<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It has always struck me how analogous the behavior of high performing sports teams is to that of high performing <a href="http://www.bhggo.com/our-agents">real estate sales teams</a>. <li>In both situations, highly talented <em>individuals</em> are asked to contribute to a <em>team </em>effort</li>
<li>Both are highly rewarding in terms of income, but due to spin off success, high performing teams typically earn more than high performing individuals alone</li>
<li>Both scenarios require high ego-driven individuals to respect and support overall team goals</li>
</ol>
<p>To me, the conversation always comes back to accountability; accountability to self and accountability to the team.   When you watch the Super Bowl this weekend, pay close attention to the player interviews and what you will hear, time and again, is <em>a high performer</em> crediting <em>teammates</em> for <em>their personal success</em>.  If you stop and think about this for just a moment, it is a really striking development and testament to the fact that high performing athletes understand, that “It’s better to hang out with people better than you. Pick out <a href="http://www.bhggo.com">real estate</a> associates whose behavior is better than yours and you’ll drift in that direction”.</p>

<li>Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien or legally present in the U.S;</li>
<li>Be at least 19 years old;</li>
<li>Show proof of bona fide residency in any state in the U.S.;</li>
<li>Show proof of high school graduation or <strong>GED</strong>;</li>
<li>Not have been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude;</li>
<li>Not have had a <a title="Real Estate is an awesome career" href="http://bhggo.com/leading-careers-for-real-estate-agents-in-mobile-alabama/">real estate </a>application or license rejected or revoked in any state within the past two years.</li>

<h3>ADDITIONALLY, A SALESPERSON APPLICANT MUST:</h3>
<p>Prior to taking the <a href="http://www.bhggo.com">real estate</a> state exam, successfully complete an approved <a title="Take the online real estate course now" href="http://www.bhggo.com/get-your-license">60 clock hour prelicense course</a>. (Salesperson applicants who started the prelicense course prior to October 1, 2004 have 24 months to pass the state exam after completing this<a title="Become a Real Estate Agent in Alabama" href="http://www.bhggo.com/get-your-license"> real estate course</a>.  <a href="http://www.bhggo.com/get-your-license">Applicants</a> who started the course after October 1, 2004 have 12 months to pass the state exam after completing the course.
