A few days having passed now since the regrettable happenings of the 18^th of November 2009, TM Real Estate Group wishes to inform you on the situation at the moment and future repercussions.

Due to a formal complaint made by Promociones Tahiche SA, which our lawyers consider false and illegal, managers of this company assaulted the development THE FIVES on the evening of the 18^th of November with help of elements from the police, (there is no court order from any judge on this complaint or any judicial decisionabout this matter) dispossessing many condominium owners from their properties, and expelling the 40 workers from Karisma, the workers from Timanfaya SA and preventing all the maintenance companies from entering the complex in the days following the assault.

Promociones Tahiche SA de CV is owned by Agustin Roso Hernandez and E. Javier Santana Cerpa according to the Public Registry of Property and Commerce, District Cancún Quintana Roo. Many of you know who are they.

Our lawyers inform us that all the responsability for all these events falls on Promociones Tahiche SA de CV, on their shareholders and their representatives as well as for everything that happens to all the assets, both real estate and movable, within THE FIVES since the 18^th of November 2009.

The lawyers list some of the following acts which are considered allegedly criminal:

1. False and fraudulent official complaint
2. Ejection of owners from their lawful property
3. Re-accommodation and plane costs of owners, mainly foreigners
4. Ejection of workers from their legitimate work place
5. Alteration of the state of assets, both real estate and movable, within THE FIVES
6. Disappearance of real estate assets
7. Destruction of assets due to lack of maintenance (deliberate neglect)
8. And others

This is for information and for you to take appropriate decisions.

The events which happened at THE FIVES on Wednesday the 18^th November at approximately 9PM are deplorable /abuse. There are no words to describe the situation or what the clients and workers who found themselves at THE FIVES at that time must have felt.

TM Real Estate Group would like you to know that it is unconnected to everything that happened there and that many legal rights have been violated. You, as well as ourselves, are victims of a very serious case of corruption.

With the present situation of physical insecurity, we have recommended all our workers to stay away from the complex and we also urge you to do the same.

Many of you who have visited THE FIVES in the last 3 or 4 months, will have seen for yourselves the efforts and advances made by TM Real Estate Group in the complex (pools, condos, spa, etc) but the events of last Wednesday 19^th November exceed all professional and/or business limits.

To all those clients who suffered from the mistreatment /abuse, we encourage you to join a leading legal team, paid by us, to undertake legal action to allow us to make those corrupt people within the mexican administration disappear and also to find and charge those businessmen responsible for fuelling this action which is so corrupt.

Não conseguir blogar em tempo real em viagem, por cansaço, falta de tempo ou de saco,  é uma dessas razões idiotas que me fazem sentir culpado por nada. É a mesma sensação causada quando não consigo acompanhar os sensacionais posts que abalam o Twitter ou o Facebook justamente quando estou desconectado, trabalhando, namorando, dormindo ou simplesmente olhando passarinhos pela janela.

Nesta viagem ao México, a convite da Royal Holiday, pensei que daria pra botar umas fotos e escrever umas besteiras no blog entre uma frozen margarita e um mergulho nas águas turquesa do Caribe. Não deu. Pra começo, a minha câmera resolveu pifar logo no segundo dia. Um tal erro 99, que já vi ser comum nos modelos Canon EOS Rebel, uma coisa ridícula, falta de conexão entre a lente e a câmera, mais ou menos o que acontece entre o meu cérebro e o meu corpo nas atividades cotidianas que exigem alguma coordenação motora.

Vocês já sabem que estive por aqui junto a um grupo de blogueiros, cuja maioria só conheci no Aeroporto de Guarulhos, em São Paulo. O fato mais notável para mim é que todos poderiam ser meus filhos, uma coisa inacreditável, se considerarmos que mal saí da puberdade e ainda não cresci o suficiente.

Como eu ia dizendo antes de me perder por aí, fui apresentado ao grupo na hora. A Mari Campos, do blog Pelo Mundo, jornalista e colaboradora, entre outros, da Viagem e Turismo da Abril, eu já conhecia das caixas de comentários do Viaje na Viagem, do Twitter e de ler seus textos. Mas, ainda em Cumbica,  foi ela que me reconheceu, provavelmente devido ao estilo do meu penteado, sempre em destaque nas fotos das conVnVenções realizadas em São Paulo.

A blogosfera de Timbó, Santa Catarina, foi representada pelo adorável e cheio de truques  Thiago Busarello, do blog Vida de Turista, e o cybernegócio de Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, compareceu com a esperta e despachada Andréia Maria, do  Mundo Afora  A Mila Marques, que não é blogueira mas nos acompanhou representando a agência de comunicação da Royal, a Bursen-Marstteler, eu conheci ainda menina, filha de um velho amigo jornalista. Já em Cancun, juntaram-se a nós os simpaticíssimos hermanos mexicanos Laura Grisel, representando a Royal Holiday, e os jornalistas Dolores ‘Lolita’ Mateos e Andre Dulché.

Não sei se mudou o (pré) conceito que eu tinha sobre Cancun e o tipo de turismo que o destino representa. Mas a viagem consolidou a conclusão de que viagem boa é aquela em que podemos travar contato com novas culturas e fazer novos amigos. Sentir-se, enfim, cidadãos do mundo. E neste quesito, mas não só neste, a viagem foi nota dez.

Àqueles que resistiram ao texto até aqui em busca de alguma informação útil, vamos aos números do Instituto Databeto.

Consulta feita sobre o que mais chamou positivamente a  atenção do casal Teté e Beto nesta breve passagem pelo México, 100% dos consultados cravaram: a cor do mar e a simpatia do povo mexicano. Com ao menos 50% (ainda falta metade da pesquisa de campo), aparece também o preparo dos trabalhadores (garçons, recepcionistas, fachineiros, motoristas,) mexicanos que atendem aos turistas

Como parte del proyecto turístico Escalera Náutica del Mar de Cortés, el presidente Felipe Calderón inaugurará este jueves el aeropuerto internacional de Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, que es uno de los cuatro aeródromos considerados por el gobierno federal para antes de 2012. Las otras terminales son las de Palenque (Chiapas), Riviera Maya (Quintana Roo) y Ensenada (Baja California).

Con una inversión de 450 millones de pesos, a cargo del Grupo Mayan Palace, la remodelación de la terminal aérea, que tiene una superficie de mil 600 hectáreas, cuenta con una pista de 2.5 kilómetros de largo y 45 metros de ancho; tiene plataformas para tres aviones comerciales.

La pista del aeropuerto, que no había sido remodelada desde 1973, cuando se construyeron la actual y una terminal de tamaño modesto, está habilitada ahora para recibir aviones 737, los de mayor capacidad de pasajeros, o aviones de carga de gran tamaño.

La construcción y concesión del aeropuerto la ganó el Grupo Mayan Resort desde 2007, cuando se firmó el contrato entre este consorcio del sector turístico y el gobierno del estado de Sonora. Así, el aeropuerto Mar de Cortés, como también se le conoce, es propiedad mayoritaria del gobierno del estado, pero operará bajo un esquema de concesión a 20 años a la cadena Mayan.

El aeropuerto forma parte importante del proyecto turístico de la Escalera Náutica, que tiene como objetivo atraer no sólo turistas de Arizona, California, Texas y Nuevo México, en Estados Unidos, que son los clientes preferidos de Puerto Peñasco por su cercanía, sino viajeros de todo el mundo para hacer rentable dicho proyecto. Se prevé también desarrollar un lago de 30 hectáreas alrededor del aeropuerto, el cual sería el primero en el mundo que estaría en una base aeronáutica.

Según estimaciones del Grupo Mayan, el proyecto turístico en conjunto podría tardar al menos diez años para obtener una buena demanda de turistas, pero se apuesta a una fuerte y permanente campaña de promoción. Con las nuevas remodelaciones, la terminal aérea podría recibir 300 mil pasajeros al año.

La inversión del Grupo Mayan incluye la construcción de un estacionamiento público, de la terminal del Cuerpo de Rescate y Extinción de Incendios, el cercado perimetral, señalamiento vertical y horizontal, además de los espacios comerciales dentro de las salas de espera.

El proyecto Escalera Náutica del Mar de Cortés en Puerto Peñasco servirá de punto de atraque y abasto de yates, en especial estadunidenses.

Dois anos atrás, nessa época do ano, estava em lua-de-mel na Riviera Maya, no México, e tive a oportunidade de passar o Día de Muertos lá. A festa começa, na verdade, com o Halloween, no dia 31 de outubro, e se estende até o dia 02 de novembro. Sim, é uma festa! Muito diferente daqui do Brasil, que costuma guardar o dia com certo pesar. Lá, todos os estabelecimentos comerciais, mesmo as menores “tiendas”, montam seus altares, com motivos que remetem ao dia, principalmente, divertidas caveirinhas. Tem caveira vestida de noiva, com roupa típica, criança, cachorro e por aí vai. Em meio às caveiras, fotos de ídolos mexicanos que já morreram, velas e muita cor! Não sei como eles encaram a morte no dia a dia, quando ela de fato leva alguém querido. Mas que já é um começo e tanto encarar esse dia com naturalidade e alegria, isso é.

Esta boda fue celebrada en un bello lugar llamado Caleta Tankah cerca de Tulum en la Riviera Maya. La ceremonia se llevó a cabo casi al atardecer para enseguida continuar con una elegante cena ofrecida a la orilla del mar para sus invitados. A continuación algunas imágenes de esa bonita boda…

Friday: Meeting with client’s legal representant/lawyer and when all is clear drive to Notary Oficce. Sign the Deeds and then tranfer to THE FIVES.

Saturday: Relax at THE FIVES or in Down Town Playa or at the beach.

Sunday: Tranfer to Cancun Airport. 

For those clients that wish to stay longer period, please do not hesitate to coordinate with us. Please contact: Cesar Bernad or Ramon Grau. 

Please consider that after 15 December 2009 Notarys, register and legal oficces will not be full opening even closed and we will not be able to sign you the deeds untill after 10 January 2010.

The Aventura Spa Palace is one of my favorite resorts.  It caters to Honeymooners and is 45 minutes south of the Cancun airport.  The resort itself used to be “adults only.”  Not that there was anything risqué going on, they just did not want kids there.  This has since changed.  The resort has become so popular that children are now allowed on half of the resort.  The resort is split among two identical towers.  The Spa Palace side is still adults only and the Cove Palace side is now “kid friendly.”  The towers are about a mile apart from each other and have a shuttle service between the two.

So why do I like this so much?

First off,  it is all inclusive.  For those who have no clue what that is, basically it is the most worry-free, relaxed vacation you can have in my opinion.  This means all your food including snacks and room service, all your beverages including alcohol, all your tips, all your non motorized watersports like kayaks, paddleboats, etc, are taken care of.  The food was very, very good.  You could do anything from a buffet, to Oriental, to Italian, to Mexican, to American.  The list goes on and on.  The drinks were also the best I have had at an all inclusive.  Premium shelf alcohol.  There is a big difference between drinks using that and the Mexican cheap stuff.

The hotel itself is laid out beautifully with no problems finding your way around.  The rooms are generally king bed on the adults side and double beds on the Cove side.  All the rooms have some kind of view, either the grounds or the water, and all have a Jacuzzi tub in them.  The adults only side even has a liquor dispenser cabinet where you can make your own drinks.  There is a fully stocked refrigerator in each room, and at the Palace resorts you get free long distance to call home if you need to.  The only draw back is there is no elevator, but the hotel only has 3 stories.

There are also some included tours that come with your stay.  The Mayan pyramids in Tulum, a snorkeling adventure near Cozumel, Wet and Wild in Cancun to name a few.  All of these come with your stay.

The beach is a draw back for some.  It is man made and is very private.  Because of the man made part, it is not a walking beach.  Like I said this could be a drawback for some.  You have your own private lagoon where you can snorkel or paddle boat and if you do not like the ocean, the pools are fantastic and they do have swim up pool bars which is a nice touch.

The final point I will make is that at this resort I could take advantage of the other Palace Resorts in Cancun and the Riveria Maya. 7 total.  That means if I went to Cancun for the day, I could go over to lets say the Sun Palace for lunch and all that is included.

So who would I send to this resort?  Anyone really.  But I must say, it is a GREAT spot for honeymooners.

  … e meno male che l’aereoporto di Cancun l’hanno appena raddoppiato!!  Medaglia d’oro al valore assegnata a Livingston che non ha mai tagliato i collegamenti con il Messico, ma medaglia d’argento ex aequo assegnata agli amati Neos e Blue Panorama che tornano a visitare le bellissime spiagge del Messico.    Grazie ai commenti di Mariuccia di Brescia, Sandro di Roma e Andrea di Milano, che ci segnalano che in Google Earth e altri collegamenti su Internet, il nome dell’Albergo Barrio Latino e indirettamente , delle Suites Caraibiche Andre Ha, e’ stato vincolato a una struttura nella zona piu’ lontana dall’area  turistica di Playa del Carmen, da quello che possiamo capire,  denominata Posada Picalu .

    Dobbiamo smentire quanto sopra e auguriamo un pronto successo ai nuovi arrivati ai quali chiediamo di sviluppare un marketing onesto ed indipendente che senz’altro dara’ frutti nel tempo,  soprattutto quando l’informazione data al cliente coincide con i servizi resi.

    Parleremo in un’altra occasione di questo tema interessante e di come sia meravigliosamente attento e prezioso alleato il turista che ci segnala ogni parola fuori posto in uno spazio enorme come la Rete dove e’ difficile accorgersi sempre di tutto…
