Jag är i alla fall trött, förkyld och känner mig på ett halvtaskigt humör, det vänder nog snart igen.

När jag tänker på förra veckans träning så känns det som jag tränade lite så när jag räknar ut att det faktiskt blev 7,5 timme, så blir jag lite förvånad. Att jag sedan lyckades blanda tråkig workout, body balance, cirkelträning, friidrott, intervaller, hemma styrketräning och vanligt löpning, det tycker jag är himla kul och kanske bidrar det till att jag inte tyckte det kändes som så mycket. Så summera veckan som gått kan jag göra men att summera november månad väntar jag till imorgon med då jag inte vet om min förkylda kropp mår klockan 18 när jag ska träna. Vet inte heller hur kommande träningsvecka kommer att se ut (jag ändrar ju allt sen ändå…) men här kommer min träningsveckotanke:

Måndag - 60 min friidrott

Tisdag - 30 min hemma styrketräning

Onsdag - 60 min styrketräning innan jobbet, 90 min friidrott

Torsdag - 45 min löpning, 45 simning (och BASTU!)

Fredag - 30 min hemma styrketräning

Lördag - 30 min löpning, 60 min Body balance, 60 min intervaller

Söndag  – Vilodag… kanske en powerwalk

8,5 timmar. Kanske mer om jag tar en powerwalk. Det är mycket ja men inte omöjligt och kanske viktigt denna vecka som är en tuff vecka om man ser på frestelser att stoppa i munnen. Pepparkaksbak, lussekatter ska också bakas och så en fest på det. Så ni ser, jag har då verkligen ingen tid eller lust att vara sjuk…

Under lördagen marscherade ett 70-tal nazister i Svenska Motståndsrörelsen (SMR) genom Stockholms gator, från Riddarholmskyrkan till Östermalmstorg. Under hela vägen möttes de av hundratals antirasister som buade ut dem längs med marschvägen.

SMR hade utlyst marschen med det uttryckliga syftet att hedra ”karolinerandan”, vars innebörd ”att inte vika av, utan att anfalla” ska syfta till att ingjuta de svenska nazisterna med kampanda. Som vanligt handlade det om att trumpeta ut det sedvanliga rasistiska budskapet. Nu hade man kryddat det med lite hopsnickrad nationalromantik som förskönar kampen för den svenska överhetens intressen då det begav sig, i krig som ledde till oändliga förluster och ett osannolikt lidande för de många fattiga rekryterna i karolinerarmén då de anfördes av en militär ledning som hade föga respekt för de förtryckta soldaternas liv och umbäranden.

Det egentliga syftet med SMR:s marscher är att på klassiskt fascistiskt manér försöka ta gatorna i anspråk. Paraderandet är ett led i SMR:s byggande av en terrorinriktad gatukampsbaserad rörelse – vars våld idag främst riktar sig mot antirasister som vägrar att passivt se på när nazisterna organiserar sig, samt mot dem de föraktar (må det vara homosexuella, invandrare, judar eller kvinnor som vägrar att leva i en position som offer).

För Nätverket Mot Rasism var det därför en självklarhet att protestera mot SMR:s försök, vår församling utlystes kort efter att SMR annonserat om sina planer. Denna ägde rum vid Akademibokhandeln bredvid Sergels torg kl.13, där ett hundratal samlades. Också Stockholms Antifascistiska Tanter (SAFT), fanns på plats. Vi begav oss, efter att tillsammans ha övervägt olika alternativ, ned mot Kungsträdgården och Strömbron för att komma nazisterna så nära som möjligt, och inför dem visa vad vi tycker om dem.

Trots att snuten, som kunde räknas i hundratal (inkl. hästar, hundar helikoptrar och piketer) till en början var angelägna att hålla oss så långt bort ifrån SMR som möjligt, kunde vi efter förhandlingar ta oss fram till kajen och bua ut dem ordentligt, många skramlandes med sina nyckelknippor. Det var ingen tvekan om att de påverkades. SMR nämner själva i sin egen direktrapportering ett av våra slagord för dagen: Krossa rasismen!

Då hade nazisterna redan uppvaktats av grupper av antirasister vid två tillfällen innan de lämnat Gamla Stan. Vid Mynttorget organiserade Stoppa Nazismen den första protesten. Aktivisterna stod uppradade i led längs med marschvägen i gula västar och med skyltar som berättade om många av dem som mördats av nazister i Sverige de senaste 20 åren. För mördare som SMR:s miniführer Klas Lund var det återigen en påminnelse om att vi aldrig glömmer mordet på Ronny Landin 1986, eller på någon annan av det dryga 20-talet människor som nazister mördat sedan dess.

Också vid Slottet, vid Strömbrons början, protesterade gruppen Uppsalabor Mot Rasism mot SMR. De tvingade nazisterna att lyssna på antirasistiska tal, innan nassarna alltså kom ut på bron och då häcklades från andra sidan av många av oss andra i Nätverket Mot Rasism.

Och det slutade inte där. Vid Berzeli park hade initiativet Nazistfritt Stockholm (i vilket bl.a. Rättvisepartiet Socialisterna ingår), som dessförinnan samlats på Sergels torg, infunnit sig för att fortsätta utbuandet av nazisterna. De fick anslutning av en stor samling som deltagit med oss i NMR lagom i tid för att nassarna återigen skulle få känna av våra gemensamma krafter. Återigen fick de frustrerande nazisterna finna sig i att bli utbuade och bespottade.

Slagordet ”SMR, ni kan dra, Stockholm tillhör oss idag” uttryckte väl stämningen bland de protesterande. Längs med så gott som hela marschvägen fick SMR smaka på detta budskap, och deras tänkta styrkeuppvisning förvandlades till en närmast tragisk angelägenhet för de närmast sörjande. De tvingades ”marschera” inmurade av en massiv poliseskort, de tvingades göra halt vid ett flertal tillfällen, och deras isolering från det folk de säger sig slåss för var bara alltför påtaglig.

Även vid avslutningsplatsen, borgarnas Östermalmstorg, samlades många antirasister för att fortsätta protesterna mot SMR. På torgets alla sidor, och även inne på torget, var nazisterna omslutna av grupper av antirasister som häcklade dem med slagord och glåpord när deras ledare försökte ta till orda. Även en del Östermalmsbor ilsknade till och betraktade med avsky nazisternas spektakel utifrån.

Finalen kom när SMR sedan eskorterades ut av trötta snutar till t-banan. Bara omkring 10-15 meter skilde då en av de antirasistiska samlingarna från nazistpacket, och de buades ut och häcklades så att det stod härliga till.

När den patetiska skaran av ”kämpande patrioter” sedan avlägsnats med kollektivtrafiken och lämnat innerstan ansågs dagens protest avslutad av de många antirasister som samlats, som under munterhet begav sig iväg från Stockholms innerstadsgetto för rika. Trots att nazisterna kunde marschera, inte minst p.g.a. det massiva polispådraget, måste gårdagens antirasistiska dominans på innerstadens gator betraktas som en seger.

Kristdemokraternas sjukvårdspolitiska arbetsgrupp har gett besked i hur framtiden bör forma sig för att möta den moderna människans behov och krav. Det handlar om att kunna tillmötesgå de allmänna upplevelsen av en god hälsa där stress, psykisk påfrestning, alkoholriskbruk, övervikt och andra hälsoproblem. Mycket går att åstadkomma genom förebyggande levnadsvanor. Framför allt områden som hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar samt vart tredje fall av de tolv största cancersjukdomarna.

Själv tog jag gårdagen till att läsa rapporten. Satt med understrykningspennor i fyra olika färger och en bläckpenna i IKEA-fåtöljen med kaffekoppen på vardagsrumsbordet. Omkring tolv sidor av förslag spelades upp framför ögonen.

Kan det bli bättre sjukvård utan kristdemokraterna i spetsen i landstinget? Jag ska här nedan försöka sammanfatta dem. Det kan bli en del läsning.

Rapporten grupperar sig in på tre områden: 1) Hälsa för livet som fokuserar på det förebyggande arbetet, 2) Vård på patientens villkor som handlar om respekt, frihet att välja – stöd att orka och 3) Den goda vården där kvalitet och patientsäkerhet ger trygghet.

Ansiktet utåt
Här kommer en del kommentarer från min sida.

Just Hälsa för livet tycker jag mig påminna om den konsumtion av olika tips som florerar i hälsotidningar. Vårdcentraler får vara mer engagerade för att erbjuda lättillgänglig, effektiv och livsstilsrelaterad vägledning, som kompletteras med informationsinsatser på nationell nivå. Orosmolnen är bland annat ökad psykisk ohälsa bland unga och äldre, eller allmänt stillasittande med osunda matvanor med mera.

En hälsodagbok ska kunna erbjudas på nätet, där patienten ska få möjlighet att få ta del av sin journaler i syfte att ge helhetsperspektiv på sin egen hälsa. Det ger patienten mer makt under processen av tillfrisknande.

Ett annat förslag är att den ideella sektorn ska få hjälp av den offentliga sektorn för att aktivera äldre och synliggöra den enskildes och olika gruppers behov.

Även skolans hälsofrämjande insatser ska formaliseras. Då för att få olika yrkesgrupper att arbeta tillsammans. Deras uppgift blir att ge förslag till åtgärder till elever som inte mår bra och inte får skolarbetet att fungera. En formell lagstiftande status ska underlätta arbetet. I teamen ska psykologer eller sjukgymnaster kunna ingå.

Tandvårdschecken bör också fördubblas gentemot dagens förslag.

Vårdval – tid, plan och kommunikation
Det andra avsnittet, Vård på patientens villkor, handlar mycket om valfrihet för de som söker sjukvård. Bland annat ska öppenvården kunna ta emot vem som helst, akutvårdsgaranti på max 4 timmar, lagstiftad rätt till vårdkontakt och behandlings- och rehabiliteringsplan. Allt detta ska dessutom finnas tillgängligt på nätet där allmän sjukvårdsinformation integreras i en särskild patientportal. Patienten ska kunna göra sin hälsodagbok tillgängliga för sina vårdkontakter via portalen. Dessutom ska det finnas öppna forum på nätet för specifika sjukdomstillstånd. Idag finns Vårdguiden på Facebook.

Själv har jag mött liknande på den amerikanska portalen Patients Like Me.

Förnyelse av sjukvården
Det tredje avsnittet handlar om Den goda vården. Här handlar det om att utveckla strategier och gränsöverskridande samverkan kring särskilt resurskrävande vård. Här ska diverse kvalitativa register skapas på regional nivå för att hantera olika sjukdomar. Syftet är att sprida kunskap om effektiva behandlingsåtgärder. Eftersatta områden är psykiatrin och primärvården. Dessutom ska eLearning förverkligas genom Learning Management System.

Sista förslaget i tredje avsnittet är att riksrevision ska inrättas för sjukvården. Här kommer revisorer få en egen plattform även inom sjukvården, vilket lär skapa en positiv maktbalans med Socialstyrelsen.

Sovit över saken
Efter att ha sovit över saken tyckte jag rapporten är strålande. Samtliga av mina outtalade önskemål är uppfyllda. Förslagen känns tidsenliga och viktiga.

Tänk om andra samhällsområden kunde få lika bra översyn.

Nu behöver jag nog inte vara orolig. Kristdemokraterna är på rätt väg.

Very serious topic, you need to take notes!

One of the absolute WORST ways of advertising is SPAM!

I hate it….that’s to put it mildly.

Listen, it’s totally not cool when I send out emails to those who have opted in on my site and some take advantage of me by turning around and sending me back emails promoting their business opportunities.

As I have stated many, many times, MLM and networking marketing is a relationship driven business. If YOU are taking it upon yourself to opt in of a website to gain further information that’s perfectly okay. However, if you are using it as a way to gain a lead, YOU MUST STOP! This is a sure fine way to piss a lot of people off and ensure that they will not join your business.

I am giving you a CHOICE to receive my information, I expect the same treatment. Network marketing has a few simple guidelines that are well known throughout the community. RESPECT, it at the top of the list. Those who have been in MLM for a while know who’s who. It only takes a few stupid mistakes such as spamming for people to get the word out that you are not a legit, honest business associate. Now, especially for you newbies out there…is this really the recognition you want?

How are you presenting yourself?

You MUST treat your business as you would any other. Conduct yourself as the professional you are. As a professional, you are seeking individual who are WANTING to work with you, who are INTERESTED in what you have to offer. How fair is it that the person whose site you opted in on, only to steal their information, had to spend countless hours marketing and promoting to gain leads? It is absurd why you would steal an individuals private information, only to misuse it, without permission! Get real you guys! Imagine the situation was reversed… wouldn’t YOU be a little ticked off if you had spent numerous hours trying to marketing your content and material and someone stole YOUR information and started spamming you left and right?

Let’s get serious! If you are going to continue to use this method then at least be polite enough to send an email asking if it’s okay. Now, whether you like the answer you receive or not… too bad so sad! It’s their choice and you need to have enough couth to respect their privacy! You will ONLY receive emails from me because you have asked for them. This does not automatically entitle you the right to send me yours!

In this profession, it is important that you are viewed as a PROFESSIONAL. You are communicating with people 24/7 and you want them to value you enough to say, “Now, that is an honest, respectable person and I can see myself working with them!” If you would only grab hold of what I have said, not only will you present yourself in a more classy fashion but you will be sure to win over alot more of your clients and prospects. People ONLY do business with those they TRUST and take a liking too.

Market your business the RIGHT WAY! Learn how to build rapport with others and attract leads to you instead of having to chase after them. What you need to do is set up a lead capture page with several different landing pages. Make sure you are adding valuable content and ASKING others to opt in rather than outright spamming them!

Trust me, something so simple can create a HUGE breakthrough for you and your business! Watch yourself grow and mature as a leader literally overnight!

Trop d’entre nous ont cessé d’apprendre quand ils ont quittés l’école. C’est une énorme erreur. Si nous voulons réussir, nous devons continuer d’apprendre. Nous devons nous polariser sur l’accroissement continu de notre expérience, de notre savoir. Les personnes qui n’évoluent pas sont vite dépassées. Nous en connaissons tous quelques uns, et vous savez de quoi je parle. Ces personnes ont pris dix ans de retard. Tout évolue autour d’elles, mais elles continuent de travailler selon de vieux schémas comportementaux. Et elles paraissent perdues.

Ne soyez pas trop fiers. Il est fort facile de déchoir. Cela prend du temps et de l’énergie pour rester à la page. Acquérir de nouvelles compétences peut être très difficile et peut vous mettre en danger parfois. Il peut être très dur pour quelqu’un, qui se sent sûr de lui dans un certain domaine, de s’exposer à une situation où il n’a pas toute les réponses.

Aussi difficile et intensif que cela puisse être, C’est un devoir absolu. Lorsque vous vous investissez vous-même, vous faites un dépôt qui vous rapportera des dividendes toute votre vie. Prenez un cours du soir et vous recevrez facilement un retour positif à 100 000% sur ce sujet. Comment est-ce possible? Si vous gagnez près de 15€ de l’heure comme employé dans une PME, quelle augmentation vous sera donnée si vous pouvez, en plus, maintenir le site web de l’entreprise et faire quelques modifications mineures quand cela est nécessaire? Et si vous avez appris comment créer et faire fonctionner le blog de votre entreprise? Cela pourrait devenir 16 € de l’heure ? Peut-être17? Un cours du soir à 100€ dans une association locale ou au CNAM, à l’AFPA peut vous rapporter un revenu supplémentaire pour le reste de votre carrière.
Vous devez toujours penser à améliorer vos capacités, votre expérience, obtenir un meilleur classement, et devenir encore plus précieux pour votre entreprise. Pensez à vous-même comme à votre propre entreprise : Moi, s.a.r.l. Les entreprises qui réussissent sont continuellement en train d’améliorer, agrandir, et développer de nouveaux produits. Quelles compétences pouvez-vous acquérir qui vous rendent plus précieux?

L’un des premiers points à voir est ces déficiences qui vous plombent. Vous en avez. Admettez-le. De quelle chose avez-vous le plus besoin pour passer au niveau supérieur? Un MBA? Un permis de conduire? Une capacité de transports? Un certificat de capacité hôtelière ? Ce n’est peut être pas si clair. Vous êtes peut-être un excellent employé, mais votre incapacité à vous socialiser vous empêche de développer votre réseau relationnel et donc d’obtenir une promotion méritée. Peut-être êtes vous effrayé de devoir faire un discours en public mais savez que vous en avez pourtant besoin. Cherchez parmi les associations locales, les cours du soir. Peut importe ce qui vous retenait jusque là, c’est maintenant le bon moment de franchir ce pas.

Pour épicer un peu votre apprentissage, choisissez aussi, en complément, d’autres sujets d’étude, ce qui élargira d’autant votre culture générale. Si vous êtes spécialisé dans un domaine très étroit, et en savez tout ce qu’il y a à en savoir, augmentez votre capital humain en apprenant de nouveaux sujets, dans des domaines totalement étrangers. Les apprentissages croisés sont excellents pour le cerveau et peuvent donner naissance à de nouvelles idées et de nouvelles façons de voir les choses.

En investissant sur vous même, vous pouvez recevoir une gratification bien plus grande que tout ce que vous pourriez trouver à la Bourse. Et ceci n’a pas de prix.

Aktivister i Nätverket Mot Rasism delade idag, lördag, ut buntar med flygblad vid Älvsjö-mässan, där det nu pågår gymnasiemässa. Ett stort antal människor, varav majoriteten var ungdomar, tog emot flygbladet. Många stannade till för att ta en kaffe eller te vid det medhavda kampanjbordet. Stämningen var god. Vi delade upp oss i mindre grupper som stod längs med hela vägen som förbinder mäss-hallen med pendeltågsstationen.

Flygbladet som vi delade ut informerar om två kommande aktiviteter: dels om den nyckelskramlar-aktion som NMR utlyst mot Svenska Motståndsrörelsens planer på att marschera genom centrala Stockholm nästa lördag (28 nov), dels om den demonstration Nätverket organiserar på 30 november. Sprid ordet, och slut upp på dessa aktiviteter, detta var vårat budskap för dagen.

Teken die buitelyn van ‘n prent af op ‘n ou x-straalplaat – met ‘n permanente koki.  Gebruik byvoorbeeld ‘n kenteken van jou klaskamer (‘n ster, dier of selfs die Graad – bv. 2, 1 of 3) of kersfeesprente (kersboom…) en sny dit uit.  Indien jy ‘n lamineermasjien naby het, kan jy eenvoudige die prent lamineer en versigtig uitsny vir gebruik.  Plaas dit bo op die koevert en plak liggies met wondergom vas .  Nou kan jy kies wat jy met die sjabloon wil maak…

• doop ‘n sponsie (sommer ‘n sponsie uit ‘n ou pilbotteltjie) in tandepasta-dik verf en drup die meeste verf uit…droogspons nou liggies bo-oor die sjabloon en laat droog word…skryf die kind of ouers se naam in die oop spasies
• vul ‘n ou spuitbotteltjie met voedselkleursel – verdun effens – en spuitverf die koevert…hou egter die botteltjie hoog en ver weg sodat die koevert nie onnodige blertse kry nie…’n keelspuitjie het nogal baie woema
• as jy netjies kan sny, kan jy die karaktertjie uitsny en een kant bêre – sodat jy die groter raam kan gebruik.  Spuitverf of spons dan die binnekant van die stensil op jou koeverte…

Neem ‘n foto van elke kind en druk dit op die koevert tesame met sy / haar naam. (Gebruik ‘n tema – bv. dra ‘n kersmus, poseer by die skoolwapen…)

Koop spesiale papier, druk die koevertraam daarop en sny uit. 

Sny geskenkpapier (gewone, bruin of kerstema) in A4-velle.  Druk die koevertraam daarop – met die kind se naam in die middel.  Daarna kan jy die koevert self uitknip of vir die betrokke kind vra om dit te doen.  Seël dit met ‘n bypassende satyn of organza lint.  Jy kan die lint strik of met ‘n wasseël afrond.

Indien jy die buitekant van die koevert professioneel wil hou, kan jy die woord “Vertroulik” en die ouerpaar se name daarop druk. Versier die binnekant van die koevert met ‘n verrassingsmotief. Sny die randjie ietwat kleiner as die buiterand van die koevert se flap en plak die koevert toe met ‘n gepaste plakker – eerder as om dit toe te lek.

Le gouvernement irlandais et IRCHSS (Irish Research Council for Humanities and Social Sciences) ont lancé un projet de trois ans sur l’oecuménisme: “Visioning 21st Century Ecumenism: Diversity, Dialogue & Reconciliation.” La première partie du projet a été la réalisation de deux études importantes sur la foi en République d’Irlande et en Irlande du Nord, menées d’avril à juillet 2009. Do you lead one?  Do you have one?  It’s a pretty good question these days since there’s a lot of talk about Tribes going around.  And it seems to be an evolving situation but an interesting one since it’s apparent that it’s becoming a very powerful cultural phenomenon.  I would say that it’s probably because of the increased connectivity we all have allows us access to people who have the same views and values.  For more on Tribes, I would recommend Seth Godin’s book, oddly enough titled: Tribes.

I had the priviledge of attending the recent PGC200 (www.pgc200.org) launch event in San Diego CA.  It’s a group that I’m advising that is creating a tribe.  It’s primarily made up of technical professionals (scientists and engineers) who are banding together to support one another professionally during trying economic times.  The featured speaker at this event was Gary Ridge, President and CEO of WD40 who has recently published a book with Ken Blanchard called Helping People Win at Work.

What’s exciting to watch about the development of PGC200 is that it’s a welcoming place for people who are not usually used to doing things like marketing themselves to interact with others who are good at that type of thing.  And it was only fitting that Gary Ridge was the featured speaker because he has actively worked to develop the Tribe culture at WD40.

In the book, Gary and Ken Blanchard describe a tribe as being a place where someone belongs as opposed to a team which is something someone plays on sometimes.

That’s an interesting definition and I think it’s highly effective when looking at a company’s culture during your job search.  Is it a place where you “belong” or someplace you go to play eight hours a day?

Gary and Ken also define leadership as a partnership which I think is a great definition.  In this partnership, are you helping someone to be successful and is someone helping you?  In this way, you can be a leader without a title and those you help become members of your tribe just as you become members of the tribe of those who help you.

LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter are good places to find examples of Tribes.  People become followers and friends on these sites based on common interests which can be as simple as a joke of the day.

Like her or not, I think one of the most interesting examples of the Tribe phenomenon is Sarah Palin.  My take on her resigning the governorship of Alaska is that she is leading a tribe of followers, drawing people who are disaffected with their political parties and are looking for a place to belong.  We’ll see if that translates into political office but it’s certainly translated into book sales.

Tribes seem to be popping up all over the place, so maybe it’s time to start yours.  If you’re in a company, help others to be successful and they will become part of your tribe.  If your looking for a job, let your tribe help you. If you don’t have a tribe, start one by going beyond networking to really create a place where people feel they belong in your circle.  As Jay Abraham defines it, it’s the difference between a client and a customer.  A client is someone whose interests you watch out for rather than being in a transactional relationship.

Let’s talk for a minute about leads!

Have you pretty much hit a dead end with obtaining good quality leads? Okay, here’s the thing! Majority of network marketers have started their business with a list. At the top of the list, is their friends and family (because that’s your warm market), in which, you seek referrals and then they start marketing via flyers, cold calling, presentations…ect.  Now listen, if you are out to find leads, the only way to do so is by being able to connect with people on a more personable level. Generally, people more open and willing to hear what you have to say, as long as, they feel you are legit!

Here are four key questions to ask yourself to test the strength of your “leads.”

1) Are prospects able to reach you?

Have you made yourself accessible? Now there are MANY ways to do this via the INTERNET! The best way to really reach out to others is through your Social Networking Sites (Facebook, Twitter, Myspace…ect.) Prior to LinkedIn, I was losing touch with people left and right because they were always on the move from one company to the next. Here you can create your own online business card with ALL of your contact info that can be updated instantly.

Easily accessible is necessary but there is still more you have to take into account! The next three questions are even more crucial.

2) Are your leads seeing more of YOU or your business?

What are you marketing? Now this is where I might throw some of you off! The best way for you to generate ALOT of leads is through BRANDING YOURSELF and NOT YOUR BUSINESS!! A lot of network marketer tend to lose sight of this concept. Listen, NO ONE like to be sold, especially in network marketing! You have to be personable and sincere, in order for people to take you seriously. Once you have established a good rapport, you are in!

Some things you MUST have in order to begin branding YOU!

• Personable & Customizable Website
• Blog about YOU
• Make Videos about YOU
• ALL SEO should pertain to YOU
• Your OWN domain

Now, although it is about YOU, what you are actually doing is sharing you experiences and goals. You are showing others how you have managed to gain your success. By offering them your assistance and knowledge, you will be more likely to get asked the question, “What are you in?” This is where you have the ability to let the lion out of his cage! LOL….tell them about your business opportunity…BUT…you should not come across as a used car salesman (BE SUBTLE).

3) Is your business opportunity at work “FOR” you??

This element right here is IMPORTANT! You should have a system in place where prospects are being drove to your website and followed up with automatically! You can do this through a capture page with an opt in form. The key here is that your capture page MUST represent YOU not your business! I know a lot of companies are not giving their representatives a free capture page at sign up but this is NOT the kind you want. These types of capture pages lead back to your primary business opportunity. You want to be sure that yours is filled with your content, your story and your videos. Once this is in place, you will be able to drive traffic to your site on autopilot!

4) Will they opt into your Primary Business?

Honestly, whether they do or not is irrelevant. 95% of leads that you come across will chose not to join your primary. So, are you just going to turn your back and move onto the next one? If you answered YES, you should be ashamed! There are programs and websites on the internet where you can create multiple streams of income. How? By offering, training materials, programs and other resources they would be beneficial to their growth. Chances are they will bite the bait and when they do you earn money!

En 2000, à l’aube d’un nouveau millénaire, j’ai décidé de me mettre au rock français. Après tout, même si ma langue natale n’est pas la plus appropriée pour le genre, trouver du bon rock français ne devait pas être impossible. Il y avait déjà la référence absolue Noir Désir, alors pourquoi ne pas en trouver d’autres.

C’est à peu près à ce moment-là qu’est sortit Saez avec déjà sa gueule de con et ses faux airs de poètes maudits. Jours étranges, premier opus de cet abrutit, est un petit bijou de son époque. Un zitgeist délicieux, le message mal-être d’une génération qui s’emmerde et qui va encore au lycée. Jeune & con, c’est pour moi les années bac, la loose, un avenir qui se dessine doucement, une rébellion plus contre soi-même que contre la société et des amours qu’on sait faites pour mourir. Un an après, Noir Désir sortait, le 10 septembre 2001, Des Visages, Des Figures et de là, la musique française ouvrait, ce qu’on appelle encore  huit ans après, la “nouvelle scène française“. Des chanteurs à textes pullulaient de tous les cotés. Entre temps, certains sont devenus des cadors de la variet’, d’autres des quarantenaires chiants et nostalgiques comme un vivement dimanche de Drucker, ou bien encore des folkeux talentueux sortit de nul part, des chanteuses post new-wave incroyables et des rockeurs, des vrais avec de la disto à s’en faire péter les tympans et des tempos endiablés.
Au milieu de ce joyeux bordel sous la même étiquette, j’ai eu le coup de cœur pour un groupe en particulier Eiffel. Déjà à cette époque, je n’écoutais quasiment jamais la radio donc on ne peut pas dire que c’est le matraquage qui m’a poussé à m’intéresser à ce groupe, c’est juste le hasard d’une soirée où j’ai entendu leur single du moment Te Revoir. Une voix hyper particulière, hyper nasillarde comme je les aime souvent (n’oublions pas qu’une de mes idole est Billy Corgan des Smashing Pumpkins), des paroles très spéciales et surtout un coté punk qui me rappelait pas mal de souvenirs d’adolescence. J’ai dévoré encore et encore Abricotine, leur premier album. Un vrai coup de foudre. Le second album, le 1/4 heure des ahuris, a eu un impact encore plus fort. Il se rattache à une autre époque, à une autre vision des choses et à une évolution musicale que je cherchais à ce moment-là. Je suis un ahuris comme les autres, je les ai vu en concert pour les dernières tournées, rencontré et j’ai continué à écouter religieusement ce groupe assez unique.
Je raconte tout ça pour aucune raison particulière sauf qu’hier je les ai vu en concert.
Depuis la rentrée, un tas d’albums sort et pratiquement tous les artistes que j’aime m’ont complètement déçu. Le dernier -M- est une panne d’inspiration complète et un problème de schizophrénie ridicule, Emilie Simon s’est muté en une sorte de Kate Bush française qui aurait trop trainée dans les comédies musicales de Broadway mais au milieu de cette mauvaise fournée, Eiffel fait très bonne figure et maintient le cap avec l’excellent A tout Moment.

Eiffel n’a plus de maison de disque, a quitté Labels (racheté par Virgin), se retrouve dans la nature et a terminé son dernier concert à l’Olympia en disant qu’ils ne savaient pas ce que deviendrait d’Eiffel. Quelques mois après, ils avaient enregistré une session avec Bertrand Cantat au chant pour deux titres un peu faiblards mais le groupe était encore vivant, c’était l’essentiel. 2009, le duo Humeau revient avec un nouvel album et Nicolas Courret, batteur originel du groupe.

Concert à La Cigale, salle à 3/4 remplie, un public de trentenaire, une bonne ambiance, jusque là tout va bien. Romain Humeau vient lui-même présenter la première partie et nous demande d’acclamer Montgomery. Make some noise ! Voilà ce qu’ils vont faire pendant quarante cinq longues minutes, du noise. Le noise est un style musical avant-gardiste dans le rock indé. Pour faire simple, les structures musicales sont non-conventionnelles, les mélodies vont à l’encontre des harmonies classiques et les voix sous mixées mélangées avec le reste. Montgomery complète le cahier des charges avec une grande habilitée mais il faut dire ce qui est, c’est imbitable et fatiguant. Comme le veut l’adage, trop d’effets tue l’effet et un bordel atonal incommensurable en est le résultat. Une musique qui pourrait être intéressante dans le cadre d’une B.O. ou lors d’une projection cinématographique d’un film muet  où un groupe jourait en live. Dans n’importe quelle circonstance mais pas en première partie d’Eiffel. Ça pourrait ressembler à Kaolin à leur début qui a prit du Sigur Ros dans la tronche et a été salit par Animal Collective. Bref, une longue, trop longue première partie qui a un peu cassé toute l’énergie que j’avais en entrant dans la salle.

Changement de plateau, les roadies déménagent le bordel ambiant et petit détail sympa, le groupe est là à monter lui-même son matos comme un petit groupe pourrait le faire. C’est rien du tout mais le fait que ça se fasse naturellement et simplement fait oublier l’attente et donne un coté chaleureux, voir familial. Ils font des balances vite-fait bien fait, sortent de scène, le concert peut commencer.
En format quatuor, loin de la pléiade de musicos présents sur la tournée précédente, le groupe débute par Minouche où la guitare folk se mélange parfaitement avec la saturation lacérée de l’électrique. Enchainement direct avec Le Coeur Australie et son refrain que le public reprend en chœur et à tue-tête. Tout est en place, la voix de Romain Humeau est chaude et rauque, le nouveau guitariste, qui ressemble à un Beigbeder de poche, est hyper mobile et a un sacré touché rock, Estelle Humeau, égale à elle-même, est stoïque et fait claquer la basse. Le dernier album A tout moment est bien sur très présent mais Eiffel varie les plaisirs en jouant des anciens titres comme l’incroyable Il Pleut des Cordes, Inverse Moi ou Sombre. Au trois-quart du concert, le groupe entame Bigger than the Biggest, présente sur Tandoori, le morceau dans sa progression prend une tournure punk hallucinante avec un Romain Humeau en transe, un moment extatique incroyable.

Eiffel va très bien voir même mieux que d’habitude avec une envie palpable de donner tout ce qu’ils ont. Musicalement irréprochable, Eiffel revient avec une pêche incroyable fort d’une maison de disque qui les soutient et d’un single qui cartonne. Un public très présent, très chaud composé de pas mal de nouveaux ahuris qui ont découvert le groupe dernièrement par le biais de A tout Moment la rue peut aussi dire Non et on ressentit cette puissance à la Noir Désir qui nous manque tant. Le meilleur groupe de rock français en activité actuellement à écouter d’urgence à défaut de les voir en live. Et dire que j’aurai pu aller voir Muse à la place et leur dernier album si incroyable alors… ironie quand tu nous tiens.

Believe it or not, successful covert hypnosis is based in creating mild confusion in a subject. It’s true. But before I get into the mechanics of covert hypnosis let’s take a look at the foundations of hypnosis for better understanding.

Two Minds
Humans all come equipped with two minds, the conscious mind and the subconscious. The subconscious mind acts as sort of a command post for our beliefs and behaviors. We acquire these beliefs starting at birth from our families, our social networks, the media and society at large.

If we receive nurturing and loving impressions as we grow it’s likely we’ll develop into well balanced and relatively happy individuals. If we receive less than favorable impressions, it’s likely that we’ll have less than favorable attitudes and behaviors.

The Conscious Mind
The conscious mind is on duty to evaluate input of all types. It’s there to keep us safe and well. Let’s say that you long for a better life. You realize that you’ve acquired some beliefs that don’t serve you and you want to change them.

Maybe you’re a smoker and want to quit. Or maybe you’d like to lose some weight. You understand that your subconscious will deliver to you exactly what you want so you attempt to feed it supportive suggestions. You might repeat, “Today, I’m a non-smoker.

But your conscious mind is standing guard and says, “Oh, yeah? You know you want a cigarette right now.” See, that’s its job. To point out the truth. And that’s also where hypnosis comes in. The standard relaxation hypnotic induction is designed to get the conscious mind out of the way so new and positive suggestions can replace the non-supportive beliefs. That’s it. That’s how hypnosis works in a nutshell.

Covert Hypnosis Techniques
With covert hypnosis, which is also referred to as conversational hypnosis, the relaxation induction is replaced with confusion or distraction. And confusion can do a very effective job of keeping the conscious mind busy. The only difference is that covert hypnosis is often used for persuasion, though there are many hypnotherapists and medical professionals that use it as part of their repertoire for therapeutic purposes.

Rapport
No hypnosis can be effective without the practitioner first gaining rapport with the subject. This may be as simple as exchanging a few words or might need to be developed over time through finding commonalities. But make no mistake, rapport is necessary.

Confusion
There are particular speech patterns that facilitate covert hypnosis. As mentioned above, these are designed to cause confusion. Let’s look at an example where a doctor is seeing a patient in his office. The patient is about to undergo a grueling course of treatment and it’s the doctor’s intention to ‘install’ certain internal resources to help his patient through the ordeal.

He might say something like this: “You know Mr. Daily, in dreaming you are a caterpillar proud and sure, of one ultimate iron, fortitude, aptitude, attitude, latitude, endurance and many feet, one standing proud on a journey storm through windmills and wisdom. And as the wind fierce through the tunnel flows, out comes the glorious butterfly. Such a dream it will be…”

That may sound pretty strange but there are many doctors who could pull something like this off without even drawing a side glance. In fact, Milton Erickson was a physician as well as the father of covert hypnosis and used language much like this virtually every day he practiced.

Suggestions
Notice the butterfly dream above was also a metaphor for a successful transformation. The transformation comes about after enduring a storm, an apt analogy for the upcoming course of treatment. Suggestions will almost always be blended with the confusing patter. And the confusion needs to be modulated with rational speech intermittently or else the practitioner will lose rapport and lose the opportunity for persuasion.

There you have it, the foundation for covert hypnosis. Obviously, it isn’t something you’re going to read about once or twice and practice with proficiency right away. But with a bit of study, you too may find yourself one standing proud on a journey storm through windmills and wisdom… the glorious butterfly.

Welcome back for another great blog!

For those of you who have either done network marketing in the past or in it right now, you are all very familiar with the door-to-door sales pitches. You see when MLM first began, before the rise of the internet and all it’s glory, people were reliant on the “old school” techniques.

Okay, what do I mean by “old school”??

You remember the days of people knocking on your door trying to sell you vitamins or air fresheners? How about Aunt Sally, who would call you trying to get you to come to another weekly meeting for Avon or Marykay? The trips to the mall, only to find when you returned to your car a flyer stuck to your windshield advertising another freebie if you will call this number!

Let’s face it…

Sales and marketing techniques come and go. Yeah sure, you might still have some luck applying the old school models but really it’s a thing of the past.

Honestly, how many people do you know that are sitting at home during the day? I can probably think of enough to count of my fingers. Majority of us are working our 9-5 to put dinner on the table. With that said, do you see how door-to-door sales would be incredibly hard? Sure, you could try to hit up a few business, but just walking in off the street is like jumping off the deep end.

I use to work in medical facility and I swear we had everybody and their brother too trying to get out doctors to participate in the latest gadgets. If you had an appointment, he would give you 5 min. to give him your pitch and if you grabbed his attention you were permitted to join him for lunch. LOL….if you walked in off the street…you were yelled at and told to pretty much leave and don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

My point being you might want to use this type of technique with extreme caution and really weigh out your surroundings to see if it is a perfect match for what you are looking to accomplish.

Hmmm…remember all those sleepless nights sitting around making cold calls? Have you been guilty of buying “FRESH” leads that turned out to be colder than a dead fish? I can laugh about it now…but at the time I was about ready to throw my phone across the room. My upline use to always tell you, “You’re gonna go through alot of no’s before you get a YES! Just hang in there.” Not exactly something you want to hear after hours and hours of calling and being hung up on…is it?!?

I am here to tell you…THERE IS A MUCH BETTER WAY!

I have ran in circles chasing my tail for years until I was introduced to some really great mentors who taught me about the two most POWERFUL tools I could EVER own! Any guess???

ME and the INTERNET!

You see for years people have pushed their business when trying to market. Let’s stop and think about this, how many times has your home phone rang and it was one of those, “You entered a dawning and won a 4 night 3 day stay at….” only to find out that it’s a timeshare and you have to sit though a 3 hour presentation before you actually “win” your prize. As soon as I heard timeshare, I’d hang up the phone. Well, the same thing is true for vitamins, mobile phones, post cards….whatever it is that you are trying to market. Listen, people DO NOT want to be SOLD, especially in network marketing. People are more likely to hear what you have to say if you are genuine and personable.

The Internet is an incredible tool for reaching people all over the world. Several different tools are available for sharing you information…

However, the KEY to SUCCESS is learning how to BRAND YOURSELF not YOUR BUSINESS! This is important because your business may come and go but you will always stay the same. They will be more likely to follow you into your next business venture if you can create good rapport with one another.

Planen bak det hele er å kunne få ut litt info på hvorfor NRK velger å legge over barne-tv på NRK super fra 1. desember. Informasjonen skal jeg bruke i mediehistorie-essayet vi skal levere inn på fredag. Det vil si at jeg har igjen å skrive mesteparten av dette, og lage en finfin rapport for websiden min. Og da kan jeg si meg ferdig med alle innleveringer for i år. Kun 4 eksamner igjen før jeg kan legge hele dette semesteret bak meg
