Rick Casde service personnel are always courteous, considerate, and professional. They are always knowledgeable and helpful and always a pleasure to do business with. I would not take nay of my four Mitsubishi’s to anyone other than an authorized dealership for my service and repair needs.

My service experience at Rick Case Mitsubishi has been great! After changing my oil this week, Dalton Fisher graciously informed me that my transmission needed to be flushed. I need it done to keep my vehicle running for a long time! I’m so happy to have a dealership that cares about the condition of my vehicle.

I found that my previous service advisor – Ms. Mueller – had relocated to Rick Case. Her expertise & professionalism was enough to make me follow her to your dealership. She is knowledgeable and not just a “sales” person. Excellent interface for the lady car owners to meet and feel comfortable with.
