It’s a rainy day. I find the rain cleansing and soothing, as well as a good excuse to stay indoors and be anti-social. I find myself singing “que sera sera” a lot these days. There are many things happening over which I have no control. I also find myself singing “dangerous” but that’s because it’s been stuck in my head since I heard it on the radio a week ago. I’m fascinated by how completely stupid I can be. It’s like I’m standing at the end of a long tunnel and watching myself do or say something that takes me entirely by surprise. “Did I actually just say that? That was dumb. I should go bury myself in a hole.”
I’m going to kill the rooster next door.
So, back to my que sera sera thoughts: I shall be homeless come the end of this month. I can come back here to my cousin’s house, she says. I’m just not entirely sure how long that will last or how practical that is. Especially since I have to drive back to Utah and then back here if I do that. My car may not last that long. I may go totally bananas.
I might have to kill the rooster next door.
I got my iPod to work with Rhythm box on gnome. That made me happy. I don’t like what itunes does to my cpu usage so I’m thrilled not to have to use Windows for really anything anymore. I’m still nervous about dumping it completely, just in case.
Anyone want chicken for dinner? I’m thinking of roasting me some.

late morning rise, departing sintra – people who overslept and jumped straight into the train, whitish collar people going to some depressive job, teenagers on the phone with themselves, lost people who wished they’d gone to be earlier the previous night, the ocasional bitchy lad who likes to shine his muscles, the pair of old ladies who chatter everyone away, the (not so) ocasional bitch gal who probably didn’t pay the electricity and mistook the belt for a skirt, the pair of even older ladies who snore, the bunch of punk wannabes who flash everyone their not-CK underwear (and the ocasional private hairs…).

crossing the morning river – as many people as tits in a bitch. generally, me and the security person…

the south underground upperground – the usual hormonal inconsequent teenagers tweenagers, the ones who recognize me propmtply, the others that chit chat all the way “is it him, it’s not, yes it is” through my sunglasses, the ocasional gay student who talks to no-one and deafens by the second, the cleaning ladies who bark (by this order!) at each other, bitch their husbands, their bosses, their friends, their daughters, their sons, and, time allows, at themselves, and the ocassional male underteen who gets fascinated by the tweenager girls, the ocassional reitered elders who i believe buy the monthly ticktes to spend the days back and forth, and always, but always, the same idiotic, overproduced, underbrainded (and completely assed-up) geekish nerd!

the afternoon upperground – the sweaty students are still sweating each other at college, the sweaty cleaning ladies still bitch at everything, the male underteens are long curfewed, the teens and tweens are probably reproducing themselves bionically or texting themselves in the bathroom, and i go home, amidst the downing sun…

crossing the afternoon river – the city is beautiful in the evening, the lighting is something special… i don’t know… the ocasional dandies that flee to lisbon for the nite are there. some poshly junked in suits and sport shoes. some undescribable in sleeveless shirts with bare hairy chests supporting chains and more chains shouting at mobiles and showing off their not-CK underwear accompanied by the occasional gals with g-strings too stretched up and once by a gay guy with a string beneath his linneen see-through short, and suits, lots of suits going to the capital.

evening, to sintra – semi-full. it’s late for most of the people who stopped working at five or six, it’s early for the flamboyant dandees that take up the nights to themselves. it’s neither early nor late. it’s my favorite time of the day. not alone, but in my world, just me, wondering, and i go on wandering…

para mim, ter a mão na virilha (oh… so candid…) pila de outro homem, ou ter a mão de outro homem na minha virilha pénis (pénis é uma palavra tão cómica…) pila não me soa nada de news-worthy, nem sequer minimamente indecente. tomar banho com outro tipo, duh…

ultimamente tenho saído da nova a leste do paraíso. com o último resto do último neurónio a pifar. e tenho entrado para o carro como quem não dá por nada, e ali para os lados de bicesse, que é como quem diz, trinta e cinco quilómetros de autoestrada depois, aparece-me sempre, mas sempre, sempre, este som à volta. o caminho até aí não dei por ele. passou ao meu lado. como tudo o resto naquela viagem. e nos três minutos que dura esta música, até ali à saída apertada sem faixa de saída depois da curva, perco-me sempre. são três minutos em que fico feliz por ter um carro que sabe o caminho porque digo-vos, deve haver dias em que eu vou de bicesse a alcabideche sem passar pelo meio…

Hoje, mas no passado:

Em 1998, o mundo parece ter ficado a saber o que andavam a fazer o Bill e a Monica com os cubanos.
Hoje é também o dia de Winnie The Pooh. Mas isso não interessa mesmo nada para o post.
Hoje no presente:
Morreu Bobby Fischer.
Ficou a saber-se que “O ex-presidente da comissão executiva (CEO) do Banco Comercial Português (BCP), Paulo Teixeira Pinto, saiu há cinco meses do grupo com uma indemnização de 10 milhões de euros e com o compromisso de receber até final de vida uma pensão anual equivalente a 500 mil euros.” (no Público.pt). Sortudo. Também quero. Aliás, ele cá por mim até pode ficar com a indemniação e eu fico com a pensão. Ou ao contrário. Ou até só 10% da pensão. É tão bom ter amigos assim. Mas isso não interessa nada para o post.

Aquilo de que eu queria mesmo falar, ou melhor, aquilo que eu queria mesmo dizer, é que hoje é sexta feira. E à sexta feira é dia de dizer mal dos sacanas que são despedidos com 10 milhões de euros de indemnizção e com uma pensão anual de 500 mil euros para o resto da vida. Se me aparece um tipo desses á frente numa passadeira juro que o passo a ferro com o meu “clássico”…

Há alturas na vida em que é preciso deglutir batráquios, colocar o prolongamento caudal entre os membros inferiores, retirar o equídeo da perturbação pluviométrica, e, nem que a fêmea bovina expire fortes contracções laríngeas, receber contribuições inusitadas e veementes na cavidade existentes na região baixo costal, e “fazer das tripas coração” para, esperando, me mijar a rir na cara deles todos.

Faltam 53 dias. Não se espantem se eu andar ainda mais ausente do que ultimamente…

E desculpem lá mas não posso dizer mais. É que oficialmente não sei nada. Nem posso saber!
