I love pasta. I have always loved pasta. And I imagine I always will love pasta.
Last night I roasted a tray of veg in the oven – red, yellow and orange peppers, courgette, auberine, red onion, vine tomatoes all coated in five or six splugs of olive oil and some balsamic vinegar – roasted for forty-five minutes or so until everything was soft and mushy, then combined it with a pan of cooked spaghetti. 256 more words
