Holy Damn! I just finished CANAAN. Anyone who hasn’t watch it… DO IT! NNOOOWWW! :p

Two years ago, Shibuya was ravaged by a biological terrorist attack using the deadly Ua virus. Maria Osawa was saved when her father inoculated her against the virus, but is left with partial amnesia from the shock. She works as a cameraman when she reunites with a girl named Canaan in Shanghai, China. A gifted assassin with synesthesia, she is under orders from an unknown organization for a yet unspecified mission.
.

The anime wouldn’t be the same if any of the characters were missing. Superbly done characters with perfectly matched roles. Well, maybe Liang Qi was a little disturbing. But no complaints otherwise. Everything is so good, I actually don’t have anything thing to rant on. This blows… Pfft.. Xp

No wait, thought of something.
The opening and ending theme… Pfft… It’s probably the only thing holding CANAAN back. The INSERT song in the final episode was another story, it was good. Can’t seem to find it online though.

I hate endings which doesn’t provide a clear conclusion to how everything ends. HATE!
But still, CANAAN left me more satisfied than I would have expected. It’s just that great.

I don’t believe it but I’ve actually found an anime on the same level of greatness as Black Lagoon I /II, and yes, it’s CANAAN. Duh!

Just out of curiosity, would you guys classify CANAAN as a mind-fark? Been trying to get a better understanding of the term lately.
I would, considering Liang Qi and Hakko’s story. But CANAAN by itself doesn’t have too much of a twisted story plot to begin with. Not like Ergo Proxy.
.

Just a little hint on what to expect. Xp
.

Yes, Liang Qi likes her Wii. Lol!
And wants YOU to get some too!

Having finish such a great anime, I knew I had to follow it with something of equal quality or I would suffer. And so far, I’ve only read good things about Guin Saga. So Guin Saga it was.

The ancient kingdom of Parro has been invaded by the armies of Mongaul, and its king and queen have been slain. But the “twin pearls of Parro,” the princess Rinda and the prince Remus, escape using a strange device hidden in the palace. Lost in the Forest of Rood, they are rescued from Mongaul soldiers by a strange leopard-headed man named Guin, who has no memories except for the word “Aurra.”

.

Just out of curiosity, how many of you guys watched Guin Saga? Well… if you haven’t, you should.

Guin Saga IS OFFICIALLY the Best Anime of 2009. Endorsed, Declared, Appointed and Sworn by NaNeee?!, Anime3R, blur.
When I say “Best” I do mean “nothing can touch it with a 10-foot pole. Not even Koukaku No Regios or Basquash! And I hold both anime titles in very high regards mind you.

How can I make such a bold statement you ask?

Well let’s see…
The animation is just slightly above average, nothing to shout about except for the nicely drawn landscapes. The action sequences are a mix. War scenes pretty much sucked but individual combats were nice, being smoothly animated with a touch of flair.
The opening theme is Myehhh… but the ending theme is wonderful. “Saga~ This is my road” is exactly what you would expect as a song by Kanon. A high-pitched opera-styled wonder indeed.

Warning: This video is a FULL FLEDGED SPOILER. Only thing is it’s not subbed in Japanese. Lol!
.

But the story. OMG! The script IS JUST FREAKING AMAZING!
I’ve always been a fan of the RPG genre in anything. Diablo, Dungeon and Dragons, Eye of the Beholder, Dungeon Siege, The Witcher, Magic the Gathering, Archmage, Lone Wolf and the Kai Masters’ series, Baldur’s Gate, Neverwinter Nights, etc. etc.
But damn! The fantasy setting in Guin Saga is just… amazing. I actually felt like I was reading an Adventure novel when watching Guin Saga. Something I’ve NEVER felt before.

Won’t lie though, there were 2 parts in the anime which I weren’t too fond of. Where Guin, the lead character, would appear out of nowhere and happened to “arrive just in time to save you”. I’d preferred it if they actually showed him making his way instead of just appearing like that. And the fact that they left an open ending. Ass!
Though, it’s just a minor rant of mine. Perfection, so close, yet so far. Lol!

The 2 parts are mediocre compared to the feeling of being so immersed in the story of an anime. Something most animes never bother to do nowadays. They just show you girls, boobs, guns, fireballs and call it a day. No, not Guin Saga. It doesn’t even have the slightest hint of moe. Unless you call Suni moe.
.

Suni: Am I moe?
.

Another day, another funky fansub. Lol.
.

I wanted to express my hate for Remus. But that would get too verbal, am I would pity the abuse he get, so I refrained.
.

FalconnnNNNnn PUUUnnnnCCCHHH!!!!!
.

I now pity the next anime which will need to perform up to my current expectations after watching a good anime such as CANAAN and an epic one such as Guin Saga. Maybe I should go defensive and chose an anime with a bad rep instead. Lol!
We’ll see.

To end the post of the day, I’d just like to say I pretty much have a clear clue on how I should work with Anime3R and NaNeee?! now. Lol.
Few days back, I was integrating, compiling, amending, sharing, and all that crap, between my 2 blogs. When everything was just fine. Everything back to normal now. Page and posts deleted. Back in Anime3R where they belong. And as for NaNeee?!, still trying to make it warm and cozy. Lol!

And I just realized I referred to myself as a third person in Guin Saga section. Egoistic piss-ass indeed. Lol!

Eu l-am votat pe Cernea, chiar dacă ştiam că n-are nicio şansă.

About Remus Remus provides transparent, comprehensive high availability to ordinary virtual machines

About Remus

Remus provides transparent, comprehensive high availability to ordinary virtual machines running on the Xen virtual machine monitor. It does this by maintaining a completely up-to-date copy of a running VM on a backup server, which automatically activates if the primary server fails. Key features:

    * The backup VM is an exact copy of the primary VM. When failure happens, it continues running on the backup host as if failure had never occurred.
* The backup is completely up-to-date. Even active TCP sessions are maintained without interruption.
* Protection is transparent. Existing guests can be protected without modifying them in any way.

For a full description and evaluation, see our NSDI paper.
Development

Remus is feature-complete, supporting both PV and HVM, in 32 and 64-bit modes. But it is still young, and we have many improvements in mind. Here’s the short-term development plan:

    * Clean up modifications to xc_domain_save:
o Remove ugly (but easier to maintain out-of-tree) gotos by extracting per-round checkpoint code into a separate function.
o Abstract checkpoint output into user-specified function pointers.
* Incorporate network buffering into netback rather than relying on IMQ.
* Carefully benchmark persistent suspend thread against both high and low load to quantify its advantage over per-suspend thread creation.
* Consider folding the control script into xend with an xm front end.
* Support external heartbeat monitors (e.g., Linux-HA) as an alternative to the simple, in-band monitor bundled with Remus.

News

    * 2009-11-09: Remus has been applied to the official Xen repository, and is expected to be included with the next major release! Updated (simpler!) installation and usage instructions coming soon.
* 2009-11-05: Remus 0.9 released! Now supports HVM, 64-on-32, 32-on-64, and the latest version of xen-unstable (changeset 20399).
* 2009-05-14: Supports 64-on-64.
* 2009-05-11: Initial port to Xen unstable (now 3.4.0-rc4) completed.
* 2009-03-30: First release (against xen-3.2-testing).

Download

The current release is Remus 0.9. The source is here.

Like Xen, we use Mercurial to manage the source code. The repositories are here.

Piensa, Reggie, piensa.

Firstly, thank god. Secondly, I’m going to spam you wish some of my writing. It’s been very, very good the last few days as I’ve found a new roleplayer who really inspires me (Thanks Matt!) and Kirby and I have sorted out the plot for ‘Chapter Two’ of our roleplay (Chapter one was 250,000 words so I use the word chapter loosely.)

– For all you Harry Potter fans out there. –

In the shadows a dog sat, eyes open and ears up, at first glance you might think that is was listening to every word of the passersby but then again it was just a dog, that would be silly. Of course the hound was listening, he was listening out for any one of these people traipsing through Hogsmede to mention a Hogwarts school trip. That was why the hound sat there, quietly observing, making sure he wasn’t noticed in the depths of the shadows. A light dusting of snow was beginning to cover the ground and the dog wondered how cold it would get in his hideaway; before, a long time ago, he’d never spent more than one night there and there had been more of them then. There had been body warmth.

It seemed to this dog that there would be a Hogwarts trip to that very village in a few weeks, this was something he’d been wanting to hear for a while. Despite being a convicted criminal on the run, this dog, the infamous Sirius Black wanted to see his godson. Harry Potter was the last living connection he had to James and Lily and although he wasn’t sure what good it would do him seeing Harry he couldn’t help himself. His mind kept reaching back to the photograph of the wretched rat he’d seen clambering all over a family, the Daily Prophet had done well in explaining that the owner of said rat went to Hogwarts. Being here, Sirius was killing two birds with one stone.

Sirius would enjoy revenge; he’d been holed up in Azkaban too long for it not to be sickly sweet. He’d been set up and it seemed that the whole world was against him. They could be against him, he wasn’t sure there was anything he could do to change that but getting the tiniest bit of revenge for James and Lily’s deaths and the fact that he was being punished for it would be wonderful.

Slowly he stood from his sheltered spot between two shops and wondered whether it would be too obvious to mark paw prints through the snow. The snowfall was getting heavier now and the day time crowds were thinning, these people had more sense to stay in their homes. The snow would cover his tracks before anyone thought of anything suspicious. Sirius had been stuck out on his own for five months and just one failed attempt to get into Hogwarts had left him finding neither Harry or Pettigrew.

Just the idea of having Pettigrew around Harry worried Sirius, if he was willing to aid Voldermort in killing Lily and James then why wouldn’t he try and get to Harry too, even in rat form. Sirius’ black fur clad body shivered at the thought and the rapidly dropping temperature. He shook the loose snow from his coat and took a few tentative steps out into the street, people ignored him, no one cared about a stray dog walking silently and forlornly along the road.

It wouldn’t take him long to get back to the shrieking shack and he’d engineered the journey back so that no one would know where he was headed at a first glace. Sirius wasn’t stupid and he did not want to get caught until revenge had been exacted upon the one who had been responsible for his best friend’s death. This whole situation was making Sirius feel terrible and he’d been in bad shape whilst in Azkaban on minimal amounts of food, the draining presence of the dementors and the pressure of having no freedom for a crime he had not committed.

Now he was barely eating, having to stay in dog form and getting very little warmth from a building that was little more than a large shed. Now that they were into December the months were growing cold and the days very short, the fact that he was free to do what he wanted was marred by the fact that he felt awful, was worried and felt he had a responsibility to Harry to remove Pettigrew from existence.

There was also the terrible feeling hanging over him that someone, one of the few people that knew, would inform the dementors, auroras and ministry staff that he was an animagus and could turn into a shaggy black dog. People might look at him and his whole body would freeze with fright and the overwhelming fear that someone had recognised him and wanted to turn him over to the authorities.

Two years I’ve been waiting for this movie. It was supposed to be released last year, but no. So when it finally came, I had such high hopes – judging from the trailer, this would be one of the more epic movies. I was wrong. Very imporant details were missing from the movie, and instead of focusing on the whole ‘love drama’ (which really didn’t happen until book 7 because Hermione never did confess her liking to Ron in the 6th book) they could’ve included so much more.

What about Fleur and Bill? How will they start the next movie? What about Tonks and Remus? She called him sweetheart out of no-where, and there was no protesting about him being too old. Greyback, who the hell is he? Now, I know who he is – but unless you’ve read the books you really don’t know what he is – except for a very ugly deatheater. The abduction of Olivander, the burning of the burrow – WHY? I sat there almost wanting to leave at some point, because it was just not what I had imagined it to be. As much as I love Sir Gambon, his preformance in the cave seemed forced – and so did the deathscene. I mean, c’mon – didn’t he deserve a proper burial? What about his wand, the legendary wand that will be so important in the next book? How will they get that wand, when there is no tomb? Out of all things in the movie, I really missed the White Tomb. That was such an important scene in the book, and the fact that they didn’t include it in the movie is almost heartbreaking. David Yates, you better not fuck up the two next movies. My threat of stalking you and forcing you to listen to brainwashing music still stands.

Now about 4 or 5 years ago we heard a track by a then 11 year old Remus, the son of Mud Family/Taskforce legend Farma G, and in honesty we thought it was too cold of a kid of that age & thought Farma or Chester must have written that for him…….

www.squidoo.com

Scripture reveals the names and order of Biblical months, however, none of the customary names of months and names of days found in the Gregorian calendar can be found anywhere in the Bible. On the contrary, a little research shows us that the name of the months and days in the Gregorian calendar are names of pagan sun gods and goddesses.

According to the Encyclopedia International article “Week,” the days of the week are named after the ruling luminary — the days were names for the sun, the moon, and the five visible planets, are represented in the modern Gregorian Calendar week and all are associated with pagan deities.

The names of the days of the week and their meanings are as follows:

Sunday became the first day of the week.

Latin: translates from dies solis, or “Day of the Sun”.

Roman myth, Apollo was the god of the sun and of healing, so sick people prayed to him. Each day he drove his chariot of fiery horses across the sky to give light to the world.

Greek Mythology; Helios was the god of the Sun.

Saxon: sunnandaeg – god of the heat and light ball in the sky.

Monday is the second day of the week. Named after the Moon.

Roman Myth: Luna, or Diana was goddess of the moon. Diana’s twin brother Apollo was the god of the sun.

Saxon: mona – god of the light ball in the night sky, and tide maker.

Latin: dies lunae, or “Day of the Moon”.

Tuesday is the third day of the week, named after the planet Mars, in honor of the god Mars.

Latin: dies martis or “Day of Mars”. This day is named for the day of Tiw, or Tiu, and old Teutonic (Anglo-Saxon) deity. They also called it Tiw’s day.” So Tuesday” comes from the name of this Saxon god.

Roman Myth: Tiu identifies with Tyr, which was the Norse god of war and sky and translated to Mar’s day.

Mars: named in honour of the God of War, father of Romulus and Remus, the founders of Rome.

French: word for Tuesday is Mardi, as in Mardi Gras.

Wednesday is the fourth day of the week and named after the planet Mercury, and later named in honor of the Teutonic god Wedn or Woden.

Latin: dies Mercuii, or “Day of Mercury.

Old English: spells the word as “Odin” and refers to the planetary god of Roman mythology.

Mercury: “the cunning God”, was the god of travelers. He had a winged hat and sandals, so he could fly and carried a staff with two snakes winding round it.

Thursday is the fifth day of the week and corresponds to the planet Jupiter. Later named in honor of the Teutonic god Thor.

Latin: dies Jovis, or the day of Jove

Norse god: The “Day of Thor”, “the Thunder god”

Jove compares to the Roman planetary god Jupiter, and the Greek god Zeus.

Friday is the sixth day of the week.

Norse goddess: Frigg, or Frigga, names that day. Frigg was the wife of Wodin, or Odin, and the goddess of marriage.

Latin: dies Veneris, or the day of Venus who was the goddess of love.

Saturday correspond to the planet Saturn, in honor of the Roman god Saturn.

Latin: dies Saturni, or the “Day of Saturn”.

Roman: The Romans had a mid-winter festival in honor of Saturn, called the Saturnalia. It lasted seven days, and there was much merrymaking. Public business was suspended and schools were closed. Parents gave toys to their children and there was a public banquet.

Old father time: god of Time and agriculture and his weapon was a scythe. He ruled the gods before Jupiter.

But how did this planetary week come to be so commonly used in the professing Christian world? Hutton Webster, in his book “Rest Days,” provides the answer: “The early Christians had at first adopted the Jewish seven-day week with its NUMBERED weekdays, but by the close of the third century A.D. this began to give way to the planetary week …. The use of planetary names by Christians attests the growing influence of astrological speculations introduced by converts from paganism …. Thus, gradually a PAGAN INSTITUTION was engrafted on Christianity.” (Emphasis added. See pages
220-221).

This planetary week with its days named after pagan deities is not of God. God Almighty DID CREATE the week with seven days. But He merely numbered the days one through seven (Gen. 1; 2:1-3). The only day He named was the seventh day. He called that day “Sabbath” (Ex. 16:22-26; 20:8-11).

The names of the worldly months and their meanings are as follows:

Month From the Latin:

JANUARY Januarius, in honor of the Roman god Janus.
FEBRUARY Februarius, in honor of the Roman festival of general expiation and purification.
MARCH Martius, in honor of the Roman god Mars.
APRIL Aprilis, which was derived from APERIO, a Latin verb meaning to open. So called
because it is the month when the earth opens to produce new fruits.
MAY Maius, in honor of the Greek goddess Maia.
JUNE Junius, in honor of the Roman goddess Juno.
JULY Julius, in honor of Roman emperor Julius Caesar.
AUGUST Augustus, in honor of Roman emperor Augustus Caesar.

The rest of the months — September, October, November, December — are derived from the Latin words for the numerals 7, 8, 9, and 10. They were the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th months of the old Roman calendar.

After last week’s bumper crop o’ starbabies, it has been a relatively quiet week.

The only big question is this: Did Hank Azaria really name his son Hal? Or have they simply not released his full name? Wikipedia tells me that dad’s full name is, indeed, Hank Albert - so maybe they decided junior should have a nickname name, too.

Here’s the rest of the news:

In RL, I live in one of two towns that can claim to be Jim Henson’s boyhood home.  (We cover the teenage years, including high school.)  And I’m a huge David Bowie fan.  But I’d forgotten that Bowie’s Goblin King character in 1986’s Labyrinth was called Jareth until I saw a teenager sporting it on his plastic nametag. He’s one of the few, though – Jareth has never caught on as a name, not even cracking the US Top 1000;

I wasn’t expecting former Girl Next Door Kendra Wilkinson to name her daughter Esther or Mary, but ever since she announced her pregnancy, there’s been endless chatter about her frontrunner name for a girl – Kaleigh.  Apparently, Kendra’s middle name is Leigh.  (And her first initial is, obviously, K.)  A boy would be named after dad, Philadelphia Eagle Hank Baskett.  (Hank again!  That’s an AppMtn record.)  But that would be Henry Randall Baskett IV – not bad, actually;

In other reality star baby news, Real Housewife of New Jersey Jacqueline Laurita welcomed son Nicholas Francis, little brother to CJ and Ashley.  I assume CJ stands for Christopher Jr. but I’m not sure ’bout that.  Another cast member is also expecting a visit from the stork;

Guiding Light’s Jessica Leccia welcomed a daughter named Ivy Lola;

From this week’s Toronto Star comes the report of a couple with five kids. Lucky number five is named Angus Raymond Mercury. Wait for it – Angus is after Angus Young of AC/DC and Mercury is after Freddie Mercury of Queen. (Raymond is after a mere blood relative.) Angus’ four big sibs are called Madelyn May (May after Brian May of Queen); Heath, after a golf course in Scotland; Shea, after Shea Stadium and Cheyenne. Apparently mom veto’d Kashmir, as in the Led Zeppelin song – all of a sudden Shea and Cheyenne sound like perfectly reasonable choices.

If you follow sports news, you might’ve picked up this report (Click here for ESPN’s coverage)  Apparently, a high school senior all set to play football for FSU was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers.  I can barely catch a ball, so the idea of being recruited in two sports?  Wow.  Anyhow, the uber-athlete’s name is Jacobbi McDaniel – one Jacob variant I had not heard previously;

As if my linking to ESPN is not proof enough that it was a quiet week, names-wise, the Daily Express announces that wacky names are nuthin’ new. As they await the opportunity to comment on the next wacky celeb baby name, of course.

From the wayback machine – a year ago, the Name of the Day was Madrigal. Really. This week’s names will be Naomi, Lyle, Eugenie, Boaz and Kylie.

I’ll leave you with a quick update on search names – Esme continues to top the list. Lorelei, Isla, Pomeline, Java, Eithne, Aurelia, Ayelet, Noa and Oona are close behind. The list is much shorter for boys: Finn, Elmer and Remus. If you can’t tell from the list, boys generate far fewer searches than girls. And yet, nearly everyone agrees that boys’ names are harder to decide than girls’ names.

I’m off to fill up the wading pool for me the kids. As always, thanks for reading!

– şi-i întinse o ţigară de foi.

Puhoiul vuia:

- Români, veniţi cu noi!

- Jos nefumătorii!

- Cine n-a fumat Camel

Este clar că e tembel!

- Azi în Timişoara, mâine-n toată Ţara!

- Cine-i slugă la Apus

Acum, asta e! Poate că aşa trebuia să se întâmple…

Wheatland Music Organization – Memorial Day Weekend Over Memorial Day weekend I drove three ho

Wheatland Music Organization – Memorial Day Weekend

Over Memorial Day weekend I drove three hours northwest from where I reside out to Remus, Michigan to meet up with a friend of mine and her family (amongst others) to help them prepare and serve food at the Yellow Dog Cafe. The Yellow Dog Cafe is not actually a Cafe anywhere – it’s the name of a restaurant (I use this term loosely) that exists only one weekend a year – at Traditional Arts Weekend out at the Wheatland Music Organization.

Highlights from the weekend include Daisy Mae, the stray beagle that won the hearts of all the campers… Daisy ended up being taken to a very good home of a guy who has raised beagles his whole life, doesn’t have one right now, and whose wife recently died… meeting Jim and Jo who originally had taken Daisy in to the vet to get all the porcupine quills out and get her treated and on the path to good health, who also kept us supplied with good water all weekend, and who the first time I met them, welcomed me while gently pointing me in the right direction to get to the festival (I showed up at the wrong entrance, walked in through a hole on the side of the fence, and wandered in to their private large family camping area). Spending a couple hours with my friend and two women from West Michigan that go to this festival every year was really good; these two sisters started a successful Montessori school just over the border in Indiana. One of them actually traveled with a carnival teaching the kids and had great stories. I’m teaching undergrad Speech this fall so I listen to teachers’ stories with rapt attention – plus, haven’t you wondered what it’d be like to travel with the circus? Her experience teaching the kids in the carnival and of the parents and community there was that she was treated with the utmost respect – much more so than in her prior experience teaching in the public and private sector.

More highlights included meeting several really genuine, kind-hearted, earthy folks involved in my friend’s life out in West Michigan, lots of very good food (my favorites included Tim’s World-Famous Spuds ‘n Gravy, West African Peanut Soup, the garlic breadsticks, delicious local organic asparagus, cane sugar organic lemonade, organic fair-trade coffee, strata made with Zingerman’s bread, all organic vegetables and farm-fresh organic eggs, carrot cake, chickpea and feta salad, asparagus and pasta salad), and camping in the great outdoors which is always fun for me, although it was cold a few nights! The people were really friendly, the performances were great, and the music really raised my spirits. I went in to the weekend kind of overwhelmed from all that I’m involved in, so this weekend was like medicine to me. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go to any workshops – but they looked interesting and there was quite a wide variety. I gave massages to my friend’s mom and sister on a cot in a tent (I’m in massage school and need to practice) and then we stayed together in the tent and swapped stories from our lives.. I really, really loved serving people the food and watching their faces get all excited to eat. An 11-year old named Moses came wandering over to the Cafe Friday evening wanting to volunteer because he was really bored – his parents were at workshops. Moses ended up spending the entire weekend with us working and was a huge help.

My friend and her husband run this along with two other people. It takes weeks of planning, and she has taken years to perfect her recipes. They’re not all her recipes, she is quick to say. The ingredients used were 95% organic and all organic fruits and vegetables. So yes, the food was amazing, and people kept asking where the restaurant was and how they could find out where to buy this food. Hopefully next year there will be a sign-up sheet to keep in touch with the happenings at her farm and others’ farms. She and her husband have been off the grid for a few years and farming, but their next big (main) adventure is actually to have an organic bakehouse. They’ve both studied baking and know a lot, and this is a dream that is a long time coming. They are mostly aiming to feed their local communities.

I always have such a great time with her family – she is my oldest friend and her family is like another family to me. They are very hard-working and cheerful and so much fun to be around – as are their other friends. You’ll notice too in the video that everyone chips in (unless a child is too young of course) regardless of gender. To see this being the norm was very cool to me… and to experience a group of people working so well and so hard together really inspired me.

DWIFF/DWIFF 48-hour Film Challenge/Asapargus! stalking the american life/Coming Home

Through my friends out in Remus and another of their friends who manages a local co-op near me, I heard about the Asparagus documentary and another film, Coming Home. Since I just happen to be a Co-Creator of the DWIFF 48-hour Film Challenge which launched last year along with the DWIFF itself, I work very closely with the DWIFF folks. You can view a very short video from last year’s challenge at dwiff.org/challenge actually – I appear at :25. Anyway, in reaching out to the DWIFF folks I found that they too are very interested in screening these. Fortunately Chris Bedford was around yesterday and we were able to connect, and he put me in touch with Kirsten (she and Anne De Mare are the Asaparagus! directors) and now both are being screened at the festival the last Saturday evening in June (provided they get through the screening process without any issues, which I expect will happen)! How exciting!! There’s also going to be a Q&A afterwards with Chris at least and also possibly Kirsten, which will be very cool. I really love making videos, taking pictures, and telling stories, but I am very much an amateur skill-wise. I’ve mostly worked on the creative side of projects so far. So when Chris asked, I told him this – and he offered to teach me some things while filming in Detroit later this month! I was excited, until I realized I’ll be in northern Michigan taking one of my last college undergrad courses at that time. But next time he has an opportunity like this we’re going to try to connect. He really seemed like such a nice guy, I can’t wait to meet him.
