Bill Quinter dead at 74

Former Saskatchewan Roughriders general manager Bill Quinter died on the weekend in West Kelowna, B.C. He was 74.
Quinter was hired by the Roughriders in December of 1984 and fired, along with head coach Jack Gotta, after the 1986 CFL season. 257 more words
