<p>Have you ever hit “Reply All” to an email when you didn’t mean to? Or sent important information to someone and never gotten a response, only to learn later their email address was invalid? <strong>Prevent these embarrassing mistakes, save time, and alleviate frustration with MS Office 2010.</strong></p>
<p>By default, MailTips are turned on. To turn them off, on, or to change which tips appear:</p>
<ol>
<li>Click the<strong> File</strong> tab.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Options</strong>.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Mail</strong>.</li>
<li>Under <strong>MailTips</strong>, click <strong>MailTips</strong> options.</li>
<li>If you have more than one Exchange Server 2010 account in your Outlook profile, click the account in the <strong>Apply to this account</strong> list.</li>
<li>Under <strong>MailTips bar display option</strong>, click the option that you want.</li>
