Beloved masters, an understanding of the elements of FIRE, AIR, WATER, and EARTH, which are unique components, facets or elements of the nature of our Father/Mother God within this Sub-universal experience, is vitally important as you seek greater wisdom and Self-Mastery. These are the four major elements which were encoded within the bodily system of the original human form to assist in Self-realization and Self-mastery on the material plane of existence. These elements are supplied to all created matter in this Sub-Universe via the great Archangels’ RAY-diation of the twelve Rays of God Consciousness from the Heart Core Essence of our Father/Mother God.

* The Etheric Body and Soul Self are attuned to and fed by the Element of COSMIC FIRE. * The Mental Body resonates to and is energized by the Element of AIR /ETHER
* The Emotional Body is attuned to and affected by the Element of WATER.
* The Physical Body is anchored by and attuned to the Element of EARTH for the duration of each Soul’s journey into the realms of density, the first through the fourth dimensions.

The qualities, attributes and virtues of the Seven Rays of God Consciousness for this solar system were placed within Spheres of Light. These spheres, known as chakras, were designed to spin at a very high velocity, which made them appear to be spinning cones of Light radiating from the front and back of the physical body. Therefore, you are constantly radiating frequencies of Light out into the world of form. The power of the vibrational patterns, as well as the frequency level of the harmonics you project, will determine whether you will experience joy, peace and abundance, or limitation, stress and discord. Every living cell within your body is a capacitor which stores memories and energy patterns. For every feeling there areendocrine glands secretions produced which match the vibrational patterns you emit. Therefore, you might say that there is a specific energy pattern of hate and an energy pattern of love, and so on in varying degrees, depending on the power, force and consistency of the energy you project.

As you begin the journey of ascension back into the realms of Light, you gradually lose density within the physical vessel–not necessarily body mass–but your bodily form begins to resonate with higher and higher frequencies of Light. Never before have so many masters of Light walked the Earth among the masses. Many brave Souls were given the option of leaving the planet and continuing their work/mission from within the Celestial Cities of Light, or to continue their service to humankind within the framework of their chosen earthly environment. The AIR ELEMENT focuses on the Mental Body, the plane of mental consciousness. The mental nature is fueled by the Sacred Breath of God Consciousness. KUNDALINI: A Sanskrit word which literally means coiled. This Sacred God Fire lies coiled at the base of the spine, and until activated, it is dormant or at rest and unconscious. It is often envisioned as a sleeping serpent; hence a number of English renderings have been created using terms such as “serpent power.” The ancients tell us that the Kundalini resides within the Root Chakra at the base of the spine in three and a half coils. It has been described as a residual/ reserve source of pure God Fire. According to ancient wisdom teachings, there are two nerve currents in the spinal column, a coiled double helix within a hollow tube, sometimes called a “Rod of Power,” that runs along in front of the spinal column. Through meditation and various other spiritual practices, the Kundalini is awakened and will begin to rise up through the chakra system alongside the spine. When the Kundalini fire finally reaches the top of the head, the crown chakra, it sometimes produces a unique mystical experience as you are reconnected to the multiple facets of your Higher Self.

THE FIRST MAJOR ACTIVATION is usually felt in the back of the body between the shoulder blades. You will feel a pressure in that area, which can sometimes be quite uncomfortable. This is an indication that the back portal of your Sacred Heart is opening. I have often said, “When this happens, we are growing our angel wings.”

THE SECOND ACTIVATION: The Kundalini Fire rises to the top of the spine where it connects to theMedulla Oblongata, sometimes called “The Mouth of God.” This is an indication that the ascension chakra is being activated. This activation will also affect the throat chakra. Practicing the Infinity Breath and toning will accelerate this process as they will help to break through any distorted energy blocks along the spinal column and within the chakra system. The throat chakra is one of the critical areas within the body which can cause distress as we strive to reclaim our personal power via the means of spoken language.

THE THIRD ACTIVATION: The Pineal and Pituitary Glands are stimulated and will begin to send impulses to the portal opening of the Sacred Mind so that full access to your personal temple of wisdom is realized. In addition, a firm reconnection with your Soul Star and Over Soul-Higher Self is established. When this is accomplished, your spiritual journey back into the higher realms will truly begin. Also at this point you are ready to receive the Sacred Fire of Spirit; Adamantine Particles of Creator Light will automatically begin to course into your Sacred Heart with every breath. The driving-upward force of Serpent Fire is now accompanied by a down-pouring of Adamantine Particles via your OverSoul-Higher Self, which resides within your Soul Star. You must activate these particles of Creator Light with your loving intention as they course throughout your physical vessel, with the remainder flowing down into the Earth and out into the world for the benefit of the Earth and all humanity. As the Kundalini, Sacred Fire, begins to rise up your spinal column (the etheric tube of Light), you may experience times of intense inner heat while your exterior body will feel cold and perhaps even clammy. Remember, dear friends, faster and more is not necessarily better when you are in the midst of the transformational process of ascension. Beloved Masters, the structured, material world humanity has created over the past many Ages is quickly crumbling.  Forced, restrictive material boundaries and limitations are being left behind and replaced with the tolerant concepts of fairness and equality. Misaligned beliefs, distorted laws and dogmatic religious teachings are being reassessed and found lacking as the masses shake off the shackles of limitation and seek the empowerment of illumined truth and Self-mastery. The sorrow, sacrifice and agony symbolized by the crucifixion are of the past.  Triumph, joy and strength will be the focus of spiritual endeavor, and the bliss of the higher realms will be available to those who gain the ability to exist in the more refined fields of consciousness within the higher fourth and fifth dimensions.     What awaits you in these glorified realms, dear hearts, is beyond your wildest imaginings. Infusions of Love/Light will help you harmonize your emotional nature so that you may traverse the multi-levels of the fourth dimension with ease and grace.  Focused intelligence and access to your Sacred Mind are necessary in order to successfully enter and traverse the sub-levels of the fifth dimension. It is important that you practice regular mind clearing via the higher frequencies of Light.  Remind yourself often: “What purpose does it serve to hold onto old grudges and hurtful incidents?” There are now multiple realities to choose from. Sooner or later, everyone must become aware that they are multidimensional Beings.  Accept the truth that you are immortal and begin to live life to the fullest in the Eternal Now.

Developing Self-awareness requires focused thought, which leads to pathways of higher consciousness. You must develop and perfect your power of conscious selection within the accepted, narrower spectrum of Light and shadow. In the future, more refined reality of humanity, peace will prevail, and conflict will be resolved via diplomacy as everyone learns to seek the highest outcome and the most benevolent solutions. At first you must consciously choose a positive alternative to a negative, habitual response. During your nightly review of your day, envision a higher frequency alternative, and gradually the negative habits will fade away. All facets of manifestation begin internally. The concepts or abstract ideas to be birthed must go through an incubation stage before they can become a reality in the world of form. Remember, all of your life’s experiences are a result of the discordant or harmonious frequencies you project; consciously or unconsciously, you are the creator of your material reality.

As you make progress in the process of claiming your gifts and attributes of mastery, you will discover that loneliness is an illusion, an impulse of the ego, whereby external stimulus or interaction with other people is sought as a means of enjoyment or validation of self-worth.  The desire for solitude becomes a burning impulse for the spiritual aspirant. You must experience aloneness to discover who you really are. It is vitally important that you tune into and monitor your own thoughts, for the constant, random mind chatter becomes potent thought forms if it is allowed to continue over a long period of time.  It is like cutting a groove of thought in your “mind recording apparatus,” and your subconscious/ego mind will eventually accept these random thoughts as your truth. Each person is unique, and in the process of awakening to your Divinity, you will gradually release the confining disguise of the ego personality in your own time and in your own way.

Humanity is experiencing three planes of consciousness at once, even though most people are not aware of this fact.

THREE LOWER CHAKRAS:  PHYSICAL-MENTAL BODY * Strong astral influences and mass consciousness belief patterns affect the personality.  EMOTIONAL BODY * Conditioned impulses via past life memories and DNA ancestral encodings are the norm.  THE EGO DESIRE BODY * A combination of past and present life conditioning is the driving force behind the ego.

Archangel Michael:The Evolution of the Soul | The 2012 Scenario.

Beloved masters, you must expand your capacity for Love/Light so that it includes all Creation: Love of nature, Love of animals, Love for humanity, Love for your perceived enemies and, most important, Love of Self. For in Essence, all of Creation is a part of you and you are a facet of the Supreme Creator. The expansion of God-Consciousness results in an expansion of your auric field–your Light Radiance. Over time, more and more of you will develop a radiance so powerful and expansive that it will begin to have a positive effect on those around you – and eventually on the Earth and all humanity. Quite a large number of the more advanced Souls have already gained this ability.  However, you must remember, you cannot convey that which you have not claimed as your own.Also, remember this: an important part of your mission on Earth is to intensify the Light of the lower dimensions.  Expansion of Soul-consciousness results in an expansion of the auric field, both in intensity and scope of influence.

An aspirant on the Path must focus on both outer and inner world training. You must strive to become a conscious observer of what is taking place around you. Training yourself to become fully engaged withfocused awareness of the physical events in everyday life is vitally important, as well as learning to process the harmonious and the discordant frequency patterns to which you are subjected. You must then take the appropriate action. Practicing emotional and mental discipline is also very important as you seek to become a master of Self.  You must not turn your back on the world and life’s experiences, but face them head-on. However, it is vital that you learn to view life from a higher vantage point. Endeavor to see the bigger pictureand not get entangled in the small story dramas.

Logic is a function of the physical mental body and your mind.  Remember, the knowledge or theories you accept as your own truth must be experienced in order to gain the wisdom from the disclosed information.  Inspiration is supplied by the Higher Self and your Sacred Mind.  You must learn to pay attention to the impulses of your Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart or to the input of the prevailing facet of your Higher Self, for that is how you will gradually learn to communicate with the Beings of the higher realms and gain cosmic wisdom.
In the beginning, there was communication with and amongst specialized, group spiritual guides and guardians; however, over time this gift or ability was lost. As humanity sank deeper into material consciousness, they became submerged in the sensations of the five senses, and they gradually stopped turning inward for the sense of connection with the higher realms of consciousness. The lower third and fourth dimensions are not bright and clear.  There is a misty or foggy overlay. Those Souls existing in this environment do not realize this, for it is the state of awareness they are accustomed to. The reality of the lower third/fourth dimensions could be likened to existing within a murky labyrinth where you are forever seeking the path that will lead you back into the pure Light of awareness. This fog gradually begins to dissipate as you move into the mid-sub-levels of the fourth dimension, and your world becomes lighter and brighter as you traverse each higher sub-level. In order to receive the lessons of Light, you must lift your consciousness to attune to at least the fifth sub-level of the fourth dimension. In this Sub-Universal experience, there are seven sub-levels to each dimension, with the first sub-level being the lowest/densest and the seventh sub-level the highest and most refined.  The masters and your guides are willing to meet you halfway; however, only on very rare occasions will they lower their frequencies into the density of extreme duality, for it is too uncomfortable for them.
The ego is a facet of the physical self; it was designed to assist you in developing a sense of identity and individuality over time. An outward-focused mind is guided by the ego. The misdirected ego-self was instrumental in creating the illusional belief system of the material plane, a reality based on separation, fear, selfishness and scarcity.  As you expand your mental horizons, you begin to break down the barriers of self-limiting perception.  Mind-expansion includes activating dormant cells of the upper dimensional levels of the brain and tapping into the wisdom of your Sacred Mind. Blind obedience is not a requisite for en-Lighten-ment, for you are striving to become a Master of Self and to live your personal truths as they have been revealed to you and validated by your heart monitor.
Humanity is in the midst of a Soul and cellular awakening. As you move into the vibrational patterns of the higher fourth and lower fifth dimensions, your cells, etheric body and auric field will begin an accelerated purification process. This process will facilitate and  ultimately result in the downloading of the many facets of your Higher Self and the gradual reclamation of your Body of Light. Be mindful and aware every moment so that your focus becomes one-pointed and clear.  You will gradually develop a sense of self-assurance and security, a knowing that all is well and that it will remain so.
The Soul is a refracted extension of your God Self or I AM Presence. The Soul uses the right brain consciousness of intuition, which is connected to the higher Sacred Mind and Spiritual Will. An inner-focused mind is guided by the Soul Self. To assist you in accomplishing this, your Diamond Core God Cell and your personal Flower of Life Creator Wheel contain a full measure of the Twelve Rays of God-Consciousness for this Sub-Universal experience. They were designed so that you would always have access to your own FULL SPECTRUM DIVINITY for this Sub-Universal experience. Your task is to activate these Rays, to incorporate the God qualities and attributes they contain, and then to use these qualities and attributes for the greatest good.  There is still much confusion as to what the Soul is, how it functions and where it resides. It is vital that you understand the intricate process of reconnecting with the many facets of your Higher Self.  It is also important that you gain clarity about the more in-depth teachings we have given you regarding the multiple Higher Self Fragments (you have many, not just one) and the process for incorporating  these multiple facets of Self. Therefore, we feel it is time for an advanced explanation of this most important process for the EVOLUTION OF THE SOUL:

• You carry within your Diamond Core God Cell a crystalline, Memory Seed Atom of full Self-realization from your point of origin.  It contains a very brief overview of the highlights of every life you have ever lived, the major lessons you have learned and the talents you have perfected as you journeyed throughout this universe.
• The Soul is an extension of your God Self or I AM Presence.  The Soul is neither Spirit nor matter. It is a crystalline, Sacred Fire, Memory Seed Atom, a fragment of pure Light Essence that is programmed to record your journey throughout this Sub-Universal experience.  It is the link between you and our Father/Mother God and, ultimately, to the Supreme Creator.
• Your personal Soul Self, for this lifetime, resides within your Sacred Heart as a facet of your Diamond Core God Cell.  Each higher frequency facet of your Soul has Its own Memory Seed Atoms.  When a given facet takes up residency within your Soul Star as your OverSoul, it will gradually relay Its personal vibrational pattern memories to the Memory Seed Atom within your Diamond Core God Cell and also to your embodied Soul Self. First, it will activate the appropriate Memory Seed Crystals within your Sacred Mind. As your frequencies expand to accommodate them, the  Memory Seed Crystals held in reserve within your Diamond Core God Cell will be activated. In this way, as you incorporate all of your Soul Fragments, you will eventually gain the ability to access all of the wisdom, talents, positive memories and experiences of your I AM Presence for this Sub-Universe.  This process repeats itself over and over again as you traverse the multidimensional levels of God-Consciousness and incorporate more and more facets of your Divine Self.
• You were programmed to forever seek the Sacred Heart of your Essence, your Diamond Core God Cell, and your Crystalline Seed Atom of Creator Essence.

At specially timed intervals there have always been small groups of special, unique Beings who incarnated into the different races and sub-races, and who brought forth fresh ideas, instilled new qualities and attributes. These advanced Beings interjected their wisdom, higher consciousness and special talents by example, and they also merged physically with select members of the human species in order to advance the DNA encodings of  humanity.  YOU ARE LIVING IN ONE OF THOSE SPECIAL TIMES.

The fourth dimension could be called a “transitional reality,” for this is where you begin to let go of all the preconditioning of the past. The fourth-dimensional realm is more emotional in nature, and therefore, the heart and feeling nature are the major focus. The ancients called the fourth dimension the realm of Maya or illusion. The collective mass consciousness of humanity fills the lower three levels of the fourth dimension, and this is where most of humanity exists mentally until they gradually begin to turn inward and listen to the nudgings of their Soul-Self.  The ego desire-body is the master manipulator of this realm, and it constantly urges one to seek more satisfaction and happiness via sensation and external means of gratification.

You begin to tap into your Inner Power Potential as you move into the higher sub-levels of the fourth dimension. Matter becomes more fluid, and therefore, it becomes easier to manifest what you desire. That is why you must learn to be decisive and to focus your thoughts with clear intention. A disciplined mind links the chains of thought together in proper order. It is vitally important for you to understand that scattered thoughts are detrimental to your progress.  Living in the present moment–in the NOW moment–is a critical component in attaining Self-Mastery. Mental effort is required in order to successfully traverse the path of illumination. Gradually, a good portion of your memory of past events will begin to fade as you move out of the realm of theinstinctual brain / mind into the realm of the higher mind. Important traits of a Self-master are focused observational abilities and harmlessness in thought, word, and deed.    As an aspirant on the Path, greater and greater cosmic truths will be revealed to you.  However, you should be aware that the lesser principles of ageless wisdom will constantly be expanded to incorporate the unique rules, laws and truths of the next level of existence in the never-ending cycle of ascension in consciousness.

You must keep the channel of communication open between the Soul and the brain via the mind. This initiates the slow reactivation process of the Pineal Gland and the opening of the portal to the Sacred Mind, which is located at the back portion of the brain, close to the crown of the head. The Sacred Mind resonates to the highest fourth-dimensional sub-levels as well as all of the fifth- and the sixth-dimensional levels, with a small portion of seventh-dimensional frequencies/data, which are reserved for future use when you gain the ability to traverse the highest levels possible for humanity in this Sub-Universal experience. However, you must gradually increase your own vibrational patterns in order to tap into this storehouse of cosmic wisdom.

The Sacred Mind and the Sacred Heart are not made of material world matter; they consist of gossamer, ethereal Light substance that cannot be detected via scientific means. However, they are more real than any part of your physical body. For once you reestablish the connection between your Sacred Mind, your Sacred Heart and your Diamond Core God Cell, there will be a constant flow of Adamantine Particles, as well as pertinent, advanced information coming from within your Memory Seed Atoms and also from your OverSoul/Higher Self. That is why it is so critical that you reconnect the Triad of God Consciousness: the Sacred Mind, the Sacred Heart and all the facets of your Diamond Core God Cell.

As you move into the vibrational patterns of the fifth dimension, your cells, etheric body and auric field will begin an accelerated purification process. Tranquility begins in the lowest level of the fifth dimension and strengthens exponentially. We are not asking you to build more great temples, for that is not where the gods of the future will dwell. You are the cocreators of the future–Divine Sparks of the Creator– who are being asked to take your rightful place in the grand march into the future.

Beloved ones, it is time to release all the guilt, shame and feelings of unworthiness that so many of you have carried as core issues from a very long time ago. You must heal the pain of the past so that you may assume your proper role in the wondrous plan for the future that is now unfolding so rapidly on planet Earth.

Through our messages, we have given you the tools, wisdom and insight to release all things in your life that do not serve your best interests and the greatest good. We implore you to take to heart what we have told you, over and over again, ‘You are worthy of all the love, beauty, joy, peace and abundance of this universe, for it is your DIVINE BIRTHRIGHT.’ You must learn to love and respect yourself, and you must have a deep sense of self-worth before you can truly love and respect others, and before others will return the love and respect you so richly deserve.

We ask you to review the qualities, virtues and attributes of your Divine Heritage that you are now displaying. Are you projecting too much of the masculine Atlantean energy, and focusing too much on acquiring and creating? Remember, we have told you that you are looking for a “state of Being” or a “quality of life.” You can acquire great wealth and manifest many wondrous things materially, but if your heart center is closed or you have ignored and not developed your Lemurian /Goddess virtues and qualities, you will feel incomplete and experience a great sense of dissatisfaction.

Come together in groups of two, three, ten, one-hundred or one-thousand, it makes no difference; however, if you join together for the benefit of all, we promise you, we will be there in full force to empower you, to assist you and to radiate the love of our Father/Mother God to you in the greatest measure you can contain.

Your major goal at this time is to return to the originally designed spectrum of Light and shadows, the vibrational patterns that make up your personal world in the third- / fourth-dimensional reality. In doing so, your pendulum of consciousness will not swing so radically from positive to negative frequencies, and your mental and emotional natures will become stabilized and centered once more. This is an important step in learning to live centered within your Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind. In order to attain self-mastery you must develop your superconscious abilities and the more refined powers of the mind. This entails a mental and emotional house cleaning, which means you must seek out and transmute all the old thought forms that are keeping you tethered to the illusional reality of the chaotic lower dimensions.

A SPIRITUAL/ HUMAN BEING gradually becomes aware of and begins to refine the subconscious mind, which leads to a reconnection with the Soul Self and Superconscious mind. This is your link to the vibrational patterns and the expanded wisdom of the higher frequency spiritual realms via the many facets of your Higher Self. Most likely, at this stage you will begin to get flashes of inspiration via the intuition, which is accelerated through meditation and a turning inward. The power of the mind is thereby enhanced, and the spiritual aspirant begins to view the world and current events from a higher vantage point which incorporates a larger, more expanded picture of reality. The chakra centers gradually return to balance and harmony and they begin the process of integrating the higher wisdom of the Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart, thus functioning in harmony one with another under the direction of the Soul and OverSoul-Higher Self.

A PHYSICAL / HUMAN BEING, functioning within the distorted frequency patterns of the lower third/fourth dimensions, uses the subconscious and the conscious mind along with a past incarnations memory overlay. He/she is mostly outward-focused and is strongly influenced by family conditioning, along with cultural traditions and religion. Thought patterns are often distorted and usually self-focused, thereby only seeing the small picture.

There are still many young Souls in the underdeveloped countries who are functioning in their ANIMAL / HUMAN NATURE and are primarily focused on the three lower chakras. At this level, the chakra centers are mostly unconscious mind centers. These dear Souls are primarily influenced by the subconscious and limited-consciousness minds. They are guided by past life and race memories, and an instinctive, survival mode reality. Most have a very narrow focus on self and family survival. These are the precious Souls who will be taken to other pristine planets where the third- and fourth-dimensional spectrum of polarity/duality will be in proper balance. These beloved Ones will have an opportunity to continue their journey in the physical realms of consciousness in a much more pleasant and nurturing environment.

You, the Star Seed, the wayshowers on the Path, are the ones who are making this possible, for you agreed to incarnate into the densest levels of materiality in order to help lift the conscious awareness of all humanity back into the illumined regions of Light and Self-mastery. However, you must remember that no matter the age of your Soul’s consciousness, and regardless of the wondrous and benevolent things you have accomplished in the past, the choice to follow the Path of Light must be consciously made in every lifetime, every embodiment and every cycle of experience.

Many of you are well on your way to discovering the illumined path between polarized opposites: the balance that exists in the center of duality. The time has arrived when more and more of you will be tapping into and integrating select vibrational patterns of the fifth dimension and even a limited amount of sixth-dimensional frequencies. By connecting with and visiting the etheric Celestial City of Light in your area, gradually the appropriate frequencies of Light will filter into your etheric replica residing in your personal Pyramid of Light. This rarified energy will slowly move down your personal column of Light into your Soul Star, the eighth chakra. Your Over Soul-Higher Self will determine how much and how quickly you can safely integrate this gift of Creator Light.

Shortly after the beginning of your year 2010, we gave our messenger, known in this lifetime as Ronna Herman, a vision. “Dearest friends, the vision I am to share with you happened shortly after the first of the year 2010. In meditation, I saw a group of shining Beings in white robes standing in a half-circle around a gigantic double-terminated crystal. The crystal was radiating a beautiful spectrum of colors, and there were also complex geometric patterns of Light flashing throughout and from the Crystal. There were others present, but the Beings I recognized were AA Michael, Jeshua, Djwal Khul, El Morya and St. Germain. I was told that specialized, individual information from the masters, archangels and great Beings of Light would continue as before. However, in addition, there will be unified messages/wisdom teachings from many great Beings, Avatars and Masters of the past and the future. The wisdom teachings of old are being merged with the wisdom teachings of the future, and they are being presented as Teachings of the Cosmic Council of Light. This new information is being encoded within the great crystal (they likened it to a giant cosmic computer), and it will be available to those whose frequencies are compatible with the specifically graduated frequencies of the Great Crystal. You will experience a period of intense activity created by challenging and mind-expanding experiences, followed by a desire to turn inward and a need for contemplation and solitude. You are striving to develop a strong Soul-consciousness, which will eventually become the dominating force within your life. Your mental consciousness and emotional consciousness were meant to be under the direction of your Soul-Self and not controlled by your ego personality.
