wollten schon seit Jahren mal auf ein Rammstein-Konzert, aber nie bekamen wir Tickets, immer waren sie so schnell weg. Dieses Jahr sollte es jetzt unbedingt sein (wir werden ja auch nicht jünger *kicher*). Im Juni begann der Ticketverkauf und es war 2 Tage lang kein Durchkommen bei der Tickethotline oder im Internet, sogar nachts haben wir es versucht – und dann waren die Karten schon wieder alle weg. Also sprachen wir uns kurz ab, dass es eigentlich egal ist wo, Hauptsache dass, und versuchten es mal über die schweizer Homepage. Basel ausverkauft, aber juhu, in Genf gab es noch Tickets.

Am Donnerstag war es dann soweit, ganz in der Früh fuhren wir los (Reisebericht folgt extra). Am Abend war gleich das Konzert. Das Auto ließen wir stehen und fuhren mit Straßenbahn und Zug raus zur Arena. Es war schon mächtig schwarzes Volk da. Aber da muss ich den Schweizern gleich ein Lob aussprechen. Kein Drängeln und Schieben beim Anstehen und dann beim Einlass, da habe ich schon ganz anderes erlebt. Wir ergatterten einen Platz seitlich, nur 2 Meter von der Bühne entfernt, dafür nahe den Lautsprecherboxen. Aber auch da waren die Schweizer sehr nett und hatten am Eingang Ohrenstöpsel verteilt (die zwar nicht viel nutzten da vorne an den Boxen, aber immerhin doch die Spitzen etwas dämpften). Die Vorgruppe war schon super zum Aufwärmen. Leider bekam ich den Namen nicht mit, würde sagen es war Metall-Punk, mit sehr harten schnellen Beats und Geschrei statt Gesang, aber sehr zweckerfüllend.

Und dann kam endlich der ersehnte Auftritt, der allein schon grandios war. Man kann sagen was man will, diese Bühnenshow ist wirklich Extraklasse. Da schießen Feuersäulen nach oben, fällt Feuer von oben nach unten, Feuer überall, sogar immer wieder Feuerwerk auf der Bühne und Silvesterraketen, die kontrolliert über die Köpfe des Partyvolkes unten geschossen wird. Wir bekamen Schaum aus einer Schaumkanone in die Haare und immer wieder bunt beleuchtete Papierfitzelchen, die in der Luft herumflatterten. Tills Mund, beim Singen von innen heraus leuchtend – wie machen die das nur?

Und auch bei uns vor der Bühne ging der Punk ab. Der einzige Nachteil solcher Konzerte ist, dass man irgendwann zwischen halbnackten, schwitzenden Kerlen völlig eingepfercht Körper an Körper steht. Das ist nicht immer so angenehm…. Aber ich schaufle mir schon immer irgendwie einen kleinen Freiraum. Aber auch da hatte ich schon schlimmeres erlebt, nicht mal einen einzigen blauen Fleck bekam ich ab. Einer hinter mir baute sich innerhalb von 4 Liedern 3 Tüten und merkte anschließend nicht mehr, dass er sich an der Brust und am Kinn verbrannte, weil er den Joint verkehrt herum hielt. Wir wurden allein schon vom Geruch ganz bedrömelt. Da hatte ich schon Bedenken, dass er mir damit Haare oder Kleidung ankokelt. Dann wäre er aber sofort wieder nüchtern geworden!

Viele Fotos konnte ich nicht machen, weil es doch ganz schön zur Sache ging, und ich wollte auch nicht, weil ich völlig auf der Energiewelle des Konzertes mitsurfte. Und Orbs werden anscheinend auch von diesen Energien angezogen. So viele auf einen Haufen hatte ich noch nie vor der Linse. An mir selber hafteten auch den ganzen Abend über 2 an. Aber seht selbst:

Und den Wesen, die in meinem Fuß seit Monaten Schmerzen verursachen, denen habe ich es so richtig gezeigt. Sie mit diesem Konzert erschreckt und hoffentlich endlich ausgetrieben. Sie wurden beschallt, jedes Molekül durchgewummert, mit dem Fuß wurde aufgestampft, gesprungen, getanzt, sie wurden angeschrien, also wenn das nicht geholfen hat…. Für mich selber sind solche Konzerte wahre Jungbrunnen. Mein ewig verspannter Nacken wird auf einmal wieder geschmeidig, die Blockaden im Rücken lösen sich, die Kanäle werden freigepustet, alles kommt wieder in Fluss, meine Batterien laden sich neu auf, ich bin wieder randvoll mit Energie. Sanfte Musik ist Balsam für Seele und Nerven, aber um mein inneres Feuer, meinen Motor, wieder ins Gleichgewicht zu bekommen, da brauche ich mehr Dampf hinter der Musik, will die Bässe und Beats körperlich spüren. Jetzt sitze ich hier am PC, kann meinen Kopf problemlos über beide Schultern nach hinten drehen, der Rücken schmerzt keine Spur mehr und ich bin einfach nur gut drauf

Und wenn jetzt manche wieder schreien wegen gewaltverherrlichender Texte und Album auf dem Index. Tut mir leid, das finde ich lächerlich. Dass die Texte bescheuert sind und provokativ, kein Thema, aber in jedem Märchenbuch geht es brutaler zu (da wird geköpft, Bauch aufgeschlitzt, in einem mit Nägeln gespickten Fass zu Tode gerollt, in einem Backofen verbrannt, Nasen, Zungen, Zehen und Fersen werden abgeschnitten – und ich spreche jetzt von den Märchenbüchern). Auf diesen Konzerten geht es total friedlich zu, sowohl vorher als auch nachher, weil sich jeder vor der Bühne austoben kann. Das größere Problem sind Alkohol und Drogen – aber das ist wieder ein ganz anderes Thema.

A 2010 június 11-13. között tartandó nickelsdorfi Novarock fesztiválra a szervezők megkezdték a jegyek árusítását! Az esemény weblapján pedig azt is bejelentették, hogy az első biztos fellépő a Rammstein lesz! A jegyek ára 120 euró, ami már csak azért is kedvező, mert ebből a pénzből két jobb jegyet sem tudnánk venni a Rammstein budapesti fellépésére!

Da wird ein Musik-Album auf den Index gesetzt und der Spiegel kommentiert das genüsslich, von einem sachlichen Artikel kann nämlich kaum die Rede sein. Eine Band, deren Texte zum besten gehören, was momentan in deutscher Sprache veröffentlicht wird, wird auf eine Masche kleingeredet. Der Autor des Artikels hat noch nicht mal den einfach zu dechiffrierenden Text von „Pussy“ verstanden, in dem es um post-kolonialen Sextourismus geht, er nennt die Texte dadaistisch. Dadaismus war aber sinnentleerend, bei Rammstein hat jedes Wort auch Sinn – muss man sich eigentlich mit Literatur auskennen, um für den Spiegel im Kulturteil zu schreiben, wohl eher nicht. Da hat offenkundig jemand geglaubt, einen guten Gedanken zu haben, Rammstein auf die DDR-Vergangenheit der Musiker reduzieren zu können. So schreibt man Kunst kaputt, die man nicht versteht. Die Indizierung ist nebenbei eher lächerlich, zumindest mit der Begründung, dass das zitierte Lied und ein Artwork Kinder und Jugendliche gefährden könnten, bei beiden ist die Gewalt so comichaft überzogen, dass Jugendliche das problemlos verdauen können – und wer Kinder mit Rammstein konfrontiert, spinnt eh, wenn sogar Spiegelredakteure die Ironie nicht verstehen.

Bon plein de trucs ne vont, encore plus que d’habitude, mais bon …. tant pis tant pis. Car je me dois de partager avec le monde la joie immense dans laquelle m’a plongée ce concert génialissime. Et ce, à travers le fait que j’ai fait un “Gribouilli de Remerciements”. Que voici.

 Sabato 21 novembre serata Milano Rock con “Monsters Of Tribute”:
due grintose cover band che renderanno omaggio ad altrettante storiche formazioni hard’n’heavy.
Apriranno la serata i Wildestier con il loro tributo ai Rammstein,seguiti dai Revenga, che proporranno il repertoriodella band nu-metal californiana System Of A Down
