Shocking !!

Hubby… bn suffering from toothache 050910 for a while, tot dat can hold on till Raya. Went to see the dentist 070910 to get it checked, and was told dat the wisdom tooth had started to decay. Fixed an appointment on 080910 at 8pm

On 080910 at 0930am got a call from the dentist to change the timing to 730pm. Was all right with it bcos the pain was irritating. The most important thing for me was to get rid of the tooth and the pain. Wifey volunteered to send me even though its walking distance. Love you.

Reached there slightly later due to breaking fast and prayers. Once there dentist call up my name and showed me the room. Told me their protocols and all that. Was then given anaesthetic 4x to numb the area. Then started its drilling and cutting of the tooth to different sections, and the most n most painful is the extracting of the tooths roots. Was given stitches later.

After making payments and in pain, wifey tried many ways to console me. Due to the pain, i don’t really absorb what she said cos i don’t really care. But i think she understands that. Looking at my swelling cheeks, and my teary eyes, she felt sympathy.

The most shocking news was that when we lie down in bed, we saw water stains on wifey side. Initial thought, oh no, is it her water bag bursting.? Please of all the times, come on, not now baby boy.!! Panic arise from both of us. Luckily for us, its just a stain from dettol wet tissues. False alarm. Pweeehhhh!

Feelings from Hubby

Hmm. For this whole of almost 8 months, i’ve never stopped praying for the safety of my wifey and my future junior, Baby Nawfal. Lots of things happened in between those months. Be it the good and the bad.

Seeing wifey getting sick (vomiting) makes the heart ache. But what else can a hubby do but to just tell her that all this will be worth it.But seeing the changes to her body, makes her look so wonderful. A life being created in her womb. God’s creation .SubhanAllah.

Wifey will always complain that her body size is like a whale, but to me she will always look beautiful. Whenever a pimple pops out from her face, scratch marks appear on her body, she will make noise.But to assure her, i told her that all this are temporary and will disappear after her birth.

Being advised by her gynae to stay at home and just rest, i can understand how she felt. Knowing her to be a workaholic, how can she accept that. Initially laughed at her but as days and later months goes by, i can sense that she’s getting bored. But like she says, she will sacrifice for the sake of our baby. That’s mother’s love coming from my wifey even though she might not feel it.
