Tallahassee Black Foot Soldiers in conjunction with the National Black Foot Soldier Network have issued a stern condemnation of the arrest and fore coming of twenty three year old Deneilo Bradshaw.

Bradshaw is charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery and possession of a gun by a convicted felon in connection with the fatal shooting of (F.A.K.E.) police informant Rachel Hoffman during a botched drug operation in May 2008.

“Rachel Hoffman’s hypocrisy came home to roost. They can’t find and stop the boats and planes bringing cocaine into this country but can find niggas on the street corners selling and smoking crack.

     I’m sure everyone will have heard of Pavlov and his famous dogs.  Pavlov introduced the concept of Conditioning to the psychological lexicon.  The concept sort of flies under the radar in Freud’s version of psychoanalysis but the Old Master Fudger was quite taken by it.

     The question for Freud was how do you condition a whole people to respond to stimuli as you want them to do using a less noticeable  method than a dinner bell.

     Let’s look at the this recent Denver Danger with fresh eyes.  What sort of conditioning of  White people is going on here and for what result?

     It is clear the Jews and Africans intend the destruction of the White species.  If you haven’t looked into Noel Ignatiev or Kamau Kambon as yet may I suggest you do so and take what they’re saying seriously.   They are not standup comics.

     The problem is how do you get the majority White population to allow a much smaller Negro and Jewish minority to march them into extermination camps without resistance?  Well, you condition them to not respond to provocation but to placidly accept it until they are conditioned to taking it.

     In Denver, for instance, and this is going on all over the country, a group of paramilitary Africans systematically crippled numerous White people on the streets of Denver.   Now, these were not spontaneous attacks.  The FBI was called in which means that ‘community organizers’ and agitators crossed state lines for violent purposes.  I smell Chicago here and Chicago leads to the Great Black Hope in Washington DC.  The techniques used were those of professional sluggers resulting in broken jaws and fractured eye sockets.  Takes a little skill to do that.  These were not casual assaults they were organized.  Perhaps people were being trained to  organize other ‘communities’ in other cities.

     The Denver Police Chief thought it best, or said it was to prevent White vigilante patrols or defensive action, to keep the White public uninformed of this paramilitary activity.

     Now, we are told that thirty some members of this ‘gang’ or organized community were rounded up in a sweep.  That must mean that the members of this organization have been known for some time.  We are led to believe that these organizers will be put on prison relief for twenty years.  Will they?  What will happen when the furor, as small as it is, dies down?

     Thus the White public is conditioned to accept this terrorization passively without resistance or retaliation.  More incidents will be occurring  with greater frequency.  In each instance Whites will be prevented from responding in kind to this race war.   In other words they are being conditioned to non-resistance.  Now, people will say that Jews are White so how can they be referred to as not White.  Let me refer you  to a notorious figure known as A.J. Weberman.  In his online biography he proudly proclaims that he is not White, he is a Jew.  There’s your rationale.

     Soon neighborhoods will be invaded while Whites stand passively by as homes are looted and they and their neighbors beaten.   Then when White ‘troublemakers’ who write critical blogs are rounded up and sent to extermination camps for their own holocaust, Whites will have been conditioned to accept this crime without demur.

      Now, anyone who believes Africans don’t harbor a desire for revenge for slavery; or don’t think Jews feel shame for their passive acceptance of extermination had better reexamine their beliefs.

     The future is plain before you.  Will you accept your Pavlovian and Freudian conditioning and acquiesce in your own destruction?  I fear it.

Has the ghost of Chris Kernich been damned to the strip along East Main St. where he was beatdown? According to a local spiritualist who reportedly performed a reading there, it has.

According to sources, the request for the reading came from concerned blacks who, while travelling along the “high traffic street,” were allegedly “accosted” by an “angry presence believed to be Kernich.

The description of Kernich provided by the reader, who asked to remain anonymous, is a stark contrast to the numerous reports that cite him as “always having a smile.”

In the wake of rising white hypocrisy by KSU whites angered over the Chris Kernich beatdown, a dozen Black Foot Soldiers, wearing easily identifiable Black Foot Soldier gear, have reportedly begun patrolling the campus to “check” whites on their races’ crimes, encourage them to turn over their possessions and call them out on their racist thoughts.

It should be a lesson for all them.”

In class recently, I played a piece of audio by Damali Ayo called “Living Flag” in which Ms. Ayo attempts to Panhandle for Reparations: collecting from whites, distributing her change to fellow Blacks.  You can listen to the piece here.

 At the culmination of the piece, I tried to convince my teenage students that the idea of Reparations for the Descendants of Slaves is not boring and really does effect them (as does the Lingering Scars of Slavery).  All but one are Black, all but two descendants of slaves.  Maybe I should take them on a fieldtrip…. 

In the world of Shepsu Aakhu’s play entitled “Ten Square” (showing now at Truman College), a grassroots Reparations Movement was ultimately successful, resulting in checks written to the descendants of slaves and the seeds for a new America were sown. Ten Square is one of the cities (the land located South of Roosevelt Road in present-day Chicago, walled off from greener North Chicago) that emerged in “New America”.  In the play, what develops is a Berlin Wall-style scenario, from which more than a few African-Americans have plotted their escape.  What follows is an oft-violent tale of one man trying to balance a boatload of obligations in a new gritty world.

“Ten Square” will be performed as a coproduction of the Pegasus Players and MPAACT Theatre Companies.  The show will go on at Truman College on Wilson Ave. (in view of the Wilson Stop on the CTA Red Line).

A woman sits cross-legged, panhandling on a busy city sidewalk. She takes money only from white folks, and gives it to blacks who pass by. Her sign reads: “200 Years of Slavery in the United States. Reparation payments accepted here.” damali ayo is a street performance artist. “I offer people a convenient opportunity to pay for the unpaid labor of African Americans,” she quips. The piece is part of her “living flag.”

As mentioned in a previous post, today UK Victim Commissioner (also known as Victim’s Champion) Sara Payne has come out with her new report and recommendations for reorganizing services for victims of crime.

The 51 page report: Redefining Justice: addressing the individual needs of victims and witnesses, without being directly critical of government policy, holds up systemic problems victims encounter within the criminal justice system, and makes sweeping and comprehensive recommendations for changes.

If adopted, the UK would be the first country in the world  to provide victims of crime complete and integrated national support and information, from the second the offense is reported thru to total recovery;  if necessary, long after the trial itself is over.

Her reports lists 12 challenges she believes need to be met in order to provide proper services to victims, and follows this with 14 base recommendations to correct, or meet the terms of, the challenges.  Each challenge and recommendation is backed up by detailed descriptions of how the system — in the form of various offices, laws or practices — work, where they fail to provide for the needs of victims.  It then provides explanations or justifications  the need for change, why it is necessary, and how the recommendations will achieve it.

A tremendous work, and one which could have an extensive effect on the criminal justice and victim assistance/support services in other countries, if adopted as a model for future advocacy.

Just how much of the report will actually be accepted by the government and courts, and put into place, remains to be seen.  At present response from the government has been somewhat muted  congratulations to  Payne on the report,

Jack Straw, who as the justice secretary was one of the ministers who appointed Payne, welcomed the report and said the government was trying to improve services for crime victims.

“We are proud of what we have achieved, but realise there is more work to be done – and Sara Payne’s recommendations will help us do this,” he said.

There have also been  expressing government and court interest in aiding victims, but without supporting the individual recommendations.

…a spokesman for the Judicial Communications Office, which speaks on behalf of judges, said: “The judiciary will examine any recommendations on matters which fall within their responsibilities

The Challenges

Challenge 1

The criminal justice system must refocus so that it addresses the total impact a crime has had on a victim rather than the type of offence committed. Victim need and impact must be assessed on an individual basis and interventions for victims based on those assessed needs.

Challenge 2
The Government should develop and implement a model of end-to-end victim and witness management. A single point of contact should be available to all victims and witnesses to act as an advocate within the system and to engage the required services. This support should be provided on an ongoing basis for as long as the victim or witness has outstanding needs resulting from their experience of victimisation or of giving evidence.

Challenge 3
The current provision of emotional support for victims, especially specialist support for post-traumatic stress disorder counselling, is insufficient. The Government should put forward proposals to raise the level of provision across England and Wales to an adequate level, including the allocation of necessary funding.

Challenge 4
The system of sentence discounts to reward guilty pleas should be amended to eliminate the discount for trial-day guilty pleas and to increase the incentives to plead guilty earlier in the process.

Challenge 5
The Ministry of Justice should put forward proposals for a system of penalties to be imposed on counsel, both defence and prosecution, who are not ready for trial following an assurance that this is the case. This should balance the need to impose an appropriate financial penalty without having long-term consequences for the individuals involved or requiring undue court time to administrate.

Challenge 6
Building on the Policing Pledge and Prosecutors’ Pledge, the Victims’ Code and the Witness Charter, the Office for Criminal Justice Reform should develop a single code that defines the requirement for all criminal justice system and non-criminal justice system agencies to address the total impact of a crime on a victim. This will provide a single set of expectations and levels of service that a victim or witness can expect to receive as part of the justice process.

Challenge 7
Delivered as part of end-to-end victim and witness management, a single point of contact should be established – either nationally or area by area – for the purpose of accessing at least basic information on investigation and case progression.

Challenge 8
Each local criminal justice board should develop a single, formal complaints procedure for all agencies involved in meeting the needs of victims impacted by crime where informal resolution of the problem has failed. Victims and witnesses must be able to easily understand the process and escalation procedure. This process should be parallel but distinct from the proposed model of end-to-end victim and witness management to ensure objectivity in any inquiry.

Challenge 9
Delivered through a single, criminal justice system-wide point of contact, processes should be established by each local criminal justice board to deal with challenges to the level of service provided to victims and witnesses quickly and without recourse to a formal complaint route. This should be incorporated, eventually, into the proposed model of end-to-end victim and witness management.

Challenge 10
Through education of young people and criminal justice practitioners, the perception that young people are not victims of crime in cases where adults would be considered to be must be challenged.

Challenge 11
Some behaviour which is deemed as ‘anti-social’ would be more appropriately dealt with in the criminal courts. A clear threshold should be agreed between the Association of Chief Police Officers and the Local Government Association, above which cases would be treated as primarily criminal.

Challenge 12
Each local criminal justice board should ensure that the processes in place for informing victims and witnesses about the progress of police investigations and post-conviction information on perpetrators are robust and continuously monitored. Monitoring information should be collected centrally to ensure that performance can be effectively managed.

The Recommendations

Recommendation 1
Local criminal justice boards must ensure that they have sufficient engagement with the NHS, local authorities (including social services) and housing providers to ensure that services are co-ordinated at a strategic level and that commonly occurring problems are addressed promptly and sensitively. The National Criminal Justice Board must ensure that it has sufficient engagement with the parent departments/agencies at the national level.

Recommendation 2
Local criminal justice boards should review the level of participation of Victim Support to ensure that they are fully involved in strategic planning; referral processes are robust and effective, in line with the Victims’ Code; and that criminal justice system agencies fully understand the role of Victim Support so that its services can be meaningfully offered to victims.

Recommendation 3
Multi-agency arrangements should be established to manage the needs of victims, with all relevant services represented. Participation should be a legal duty, as with Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements.

Recommendation 4
Assessment for the appropriateness and eligibility of special measures should be continuous in approach to trial, delivered through a model of end-to-end victim and witness management. Assessments should exclusively be made on the basis of victim need and impact, not on characteristics of the witness (such as age).

Recommendation 5
The Lord Chief Justice and Chief Executive of Her Majesty’s Courts Service should issue joint guidance to judges and listing officers providing detailed advice on how to balance the management of court costs, meeting victim and witness needs and protecting defendant rights when making listing decisions. The effectiveness of this guidance should be reviewed by the issuing parties and the Victims’ Commissioner after one year.

Recommendation 6
The Ministry of Justice should commission research to determine the extent to which the use of special measures influences juries and the judiciary in their views of the evidence presented to them. The evidence collected should inform decisions as to the most effective use of special measures in meeting the needs of witnesses and ensuring the best possible testimony in court.

Recommendation 7
Local criminal justice boards should ensure, via their police and Crown Prosecution Service representatives, that guidance on how special measures are offered to witnesses is followed and that expectations are realistically managed. Performance data on the timeliness of special measures applications should be collected with a view to driving down the number of late (particularly same-day) applications.

Recommendation 8
The terminology used to describe all types of sentencing, and the explanations that the judiciary are required to provide in court, should be reviewed with the aim of making them clear and easy for the public to understand.

Recommendation 9
All local criminal justice boards should have a clear process in place for delivering continuous improvement in response to victim and witness feedback.

Recommendation 10
Support and engagement in the criminal justice process should be provided to those close to victims of crime according to their need and the wishes of the victim or, in the case of homicide, in consultation with the next of kin. Support and engagement should not be based on the nature of the relationship with the victim.

Recommendation 11
Each local criminal justice board should audit the availability of third-party reporting in their area and ensure that such routes are well publicised. There should be a particular focus on availability for young people and vulnerable victims.

Recommendation 12
Victims should be better supported through civil proceedings, for example injunctions or care orders, where these arise as a result of having been a victim of crime. The support should be equivalent to that available as part of criminal proceedings.

Recommendation 13
Victims of offences dealt with under anti-social behaviour legislation should have access to the same support as is available as those whose cases are dealt with in the criminal courts.

Recommendation 14
Each local criminal justice board should be asked to nominate examples of good practice in the support of victims and witnesses, with evidence of their success, to the Office for Criminal Justice Reform for evaluation and dissemination to all boards.

If I agreed with every single word and deed articulated, proposed, or implemented by Mike Bloomberg, he still wouldn’t be fit to lead. He thumbed his nose at the democratic process because he has the money and the arrogance to do so. He has hoodwinked parents and the media regarding his “saving the schools”. It is good to know that even with his moneybags overflowing and the disgusting expenditures of his campaign, his victory was not the coronation polls — paid for by him, no doubt — suggested it would be.
Then, there’s Maine. Cold, little Maine. Ayuh. If you want to keep warm in Maine with your love, don’t plan on marrying him or her if you’re gay. No, that threatens the lobster-rolling, ice-fishing, shit-shoveling — oops, snow-shoveling — citizenry. Lord knows it’s bad enough they allow former prisoners, drug addicts, chain smokers, and nasty people from all over to marry there. You could be the nastiest, skankiest sonofabitch this side of the Canadian border, but if you’re straight, you can marry in Maine. Why, you ask? Well, because just like in many other spots in our fine country, someone else’s sexuality is threatening to all they hold dear. When will people grow the fuck up?
While we’re on the subject of hateful hypocrisy, let me just say that I am delighted that Bill Owens beat out the Teabagger pick in upstate New York. These Teabaggers really amuse me. They’re all into their holier-than-thou, die-hard Jeffersonian democracy: they believe in states’ rights — until the state wants to provide its gay constituents with the right to marry. They’re against government interference or intervention of any kind, until it “protects” them from other people’s religions, cultures, or desires for freedom. They’re against regulation unless it helps them, and they’re against welfare unless it bails out big corporations or helps them personally. It never occurs to any of them that Thomas Jefferson is probably rolling over in his grave at the way they demand freedoms and the right to be left alone while essentially telling anyone who doesn’t agree with them that they are unpatriotic, immoral, or just plain wrong — and in many instances, undeserving of the same rights they demand. They seem to think every real American who ever lived could not possibly disagree with anything they support, assert, or believe to be “the truth”.
They and their “leaders” love to write about history through a narrow lens, and pick and choose those quotations, occurrences, and historical figures that bolster their mind-set. The “true American” is defined by the group using the term at the time, and generally requires that s/he has the right religious values, the right attitude towards government, and a healthy fear of anything or anyone which provokes thought or consideration outside their proscribed little boxes. This is for both sides of the lunatic fringe, including the rad pinkos who think everyone who has ever been wronged, or who has had to deal with prejudice, discrimination, or hardship deserves reparations, entitlements, and societal and governmental coddling.

As rumored, free world Penitentiary Islam minister Elijah Ahmadinejad Jr, son of Penitentiary Islam elder Elijah Ahmadinejad Sr, will speak live in Knoxville tonight.

Foot Soldier and other community members wanting to attend his sermon are being directed to protest location #2. The protest assembly is scheduled to take place between 8 p.m. and midnight with Ahmadinejad’s address starting at nine.

According to Yakub Islam contacts, Ahmadinejad Jr’s message will be based on the “Trash Cans & Railroad Tracks” theme popularized by his father.

The suspect, “without any words,” pulled out a handgun, shot one man in the leg and then opened fire on the other man, wounding him in the lower extremities, he said. He was described a black male wearing a black hoodie.

While he stopped short of praising the alleged African Americna gunman who is accussed of today’s shooting at the Adat Yshurun Valley Sephardic Synagogue, Blacks Against Israel (BAI) spokesman Harlem Dyse issued a statement, this afternoon, condemning the temple as illegitimate and its members as imposters.

“How long will they claim to be those whom they are not?” In a statement released across their network, Dyse asks. “We are arrived at the age where these whites in Jewish clothing, who call themselves Jews but are not, must be disrobed.

“Off with the gartels, kippah and talliths – return them to those you stole your identity from. How long will you claim to be those you’re not? We are arrived at the era when those who say they are Jews but are not will be stripped of their chutzpah.”

“Los Angeles police have detained a teenager in the search for the suspect who shot and wounded two men at a synagogue in North Hollywood. ” White media reports.

While police are currently investigating it as a hate crime, BAI says, though THEY don’t ADVOCATE VIOLENCE AGAINST PHONY JEWS, they are prepared to stand by any protester demanding imposters refrain from using their birthright.

The shooting, which occurred around 6:19 a.m. this morning (at the Adat Yeshurun Valley Sepharic synagogue) is also being investigated by Los Angeles Black Foot Soldiers as a BOW Reparations Protest.

It is not clear whether Dyse and leading LA Black Foot Soldier Augustus Dubois are in communication about the incident.
According to Western media sources, two men, believed to be about 40 years old, drove separately into the synagogue’s underground parking structure and attempted to enter the building for morning prayer when they were approached by the gunman. (Link)

Imagine being betrayed by a close relative.  Being sexually abused.  Being forced to take part in obscene telephone calls with other pedophiles.  Being filmed. Being forcibly shared.

Then comes rescue.  Only to discover, after years of therapy and suffering, that the movies you remember with horror are still being actively traded amongst pedophiles.

This is what Amy — at least, that what she tells the interviewers her name is, admitting she is concealing her real identity — has experienced, according to this insightful report.  Today, after years of treatment and surviving, she still suffers from PTSD and a range of other psychological effects.

“I don’t want to be there, but I have to be there and it’s never going away, and that’s a scary thought,” she said in a letter filed with several courts where she sought restitution.

“It is hard to describe what it feels like to know that at any moment, anywhere, someone is looking at pictures of me as a little girl being abused by my uncle and is getting some kind of sick enjoyment from it,” she wrote.

“It’s like I am being abused over and over and over again.”

In the United States, the Violence Against Women Act contains a section which allows survivors of such crimes to seek economic restitution from the perpetrators;  there is much legal debate as to whether this clause would allow survivors to seek damages from viewers of the films.  Essentially, the position of survivors and advocates is that purchasers of these movies would be seen as participating in the original crime, therefore restitution could be sought.

At present the US Department of Justice has identified more than 750 purchasers.  There could be many, many more, ranging into the thousands or tens of thousands.

One would think that the courts would be informing victims of their potential rights.  Sadly, such was not the case:

Even though the restitution law has been on the books for 15 years, no one tried to collect from defendants who downloaded and viewed the videos until this year. Those who produced the videos, such as Amy’s uncle, have long been held accountable for payments to the victims.

Only recently has the Department of Justice begun notifying victims such as Amy by letter that they could be entitled to restitution. More than 2,600 child victims have been positively identified.

Amy and another victim who was brutalized on film, in what’s known as the “Vicky” series, began filing requests for restitution earlier this year.

Amy is seeking $3.2 million total for costs of therapy, treatment, loss of income, and pain and suffering, over her lifetime.  Whether there suits will meet with success is questionable.  Several courts have already awarded Amy major judgments, but those cases are now under appeal. A number of other judgments have been won, with judges granting only minor ($1000-$2000) awards.  Other judges see no way they can grant awards at all:

In the Highsmith case in Norfolk, Amy is awaiting a ruling on restitution by U.S. District Judge Henry Coke Morgan Jr. The judge heard arguments on Sept. 22 at Highsmith’s sentencing, but appeared skeptical. He has until Dec. 21 to rule.

“I don’t have any testimony. I don’t have any documents. How can the court determine how much?” the judge asked.

“I cannot stand here and vouch for these numbers,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Randy Stoker admitted.

While we can hope and pray she succeeds, many of the pedophiles Amy is suing are either incarcerated, or have little or no property or savings.  Chances of obtaining the judgments she is seeking are slim.  Only one offender has paid, and that was negotiated down in an out-of-court settlement.

Her lawyer summed it up simply:

“She is completely devastated by this,” he said. “She basically doesn’t have any joy in her life. This is just an awful situation.”

Amy wrote in her victim impact statement that she feels unworthy of anything and a complete failure.

“What happened to me hasn’t gone away,” she said. “It will never go away.”
