Exclusive: Trent Edwards, Buffalo Bills Quarterback, TRX Training

Football season is here and we have an exclusive video of Trent Edwards, quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, hitting the TRX workout hard during offseason. The fact that the TRX works the muscles, with out so much strain on the joints is one of the reasons Edwards is attracted to TRX exercises. Drew Brees, who played an awesome game last night with 6 touchdown passes, turned Edwards on to the TRX. Tonight we’ll get to see Edwards put his training to work!

They even started using it on the Biggest Loser on NBC…finally! Now if they would do more than just have them do rows on it!

Train Like the Pro’s with my man Todd Durkin’s amazing DVD. I own it, I use it, and Todd is able to whoop my butt all the way from San Diego…I love it!

Oscar winner does Kerala proud

To the delight of all malayalies worldwide, Kerala-born sound engineer Resul Pookutty notched up an Oscar award for Sound Mixing in the movie Slumdog Millionaire at the grand awards ceremony held at Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles Sunday night.He hails from Vilakkupara village in Quilon district and is the first malayaly to receive the prestigious award.

Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs M.A. Baby has announced that the State government would honour him at a function in the capital.He personally visited the hero’s native place to congratulate his family members and distributed sweets to the residents.Congratulatory messages from political, cultural leaders and celebrities (including the Chief Minister) have been pouring in from all parts of the state and country.
