Visceral Games Ignites Social Gaming with Three Little Words: Go to Hell

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Visceral Games, an Electronic Arts studio (NASDAQ:ERTS) today announced ‘Go to Hell’, an all-new social application inspired by the upcoming game, Dante’s Inferno™. This application takes the poem’s canonized nine circles of hell, and brings them into everyday life. Mad at your ex- for cheating? The ‘Go to Hell’ app comes complete with a ‘Hell Browser’ that serves up a snapshot of all the activity in hell on a day-to-day basis. In the browser, see who takes top spot as the most deplored evil demon – be they a loudmouthed celebrity, a slimy politician or a hated TV character.

Dante’s Inferno has not yet been rated by the ESRB or PEGI. I noticed today that I am a really jealous person. My heart is really cunning and deceptive. If I could pick a color of my heart right now, I’d pick red because it’s so fierce and angry. I found two quotes on jealousy that I like,

Today’s inspiration board is bold simplicity with playful pops of red against a bright white background.  In contrast to the deep, dramatic reds I’ve used in other boards, this palette is bright & fun with a bit of a retro vibe.  As the holidays approach, I tend to use more touches of ruby than usual, but this combination is so light & cheery it can easily translate to parties of every season.  Patterned paper jazzes up chocolate bars, baker’s twine lends rustic charm to an invitation suite, and rows of cherries are an eye-catching addition to an ice cream sundae bar.  Isn’t it amazing how a little red goes such a long way?

China Glaze Skate Night is a red-leaning purple from the Retro Diva collection. As the other divas it has fine shimmer and a deep, glowing color. I was a little disappointed as I thought it was a dupe for OPI Kinky In Helsinki, but I found out KIH has a blue flash that this one doesn’t. It’s also similar to China Glaze Cowgirl Up, but CU is also more on the blue/purple side. Still, I don’t think Skate Night is very unique in my collection, even though it is a beautiful color.

Application is good, a little runny at times, but quite ok. I used two coats, and that’s plenty.

Last afternoon I was walking along the Ganges in Varanasi (Benaras) as I wanted to cross the city.
On the way I took a few pictures, I can’t really explain why this poem by Boris Vian came to my mind, I guess I made an analogy with all those lines and colors or maybe there was something which unconsciously connected me to the surrealistic process by which the poet reformed existing patterns…
