Manhattan Cocktail Classic kicks off this Friday, May 17th, with a whirlwind of cocktail capers taking over the city. To kick off the Classic in style, Bollare Communications’ Principal Alle Fister hosted ‘Fashion + Foodies: Cocktail Edition’ at Isola Mondrian SoHo. As it celebrates its 7th birthday, and nears its 3-year anniversary in New York, Bollare brought together the perfect fusion of fashion, food, art and entertainment for a seated intimate dinner and course paired cocktails. Guests enjoyed cocktails prepared with BluePrint and Bulldog Gin, infused with ingredients using SousVide Supreme, a new vacuum sealed cooking process that infuses liquor in just 2 hours as opposed to 3-5 weeks.
