<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-weight:normal;">Desi piata ipotecara va inregistra</span> </b>anul acesta o evolutie sub cea din ultimii trei ani, pretul locuintelor din Romania va continua sa creascadin cauza dezechilibrului raportului cerere/oferta de pe piata. Cel putin pentru acest an, analistii imobiliari opineaza ca tendinta se va mentine atat pentru apartamentele noi, cat si pentru cele vechi. Retailul va absorbi cam 70% din <a href="http://www.rcbdevelopment.ro/">investitiile imobiliare</a> totale prognozate pentru 2008 si cifrate la circa trei miliarde de euro. &#8220;Pana la sfarsitul lui 2008 este de asteptat ca preturile apartamentelor noi sa se majoreze cu pana la 20-25% si din cauza introducerii TVA la tranzactiile imobiliare&#8221;, a declarat ieri Antonio Zarnescu, director comercial Gea Prasa, in cadrul unui seminar      privind tendintele din domeniul imobiliar.</p>

<p>a urmat noaptea,  nedumerirea mea nu mai conta&#8230;</p>

<p>L-a mai vazut odata, <a href="http://www.myfamilyresidence.ro/UserFiles/Image/ap-2-cam---model-4.jpg" title="Apartamentul cu pricina">apartamentul</a>, ma refer, si s-a decis, (multzam&#8217; doamne) &#8230; din prisma sora-mii cam asa iei o decizie referitoare la achizitia unui apartament.</p>
