Marc Faber, gestionnaire de fonds Suisse et rédacteur à Gloom Boom & Doom , a indiqué qu’il y aura par la suite une énorme banqueroute de l’économie et alors l’expansion du crédit dans son ensemble arrivera à sa fin. Avant que cela n’arrive, les gouvernements continueront à imprimer de l’argent, qui en temps donné conduira à un taux d’inflation très élevée, et l’économie ne répondra plus à aucun stimulus.

Parlant lors d’une conférence Mercredi à Singapour, Faber a dit : « La crise n’a rien résolu. Au contraire il y a moins de transparence aujourd’hui qu’il n’y en avait avant. La facture du gouvernement augmente, et les abus qui ont mené à l’unique cause de la crise continuent ».

« Je pense que par la suite il y aura une grande débâcle économique et alors l’expansion du crédit dans son ensemble touchera à sa fin, » a ajouté Faber.

« Avant que cela n’arrive, les gouvernements continueront à imprimer de l’argent qui en temps donné conduira à un taux d’inflation très élevée, et l’économie ne répondra plus à aucun stimulus ».

Dans une de ses prévisions les plus sombres, Faber, surnommé Dr. Doom, a dit que « la famille moyenne sera frappée par cela, et par conséquent afin de détourner l’attention des gens, les gouvernements iront à la guerre ».

« Les gens me demandent contre qui ? Hé bien, ils inventeront un ennemi, » a indiqué Faber.

« À un certain moment, quelque part dans l’avenir, nous aurons une guerre – à laquelle vous devez vous préparez. Et en temps de guerre, le [prix] des produits courants montent fortement, » a déclaré Faber.

« Si vous voulez vous protéger contre la guerre, ce n’est pas en possédant des dérivés chez UBS ou AIG, mais vous devez posséder des biens physiques, comme des terres cultivables et des produits agricoles. Voila quelque chose que vous pouvez considérer pour vous comme une sécurité et une barrière personnelle. Vous devez posséder des produits, » a-t-il ajouté.

Dans une interview avec Bloomberg Television à Singapour Mercredi, Faber a indiqué que « ce qui continuera à se produire c’est que le S&P 500 et le Dow Jones chuteront par rapport à l’or. »

« Je pense que l’or montera encore plus, » a-t-il ajouté.

« Atteindra-t-il les $2,000, $200,000 ou $2 billiards ? Je ne sais pas, » a indiqué Faber.
« Mais si on continue avec l’argent papier dans le monde, alors les prix grimperont avec le temps. Les prix monteront plus pour les choses dont on ne pourra pas augmenter l’approvisionnement, et l’approvisionnement en métaux précieux est très limité. »

“Will it go US$2,000, US$200,000 or US$2 trillion? I don’t know,” Faber said. “But if you have money printing in the world, then the price will over time rise. It will go up more for things that you just can’t increase the supply, and the supply of precious metals is very limited.”

Faber s’attend à ce que le gouvernement des USA augmente sa dépense de stimulus si l’index Standard & Poor 500 chute à 900. Le déficit budgétaire des USA sous l’administration du Président Barack Obama a atteint un niveau record de 1400 milliards de dollars juste pour l’exercice 2009. La dette s’élève à 9,9% de l’économie nationale, ayant triplé par rapport au déficit de 2008.

« Je ne pense pas que le S&P chutera en-dessous des 800 ou des 900, et augmentera par la suite nominalement parlant, mais pas nécessairement en valeur réelle, » a-t-il dit, prévoyant une correction de la mesure « dans un futur proche ».

Faber a averti d’un effondrement du système capitaliste « tel qu’on le connait aujourd’hui », d’énormes défauts de paiements des dettes des gouvernements et l’appauvrissement de grands segments de la société occidentale.

Dans une interview en Mai avec CNBC, il a dit que les banques centrales continueront à imprimer de l’argent à grande vitesse, mais à long terme cette stratégie mènera à une chute dans le pouvoir d’achat et dans les niveaux de vie, particulièrement dans les pays développés.

Les années 2006 et 2007 ont été « le pic de prospérité » et l’économie mondiale n’est pas prête de revenir de sitôt à ce niveau, a-t-il ajouté.

À moins que le système soit nettoyé de ses déchets, « de la même manière que le communisme s’est effondré, le capitalisme s’effondrera, » selon Faber. « La meilleure manière de traiter n’importe quel problème économique est de laisser le marché faire les choses. »

« Je répète ce que j’ai dit dans le passé, » a déclaré Faber. « Aucun citoyen décent ne devrait faire confiance à la Federal Reserve, pas même une seconde. Il est très important d’avoir de l’or car le gouvernement rendra le dollar (à long terme) inutile.

DSK ; Il reste d’importantes pertes non dévoilées : 50 % sont peut-être encore cachées dans les bilans. La proportion est plus forte en Europe qu’aux États-Unis. Je le redis : l’histoire des crises bancaires, notamment au Japon, démontre qu’il n’y aura pas de croissance vive et saine sans un nettoyage complet du bilan des banques.

On dirait moi ! En même temps, c’est de la simple logique : rétention de technologie+surpopulation+dettes faramineuses+mensonges sidérants+ augmentation budget de la défense = guerre assurée, et comme d’habitude, c’est le peuple qui sera la victime.   Et cela sans histoire de complot

1. The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is dominant. One of its 1921 founders, Edward Mandell House, was Woodrow Wilson’s chief advisor and rumored at the time to be the nation’s real power from 1913 – 1921. On his watch, the Federal Reserve Act passed in December 1913 giving money creation power to bankers, and the 16th Amendment was ratified in February creating the federal income tax to provide a revenue stream to pay for government debt service.

From its beginnings, CFR was committed to “a one-world government based on a centralized global financing system….” Today, CFR has thousands of influential members (including important ones in the corporate media) but keeps a low public profile, especially regarding its real agenda. The CFR has served as a virtual employment agency for the federal government under both Democrats and Republicans. Whoever occupies the White House, “CFR’s power and agenda” have been unchanged since its 1921 founding.

It advocates a global superstate with America and other nations sacrificing their sovereignty to a central power. CFR founder Paul Warburg was a member of Roosevelt’s “brain trust.” In 1950, his son, James, told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee: “We shall have world government whether or not you like it – by conquest or consent.”

Later at the 1992 Bilderberg Group meeting, Henry Kissinger (CFR, too) said: “Today, Americans would be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow, they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all people of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil….individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by their world government.” Comment: And how they are trying! CFR planned a New World Order before 1942, and the “UN began with a group of CFR members called the Informal Agenda Group.” They drafted the original UN proposal, presented it to Franklin Roosevelt who announced it publicly the next day. At its 1945 founding, CFR members comprised over 40 of the US delegates.
According to Professor G. William Domhoff, author of Who Rules America, the CFR operates in “small groups of about twenty-five, who bring together leaders from the conspirator categories (industrialists, financiers, ideologues, military, professional specialists – lawyers, medical doctors, etc. – and organized labor). It is difficult to distinguish Council action stimulated by government from autonomous actions.” The Rockefeller, Carnegie, and Ford Foundations are three contributors, and they’re directed by key corporate officials.

Dominant Media Partners
David Rockefeller to the Bilderberg Group in 1991: “We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost 40 years…It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supernational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national autodetermination practiced in past centuries.” See Senator Barry Goldwater´s  revelation of the Rockefeller domination. Former CBS News president Richard Salant (1961 – 64 and 1966 – 79) explained the major media’s role: “Our job is to give people not what they want, but what we decide they ought to have.” CBS and other media giants control everything we see, hear and read – through television, radio, newspapers, magazines, books, films, and large portions of the Internet. Their top officials and some journalists attend Bilderberg meetings – on condition they report nothing.

The Rockefeller family wields enormous power, even though its reigning patriarch, David, will be 94 on June 12 and surely near the end of his dominance. However, for years “the Rockefellers (led by David) gained great influence over the media. (With it) the family gained sway over public opinion. With the pulse of public opinion, they gained deep influence in politics. And with this politics of subtle corruption, they are taking control of the nation” and now aim for total world domination.

The Bilderberger-Rockefeller scheme is to make their views “so appealing (by camouflaging them) that they become public policy (and can) pressure world leaders into submitting to the ‘needs of the Masters of the Universe.’ ” The “free world press” is their instrument to disseminate “agreed-upon propaganda.” (Consensus)

CFR Cabinet Control
“The National Security Act of 1947 established the office of Secretary of Defense.” Since then, 14 DOD secretaries have been CFR members. Since 1940, every Secretary of State, except James Byrnes, has been a CFR member and/or Trilateral Commission (TC) one. For the past 80 years, “Virtually every key US National Security and Foreign Policy Advisor has been a CFR member. Nearly all top generals and admirals have been CFR members.

Many presidential candidates were/are CFR members, including Herbert Hoover, Adlai Stevenson, Dwight Eisenhower, John Kennedy, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter (also a charter TC member), George HW Bush, Bill Clinton, John Kerry, and John McCain. Numerous CIA directors were/are CFR members, including Richard Helmes, James Schlesinger, William Casey, William Webster, Robert Gates, James Woolsey, John Deutsch, George Tenet, Porter Goss, Michael Hayden, and Leon Panetta.
Many Treasury Secretaries were/are CFR members, including Douglas Dillon, George Schultz, William Simon, James Baker, Nicholas Brady, Lloyd Bentsen, Robert Rubin, Henry Paulson, and Tim Geithner.
When presidents nominate Supreme Court candidates, the CFR’s “Special Group, Secret Team” or advisors vet them for acceptability. Presidents, in fact, are told who to appoint, including designees to the High Court and most lower ones. Besides, top officials of the FBI, CIA, NSA, defense establishment, and other leading government agencies, including state, commerce, the judiciary and treasury

According to sociologist Hadley Cantril in his 1967 book, The Human Dimension – Experiences in Policy Research: Government “Psycho-political operations are propaganda campaigns designed to create perpetual tension and to manipulate different groups of people to accept the particular climate of opinion the CFR seeks to achieve in the world.”
Canadian writer Ken Adachi (1929 – 1989) added: “What most Americans believe to be ‘Public Opinion’ is in reality carefully crafted and scripted propaganda designed to elicit a desired behavioral response from the public.” (See Tavistock).  

2. The Trilateral Commission is a similar group that “brings together global power brokers.” Founded by David Rockefeller, he’s also a leading Bilderberger and CFR Chairman Emeritus, organizations he continues to finance and support. Zbigniew Brzezinski was co-founder,
On page 405 of his Memoirs, David Rockfeller wrote: “Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”

In alliance with Bilderbergers, the TC also “plays a vital role in the New World Order’s scheme to use wealth, concentrated in the hands of the few, to exert world control.” TC members share common views and all relate to total unchallengeable global dominance. Founded in 1973 and headquartered in Washington, its powerful US, EU and East Asian members seek its operative founding goal – a “New International Economic Order,” now simply a “New World Order” run by global elites from these three parts of the world.

Although its annual reports are available for purchase, its inner workings, current goals, and operations are secret – with good reason. Its objectives harm the public so mustn’t be revealed. Trilateralist Zbigniew Brzezinski (TC’s co-founder) wrote in his Between Two Ages – America’s Role in the Technotronic Era: “people, governments and economies of all nations must serve the needs of multinational banks and corporations. (The Constitution is) inadequate….the old framework of international politics, with their sphere of influence….the fiction of sovereignty….is clearly no longer compatible with reality….”

Antony Sutton believes that TC’s aim is to collaborate with Bilderbergers and CFR in “establishing public policy objectives to be implemented by governments worldwide.” He added that “Trilateralists have rejected the US Constitution and the democratic political process.”An official TC report was fearful about “the increased popular participation in and control over established social, political, and economic institutions. ” To address this, media control was essential to exert “restraint on what newspapers may publish (and TV and radio broadcast).” Then according to Richard Gardner in the July 1974 issue of Foreign Affairs (a CFR publication): CFR’s leadership must make “an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece,” until the very notion disappears from public discourse.

Bilderberg/CFR/Trilateralist success depends on finding “a way to get us to surrender our liberties in the name of some common threat or crisis.
They want an all-encompassing monopoly” – over government, money, industry, and property. They will let Society work for you.

À la fin du troisième trimestre, le nombre de maisons aux États-Unis qui valent moins que le prêt hypothécaire qui les couvre a atteint près de 10,7 millions, soit 23% de toutes les propriétés hypothéquées, d’après un rapport de First American CoreLogic.

Par ailleurs, 2,3 millions d’hypothèques s’approchent d’une situation de «valeur nette négative» tandis que les défaillances sur prêts hypothécaires augmentent à l’échelle nationale aux États-Unis, indiquait hier First American CoreLogic, une entreprise de recherches dans le domaine immobilier de Santa Ana, en Californie.

«Nous ne nous attendons pas à ce que les prix augmentent considérablement», a précisé Mark Fleming, économiste en chef de First American CoreLogic. «Cela constituera un problème pendant des années, a-t-il ajouté. Cela réduit la mobilité et augmente les risques quant aux hypothèques si les propriétaires perdent leur emploi.»

Le chômage et la baisse de valeur des propriétés ont fait gonfler les défaillances sur les prêts hypothécaires au cours des trois dernières années. Ainsi, Freddie Mac, la compagnie de financement hypothécaire sous contrôle gouvernemental américain, a précisé hier que les défaillances sur ses prêts avaient augmenté au niveau record de 3,54% le mois dernier, tandis que son portefeuille d’actifs résidentiels a chuté à une cadence annualisée de 21,6%.

First American CoreLogic a précisé que ses données du troisième trimestre ne peuvent pas se comparer à celles de trimestres précédents à cause d’un récent changement dans sa méthodologie. Les données comprennent maintenant uniquement la dette réellement encourue par les emprunteurs par rapport à leurs lignes de crédit basées sur la valeur nette de leur maison plutôt que sur la valeur totale des lignes de crédit.

La plupart des emprunteurs dont la propriété vaut moins que leur hypothèque ont financé leurs propriétés entre 2005 et 2008, a précisé First American CoreLogic. Pas moins de 40% de ces propriétaires qui ont emprunté en 2006 sont dans cette situation, a ajouté l’entreprise. Parmi ceux qui ont obtenu une hypothèque en 2009, 11% possèdent une maison dont la valeur nette est négative alors que 5% s’approchent de cette situation.

Au Nevada, 65% des propriétaires sont dans une situation de valeur nette négative, soit le taux le plus haut aux États-Unis, selon le rapport. L’Arizona vient au deuxième rang, avec 48%, suivi de la Floride, du Michigan et de la Californie.

Sérieusement, vous vous rendez compte du cauchemar pour ces gens, entre ceux qui perdront de l’argent si ils vendent, ceux qui remboursent un crédit plus élevé que le prix de la maison, laissez tomber l’ambiance !

Les américains sont laminés, je me souviens d’un documentaire d’arte sur les subprimes, à un moment on y voit une carte d’une la ville, une sorte de cadastre, avec énormément de carré noir et rouge le maire expliquant que ce sont les maisons déja saisies et celles qui vont l’être, et il dit un truc qui m’a marqué ” on dirait un bombardement ” , c’est exactement ça.On dirait un bombardement invisible, mais pourtant bien réel, comme si ces maisons n’étaient détruites qu’aux yeux de leurs propriétaires.

Payer un crédit supérieur au prix réel de la maison, il y a de quoi devenir littéralement fou.
Le rêve américain se transforme en cauchemar, c’est le drame du surendettement.Pauvres gens, ils ont été bernés, on leurs a fait miroiter de l’enrichissement rapide et sans rien faire, il fallait juste acheter une maison et attendre 2 ou 3 ans,.Je sais que ces gens ont été stupides, mais ce sont avant tout des victimes, victimes d’une arnaque bien ficellée.En fait les acheteurs étaient les seuls à ne pas savoir ce qui ce tramait réellement, peut être certains agents immobiliers aussi, mais sinon les courtiers, les banques, les assurances, tout le monde savait.Je me souviens de Paul Jorion expliquer qu’au moment de son passage à Contrywide, ses collègues et lui même étaient parfaitement au courant qu’ils allaient dans le mur et que cela ne pouvait plus continuer ainsi.

Les élites détruisent les classes moyennes et finissent d’appauvrir les pauvres, et bientôt même les classes aisées vont souffir.Des sortes de subprimes pour riche existent également,et ils se feront sentir en 2010-2011.Seuls ceux qui ont des informations serieuses sur le calendrier exacte de l’effondrement économique et sur la bio attaque virus/vaccins sur le peuple pourront se protéger.

Une maison sur quatre vaut moins que son hypothèque c’est ahurissant, un bon nombre d’américains vont passer un noël tristounet, la rage montante en voyant le train de vie des politiciens, du gouvernement et des bankster.
J’ai lu que les ventes d’armes et de munitions explosent, la peur d’une possible limitation ou d’une tracabilité de toutes les munitions ainsi que le sentiment diffus que quelque chose ne va pas poussent les gens à s’armer et à stocker des munitions.Pas besoin d’avoir fait une grande école pour comprendre ce qui va se passer, je pense qu’un paquet d’américains ont compris.Je suis un relativement septique quand j’entends que le nombre de milice augmente, même si c’est probable, je suis méfiant, le fbi et la cia sont capables du pire, Oklahoma city nous l’a démontré.Un nouvel attentat de cette intensité et la loi martiale serait déclarée.

Bref, pauvreté, chomage, instauration de la loi martiale, qui sait peut être une révolution.

Environ 1,7 millions de malades, 100.000 hospitalisés, 400 morts (chiffres du 24/11) en un peu plus de trois semaines en Ukraine, rien ne semble vouloir arrêter la progression qui semble suivre son rythme de croisière à 500.000 malades supplémentaires par semaine. Sans qu’on sache dans quelle proportion se situent les affections pulmonaires graves dont on a pu apprécier les sordides descriptions dans les nombreux témoignages qui parviennent sur les sites d’information alternative : poumons noirs, brûlés, gorgés de sang, hémorragies pulmonaires, décès en quelques jours.

Le Belarus subit les mêmes maux. Le récent témoignage d’un médecin local décrit une maladie similaire « qui est comme un feu qui, s’il n’est pas éteint, brûle tout […] la structure du virus est celle d’une grippe espagnole ». Curieusement, rien ne filtre de ce pays, les dernières statistiques fiables datent du 10 novembre, et indiquaient 223.000 malades.

Aux Etats-Unis, où des pathologies similaires viennent d’être signalées dans l’IOWA (voir mon précédent article), c’est une vague de résistance au Tamiflu qui vient d’être signalée par Niman, où, contrairement aux affirmations de Roche qui défendent une mutation spontanée, il avance la théorie que c’est déjà le D225G qui se transmet par supports multiples en se recombinant. Il sera difficile, maintenant que l’OMS a admis l’existence d’une mutation aux Etats-Unis, de ne pas y voir le D225G, d’autant avec les similarités pathologiques de l’IOWA. Raison de cette résistance farouche des médias américains ? C’est la même souche que la grippe espagnole de 1918 !

Alors que Niman explique qu’en finalité les échantillons de Norvège contiendraient essentiellement le D225E, plutôt que le D225G, présent sur un seul échantillon norvégien, mais majoritaire dans les échantillons ukrainiens , arrive la question du jackpot :

Si Niman avertit que le virus se propage toujours, et pense qu’il va poursuivre sa propagation avec la chute des températures, il ne se prononce pas pour 2010. Personne ne s’étonnera donc du forcing médiatique à faire gober l’actuel vaccin à tous les moutons planétaires. Si D225G doit prospérer, il y aura bien un second vaccin à gober en 2010, et nul doute qu’on passera du gavage médiatique au gavage physique, c’est-à-dire qu’il sera obligatoire, quelles que soient les saloperies qu’il pourra contenir.

Que dire, si c’est vrai, ils nous feront un vaccin encore plus vite fait, nous disant que tout va bien.Le mensonge c’est la vérité.
J’ai de plus en plus l’impression qu’en plus du vaccin malsain, la grippe va devenir réellement mortelle.Ils ne vont pas nous louper, vous allez voir.Si la situation devient réellement grave, mettez vous en quarantaine, si la vaccination devient obligatoire, idem. Et si vous avez des enfants, sortez les des écoles.Cela uniquement si la situation l’exige, comme un grand nombre de mort, ou les poumons détruits, sans verser dans la paranoïa mais en étant extrèmement vigilant.
N’oubliez pas que cette grippe va durer deux années, soyez sure de la démarche exterminatrice des élites, c’est une nécessité.Nous n’y échapperons pas, aussi difficile que ce soit à accepter, c’est la stricte vérité.

Après l’éruption de la grippe au Mexique, au printemps dernier, la Chine a mis à l’écart les visiteurs mexicains, et ceux d’autres pays qui avaient contracté le virus, les gardant pendant des semaines en suivant la progression du virus, qu’ils paraissent malades ou pas. La gestion de crise possible grace à une société privée, je pense que c’est surtout pour drainer des informateurs, en se servant de la population comme agent de sécurité ou de surveillance.
Nous allons tout droit vers une société de délation, de haine et de division.

▪ Peu importe ce qui se dit. C’est une dépression. Cela n’a rien à voir avec une des petites récessions de la période d’après-guerre.

C’est une dépression à cause du travail qu’elle doit faire. Elle doit nettoyer trois décennies de mauvais bilans. Elle doit balayer des milliers de milliards de dollars de dettes de crédit à la consommation. Elle doit désamorcer la bombe de milliers de milliards supplémentaires de dettes à Wall Street. Elle doit nettoyer des milliards… peut-être des milliers de milliards de dollars de mauvaises décisions — des maisons trop grandes, trop chères, trop grandioses pour leurs propriétaires, des centres commerciaux avec trop d’espaces de vente pour les nouveaux consommateurs économes, des entreprises outillées pour produire des biens et des services pour des millions de gens qui ne peuvent plus se les acheter.

Quand la dépression se terminera-t-elle ? Quand tout ce travail aura été accompli.

▪ Mais attendez… Les gouvernements du monde accumulent les déchets plus vite que la dépression ne peut les enlever. Et voici venir la prochaine méga-crise !

Et au Financial Times à Londres, Gillian Tett s’interroge :”La dette souveraine sera-t-elle le prochain subprime ?”

Tout le monde sait comment les choses se sont passées avec le subprime. Quand vous prêtez de l’argent à des gens qui ne peuvent pas le rembourser, vous allez au devant d’ennuis. Donc, si vous n’avez pas de travail et que vous voulez un prêt pour acheter une grosse caravane, vous n’avez pas de chance. Les banquiers ne vous donneront pas un centime.

Mais aujourd’hui, les prêteurs du monde entier font une chose tout aussi stupide. Ils prêtent aux gouvernements. Imaginez que vous êtes un banquier. Et le gouvernement américain vient vous demander un prêt.

“Avez-vous suffisamment de revenus pour rembourser les traites ?” demandez-vous.

“Eh bien, non,” répond-il. “En fait, nos revenus ont un peu baissé. C’est à cause de la récession, vous savez. C’est pareil pour tout le monde.”

“Vous pouvez être un peu plus précis ?”

“Euh… nous avons dépensé près de deux dollars pour chaque dollar de revenu.”

“Oh… et vous espérez que l’on vous prête de l’argent ? Qu’avez-vous comme garanties ? Quelle est votre valeur nette ?”

“Nous espérions que vous ne demanderiez pas. Le dernier relevé de nos obligations atteint 113 000 milliards de dollars.”

“Vous n’avez pas d’actifs ?”

“Nous avons quelques bâtiments à Washington… des bases militaires partout dans le monde… ce genre de choses. Mais concrètement, vous ne pourriez jamais les saisir.”

“Oh, je vois…”

▪ Ce qui est intéressant, c’est que les investisseurs du monde entier commencent à voir que les Etats-Unis et beaucoup d’autres gouvernements sont des emprunteurs à haut risque. C’est une chose qui sort de l’ordinaire. Jusqu’à maintenant, le gouvernement américain avait pu financer et refinancer ses dettes aux taux les plus bas en trois générations. Les prêteurs ont bien voulu prêter de l’argent aux gouvernements, parce qu’ils pensaient qu’ils étaient les emprunteurs les plus sûrs du monde.

On peut toujours compter sur les banquiers pour trouver les pires investissements au pire moment. Ils sont tout au bout de la chaîne de ceux qui anticipent ; cette chaîne commence par les analystes les plus indépendants et les plus pointus, passe par la communauté des fonds de couverture/courtiers, puis par les journalistes financiers et les experts de la télévision, arrive aux investisseurs stupides en passant par les médias populaires… et atteint enfin les banquiers quand ils tombent par hasard sur le Wall Street Journal et le lisent pour savoir ce qu’il se passe.

▪ Maintenant, les banquiers achètent de la dette souveraine — du papier émis par les gouvernements — parce qu’ils pensent que cela leur offre un rendement “sans risque”. En réalité, c’est l’un des investissements les plus risqués qui existe.

Cette année et l’année prochaine, les principaux gouvernements vont devoir lever 12 000 milliards de dollars pour financer leurs dettes et déficits. C’est une augmentation énorme de la quantité d’obligations souveraine dans le monde. Notre collègue Porter Stansberry estime que le gouvernement américain à lui seul va devoir trouver 4 500 milliards de dollars en obligations l’année prochaine. Ce montant représente deux fois le capital total de la plus grosse Banque centrale du monde — la Fed. Même si les Chinois prenaient tout ce qu’ils ont dans leurs réserves financières et s’en servaient pour acheter la dette américaine, il resterait encore près de 2 300 milliards d’obligations invendues.

En ce qui concerne le coût de la dette en lui-même, il va lui aussi atteindre des niveaux stupéfiants. L’administration Obama prévoit que les intérêts dépassent de 200 milliards de dollars leur niveau actuel, à 700 milliards de dollars d’ici 2019. C’est sûrement encore sous-estimé. Si le déficit atteint le niveau annoncé par l’ancien directeur du Bureau du Budget et de la Gestion, la dette nationale va grimper de 12 000 milliards de dollars à plus de 20 000 milliards de dollars en cinq ans. Les prêteurs vont certainement demander des rendements plus élevés. Même un banquier va sûrement vouloir plus que 3,5% d’intérêts pour prêter de l’argent au gouvernement sur dix ans. Peut-être 5%… peut-être 10%. Souvenez-vous que pendant les premières années de Volcker à la Fed, les taux d’intérêt sont montés à 18% pour les bons du Trésor à 10 ans.

Il existe aussi une autre possibilité — qui semble vague dans ce cas précis — et qui serait qu’une vente aux enchères de bons du gouvernement ne reçoive aucune offre. Cela arrive parfois. Quand les prêteurs voient que le risque est plus élevé que le potentiel de rendements, même s’ils sont élevés. Et quand cela se produit — ou même devient potentiel — les dirigeants se retrouvent dans la même situation que celle à laquelle des centaines de leurs ancêtres ont dû faire face pendant des siècles. Tous les gouvernements se retrouvent à sec de temps à temps. Puis ils sont en cessation de paiement. Quand ils contractent plus de dettes qu’ils ne peuvent en rembourser, ils se retrouvent toujours à sec.

Bon, vous comprenez, il n’ y aura pas assez d’argent pour tout le monde, et les usa vont crouler sous les intérêts, officiellement 700 milliards pour un budget de 3000 milliards, c’est à dire qu’entre le budget de la défense et le remboursement de la dette, c’est 50 % du budget qui disparait !!!!!

Le système est cassé, il est structurellement et irrémédiablement vicié, et rien ne pourra plus le sauver. C’est une certitude mathématique, la dette va submerger les états, et cela a été fait exprès.Nos élites sont en train de détruire le système et les vies de ceux qui y vivent.

La situation est déja intenable alors que les taux des banques centrales sont à 1 %, imaginez quand les taux vont monter…au moment ou la surliquidité va enfin produire ses effets…

Autant le dire d’entrée de jeu, je préférerais de loin un monde sans armes à feu avec des humains assez évolués qui ont appris à vivre ensemble en paix. Mais il semble que l’humanité ne soit pas encore parvenue à ce niveau de conscience et à cette réalité. Nous pourrions faire en sorte d’éliminer toutes les armes à feu du monde, mais vous comprendrez que cela relève plus de l’utopie que de la réalité. Par contre, il serait beaucoup plus facile d’armer la population en général.

Ceci étant dit, j’aimerais soulever la question des armes à feu, de leur accessibilité, de leur contrôle, voir même leur interdiction, par le gouvernement. Il se trouve que j’ai longtemps pensé que les armes à feu étaient principalement utilisées dans les conflits armés et les guerres, pour la chasse et le tir, ainsi que pour l’autodéfense. L’image négative des armes est probablement causé par les images qui nous parviennent des guerres, mais plus certainement aussi des meurtres, crimes et tueries perpétrés à l’aide d’armes à feu, et avec raison. Pourtant, la plus grande cause de mort non naturelle du 20e siècle est les gouvernements. Ceci est malheureusement un fait historique.

Chaque fois que nous sommes témoins d’une tuerie dans une école ou ailleurs, commise par un dérangé armé d’un fusil, on se demande tout de suite pourquoi les armes à feu ne sont pas tout simplement bannies, interdites pour tous. Ce débat est particulièrement sensible aux États-Unis, alors que le droit à la possession et au port d’armes à feu arrive tout juste second en priorité, après la reconnaissance des droits et libertés qui constituent le premier Amendement de la Constitution des États-Unis d’Amérique.

C’est que depuis un certain temps, dans ce pays, on discute de retirer et interdire certaines ou toutes armes à feu. Certains états imposent déjà cette interdiction et proclament des « zone sans armes à feu ». Et depuis l’arrivée au pouvoir de Barack Obama, on parle davantage de bannir certaines armes à feu et les interdire à certains segments de la population, en pleine continuité de l’administration Bush. On discute aussi d’imposer de nouvelles mesures demandant de graver un numéro de série sur chaque balle produite aux États-Unis. Cela augmentera le prix des munitions et imposera un contrôle fédéral des armes à feu de façon indirecte, c’est-à-dire qu’au lieu de bannir directement les armes à feu, on va contrôler les munitions et restreindre leur accessibilité.

Ceci est un débat sensible pour les Américains qui eux, continuent de réagir en achetant des niveaux records d’armes à feu et de munitions depuis plus d’un an. Cela serait dû à la crainte que l’administration Obama commence à exiger l’enregistrement des armes à feu pour ensuite éventuellement les interdire et les retirer de la population; en plus d’être reliée à la dégradation de l’économie et de la condition générale de la population qui s’appauvrit rapidement. Des troubles civils sont à prévoir dans ce pays, ou du moins, plusieurs les appréhendent.

D’une part, on peut se demander si une prohibition ou l’enregistrement des armes à feu est souhaitable. Il faudrait voir historiquement ce qui s’est passé dans les pays qui ont pratiqué ou pratique encore une telle approche. Est-ce que le crime a diminué lorsqu’on a interdit les armes à feu? Il serait peut-être nécessaire de faire une réflexion sur la valeur d’une telle approche. Prenons par exemple un meurtre commis à l’aide d’un couteau ou d’un bat de baseball. Penserions-nous à bannir tous les couteaux et les bats de baseball dans la population? La voiture tue des dizaines de milliers de personnes à chaque année. Allons-nous interdire l’utilisation de la voiture? Si une arme à feu est utilisée pour commettre un crime, devons tous les interdire à la population?

Pour répondre à ces questions, rien de mieux que d’aller consulter quelques faits historiques, des études et des statistiques gouvernementales.

Or, il se trouve que le Second Amendement de la Constitution des États-Unis n’est pas relié à la chasse ou au tir sportif. La phrase « Security of a free state » indique clairement ce que les pères fondateurs avaient en tête. Les armes dont il est question dans la Constitution sont de nature militaire et il est question de la nécessité qu’elles soient d’égale puissance et efficacité que celles qui pourraient éventuellement être utilisées par un envahisseur; que ce dernier soit une nation étrangère ou un gouvernement central abusif. Il était excessivement clair pour les fondateurs des États-Unis que le besoin de se défendre ne provenait pas tant de son voisin que d’un gouvernement tyrannique:

“The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.” (Thomas Jefferson Papers p. 334, 1950)

James Madison a déclaré: « Pour préserver la liberté, il est essentiel que toute la population entière possède des armes en tout temps ».

Thomas Jefferson disait « qu’aucun homme libre ne devrait être désarmé », que « les lois qui interdisent le port d’arme…désarment seulement ceux qui ne sont pas enclins ni déterminés à commettre des crimes… De telles lois rendent les choses pires pour ceux qui sont assaillis et meilleurs pour les assaillants; elles servent plutôt à encourager les homicides que de les prévenir, parce qu’un homme désarmé peut être attaqué avec une plus grande certitude qu’un homme armé ».

Les chiffres parlent d’eux-mêmes. Là où les gens ont des armes à feu, les taux de criminalité sont bas. Là où ils sont interdits, le crime est endémique.

La Grande-Bretagne a adopté une interdiction totale des armes à feu au nom de la sécurité publique. La criminalité a augmentée, incluant les invasions de domiciles et les attaques sur les personnes âgées. Chaque année aux États-Unis, les propriétaires d’armes à feu préviennent des millions de crimes. La police ne prévient aucun crime. Ils arrivent toujours après que le crime soit commis, ont l’air officiel, nettoient les dégâts, encaissent leurs chèques de paye et retournent à la maison. Avec un policier par environ 2000 habitants, difficile de leur en vouloir. Il est simplement impossible d’arriver à prévenir autant de crimes potentiels.

En Australie, il y a plus d’un an que les autorités ont forcé les Australiens propriétaires d’armes à feu à s’en départir à l’aide d’une nouvelle loi. 640 381 armes à feu personnelles ont été ainsi détruites par leur gouvernement, un programme qui a couté plus de $500 millions de dollars aux Australiens. Sur tout le territoire australien, les homicides sont à la hausse de 3,2%, les assauts ont augmenté de 8,6% et les vols à main armée ont explosé d’un spectaculaire 44%. Dans l’état de Victoria seulement les homicides avec armes à feu ont augmenté de 300%. Il est à noter que les citoyens qui respectent la loi ont dû abandonner leurs armes, alors que les criminels les possèdent toujours. Ceci est exactement le problème avec ces types de loi. Le peuple se retrouve désarmé alors que les criminels conservent leurs armes, tout comme les autorités. Alors que les statistiques australiennes montraient une baisse continue depuis 25 ans des vols à main armée, cela a drastiquement changé à la hausse depuis les douze derniers mois, puisque les criminels savent maintenant avec garantie que leur proie est désarmée.

Nous savons que le programme d’enregistrement des armes à feu du Canada a été une véritable catastrophe qui a coûté une fortune.

Jetons un coup d’œil à l’Histoire du contrôle des armes à feu:

- En 1929, l’Union Soviétique a établie un contrôle des armes à feu. De 1929 à 1953, environ 20 millions de dissidents, incapables de se défendre par eux-mêmes, ont été mis en état d’arrestation et exterminés.

- En 1911, la Turquie met en place sa loi pour contrôler les armes à feu. De 1915 à 1917, c’est 1,5 million d’Arméniens, incapables de se défendre, qui seront interceptés et exterminés.

- L’Allemagne imposera un contrôle des armes à feu en 1938 de 1939 à 1945, des millions, incapables de se défendre seront enlevés et exterminés.

- La Chine en fera autant en 1935 et de 1948 à 1952, 20 millions de dissidents politiques incapables de se défendre seront arrêtés et exterminés.

Le Guatemala a établi un contrôle des armes à feu en 1964. De 1964 à 1981, 100 000 indiens subiront le même sort.

- En Ouganda, établira une politique identique en 1970. De 1971 à 1079, 300 000 chrétiens, incapables de se défendre, seront enlevés et exterminés.

- Au Cambodge, un contrôle des armes à feu fut imposé dès 1956. De 1975 à 1977, un million de personnes « éduquées » incapables de se défendre, seront exterminées. Le tiers de la population cambodgienne.

Ce fut la même chose avec des tyrans comme Staline, Hitler et Mao qui ont tous cherché à désarmer leurs citoyens pour mieux les contrôler et assurer leur propre pouvoir. Plusieurs victimes de génocides n’ont pas pu se défendre adéquatement avec les moyens nécessaires pour se défendre eux-mêmes.

Heinrich Himmler; Reichsfuhrer-SS, a déclaré un jour que: « les Allemands qui souhaitent utiliser des armes à feu devraient joindre les SS ou les SA – les citoyens ordinaires n’ont pas besoin de fusils, puisque leur possession de ceux-ci ne sert pas l’État ».

D’un autre côté, il y a la Suisse où les hommes de 20 à 42 ans sont requis par la loi de posséder une arme à feu. Les Suisses n’ont quasiment pas de meurtres et un taux très bas de criminalité.

Selon une étude de l’Académie nationale des sciences et du Département de la Justice américaine, le contrôle des armes à feu de réduit pas le crime, ni la violence et ne trouve aucun bénéfice à en restreindre la possession.

On craignait au Michigan que les choses se dégradent après avoir rendu plus facile d’obtenir une licence de port d’armes il y a six ans. Les habitants de cet état américain ont augmenté le nombre de licences octroyées de six fois, mais les sombres prédictions d’augmentation de la violence et d’effusion de sang ne se sont jamais vraiment matérialisées, selon les forces policières et les statistiques des crimes. Ces incidents sont plutôt à la baisse depuis ce temps.

Une facette de cela que les médias vont toujours ignorer est la pratique d’autodéfense. Par exemple, la plupart du monde ignore que les citoyens américains utilisent une arme à feu, sans nécessairement tirer un projectile, plus de 2,4 millions de fois par année, soit environ 6 500 fois par jour. Cela signifie que chaque année, les armes à feu sont utilisées soixante fois plus souvent pour se protéger de la part d’honnêtes citoyens que pour enlever la vie à quelqu’un. De ce chiffre, 192 000 sont des femmes qui se défendent d’un assaut sexuel. Seulement que 8% des 2,4 millions d’utilisations d’armes à feu résultent en un coup tiré, alors que dans 92% des cas, la seule présence d’une arme à feu suffit à arrêter le crime et repousser les assaillants.

Un autre fait ignoré par les médias est le lien entre les tueries et les zones sans armes à feu, comme dans le cas du massacre en Virginie, ainsi que la fréquence avec laquelle ont retrouve ces dangereux tueurs sur des médicaments comme des antidépresseurs. (Source: 1, 2, 3)

Il n’est pas difficile de démoniser les fusils, ils sont dangereux et peuvent causer de graves dommages. Il serait mieux de vivre dans un monde où ils n’existent pas. Mais ce n’est pas le cas. La Constitution des États-Unis donne donc aux Américains le droit de porter des armes pour que n’importe qui aurait l’idée d’imposer une tyrannie ferait mieux d’y penser deux fois.

Le peuple américain est le plus armé de l’Histoire et il y a une bien réelle peur dans les cercles de contre intelligence US, incluant le FBI et le DHS que les misères causées par la situation économique dégénèrent en résistance publique massive. C’est pourquoi le projet de loi H.R. 2159, the Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009 est né.

Obama a déjà sorti sa liste d’armes à interdire. Rahm Emanuel a déclaré que si quelqu’un était sur la « no-fly list », la liste d’interdiction de vol, sur laquelle on peut atterrir seulement pour être « soupçonné » d’être un potentiel terroriste ou d’y être relié d’une façon ou d’une autre par le gouvernement, il ne sera pas permis de posséder des armes à feu:

“If you are on that no-fly list, your acces to the right to bear arm is canceled, because you’re not part of the American family. You don’t deserve that right, there is no right for you if you are on that terrorist list.” – Rahm Emanuel (Source)

Le problème est que plus d’un million de personnes se retrouvent sur cette liste! N’importe qui se retrouvent sur cette liste, même des enfants. Nous savons tous que la majorité des gens qui se retrouvent sur ces listes le sont par erreur, et avec la définition du terrorisme qui ne cesse de s’élargir pour inclure jusqu’à des dissidents politiques, à peu près n’importe qui peut s’y retrouver sans avoir fait quoi que ce soit d’illégal. Encore une fois, il faut revoir les chartes qui montrent la relation entre le contrôle des armes à feu et les génocides. Tous les génocides du 20e et 21e siècle ont commencé avec une interdiction des armes à feu pour la population ciblée.

Lors du dernier siècle, les gouvernements ont tué quatre fois plus de civils que ce qui fut tué dans tous les conflits internationaux et nationaux combinés. Les gouvernements ont tué plus de gens que les criminels communs ont pu le faire. Comment cela est-il possible? Les gouvernements avaient le pouvoir, et le peuple, les victimes, n’étaient pas en mesure de résister. Les victimes étaient désarmées. La formule est la suivante: la haine, combinée à un gouvernement hors de contrôle et des civils désarmés = génocide. Une population désarmée est une population esclave. Lorsque le peuple a peur du gouvernement, il y a tyrannie; lorsque le gouvernement a peur du peuple, il y a liberté.

Il semble donc qu’on puisse dire que lorsque la population laisse au gouvernement le soin et pouvoir de
contrôler les armes à feu, elle se tire une balle dans le pied…

Moi même j’ai été manipulé par le discours franco français contre les armes à feu, il n’y a que quelques mois que j’ai révisé ma position.
J’ai compris que dans certaine situation, il est préférable que la population soit armée.Comme vous avez pu lire dans l’article, tout les régimes totalitaires ont désarmé leurs populations et vous avez bien compris que nos sociétés se radicalisent, et virent totalitaires… à grande vitesse.C’est cela qui m’a fait changer d’avis sur le port d’arme.Si toute une population est armée, elle pourra se défendre contre un gouvernement fasciste, et chaque jours que Dieu fait nous avons la preuve que l’europe se transforme en union soviétique à la solde d’élites dégénérées qui n’ont peur de rien.C’est vraiment dommage que les européens soient totalement pacifiés et qu’ils ne possèdent pas une culture des armes à feu. Un signal important sera un controle accru des armes aux USA, je crois avoir lu quelque part qu’ils se dirigent vers un système de balles numérotées !!, lorsque les armes à feu seront controlées ou interdites, c’est que le gouvernement US sera prêt à s’attaquer à peuple.

Le juge des référés du tribunal de Caen annoncera mardi s’il suspend un arrêté de réquisition de médecins libéraux du Calvados dans le cadre de la campagne de vaccination contre la grippe H1N1, comme le lui demande une nouvelle fois l’Union régionale des médecins libéraux (URML).

Mardi dernier le juge avait déjà débouté l’URML, dans le cadre d’un référé liberté sur le même arrêté. Mais l’URML a fait lundi une nouvelle demande, dans le cadre d’un référé suspension.

“L’Etat n’a pas prouvé la carence de volontaires” nécessaire avant de réquisitionner, a argumenté l’avocat de l’URML, Me Fabrice Di Vizio, “les volontaires n’ont pas été sollicités par l’administration, nous en avons la preuve”.

Antoine Livic, chef du service juridique de la préfecture, a répondu que seuls 60 médecins sur 1.200 sollicités s’étaient portés volontaires, et pas forcément là où l’Etat avait besoin d’eux.

La préfecture a besoin de 600 médecins sur la période définie par l’arrêté (12 au 28 novembre), selon lui.

Les médecins libéraux reprochent en outre à l’arrêté de ne pas préciser si la réquisition couvre les situations d’urgence. Ils craignent de pas être couverts par l’Etat en cas d’erreur médicale pendant une intervention d’urgence alors qu’ils ne sont réquisitionnés que pour des entretiens avant vaccination.

Pour M. Livic, la requête de l’URML relève “manifestement de l’intérêt privé à garder leurs cabinets ouverts”, alors que la préfecture agit dans “l’intérêt public” pour prévenir une extension de l’épidémie.

“Les médecins sont indemnisés pendant leur réquisitions, 66 euros (NDLR : brut) de l’heure”, a-t-il ajouté.

“C’est insultant”, a réagi le président de l’URML Antoine Leveneur, après l’audience, “c’est vrai qu’on perd de l’argent à 33 euros net de l’heure mais on n’a jamais mis en avant cet argument”.

C’est bien, il y a des gens qui n’ont pas peur de s’opposer ils ont raison et et je suis de tout coeur avec eux.
Les réquisitions sont illégales et profondémment criminelles, réquisitionner pour empoisoner la population, double action hallucinante.

J’espère que ces médécins vont gagner, et qu’ils ne seront pas réquisitionnés, dans tout les cas, la lutte est la seule option, et l’inaction est tout aussi criminelle que la collaboration.Surtout si vous êtes a courant de la gravité de la situation.

I’ll let the links above do the additional explaining, but I do want to mention at least one of the main points made in the Monitor report, which is related to what I wrote about in terms of the necessity of an “ecosystem” for impact investing. The Monitor graphic below (click to enlarge)  summarizes perfectly the road ahead for impact investing, and as you can see, we are just beginning the “Marketplace Building” stage, or “Ecosystem Building stage,” if you will. The “centers of activity” and “infrastructure” shown below are a perfect parallel to Jeff Bussgang’s ingredients for vibrant venture capital ecosystems.
The next 10 years may very well be a “make or break” period for impact investing. “Will the promise of this moment be realized, making this new domain a major complementary force for providing the capital, talent and creativity needed to address pressing social and environmental challenges? Or will it remain a small, disorganized, underleveraged niche for years or even decades to come?”

The United States does not control its own destiny. Rather it is controlled by an international financial elite, of which the American branch works out of big New York banks like J.P. Morgan Chase, Wall Street investment firms such as Goldman Sachs, and the Federal Reserve System. They in turn control the White House, Congress, the military, the mass media, the intelligence agencies, both political parties, the universities, etc. No one can rise to the top in any of these institutions without the elite’s stamp of approval.

This elite has been around since the nation began, becoming increasingly dominant as the 19th century progressed. A key date was passage of the National Banking Act of 1863, when the system was put into place whereby federal government debt was used to collateralize bank lending. Since then we’ve paid the freight through our taxes for bank control of the economy. The final nails in the coffin came with the passage of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.

In 1929 the bankers plunged the nation into the Great Depression by constricting the money supply. With Franklin D. Roosevelt as president, the nation struggled through the decade of the 1930s but did not pull out of the Depression until the industrial explosion during World War II.

After the war came the Golden Age of the U.S. economy, when the working man, protected by strong labor unions, became a true partner in the prosperity of the industrial age. That era lasted a full generation. The bankers were largely spectators as Americans led the world in exports, standard of living, science and space exploration, and every measure of health, longevity, and culture.

Roosevelt had kept the bankers subservient to the interests of the economy at large. The Federal Reserve was part of the New Deal team, and interest rates were held at historic lows despite a large federal deficit. One main impact was the huge increase in home ownership. After World War II, the G.I. Bill allowed home ownership to grow further and millions of veterans to attend college. The influx of educated graduates led to productivity growth and the emergence of new high-tech industries.

But the bankers were laying their plans. In the early 1950s they got the government to agree to allow the Federal Reserve to escape its subservience to the U.S. Treasury Department and set interest rates on its own. Rates rose throughout the 1950s and 1960s. By the time of the interest rate hikes of 1968, the economy was slowing down. Both federal budget and trade deficits were beginning to replace the post-war surpluses. High interest rates were the likely cause.

In 1971, President Richard Nixon removed the dollar’s gold peg, allowing the huge inflation resulting from oil price increases that the international bankers engineered through control of U.S. foreign policy when Henry Kissinger was national security adviser and secretary of state. Nixon’s opening to China resulted in early agreements, also overseen by banking interests, to begin to transfer U.S. industry to overseas producers like China which had cheap labor costs.

By the mid-1970s, the U.S. had been taken over by a behind the scenes coup-d’etat that included events in 1963 when President John F. Kennedy was assassinated by a conspiracy that could only have been instigated by the highest levels of world financial control. In the election of 1976, David Rockefeller succeeded in placing fellow Trilateral Commission member Jimmy Carter in the White House, but Carter upset the banking community, thoroughly Zionist in orientation, by working toward peace in the Middle East and elsewhere.

I was working in the Carter White House in 1979-80. Unbeknownst to the president, Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker, another Rockefeller protégé, suddenly raised interest rates to fight the inflation the bankers had caused by the OPEC oil price deals, and plunged the nation into recession. Carter was made to look weak and uninformed and was defeated in the election of 1980 by Republican candidate Ronald Reagan. It was through the “Reagan Revolution” that the regulatory controls over the banking industry were lifted, mainly in allowing the banks to use their fractional reserve privileges in making mortgage loans.

Volcker’s recession shattered American manufacturing and hastened the flight of jobs abroad. Under the “Reagan Doctrine,” the U.S. military embarked on an unprecedented mission of world conquest by attacking one small nation at a time, starting with Nicaragua. Global capitalism was also on the march, with the U.S. armed forces its own private police force. With the invasion of Iraq under George H.W. Bush in 1991, mainland Asia was revealed as the principle target.

The economy was floated by productivity gains through computer automation and a huge sell-off of assets through the merger-acquisition bubble of the late 1980s which ended in a recession. This resulted in the defeat of Bush by Bill Clinton in the election of 1992. Clinton was able to create another bubble through a strong dollar policy that attracted foreign capital.

The dot-com bubble that resulted lasted all the way through to the crash of December 2000. Meanwhile, the U.S. Air Force led the way in the destruction of the sovereign state of Yugoslavia, whereby the international bankers took over the resource wealth of the entire Balkan region, and the U.S. military gained forward bases for further incursions into Asia.

Do we need to say that none of this was ever voted on by the American electorate? But they bought into it nevertheless, both with their silence and through participation in a generally favorable job market in the emerging service occupations, particularly finance.

By the time George W. Bush was inaugurated president in January 2001, the U.S. was facing a disaster. $4 trillion in wealth had vanished when the dot.com bubble collapsed. NAFTA caused even more American manufacturing jobs to disappear abroad. The Neocons who were moving into key jobs in the Pentagon knew they would soon have new wars to fight in the Middle East, with invasion plans for Afghanistan and Iraq ready to be pulled off the shelf.

But the U.S. had no economic engine available to generate the tax revenues Bush would need for the planned wars. At this moment Chairman Alan Greenspan of the Federal Reserve stepped in. Over a two year period from 2001-2003 the Fed lowered interest rates by over 500 basis points. Meanwhile, the federal government removed all regulatory controls on mortgage lending, and the housing bubble was on. $4 trillion in new home loans were pumped into the economy, much of it through subprime loans borrowers could not afford.

The Fed began to put on the brakes in 2003, but the mighty work of re-floating a moribund economy had been accomplished. By late 2006 another recession loomed, but it would take two more years before the crisis of October 2008 brought the entire system down.

The impact on the job market was immediate and profound. By the time Barack Obama was elected president in November 2008, the U.S. was mired in seemingly endless wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, and the worst recession since the Great Depression was picking up speed. In order to prevent total disaster, the Bush administration ended its eight years of catastrophic misrule with a flourish, by allocating over $700 billion in financial system bailouts to cover the bad loans the banks had been making since Greenspan gave the housing bubble the green light.

It is now November 2009. Since Barack Obama was inaugurated in January, unemployment has soared from 7.9 percent to 10.2 percent. A few hundred billion dollars were allocated for “stimulus” purposes, but most of that went to pay unemployment benefits and to keep state and local governments from laying off more employees.

A fraction has been distributed for highway improvements, but largely through the bank bailouts the federal deficit has been running at an annual rate of $1.5 trillion, by far the largest in history, with the national debt now topping $12 trillion. Ironically, those Americans who still have productive jobs continue to grow in efficiency, with productivity up over five percent in the last year.

So much federal money has been spent that the Obama administration has been struggling to make its health care proposals budget-neutral through a raft of new taxes, fees, and penalties, and by announcing in recent days that the government’ first priority must now shift to deficit reduction. The word “austerity” has been mentioned for the first time since the Carter administration. Yet Congress voted $655 billion in military expenditures to continue fighting in the Middle East. A U.S. military attack on Iran, possibly in conjunction with Israel, would surprise no one.

So where do we now stand?

At present, the Federal Reserve is trying to prevent a total economic collapse. Interest rates are near-zero, to the chagrin of foreign investors in U.S. Treasury securities, and close to half of new Treasury debt instruments have been bought by the Federal Reserve itself as a way of providing free money for federal government expenditures.

But the U.S. economy shows no signs of coming back, with no economic driver emerging that could bring it back. For all the talk about alternative energy, there has been no significant growth of any home-grown industry that could possibly make up so much lost ground in either the short or the long-term.

The industries in the U.S. that are holding up are the military, including arms exports, universities that are attracting large numbers of students from abroad, especially China, and health care, especially for the aging baby boomer population. But the war industry produces nothing with a long-term economic benefit, and health care exists mainly to treat sick people, not produce anything new.

None of this provides a foundation that can bring about a restoration of prosperity to 300 million people when the jobs of making articles of consumption are increasingly scarce. On top of everything else, since government inevitably looks to its own requirements first, the total tax burden continues to increase to the point where the average employee now pays close to 50 percent of his or her income on taxes of all types, including federal and state income taxes, real estate taxes, payroll taxes, excise taxes, government fees, etc. Plus the cost of utilities continues to rise steadily and threatens to skyrocket if cap-and-trade legislation is passed.

The Obama administration has no plans to deal with any of this. They have projected a budget for 15 years hence that shows the budget deficit decreasing and tax revenues going way up, but it is all lies. They have no roadmap for getting us there and no plans for following the roadmap if it portrayed a realistic goal. And yet the U.S. military is still trying to conquer Asia. It is madness.

And it is madness because the big decisions are not made by the U.S., by Congress, or by the Obama administration. The U.S. has, for half-a-century, been marching to the tune played by the international financial elite, and this fact did not change with the election of 2008. The financiers have put the people of this nation $57 trillion in debt, according to the latest reports, counting debt at the federal, state, business, and household levels. Interest alone on this debt is over $3 trillion of a GDP of $14 trillion. Failure of our political leadership to deal with this tragedy over the past three decades is nothing less than treason.

But then again, at some point the decision was made that the U.S. and its population would be discarded by history, the economic status of the nation reduced to a shadow of what it once was, but that its military machine would be used for the financial elite’s takeover of the world until it is replaced by that of some other nation. All indications are that the next country up to bat as military enforcer for the financiers is China.

There you have it. That, in my opinion, is the past, present, and future of this nation in a nutshell. Great evils have been done in the world in the last century, and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Except…. and that’s what each person caught up in these travesties must decide. What are you going to do about it?

In mulling over this question, it would be wise to recognize that the dominance of the financial elite has largely been exercised through their control of the international monetary system based on bank lending and government debt. Therefore it’s through the monetary system that change can and must be made.

The progressives are wrong to think the government should go deeper in debt to create more jobs. This will just create an even deeper hole of debt future generations will have to crawl out of.

Rather the key is monetary reform, whether at the local or national levels. People have lost control of their ability to earn a living. But change could be accomplished through sovereign control by people and nations of the monetary means of exchange.

This control has been stolen. It is time to take it back. One way would be for the federal government to make a relief payment to each adult of $1,000 a month until the crisis lifted. This money could be earmarked for goods and services produced within the U.S. and used to capitalize a new series of community development banks. I have called this the “Cook Plan.”

The plan could be funded through direct payment from a Treasury relief account without new taxes or government borrowing. The payments would be balanced on the credit side by GDP growth or be used by individuals to pay off debt. It would be direct government spending as was done with Greenbacks before and after the Civil War without significant inflation.

Another method increasingly being used within the U.S. today is local and regional credit clearing exchanges and the use of local currencies or “scrip.” Use of such currencies could be enhanced by legislation at the state and federal levels allowing these currencies to be used for payment of taxes and government fees as well as payment of mortgages and other forms of bank debt. The credit clearing exchanges could be organized as private non-profit regional currency co-operatives similar to credit unions.

These would be immediate emergency measures. In the longer run, sovereign control of money and credit must be returned to the public commons and treated as public utilities. This does not mean exclusive government control to replace bank control. As stated previously, it would be done in partnership between government and private trade exchanges. Nor does it mean government takeover of business, industry, or the banking system, though all should be regulated for the common good and fairly taxed.

This program would lead to a new monetary paradigm where money and credit would be available by, as, when, and where needed, to facilitate trade between and among legitimate producers of goods and services. In this way trade and commerce will come to serve human freedom, not diminish it as is done with today’s dysfunctional partnership between big government trillions of dollars in debt and big finance with the entire world in hock.

Such a change would be a true populist revolution.

For those who may be confused by the controversies surrounding the “New World Order”, a One-World-Government, and American concern over giving the UN more power; those unaware of the issues involved; and those wishing more background, I offer the following.

Originally presented for an Honors Class, “Dilemmas of War and Peace,” at New Mexico State University, the paper was ridiculed and characterized by Dr. Yosef Lapid, (an acknowledged and locally quoted “expert” on Terrorism and Middle Eastern affairs) as “paranoid… possibly a symptom of mental illness.” You may judge for yourself.

Citing source data is the “scientific method,” but does not seem to apply to “Conspiracy Theories.” A thousand sources may be quoted, yet will not convince the “skeptics,” the “realists.” It seems to me the “symptoms of mental illness” are on their side, if they refuse to look at evidence (“There are none so blind as those who WILL not see”); or perhaps something more sinister is at work, such as a knowledge of the truth, that does not want YOU to know.

To be paranoid means to believe in delusions of danger and persecution. If the danger is real, and the evidence credible, then it cannot be delusional. To ignore the evidence, and hope that it CANNOT be true, is more an evidence of mental illness.

The issue involves much more than a difference of philosophy, or political viewpoint. Growing up in the midst of the “Cold War,” our generation were taught that those who attempted to abolish our national sovereignty and overthrow our Constitutional government were committing acts of treason. Please judge for yourself if the group discussed is guilty of such.

If one group is effectively in control of national governments and multinational corporations; promotes world government through control of media, foundation grants, and education; and controls and guides the issues of the day; then they control most options available. The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and the financial powers behind it, have done all these things, and promote the “New World Order”, as they have for over seventy years.

The CFR is the promotional arm of the Ruling Elite in the United States of America. Most influential politicians, academics and media personalities are members, and it uses its influence to infiltrate the New World Order into American life. Its’ “experts” write scholarly pieces to be used in decision making, the academics expound on the wisdom of a united world, and the media members disseminate the message.

To understand how the most influential people in America came to be members of an organization working purposefully for the overthrow of the Constitution and American sovereignty, we have to go back at least to the early 1900’s, though the story begins much earlier (depending on your viewpoint and beliefs).

That a ruling power elite does indeed control the U.S. government behind the scenes has been attested to by many americans in a position to know. Felix Frankfurter, Justice of the Supreme Court (1939-1962), said: “The real rulers in Washington are invisible and exercise power from behind the scenes.” In a letter to an associate dated November 21, 1933, President Franklin Roosevelt wrote, “The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson.” February 23, 1954.

Senator William Jenner warned in a speech: “Outwardly we have a Constitutional government. We have operating within our government and political system, another body representing another form of government, a bureaucratic elite which believes our Constitution is outmoded.”

Baron M.A. Rothschild wrote, “Give me control over a nation’s currency and I care not who makes its laws.”

All that is needed to effectively control a government is to have control over the nation’s money: a central bank with a monopoly over the supply of money and credit. This had been done in Western Europe, with the creation of privately owned central banks such as the Bank of England.

Georgetown professor Dr. Carroll Quigley (Bill Clinton’s mentor while at Georgetown) wrote about the goals of the investment bankers who control central banks: “… nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole… controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences.”

The Bank of the United States (1816-36), an early attempt at an American central bank, was abolished by President Andrew Jackson, who believed that it threatened the nation. He wrote: “The bold effort the present bank had made to control the government, the distress it had wantonly produced…are but premonitions of the fate that awaits the American people should they be deluded into a perpetuation of this institution or the establishment of another like it.”

Thomas Jefferson wrote: “The Central Bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility existing against the principles and form of our Constitution…if the American people allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

Does that not describe the situation in America today?

The U.S. managed to do without a central bank until early in this century, when, according to Congressman Charles Lindbergh, Sr., “The Money Trust caused the 1907 panic, and thereby forced Congress to create a National Monetary Commission.” Headed by Senator Nelson Aldrich, father-in-law of John D. Rockefeller, Jr., the Commission recommended creation of a central bank.

Though unconstitutional, as only “The Congress shall have Power…To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof…” (Article I, Section 8, U.S. Constitution) the Federal Reserve Act was passed in December 1913; ostensibly to stabilize the economy and prevent further panics, but as Lindberg warned Congress: “This act establishes the most gigantic trust on earth…the invisible government by the money power, proven to exist by the Money Trust investigation, will be legalized.” The Great Depression and numerous recessions later, it is obvious the Federal Reserve produces inflation and federal debt whenever it desires, but not stability.

Congressman Louis McFadden, House Committee on Banking and Currency Chairman (1920-31), stated: “When the Federal Reserve Act was passed, the people of these United States did not perceive that a world banking system was being set up here. A super-state controlled by international bankers and industrialists…acting together to enslave the world…Every effort has been made by the Fed to conceal its powers but the truth is–the Fed has usurped the government.”

Although called “Federal,” the Federal Reserve system is privately owned by member banks, makes its own policies, and is not subject to oversight by Congress or the President. As the overseer and supplier of reserves, the Fed gave banks access to public funds, which enhanced their lending capacity.

Peter Kershaw, in “Economic Solutions” lists the ten major shareholders of the Federal Reserve Bank System as: Rothschild: London and Berlin; Lazard Bros: Paris; Israel Seiff: Italy; Kuhn- Loeb Company: Germany; Warburg: Hamburg and Amsterdam; Lehman Bros: New York; Goldman and Sachs: New York; Rockefeller: New York. (That most, if not all of these families just happen to be Jewish, you may judge the significance of yourself). The balance of stock is owned by major commercial member banks.

According to Devvy Kidd, “Why A Bankrupt America?” The Federal Reserve pays the Bureau of Engraving & Printing approximately $23 for each 1,000 notes printed. 10,000 $100 notes (one million dollars) would thus cost the Federal Reserve $230. They then secure a pledge of collateral equal to the face value from the U.S. government. The collateral is our land, labor, and assets… collected by their agents, the IRS. By authorizing the Fed to regulate and create money (and thus inflation), Congress gave private banks power to create profits at will.

As Lindberg put it: “The new law will create inflation whenever the trusts want inflation…they can unload the stocks on the people at high prices during the excitement and then bring on a panic and buy them back at low prices…the day of reckoning is only a few years removed.” That day came in 1929, with the Stock Market crash and Great Depression.

One of the most important powers given to the Fed was the right to buy and sell government securities, and provide loans to member banks so they might also purchase them. This provided another built-in mechanism for profit to the banks, if government debt was increased. All that was needed was a method to pay off the debt. This was accomplished through the passage of the income tax in 1913.

A national income tax was declared unconstitutional in 1895 by the Supreme Court, so a constitutional amendment was proposed in Congress by none other than …Senator Nelson Aldrich. As presented to the American people it seemed reasonable enough: income tax on only one percent of income under $20,000, with the assurance that it would never increase.

Since it was graduated, the tax would “soak the rich”, …but the rich had other plans, already devising a method of protecting wealth. As described by Gary Allen in his 1976 book “The Rockefeller File,” “By the time the (16th) Amendment had been approved by the states, the Rockefeller Foundation was in full operation…about the same time that Judge Kenesaw Landis was ordering the breakup of the Standard Oil monopoly…John D…not only avoided taxes by creating four great tax-exempt foundations; he used them as repositories for his ‘divested’ interests…made his assets non-taxable so that they might be passed down through generations without…estate and gift taxes…Each year the Rockefellers can dump up to half their incomes into their pet foundations and deduct the “donations” from their income tax.”

Exchanging ownership for control of wealth, foundations are also a handy means for promoting interests that benefit the wealthy. Millions of foundation dollars have been “donated” to causes such as promoting the use of drugs, while degrading preventive medicine. Since many drugs are made from coal tar derivatives, both oil companies and drug manufacturing concerns (many Rockefeller owned or controlled) are the main beneficiaries.

With the means to loan enormous sums to the government (the Federal Reserve), a method to repay the debt (income tax), and an escape from taxation for the wealthy, (foundations), all that remained was an excuse to borrow money. By some happy “coincidence,” in 1914 World War I began, and after American participation national debt rose from $1 billion to $25 billion.

Woodrow Wilson was elected President in 1913, beating incumbent William Howard Taft, who had vowed to veto legislation establishing a central bank. To divide the Republican vote and elect the relatively unknown Wilson, J.P. Morgan and Co. poured money into the candidacy of Teddy Roosevelt and his Progressive Party.

According to an eyewitness, Wilson was brought to Democratic Party headquarters in 1912 by Bernard Baruch, a wealthy banker. He received an “indoctrination course” from those he met, and in return agreed, if elected: to support the projected Federal Reserve and the income tax, and “listen” to advice in case of war in Europe and on the composition of his cabinet.

Wilson’s top advisor during his two terms was a man named Colonel Edward M. House. House’s biographer, Charles Seymour, called him the “unseen guardian angel” of the Federal Reserve Act, helping to guide it through Congress. Another biographer wrote that House believed: “…the Constitution, product of eighteenth-century minds…was thoroughly outdated; that the country would be better off if the Constitution could be scrapped and rewritten…” House wrote a book entitled “Philip Dru: Administrator,” published anonymously in 1912. The hero, Philip Dru, rules America and introduces radical changes, such as a graduated income tax, a central bank, and a “league of nations.”

World War I produced both a large national debt, and huge profits for those who had backed Wilson. Baruch was appointed head of the War Industries Board, where he exercised dictatorial power over the national economy. He and the Rockefellers were reported to have earned over $200 million during the war. Wilson backer Cleveland Dodge sold munitions to the allies, while J.P. Morgan loaned them hundreds of millions, with the protection of U.S. entry into the war.

While profit was certainly a motive, the war was also useful to justify the notion of world government. William Hoar reveals in “Architects of Conspiracy” that during the 1950s, government investigators examining the records of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a long- time promoter of globalism, found that several years before the outbreak of World War I, the Carnegie trustees were planning to involve the U.S. in a general war, to set the stage for world government.

The main obstacle was that Americans did not want any involvement in European wars. Some kind of incident, such as the explosion of the battleship Main, which provoked the Spanish – American war, would have to be provided as provocation. This occurred when the Lusitania, carrying 128 Americans on board, was sunk by a German submarine, and anti-German sentiment was aroused. When war was declared, U.S. propaganda portrayed all Germans as Huns and fanged serpents, and all Americans opposing the war as traitors.

What was not revealed at the time, however, was that the Lusitania was transporting war munitions to England, making it a legitimate target for the Germans. Even so, they had taken out large ads in the New York papers, asking that Americans not take passage on the ship.

The evidence seems to point to a deliberate plan to have the ship sunk by the Germans. Colin Simpson, author of “The Lusitania,” wrote that Winston Churchill, head of the British Admiralty during the war, had ordered a report to predict the political impact if a passenger ship carrying Americans was sunk. German naval codes had been broken by the British, who knew approximately where all U-boats near the British Isles were located.

According to Simpson, Commander Joseph Kenworthy, of British Naval Intelligence, stated: “The Lusitania was deliberately sent at considerably reduced speed into an area where a U-boat was known to be waiting…escorts withdrawn.” Thus, even though Wilson had been reelected in 1916 with the slogan “He kept us out of war,” America soon found itself fighting a European war. Actually, Colonel House had already negotiated a secret agreement with England, committing the U.S. to the conflict. It seems the American public had little say in the matter.

With the end of the war and the Versailles Treaty, which required severe war reparations from Germany, the way was paved for a leader in Germany such as Hitler. Wilson brought to the Paris Peace Conference his famous “fourteen points,” with point fourteen being a proposal for a “general association of nations,” which was to be the first step towards the goal of One World Government-the League of Nations.

Wilson’s official biographer, Ray Stannard Baker, revealed that the League was not Wilson’s idea. “…not a single idea–in the Covenant of the League was original with the President.” Colonel House was the author of the Covenant, and Wilson had merely rewritten it to conform to his own phraseology.

The League of Nations was established, but it, and the plan for world government eventually failed because the U.S. Senate would not ratify the Versailles Treaty.

Pat Robertson, in “The New World Order,” states that Colonel House, along with other internationalists, realized that America would not join any scheme for world government without a change in public opinion.

After a series of meetings, it was decided that an “Institute of International Affairs”, with two branches, in the United States and England, would be formed.

The British branch became known as the Royal Institute of International Affairs, with leadership provided by members of the Round Table. Begun in the late 1800’s by Cecil Rhodes, the Round Table aimed to federate the English speaking peoples of the world, and bring it under their rule.

The Council on Foreign Relations was incorporated as the American branch in New York on July 29, 1921. Founding members included Colonel House, and “…such potentates of international banking as J.P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Paul Warburg, Otto Kahn, and Jacob Schiff…the same clique which had engineered the establishment of the Federal Reserve System,” according to Gary Allen in the October 1972 issue of “AMERICAN OPINION.”

The founding president of the CFR was John W. Davis, J.P. Morgan’s personal attorney, while the vice-president was Paul Cravath, also representing the Morgan interests. Professor Carroll Quigley characterized the CFR as “…a front group for J.P. Morgan and Company in association with the very small American Round Table Group.” Over time Morgan influence was lost to the Rockefellers, who found that one world government fit their philosophy of business well. As John D. Rockefeller, Sr. had said: “Competition is a sin,” and global monopoly fit their needs as they grew internationally.

Antony Sutton, a research fellow for the Hoover Institution for War, Revolution, and Peace at Stanford University, wrote of this philosophy: “While monopoly control of industries was once the objective of J.P. Morgan and J.D. Rockefeller, by the late nineteenth century the inner sanctums of Wall Street understood the most efficient way to gain an unchallenged monopoly was to ‘go political’ and make society go to work for the monopolists– under the name of the public good and the public interest.”

Frederick C. Howe revealed the strategy of using government in a 1906 book, “Confessions of a Monopolist”: “These are the rules of big business…Get a monopoly; let society work for you; and remember that the best of all business is politics…”

As corporations went international, national monopolies could no longer protect their interests. What was needed was a one world system of government controlled from behind the scenes. This had been the plan since the time of Colonel House, and to implement it, it was necessary to weaken the U.S. politically and economically.

During the 1920’s, America enjoyed a decade of prosperity, fueled by the easy availability of credit. Between 1923 and 1929 the Federal Reserve expanded the money supply by sixty-two percent. When the stock market crashed, many small investors were ruined, but not “insiders.” In March of 1929 Paul Warburg issued a tip the Crash was coming, and the largest investors got out of the market, according to Allen and Abraham in “None Dare Call it Conspiracy.”

With their fortunes intact, they were able to buy companies for a fraction of their worth. Shares that had sold for a dollar might now cost a nickel, and the buying power, and wealth, of the rich increased enormously.

Louis McFadden, Chairman of the House Banking Committee declared: “It was not accidental. It was a carefully contrived occurrence…The international bankers sought to bring about a condition of despair here so that they might emerge as rulers of us all.”

Curtis Dall, son-in-law of FDR and a syndicate manager for Lehman Brothers, an investment firm, was on the N.Y. Stock Exchange floor the day of the crash. In “FDR: My Exploited Father-In-Law,” he states: “…it was the calculated ’shearing’ of the public by the World-Money powers triggered by the planned sudden shortage of call money in the New York Market.”

The Crash paved the way for the man Wall Street had groomed for the presidency, FDR. Portrayed as a “man of the little people”, the reality was that Roosevelt’s family had been involved in New York banking since the eighteenth century.

Frederic Delano, FDR’s uncle, served on the original Federal Reserve Board. FDR attended Groton and Harvard, and in the 1920’s worked on Wall Street, sitting on the board of directors of eleven different corporations.

Dall wrote of his father-in-law: “…Most of his thoughts, his political ‘ammunition,’…were carefully manufactured for him in advance by the CFR-One World Money group. Brilliantly… he exploded that prepared ‘ammunition’ in the middle of an unsuspecting target, the American people–and thus paid off and retained his internationalist political support.”

Taking America off the gold standard in 1934, FDR opened the way to unrestrained money supply expansion, decades of inflation–and credit revenues for banks. Raising gold prices from $20 an ounce to $35, FDR and Treasury Secretary Henry Morgenthau, Jr. (son of a founding CFR member), gave international bankers huge profits.

FDR’s most remembered program, the New Deal, could only be financed through heavy borrowing. In effect, those who had caused the Depression loaned America the money to recover from it. Then, through the National Recovery Administration, proposed by Bernard Baruch in 1930, they were put in charge of regulating the economy. FDR appointed Baruch disciple Hugh Johnson to run the NRA, assisted by CFR member Gerard Swope. With broad powers to regulate wages, prices, and working conditions, it was, as Herbert Hoover wrote in his memoirs: “…pure fascism;…merely a remaking of Mussolini’s ‘corporate state’…” The Supreme Court eventually ruled the NRA unconstitutional.

During the FDR years, the Council on Foreign Relations captured the political life of the U.S. Besides Treasury Secretary Morgenthau, other CFR members included Secretary of State Edward Stettinus, War Secretary Henry Stimson, and Assistant Secretary of State Sumner Welles.

Since 1934 almost every United States Secretary of State has been a CFR member; and ALL Secretaries of War or Defense, from Henry L. Stimson through Richard Cheney.

The CIA has been under CFR control almost continuously since its creation, starting with Allen Dulles, founding member of the CFR and brother of Secretary of State under President Eisenhower, John Foster Dulles. Allen Dulles had been at the Paris Peace Conference, joined the CFR in 1926, and later became its president.

John Foster Dulles had been one of Woodrow Wilson’s young proteges at the Paris Peace Conference. A founding member of the CFR…he was an in-law of the Rockefellers, Chairman of the Board of the Rockefeller Foundation, and Board Chairman of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

In 1940 FDR defeated internationalist Wendell Willkie, who wrote a book entitled “One World,” and later became a CFR member. Congressman Usher Burdick protested at the time on the floor of the House that Willkie was being financed by J.P. Morgan and the New York utility bankers. Polls showed few Republicans favored him, yet the media portrayed him as THE Republican candidate.

Since that time nearly ALL presidential candidates have been CFR members. President Truman, who was not a member, was advised by a group of “wise men,” all six of whom were CFR members, according to Gary Allen. In 1952 and 1956, CFR Adlai Stevenson challenged CFR Eisenhower.

In 1960, CFR Kennedy (who was probably killed because he had the courage NOT to go along with all their plans) CFR Nixon. In 1964 the GOP stunned the Establishment by nominating its candidate over Nelson Rockefeller.

Rockefeller and the CFR wing proceeded to picture Barry Goldwater as a dangerous radical. In 1968 CFR Nixon ran against CFR Humphrey. The 1972 “contest” featured CFR Nixon vs. CFR McGovern.

CFR candidates for president include George McGovern, Walter Mondale, Edmund Muskie, John Anderson, and Lloyd Bentsen. In 1976 we had Jimmy Carter, who is a member of the Trilateral Commission, created by David Rockefeller and CFR member Zbigniew Brzezinski with the goal of economic linkage between Japan, Europe, and the United States, and: “…managing the world economy…a smooth and peaceful evolution of the global system.” We have also had (though his name strangely disappears from the membership list in 1979) CFR director (1977-79) George Bush, and last but not least, CFR member Bill Clinton.

They have all promoted the “New World Order,” controlled by the United Nations. The problem is that “…the present United Nations organization is actually the creation of the CFR and is housed on land in Manhattan donated to it by the family of current CFR chairman David Rockefeller,” as Pat Robertson describes it.

The original concept for the UN was the outcome of the Informal Agenda Group, formed in 1943 by Secretary of State Cordell Hull. All except Hull were CFR members, and Isaiah Bowman, a founding member of the CFR, originated the idea.

The American delegation to the San Francisco meeting that drafted the charter of the United Nations in 1949 included CFR members Nelson Rockefeller, John Foster Dulles, John McCloy, and CFR members who were communist agents–Harry Dexter White, Owen Lattimore, and the Secretary-General of the conference, Alger Hiss. In all, the Council sent forty-seven of its members in the United States delegation, effectively controlling the outcome.

Since that time the CFR and its friends in the mass media (largely controlled by CFR members such as Katherine Graham of the “Washington Post” and Henry Luce of” Time, Life”), foundations, and political groups have lobbied consistently to grant the United Nations more authority and power. Bush and the Gulf War were but one of the latest calls for a “New World Order.”

Admiral Chester Ward, a member of the CFR for over a decade, became one of its harshest critics, revealing its inner workings in a 1975 book, “Kissinger ON THE COUCH.” In it he states “The most powerful cliques in these elitist groups have one objective in common: they want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty and national independence of the United States.”

Most members are one-world-government ideologists whose long- term goals were officially summed up in September 1961 State Department Document 7277, adopted by the Nixon Administration: “…elimination of all armed forces and armaments except those needed to maintain internal order within states and to furnish the United Nations with peace forces…by the time it (UN global government) would be so strong no nation could challenge it.”

Within the CFR there exists a “much smaller group but more powerful…made up of Wall Street international bankers and their key agents. Primarily, they want the world banking monopoly from whatever power ends up in control of the global government …This CFR faction is headed by the Rockefeller brothers,” according to Ward.

What must be remembered is that this is not some lunatic- fringe group…these are members of one of the most powerful private organizations in the world: the people who determine and control American economic, social, political, and military policy. Members’ influence and control extends to “leaders in academia, public service, business, and the media,” according to the CFR 1993 “Annual Report.”

Their founding they describe as: “American Participants in the Paris Peace Conference decided that it was time for more private Americans to become familiar with the increasing responsibilities and obligations of the United States…there was a need for an organization able to provide for the continuous study of U.S. foreign police for the BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS (emphasis mine) and a wider audience of interested Americans.”

They sponsor hundreds of programs, where members “exchange views with American and foreign officials and policy experts… discuss foreign policy issues…consider international issues of concern to the business community” (Corporate business), and “…affiliated groups of community leaders throughout the United states…meet with decision makers.”

The CFR states that it is “host to many views, advocate of none,” and it “has no affiliation with the U.S. government.” No, no affiliation at all, if you don’t count: “A Council member was elected president of the United States…Dozens of other Council colleagues were called to serve in cabinet and sub-cabinet positions,” as they describe it in “Foreign Affairs,” along with many members of Congress, the Supreme Court, the Joint Chiefs, the Federal Reserve, and many other Federal bureaucrats.

They are not AFFILIATED with government, they ARE the government, in effect.

One re-occurring view was stated in the 50th anniversary issue of “Foreign Affairs,” the official publication of the CFR. In an article by Kingman Brewster, Jr. entitled “Reflections on Our National Purpose.” Our purpose should be, according to him, to do away with our nationality, to “take some risks in order to invite others to pool their sovereignty with ours…”

These “risks” include disarming to the point where we would be helpless against the “peace-keeping” forces of a global UN government. We should happily surrender our sovereignty to the world government in the interests of the “world community.”

Today we have the spectacle of Spc. 4 Michael New, a U.S. soldier in Germany who refuses to wear the uniform of the UN, facing an “administrative discharge.” He states rightly that he swore an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution, not the United Nations. Many other Americans have taken that same oath, such as myself, and believe it is our sworn duty still to defend the Constitution, since an oath sworn before God must be fulfilled. (Why else do we swear to tell the truth in our courts, or when taking public office?) Is it a crime these days to actually BELIEVE in God and the oath that was taken?

James Warburg, son of CFR founder Paul Warburg, and a member of FDR’s “brain trust,” testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on February 17, 1950, “We shall have world government whether or not you like it–by conquest or consent.”

They are a group that actually has the power to do it, and is doing it every day, bit by bit.

CFR Members in the mass media, education, and entertainment push their propaganda of “humanism” and world brotherhood. We should all live in peace under a world government, and forget about such selfish things as nationalities and patriotism. We can solve our own problems. We don’t need God, or morals, or values: it’s all relative, anyway, right?…Because if we actually had some moral character and values, we might be able to discern that these people are actually EVIL.

The Bible says that the LOVE of money is the root of all evil (1 Tim. 6:10). These people are evil because they love money and power, and greed drives them to do anything to achieve their goals. They have lost all morality and conscience, and believe such concepts, as well as our Constitution, “outdated”.

THAT is insanity–to have more wealth than can be spent, and still it is never enough. They have to control governments, start wars, conspire to rule the world; least the “common people” wake up to how they have gained their wealth, take it away from them, and demand that they pay the price for their crimes.

That is why they constantly pit us one against the other, with “Diversity,” Affirmative Action, and other programs,…black against white, men against women, rural against urban, ranchers against environmentalists, and on and on…least we look in their direction.

We The People are held to a much higher standard. If we threaten the President or a public official, we are charged with a crime…yet the One-World-Gang can threaten the Constitution and the liberties of We The People, the sovereign rulers of this nation, and nothing is said or done.

Perhaps they do not fear what Man can do to them… they believe they have arranged everything, and their power and wealth will prevail in this world. However, those among them who have sworn an oath before God to uphold and defend the Constitution: the President, members of Congress, and the military; may find one day that they do indeed have something to fear.

Colonel House, the fallen angel, still has relatives controlling the CFR. Karen Elliot House is Chairman of the Membership Committee, and a member of the Nominating Committee, along with Jeane Kirkpatrick. David Rockefeller is now “Honorary Chairman of the Board”, after serving as Chairman 1970-1985; and “Director Emeritus,” after serving as a Director 1949-1985. Peter G. Peterson is Chairman, Admiral B. R. Inman is Vice Chairman, while Thomas Foley and Jeane Kirkpatrick are Directors serving on the Executive Committee.

These “private citizens” have access to government officials and policy makers as often as they wish, yet the results of their meetings can only be given to other government officials, corporate officers, or law partners. Participants are forbidden to transmit an attributed statement to any public medium, such as newspapers or TV, where there is “risk that it will promptly be widely circulated or published,” as the “Annual Report” puts it.

Should not OUR public officials be forbidden to meet in secret with private groups? Public officials should only be allowed to discuss public business and policy in a public forum. The Public…remember US?

There is much more to say about this group and their plans for America. Gary Allen, in “The Rockefeller File,” states that they are behind the many regional government plans, which would abolish city, county, and state lines, leaving us at the mercy of federal bureaucrats; and behind the push for “land use” controls. They want “federal control of everything. Since they intend to control the federal government…”

There are also the many allegations of involvement in gun running, drug smuggling, prostitution and sex slaves; and the many mysterious assassinations and “suicides” of witnesses and others who get too close to the truth…but that is another story.

Conspiratia fluoruriiIstoria introducerii cu forta a fluorurii in oameni prin procesul de fluorurare a apei potabile este dominata de minciuni, lacomie si inselaciune. Guvernele care au acceptat fluorura ca adaus in apa potabila sustin ca aceasta este sigura, benefica si necesara, desi dovezile stiintifice arata ca fluorura nu este sigura atunci cand este ingerata si ca zonele in care apa este fluorurata au o rata crescuta de cancer, carii dentare, fluoroza dentara, osteoporoza si alte probleme de sanatate. Sub presiunea exercitata de industria aluminiului, de companiile farmaceutice si de fabricile de armament, fluorura continua sa fie utilizata in tratarea apei in toata America de Nord si, ca urmare a unor actiuni legale recente impotriva companiilor care fluorureaza apa potabila, s-a creat un precedent care va face imposibila in viitor indepartarea fluorurarii. Exista o rezistenta tot mai mare in ceea ce priveste adaugarea de fluorura toxica la tratarea apei, dar din pacate, fluorura a devenit “sangele vital al economiei industriale moderne” (Bryson 2004) si cei care practica fluorurarea apei au pus prea multi bani in joc. Minciunile legate de beneficiile fluorurarii apei vor continua sa hraneasca publicul, nu in folosul sanatatii unui numar mare de persoane, ci pentru profitul financiar al complexului militaro-industrial.

Povestea incepe in 1924, cand Interessen Gemeinschaft Farben (I.G.Farben), o firma producatoare de substante chimice, a inceput sa primeasca imprumuturi de la bancherii americani, ceea ce a condus treptat la infiintarea unui cartel imens I.G. Farben. In 1928 Henry Ford si American Standard Oil Company (familia Rockefeller) a fuzionat cu I.G.Farben si la inceputul anilor ‘30, erau mai mult de o suta de corporatii americane care aveau acorduri economice de cooperare in Germania. Afacerea I.G.Farben in America era controlata de un holding, American I.G. Farben, care avea la conducere pe urmatorii: Edsel Ford, presedinte la Ford Motor Comany, Chas E. Mitchell, presedinte al Rockefeller’s National Bank of New York, Walter Teagle, presedinte al Standard Oil New York, Paul Warburg, presedinte al Federal Reserve and Brother of Max Warburg, finantator al razboiului german, Herman Metz, unul din directorii de la Banca din Manhattan, controlata de compania Warburg si un numar de alti membri, dintre care trei au fost cercetati si condamnati ca si criminali germani de razboi pentru crime impotriva umanitatii. In 1939 ca urmare a conventiei Alted, Compania Americana a Aluminiului (American Aluminium Comany -ALCOA), pe atunci cel mai mare producator din lume de fluorura de sodiu si Dow Chemical Company au transferat tehnologia lor in Germania. Colgate, Kellogg, Dupont si alte companii au semnat o conventie de infiintare a unui cartel cu I.G. Farben, formand astfel un grup – lobby puternic numit pe drept “mafia fluorurii”.

La sfarsitul celui de-al II-lea Razboi Mondial, guvernul SUA l-a trimis pe Charles Eliot Perkins, un cercetator din domeniul chimiei, biochimiei, fiziologiei si patologiei, sa coordoneze vastele uzine chimice Farben din Germania. Chimistii germani i-au spus lui Perkins despre o program desfasurat in timpul razboiului si care a fost acceptat de conducerea germana. Ei au prezentat incercarea lor de a controla populatia din indiferent ce zona prin tratarea apei potabile cu fluorura de sodiu, o tactica folosita in Germania si Rusia pe campul de lupta pentru a-i face pe prizonierii de razboi “prosti si docili” (Stephen, 1995).

Conspiratia fluoruriiFarben a dezvoltat in timpul razboiului un proiect de fluorurare a apei in tarile ocupate deoarece s-a descoperit ca fluorurarea produce distrugeri usoare intr-o anumita zona din creier facand astfel, pentru cel afectat, dificila apararea libertatii, individul devenind mai docil in fata autoritatilor. Fluorura ramane una dintre cele mai puternice substante anti-psihotice cunoscute si reprezinta circa 25% din majoritatea tranchilizantelor. S-ar putea sa nu para surprinzator faptul ca regimul lui Hitler a practicat conceptul de control al mintii prin intermediul substantelor chimice, dar armata americana a continuat cercetarile naziste cautand tehnici ce produc incapacitatea inamicului sau a intregii natiuni. Asa cum se arata in raportul Rockefeller, o directiva prezindentiala privind activitatea CIA, “programul medicamentelor a fost o parte dintr-un program CIA mult mai larg de cercetare privind controlul comportamentului uman” (Stephen, 1995).

Mitul “prevenirii cariei dentare” asociat cu fluorura, provine din 1939 cand in Statele Unite un chimist cu numele Gerald J. Cox, angajat la ALCOA – cel mai mare producator de deseuri toxice cu fluorura si care la vremea respectiva a fost acuzat pentru daunele provocate de aceste deseuri, a tratat cu fluorura niste cobai de laborator, a concluzionat ca fluorura reduce cariile dentare si a sustinut ca poate fi introdusa in reteaua nationala de apa potabila. In 1947, Oscar E Ewing, care timp indelungat a fost avocatul ALCOA, a fost desemnat ca sef al Agentei Federale de Securitate (Federal Agency Security), o pozitie care l-a plasat sub controlul Serviciului Public pentru Sanatate (Public Health Service – PHS). In urmatorii trei ani, 87 de orase americane au inceput fluorurarea apei potabile, incluzand aici si studiul din Michigan privind fluorurarea apei, eliminandu-se astfel cercetarile stiintifice privind beneficiul si siguranta utilizarii fluorurii inainte de a fi complet finalizate.

Conspiratia fluoruriiProgramul american “educatie si cercetare” a fost fondat de industriile aluminiului, ingrasaminetelor si armelor in cautarea unui debuseu pentru cantitatile din ce in ce mai mari de deseuri industriale de fluorura paralel cu cresterea profiturilor. “Descoperirea” conform careia fluorura este benefica pentru dantura a fost platita de aceste industrii care trebuiau sa se apere de “procesele cu muncitorii si comunitatile otravite de emisiile industriale de fluoruri” (Bryson, 1995) si sa transforme responsabilitea intr-o afacere. Fluorura, un deseu rezultat din industria explozivivilor, a fertilizatorilor si a altor produse “necesare” a fost considerata toxica si cu factor de risc pana ce i s-a gasit o “utilizare” in America, in tratarea apei potabile. Printr-o reeducare publica vicleana, fluorura, considerata mai demult un deseu toxic, a devenit un ingredient activ in pesticidele fluorurate, fungicide, rodenticide, anestezice, tranchilizante, produse farmaceutice fluorurate precum si intr-un numar mare de produse industriale si de uz casnic, geluri dentare cu fluoruri, produse de clatire si paste de dinti. Fluorura este in asemenea masura parte a industriilor multibilionare si a castigurilor farmaceutice, incat orice retragere a “pro-fluorurarii” este financiar imposibila, de neconceput pe cale legala si cu efect devastator pentru cariera si reputatia industriilor amintite mai sus.

Edward Bernays, cunoscut ca “doctorul cu mai multe fete” si ca parinte al PR, organizatie infiintata de industriasii americani in incercarea de a convinge publicul sa accepte fluorurarea, a inceput o campanie de inselaciune pentru convingerea opiniei publice. Barnays explica cum “orice idee poate fi practic acceptata daca doctorii sunt de acord. Publicul este dispus sa o accepte pentru ca doctorul este o autoritate pentru cei mai multi oameni, indiferent de ceea ce stie sau nu stie” (Bryson, 2004). Doctorii care au acceptat fluorura nu stiau ca cercetarea care discrediteaza fluorurarea a fost suprimata sau ca nu a fost facuta asa cum era normal la inceput. Fluorura a fost egalata cu progresul stiintific si de atunci a fost prezentata publicului ca si substanta care intareste sanatatea, a fost adusa in mediul inconjurator spre binele copiilor iar cei care s-au opus au fost inlaturati fiind considerati excentrici, excroci, sarlatani sau nebuni. Ca urmare a ofensivei necrutatoare a PR dar si ca urmare a toxicitatii moderate, fluorura a devenit imperturbabila la orice critica.

Documentele Armatei Americane recent deconspirate cum ar fi Proiectul Manhattan, indica fluorura ca si substanta chimica cheie la fabricarea bombei atomice fiind necesare milioane de tone pentru obtinerea bombelor cu uraniu si plutoniu. Otravirea cu fluorura, nu datorita radiatiilor, a reiesit ca factor de risc important atat pentru muncitori cat si pentru comunitatile invecinate. Oamenii de stiinta, specialisti in bombe nucleare au primit ordinul de a furniza probe utile pentru aparare in caz de litigiu, asa incat au inceput sa testeze in secret fluorura in spitale ascunse sau, rusinos, pe copiii retardati mental. Journal of American Dental Association in numarul din august 1948 arata cum dovezile privind efectele adverse ale fluorurii au fost cenzurate de Comisia Americana pentru Energie Atomica (US Atomic Energy Commission) din motive de “securitate nationala” (Griffiths, 1998). Singura “usurare” a raportului este faptul ca in doze mici fluorura este netoxica pentru om.

Conspiratia fluoruriiIn perioada Razboiului Rece, Dr. Harold C. Hodge, care a fost toxicologul Proiectului Manhattan al armatei SUA, a fost principalul promotor al fluorurarii apei. In timp ce Dr. Hodge asigura Congresul privind siguranta fluorurarii apei, a condus unul dintre primele experimente publice nationale privind fluorurarea apei in Newburgh, New York, studiind in secret probe biologice ale cetatenilor din Newburgh in laboratorul sau de la Universitatea Rochester. Deoarece nu exista constrangeri legale privind suprimarea unor date stintifice, singura concluzie publicata in urma acestor experimente a fost aceea ca fluorura este netoxica in doze mici, un verdict de mare ajutor pentru armata americana care se temea de procese de vatamare din partea muncitorilor din instalatiile nucleare sau din fabricile de munitie. Poluarea cu fluorura a fost una din cele mai mari probleme legale ale sectorului industrial din Statele Unite in perioada razboiului rece. Un grup secret al unei coorporatii de avocati, cunoscut sub numele Fluorine Lawyers Commitee si care include ca membri US Steel, ALCOA, Kaise Auminum si Reynolds Metals, au initiat cercetari la Kettering Laboratory de la Universitatea din Cincinnati, pentru a “furniza arme” (Bryson, 2004) de aparare a coorporatiilor care se luptau cu valuri de revendicari ale cetatenilor pentru vatamari aduse de fluorura. Fluorine Lawyers Commitee si ambasadorii lor medicali au fost in contact personal si frecvent cu oficialii federali ai Institutul National de Cercetari Dentare (National Institute for Dental Research) si au fost implicati in “inmormantarea” celor 40 de ani de studii facute la Kettering Laboratory, care aratau, in testele pe animalele de laborator, ca fluorura otraveste plamanii si nodulii limfatici. Nu s-au gasit si daca au fost nu s-au publicat niciodata lucrari private, date privind cenzurarea acelor informatii care indica un dubiu stiintific in ceea ce priveste siguranta fluorurii.

In perioada anilor 1990, cercetarile conduse de Phillis Mullenix, toxicologul de la Harvard, au aratat ca fluorura in apa poate conduce la scaderea IQ-ului si produce in cobai simptome ce pot fi asemanate cu hiperactivitatea si deficitul de atentie (ADHD). Cu cateva zile inainte ca cercetarea ei sa fie acceptata spre publicare, Mullenix a fost concediata din functia de sef a departamentului de toxicologie de la Forsyth Dental Center din Boston. Apoi aplicatia ei pentru un grant de continuare a cercetarilor legate de fluorura si sistemul nervos central a fost respinsa de Institutul National de Sanatate din SUA (NIH) spunandui-se ca “fluorura nu are efecte asupra sistemului nervos central” (Griffiths, 1998).

In ciuda dovezilor din ce in ce mai multe privind efectul daunator al fluorurii asupra sanatatii publice, agentiile federale si publice de sanatate si organizatiile dentare si medicale mari cum ar fi American Dental Association (ADA), continua sa promoveze fluorura. Fluorurarea apei continua, in ciuda cercetatorilor de la Agentia de Protectia Mediului (EPA), care impreuna, in capitolul 280 al Uniunii Nationale a Angajatilor Trezoreriei au luat pozitie impotriva Dr. William Hirzy, afirmand ca “fluorura (care se adauga in apele municipale) este un deseu periculos pentru care exista dovezi evidente privind efectele adverse asupra sanatatii si, contrar perceptiei publice, nu exista dovezi privind efecte benefice semnificative” (Mullenix, 1998). Desi fluorura este de 50 de ori mai toxica decat dioxidul de sulf, inca nu exista norme de limitare ca si poluant in Actul American pentru Puritatea Aerului. De cand mii de tone de deseuri industriale cu fluorura au fost introduse ca adaus in apele potabile din toata America de Nord, pentru un “suras stralucitor al copiilor”, marea industrie din SUA a beneficiat de emiterea in mediu a unor cantitati imense de deseuri dupa bunul plac, fara nici o cerinta privind controlul emisiilor toxice si fara a da nici o socoteala pentru otravirea populatiei, animalelor si vegetatiei.

Conspiratia fluoruriiIn august 2003, EPA solicita Consiliului National de Cercetare (National Research Council), ramura a Academiei Nationale de Stiinte (National Academy of Science – NAS), reevaluarea standardelor de siguranta pentru fluorura prin trecerea in revista a literaturii recente, deoarece ultimul review din 1993 a evidentiat lipsuri majore in cercetare. “Nici Administratia SUA pentru Alimente si Medicamente (FDA), nici Institutul National pentru Cercetari Dentare (NIDR), nici Academia Americana de Dentristica Pediatrica nu au avut vreo dovada privind siguranta si eficacitatea fluorurii” (Sterling 1993). Academia Internationala de Medicina Orala si Toxicologie a clasificat fluorura ca fiind un medicament pentru uz dentar neaprobat datorita toxicitatii ridicate si Institutul American de Cancer in cadrul programului de Toxicologie a gasit fluorura “probabil cancerigena”.

In prezent guvernul SUA foloseste in continuare programul de fluorurare peste tot in tara, inclusiv Actul Privind Apa (Water Act) acceptat in 2003 care a facut imposibila trecerea unei companii pentru apa printr-o audiere civila sau criminala ca urmare a introducerii fluorurii in apa potabila.

Intr-o societate in care produse ce contin azbest, plumb, beriliu si multe alte substante cancerigene au fost retrase de pe piata, este surprinzator faptul ca fluorura este tinuta de-a binelea si orbeste in brate. Pare absurd faptul ca noi platim industria chimica sa rezolve problema deseurilor toxice, prin introducerea lor in apa noastra potabila. Ascunderea fata de public a pericolelor poluarii cu fluorura este o afacere de tip capitalist de proportii epice cauzata de dorinta puternica de manipulare a opiniei publice in vederea protejarii propriilor intereselor financiare.

“Cei ce manipuleaza acest mecanism ascuns al societatii reprezinta un guvern invizibil care detine puterea in tara noastra… mintile noastre sunt modelate, gusturile noastre sunt formate, ideile ne sunt sugerate, in general de catre oameni de care nu am auzit niciodata” (Bernays 1991).

Les efforts de propagande seraient axés sur des sites populaires tels que Wikipédia, l’énorme encyclopédie en ligne qui peut être rédigée par tout le monde.

CAMERA, qui se veut un «comité pour l’exactitude des donnée sur le Moyen-Orient, en Amérique, a déjà une équipe de plusieurs dizaines de propagandistes payés, qui régulièrement et souvent scandaleusement faussent les données de base se rapportant à des thèmes tels que l’apartheid israélien, le sionisme et sa similitude idéologique avec le nazisme, le terrorisme d’Etat israélien et les mauvais traitements envers les Palestiniens ainsi que bien d’autres questions liées au conflit israélo-palestinien.

CAMERA a récemment adressé une circulaire aux potentiels propagandistes sionistes, leur demandant de les aider à assurer un parti pris pro-israélien sur Internet.
«L’idée cachée derrière Wikipédia est que si des milliers d’âmes bien intentionnées et de bénévoles informés collaborent à une encyclopédie en ligne, le résultat serait plus exacte, à jour et global que n’importe quelle encyclopédie imprimée pourrait l’être.”

La circulaire ajoute : « CAMERA cherche 10 volontaires pour l’aider à conserver les entrées relatives à Israël sur Wikipédia non entachées par des rédacteurs anti-israéliens. Tout ce qu’il faut pour devenir un bénévole efficace est une maîtrise de base des ordinateurs. Téléphonez ou écrivez-moi, et je vous initierai à la manière de devenir un rédacteur en chef bénévole de Wikipédia. “

Réputé pour ses accès notoirement mensongers et inexactes, CAMERA a toujours consciencieusement cherché à disculper les forces d’occupation israéliennes de crimes de guerre commis contre des civils innocents en particulier dans la Bande de Gaza.

Agissant comme porte-paroles de la propagande pour l’armée d’occupation israélienne, le groupe, en s’appuyant sur des déclarations contestables et souvent concoctées par des porte-parole de l’armée israélienne, a fait valoir à maintes reprises que le meurtre à grande échelle de civils palestiniens par l’armée israélienne a eu lieu par erreur et que des mesures ont souvent été prises afin de minimiser les pertes civiles.

Au tout début de l’année, l’armée israélienne a mené une offensive génocidaire contre la quasi totalité de la bande de Gaza presque totalement sans protection, tuant et blessant des milliers de civils innocents, dont des centaines d’enfants.

En outre, un bombardement aérien soutenu provenant de l’armée de l’air israélienne a détruit plus de six mille maisons palestiniennes et des centaines de bâtiments publics, dont plus d’une centaine de mosquées.

CAMERA, dont le personnel est composée d’anciens responsables israéliens du Shin Beth, a attaqué le rapport Goldstone récemment publié, accusant l’ancien juge sud-africaine, qui est juif, de rapporter « des informations inexactes».

Le rapport Goldstone, fondé sur des données minutieusement authentifiées obtenu par des témoignages de première main de victimes, a accusé les forces israéliennes d’avoir commis sciemment et délibérément des crimes de guerre et des crimes contre l’humanité au cours des 21 jours d’assaut.

Les données contenues dans le rapport Goldstone ont été corroborées par des témoignages faits par des soldats israéliens qui ont pris part à l’assaut de cet hiver.

Israël, craignant apparemment une condamnation internationale, avait refusé de coopérer avec la Commission Goldstone.

Comme je vous disais il y a quelques jours, la manipulation, les mensonges, la diffamation et la traitrise sont les seules armes qui leurs restent, leur combat étant profondément injuste et criminel c’est tout ce qu’ils peuvent faire.

Mais il faut comprendre que toutes ces manipulations montrent avant tout la faiblesse d’israél, ils n’en peuvent plus, ils sont au bout du rouleau, et deviennent d’autant plus dangereux.
