Sailor Cosmos es la sailor mas misteriosa de toda la saga de sailor moon, al menos en el manga, cuándo ví esta figura pues no les mentire, tenía como 2 años que no me entraba a mi hobby de armar y pintar GK’s, ella me prendio la chispa de interes de nuevo! llamese por tiempo, por desidia o simplemente flojera, pero definitivamente la conseguire, ahorita esta en pre-orden, no me llegara hasta enero, pero por mientras me estare entreteniendo con Luna ^^ asi para ir practicando con algunas tecnicas y aplicarlas a Sailor Cosmos.

No hay ninguna figura de ella, creo que aunque ya no veas la serie o simplemente tu fanatismo por sailor moon ya no es el mismo desde que la empezaste a ver, seria una muy hermosa adición a tu colección de anime.

Sailor Cosmos is the most mysterious character in the sailor moon saga, I won’t lie, when I saw this figure I had left my hobby for about 2 years, she sparked my interest in GK’s again, call it lack of time, laziness or what ever, but she will definitely fall in hands also, she’s on pre-order at the  moment so I won’t be getting her until January probably…but in the mean time I’ll be having fun with Luna! ^^ I can practice some tecniques to apply them to Cosmos.

This is the only Sailor Cosmos Figure, even if your fanaticism for sailor moon is not the same as when you saw it for the fist time, she would make a great addition to your anime collection.

This week’s episode is: Protect Chibi-Usa! Ten Warriors’ Fierce Battle.

Hmm. Okay, so Chibi-Usa wetting the bed might be realistic, but . . . Anyway, Usagi gets blamed for this, well Chibi-Usa was in her bed at the time. Usagi isn’t happy and Chibi-Usa runs away. She is unhappy and tries to go back in time and gets closer, but still fails. She cries which releases her power and attracts the attention of the four sisters. Unfortunately, the Wise Man predicted Chibi-Usa would let her power loose again so the sisters are on the look out for her. With Luna’s help (Luna and Usagi split up to look for Chibi-Usa) Chibi-Usa manages to escape. Luna alerts the scouts. Usagi meanwhile spots Chibi-Usa and hears her talking about something happening to her mother . . . Unfortunately at this point the sisters show up again. Fortunately, so do the Scouts, starting with Sailor Moon. The Scouts and the sisters face off and Usagi protects Chibi-Usa when Rubius shows up. It seems Rubius and the sisters are from the tenth planet in the solar system and are part of the Black Moon Clan. They want a different future with no Crystal Tokyo. Usagi gets knocked around a bit but Tuxedo Kamen shows up to help. They surprise Rubius enough that he orders everyone to retreat. Yep, Chibi-Usa’s Mother is from the future Crystal Tokyo. And the Wise Man has a hologram of the queen of Crystal Tokyo that looks a lot like Usagi . . .

Taylor has put up with my feminist outrage for a long time.  When we sit down to watch a television show at the end of a hard day, it’s almost tradition for me to see an ad and blurt something like, “Come on!  By using a woman they are insinuating that women are the only ones who are incapable of taking care of themselves without additional security!”  And Taylor raises his eyebrows a little bit and agrees with me when I press him about it.

I can be a little out of control, it’s true.

My feminist rage is at its strongest when watching cartoons.  It’s a fact: most all of the coolest cartoon characters are men.  The boys are allowed to have complex motivations and badass fight scenes.  They typically get the best jokes and tend to be the main characters.  The women’s motivations tend to be “SHE IS A LADY.  THAT IS WHAT LADIES DO,” and their jokes are limited to nagging  and histrionics.

It’s true that some characters are worse than others, though.  For your pleasure (and to give Taylor’s ears a break) here are the Seven Worst Female Cartoon Characters, rated in order of how much they conform to an unhealthy and unnecessary stereotype.  You may note that I’ve left out the classics – Betty Boop, Disney Princesses…I feel like these characters, sexist though they are, are the product of their times.  But now we have decided we are progressive!  Our entertainment features women who can rassle!  Women who know math!  So our modern cartoons are devoid of girls who rely on sexuality or bitterness, right?

7.  Candace from Phineas and Ferb:  I like Phineas and Ferb.  The show centers around two young boys who live each day of their summer vacation to the fullest, often concocting wild and impressive schemes to get what they want.  They are good natured and fun loving.  Their older sister, Candace, is not.  Candace likes boys and makeup and being a star, and hates fun and things that are messy.  She often plays the role of the villain in the cartoon, but her motivations are completely transparent.  It’s as though the creators decided she was A Big Sister and left it at that.  Boo, Candace.  Booo.

She is the very spirit of fun and mischief!

6.  Roxanne from A Goofy Movie:  What do we know about Roxanne from A Goofy Movie?  The main  character, Max, loves her and wants to impress her.  Why?  Because she’s hot, of course!  And she like…uh.  I guess we don’t really know what she likes.  But she’s very….oh.  I guess we don’t really know her personal qualities either.  Well, we KNOW her name is Roxanne, and that she is HOT!  And that’s enough for her to be a truly compelling character, right?  Right?  You guys?

5.  Amy Rose from Sonic The Hedgehog:  When you have a cartoon and video game franchise centered around a blue hedgehog, the natural choice for his counterpart is a pink hedgehog.  It is the law of the wild.  Amy Rose exists to chase Sonic with large hearts in her eyes, wielding a hammer that she uses to stun him into submission.  When she isn’t chasing him, she is nagging him to ‘be more sensitive’ or ’slow down and do things with her’.  Flash forward twenty years and he will be an overweight husband in a dead-end job, and she will be a hot wife that only wants him to do the dishes, and harps on him to eat a salad now and again.  Stay in school, girls!

4.  Jean Grey from X-Men Evolution:  Okay.  I’m going to catch a lot of flak for this one, because lots of people like Jean Grey, but her X-Men Evolution iteration is…maybe a little less than impressive.  In this era, Jean is a high school student.  She is gorgeous, limber, the most popular girl in school, gets straight A’s, and has fantastic telekinetic and telepathic powers to boot!  All this besides the undying love of most of the male characters.  So, here’s what I don’t like about Jean: she is entirely focused on what others think of her.  From the outside, this sounds like a solid motivation for a character, but Jean, in the true tradition of dim female characters, relies entirely on the males around her to define herself.  Is she dating the football jock or sensitive Scott Summers?  Is she being kidnapped by Magneto, or are her Phoenix powers being squelched by ultra powerful psychic Charles Xavier?  Jean is a grievous cartoon stereotype offender because she purports to be a Modern Woman – smart and powerful, but ultimately she relies on the men in her life to boost her esteem and supply her opinion.

Don't be afraid, Jean! Somewhere out there...somewhere, there is a shirt that will cover your midriff.

3.  Raven from Teen Titans:  In the bold tradition of Jean Grey, Raven is a heroine who seems quite heroic until you take into account who pulls her strings.  She is the daughter of vicious demon Trigon, which has imbued her with impressive magic.  The magic controls her more than she controls it, and when Trigon comes to earth, he promptly subjugates her to his whim.  A great story would be if Raven found her courage and her strength and rose up to slay her father, freeing herself and gaining control over her power.  Buuuuut Robin the Boy Wonder does it for her, and she is so pleased to be saved it establishes her trust in humanity.  Yay, Robin!  You’ve finally showed us all that we don’t need to save ourselves, as long as we can go from one male protector to another.  Did I mention she does all this in a tight-fitting legless leotard?

Dig the belt, Raven! But I think you...did you forget to put something on this morning? Starts with a P? Ends with an 'Ants'?

2.  Tuxedo Mask from Sailor Moon – Oookay.  I know Tuxedo Mask is a dude.  I’ve been focusing mostly on horrible female stereotypes, but male stereotypes exist as well.  Tuxedo Mask is the Edward of Sailor Moon.  He is a preteen girl’s ultimate fantasy.  That bratty guy at school that causes her so much grief secretly loves her for no apparent reason!  And what’s more than that, he is secretly a super hero!  He always shows up at the right moment to save her from evil amid a show of bubbles and delicate rose petals.  What does he like?  What are his hopes and dreams?  What are his fears?  It’s a mystery.  After all, Tuxedo Mask doesn’t need to be a real person, as long as he loves me.  Sob sob sob.

Ohh, Tuxedo Mask! Let me stare into your eyes for another four hours!

1.  I have reserved the number one spot for a cartoon creation that truly kindles the flames of my red-hot ire.  I speak, of course, of The Ruiner.  The Great Hair-Flipper, the Bunny-Smoocher, whose vapid stare and saxophone-stoked entry music sends me into paroxysms of rage.

I speak, of course, of Lola Bunny.

You guys remember the movie Space Jam.  Aliens try to take over the Looney Tunes, and they challenge them to a basketball game.  To tip their hand, the Tunes snag Michael Jordan.  Hilarity ensues.  When it turns out they don’t know how to play basketball at all, Michael Jordan says, in desperation, “Hasn’t anybody here ever played basketball?”

Going out and giving myself diarrhea from greasy and / or exotic foods at 4 o’clock in the morning is something I haven’t really been able to do as often as I’d like, but that is all about to change.

New York City is a weird place to know that you’re moving to. It seems as though you can do whatever you want whenever the hell you want, which is a pretty appealing idea. I could do the same here if I got off of my ass and obtained a drivers license but this point I’m not really seeing too much of a reason.

As excited as I am about moving, I am also not without my fears and concerns. By attending Parsons, I will be joining a frightening army of vicious and judgmental homosexuals whom I assume will mercillessly ridicule me for any number of reasons.

Fashionista’s, especially gay ones, are a pretty intense group of people and I’m not entirely sure that I have what it takes to survive within their harsh and unforgiving world.

Jane Lynch of Glee

Glee is an outrageously faggy television show that I am just now starting to get into. At first, I thought it was the most embarrassingly awful thing I had ever seen. I found myself covering my eyes at points and violently convulsing on the ground out of the shame I was feeling for myself and the actors.

I still feel exactly the same, but for some as of yet unknown reason I can’t get enough of this show. I’ve never been a fan of random musical numbers and I probably never will be. However, when you throw obese black girls, teen pregnancy, and a cheerleader with Down Syndrome into the same TV show I am more than sold. Who could resist such a tempting cocktail of television greatness?

It takes a certain kind of person to take time out of their lives to dress as their favorite character.  May it be anime, manga, tv/film or gaming characters, the people who dedicate themselves to building their own representations of these characters should be commended.  They allow everyday people to be a part of their world at conventions, parties or even every day living.

Cosplay, costume play, is nothing new.  I have been to anime, sci fi, and comic cons, and the anticipation of this elite class is always something to look forward too.  Cosplay does not just end at the actual costume, but mannerisms, signature poses and attitude are all integrated to pull off the perfect representation.  There are often contests and games designed specifically for Cosplayers such as: Cosplay Game Shows, Trivia, Masquerades and a platform to produce and act out your own skits for fellow con-goers.

Even if Naruto is already somewhat played, seeing a group of kids who have banned together to create the whole cast is always great to see.  Which brings me to another point, COSPLAYERS are AWESOME people.  They are more than willing to pose for photos and have a chat, they dont show up dressed like that to hide in a corner!

If its your first time or the 11th time at a con, they can inspire you to dress up for the next one!  They are a creative and dedicated people and “ooh can i take a picture of you??”

This week’s episode is: Ocean, Island, Vacation! Warrior’s Day Off.

This is probably the only episode this season that never aired in the US. I can kind of see why. No Rubius or Dark Moon or four sisters.

Rei goes off to train on an island beach. Okay, she did bring her swimsuit so she must have planned in some fun time too. The other Scouts want to go to the beach and get Chibi-Usa to tell where Rei went to. The Scouts do indeed have fun and Rei and Chibi-Usa seem to get along pretty well. However, something changes Chibi-Usa’s mood and she gets mad and goes off into the water. The Scouts start to worry when they can no longer see her. Meanwhile, Chibi-Usa has drifted off and gets found by a shark. She gets saved by a baby dinosaur of the swimming variety. Chibi-Usa makes friends with the little fellow and wants to stay with him. However, the island where the dinosaur takes her has a volcano on it. Meanwhile, the mother dinosaur is looking for her baby and the Scouts are looking for Chibi-Usa. The mother dinosaur finds them first but Chibi-Usa is upset when she tries to take the baby away. Actually the baby is upset as well. This is interrupted when the volcano starts to erupt. The good news about this is it alerts the Scouts. The bad news is the dinosaurs are trapped with only Chibi-Usa small enough to get out. Well, the Scouts power up and save everyone in the end. And Chibi-Usa makes up with the Scouts.

With huge delays, I will start to give little by little my comments of the passed events.

Let’s start with Asianim!
It was a nice way to end this cosplay year in Belgium. =)
I saw lots of people back, I even talked to a French female cosplayer I know a little and it was very relaxing. *zen*
No stressy, hectic con like we had with FACTS!

We had our big Sailor Moon group planned for this event and it was superb! ^_^
Only sad that we discussed our little act quite late…

I had the opportunity to see rare, beautiful cosplays:
- Luùna’s TB Seth
- Dinotiste’s Lineage 2 character (sexy lady)

And the honestly deserved their prices.
Way to go ladies! *proud of them*

Pos:

- road signs (halleluja, since my GPS was not working I had to rely on the signs!)

- not enough info online, not up-to-date on the NL, ENG website!
- last minute change in regards to the entrance: cosplayers were free, and then changed which caused the effect that not everyone was informed
- some toilets which were missing toilet paper!
- parking: sometimes not easy!
- 2 people who had to serve food and drinks (and 4 others behind the counter) => long waiting row

Conclusion: I still love Asianim and they are progressing.
This time the organization demanded opinions in order to improve the next Asianim!

But please next time, do NOT plan it a week after FACTS!
Organize it to mid November, beginning of December.
It will be better for the cosplayers but also for the wallets of some visitors.

La vita è una merda, ecco.

In tutto questo, prendo tisane chimiche al sapore di limone, miele e cianuro, che guariscono dal male alle ossa, dal cerchio alla testa, abbassano la temperatura e, con l’aggiuta di un additivo mucolitico, ti fanno scatarrare più in fretta. Cura un sacco di belle cose, ma in compenso ti fa venire il cancro. Al fegato.

Faccio test idioti su Facebook, del tipo “Quale Peanuts sei?” et similia. Per i più curiosi, è venuto fuori che sono Linus, il che è fondamentalmente vero. Poi qualcuno obbietterà che questi test cretini li faccio pure quando sto bene, altrimenti non si spiegherebbe sul mio profilo il riquadro “Quale guerriera Sailor sei?”.

E siccome ho deciso di volermi bene, mi coccolo un po’ con Carmen Consoli e occasionali prodotti a base di cioccolato che popolano la mia (nuova) cucina, dellà.

In tutto questo devo comunque andare a scuola perché non ho la copertura medica per cui se mi ammalo non mi pagano e visto che il mio stipendio non fa rima con “ricchezza”, perdere una giornata lavorativa non mi attrae moltissimo. Almeno fino a quando starò in piedi o sarò ancora in grado di farlo.

Tutto questo per dirvi che sono in ["lamento" mode: on], che mi sto facendo le palle à la julienne, alterno brividi di freddo a esplosioni solari dentro il letto – che assomiglia sempre di più a una friggitrice – e che voglio la mamma. Ecco.

Here I am with a lovely update! Yay! LOL, okay let’s not get crazy. I had an attack of nostalgia, and as a result I have posted BSB stories Rose Thorn Shock and So It Began With an Affair.  Rose Thorn Shock as you may guess is one of the few postable works to come out of my whole Pretty Soldier Midnight Moon series, along with the Mistress of the Shrine and To Catch a Fire Child. Both stories ironically are Jessica/Kevin Richardson-centered and Kristin is (dare I say it?) the bad guy. Oh snap. Well, check them out anyway if you please.

1° Lugar – Sailor Moon

Sailor Moon é uma série criada por Naoko Takeuchi, foi transformada em anime pela Toei Animation, ganhando um musical e um live-action posteriormente. As Guerreiras da Lua foi um fenômeno de fanatismo, emplacaram em todos os países que foi transmitida e conquistaram uma legião de fãs – e quando digo legiões, são legiões mesmo! A série em si teve muitos arcos, sendo o principal (que foi exibido na nossa tv aberta) chamado apenas de Sailor Moon, contando ahistória de Usagi, que após salvar uma menina na rua de garotos importunos, encontra uma gatinha muito misteriosa. Essa gatinha aparece depois no seu quarto e começa a conversar com ela, se apresenta como Lua e lhe entrega a missão de ser uma Guerreira Sailor Moon, defensora do bem, destinada a enfrentar demonios e se unir com outras sailors para encontrar a Princesa da Lua que habita a terra.

Além desse arco, a série teve mais cinco arcos: Sailor Moon R (“Return”), do episódio 47 ao 89, Sailor Moon S (Super), os episódios 90 a 127, Sailor Moon SS (Super Senshi), os episódios 128 a 166 e Sailor Moon Stars que compreende os capítulos 167 a 200. (O primeiro arco contou com 46 episódios).

Pela quantidade de arcos, não preciso nem mencionar a febre que Sailor Moon se tornou! Na minha opinião, SM pode ser comparada ao fenômeno causado por Cavaleiros do Zodíaco e Dragon Ball; as garotinhas guerreiras ditaram moda, surgindo vários acessórios com a marca das meninas, originaram materiais escolares descolados, álbum de figurinhas, cd de musicas… E deixaram as mães japonesas em estado de choque quando o primeiro arco encerrou! As mães queriam saber urgentemente se haveria continuação da saga das meninas, pois suas filhas ficaram doentes com o fim do primeiro arco… Dá para acreditar, um anime revolucionar as vida das pessoas dessa forma?

Não apenas pelo lado do fanatismo Sailor Moon ganhou o primeiro lugar como anime de heroínas, acredito que esta série mereça o primeiro lugar por ter conquistado mais de um ramo da mídia, além de ter tomado todo o espaço como um anime de sucesso, conquistou o teatro com o musical Sailor Moon (que durou de 1993 até 2005) e as telinhas novamente numa versão “mais real”, como live-action em 2003.

Podemos dizer, com toda certeza, que SM foi um fenômeno praticamente mundial, o sucesso (mesmo que em menor escala em relação ao Japão) da série enraizou na mente de muitas crianças, jovens e marmanjos da época, perpetuando para as gerações mais próximas como um anime de heroínas que ninguém pode deixar de assistir – ninguém. This week’s episode is: Usagi’s Motherly Love? Triangle with Curry.

So Chibi-Usa’s class is having a curry day with their parents. Unfortunately, Usagi’s parents aren’t available. At first Usagi has no interest in helping, but when she sees Chibi-Usa crying Usagi’s better nature prevails. She decides to invite Mamoru as well. Since it’s for Chibi-Usa, he actually agrees. Only one problem – both Mamoru and Chibi-Usa have doubts about Usagi’s cooking abilities. So Usagi agrees to do a preview dinner. First, she gets some curry lessons from the Scouts^^;

Meanwhile another crystal point has been found by Rubius – a grocery store. Calaveras and Petz go to take it over. Yeah, those two don’t get along too well. Their strategy, sell dark fruit at the store infecting everyone who eats it, and they in turn infect all the goods in the store. So when Usagi, Mamoru, and Chibi-Usa arrive there is hardly anything eatable left. Mamoru and Chibi-Usa leave and run into Rei. At first Chibi-Usa thinks Rei would be a much better person to come to her class activity, but it just isn’t the same without Usagi. Rei is actually quite happy Chibi-Usa realizes this, so they go back for Usagi.

Usagi stayed behind in the store on Luna’s insistence – something is going on in there. The monster with the two sisters starts draining energy from everyone. Luna distracts the monster while Usagi transforms. Rei then arrives as Sailor Mars as well. Then Tuxedo Kamen shows up to help as do the other Scouts. Usagi defeats the monster and surrounded the sisters retreat.

And how did Usagi’s curry turn out? Well, minus points on presentation but as far as taste goes pretty good actually. Who knew?

Expectations. etc.: Back when Sailor Moon was airing on TV I was much more interested in fighting shounen and an anime with magical girls jumping around and battling evil just seemed so stupid to me, I never watched more than just a few minutes of any of the episodes. Nowadays it’s the other way around, I find most fighting shounen anime to be really stupid, and while I didn’t exactly become a devoted fan of mahou shoujo, I’m a little bit more open-minded nowadays, so I decided to give this anime a proper chance.

This is an old-ish anime though, I’m expecting to see cliches I’ve seen over and over in many other anime and I don’t really think this show has anything that could hook me, but who knows.

Impressions: The episode was pretty much what I expected it to be. Starts with the good old “I’m late for school” scene and it turns out that the main character is a really bad student, just as most of shoujo heroines are. The mascot of the show gives her magical powers and she defeats the monster of the week.

I’m curious about the lead’s romantic interest though, and I’d like to know what plot this show has other than defeating weekly monsters (hopefully it has one), so I’m going to watch a few more episodes and then judge.

Rating: 6.5/10 (A formulaic first episode is forgivable, and the show has caught my interest, for now at least.)

In other news… Sailor Moon Sacrifice has been cancelled, which made me sad. Oh well.

El próximo viernes 13 va haber una feria multicultural en mi universidad, y mi sensei me ha pedido que vaya de cosplay!
En un principio pensé ir con mi ultimo cosplay el de Princess Serenity, pero en realidad no quiero ni pensar en que pasaría si llueve, me lo vuelven a pisar y se rompa o manche así que voy a llevar uno más cómodo.
Es tiempo de reinventar uno de mis cosplays de la vieja escuela Sailor Moon que solo me lo puse una ves para un evento en el paraninfo en el 2007 en el que concurse y gane el primer lugar.
No me lo puse más nunca porque las botas se estropearon por haberlas pintado con aerosol rojo, para esta ocasión tendré que hacer unas fundas.

Sobre los arreglos:
Lo primero que voy ha hacer es acortar la falda la tela es muy pesada y por eso cae y no se aprecian las tabletas.
Además quiero agregarle las bandas acolchonadas de la cadera, guantes y mangas; y todos los accesorios que hice con fomi los quiero cambiar para que tengan una apariencia metálica.
Lo que más me duele es que había hecho el Moon Stick y que fue devorado por las ternitas, tengo uno que utilice para la presentación de Princess Serenity pero lo veo muy delicado como para Sailor Moon, espero tener tiempo y paciencia para volverlo ha hacer.
Ya pronto inicio clases así que espero terminarlo pronto.

La mancanza del computer (che per ironia della sorte è a Roma, sopra il mio letto, mentre io sono in Umbria a smaltire l’influenza nella casa genitrice) ha causato uno strano ritorno all’infanzia. Si tratta, siore e siori, niente popò di meno che di Sailor Moon! Inizio qualche giorno fa da Youtube e ora, praticamente, è una droga: non riesco più a staccarmi.

Non è tanto la trama.
Non sono tanto i personaggi.
E non sono nemmeno i colori luccicanti delle trasformazioni.
No, no, non è neanche il solito clichè giapponese per cui se ti cambi di vestito ma non modifichi nè trucco nè pettinatura nessuno ti riconosce…
Che cos’è?!
Ci ho pensato per giorni e giorni al perchè vederne una mi provoca questo senso di assuefazione e…

Quando mi è suonato il campanello in testa è stato tutto più che chiaro: ripetitività e monotonia. La mancanza TOTALE di colpi di scena nel 95% delle puntate (tralasciando il fatto che se non sei sordo-cieco-muto-anosmico – evvai col parolone del giorno! – dalla sigla ti è chiara la trama fino alla 117esima stagione) fa sì che gli episodi si susseguano senza il coinvolgimento di alcun processo cognitivo eccessivamente dispendisioso.
Perdi una battuta? Sticazzi. Mediamente è “Sono una combattente che veste alla marinara” o una frase contenente la parola luna, inserita in un contesto pseudocasuale: nomi di gatti, oggetti contundenti volanti…
Ti sei girato e hai perso parte dell’introduzione? Sticazzi. Mediamente è un banale pretesto per una scarsa morale, sfruttato dai cattivi per succhiare l’energia degli umani: in questo caso parliamo di diete (siamo belli così come siamo), veggenti (il futuro è un’incognita), il tutto condito  da frasi inflazionatissime del nemico, “Che sciocchi questi umani”, seguite da un vago accenno di risata malefica.

Eppure, quasi non ci credevo ma…
Solo ed Esclusivamente grazie alle musiche è possibile capire a che pezzo di puntata stiamo. Essendo costruite nel metodo più classico, introduzione (bunny va a scuola) – premessa al nucleo (bunny viene a conoscenza di un nuovo negozio/attività/cosa che ha successo in città) – nucleo (bunny viene prima colta in castagna e poi bastonata dal nemico di turno) – conclusione (bunny sgomenta il nemico), viene reso ancora più semplice il riconoscimento delle fasi dalla colonna sonora, in modo che il pubblico continui a sentire familiairtà con quello che sta guardando. Se capita cercate una puntata, soprattutto della prima stagione, e scanditela: quando arriva Milord (occhi a cuore per tutti…) parte la sviolinata, quando lei si trasforma ha la musichina personalizzata, quando sta a scuola c’è quella musica trapana neuroni che sembra sia prodotta da una tastiera sintetizzatissima e via dicendo…

Sailor Moon: «Ma potrei fare del male ai ragazzi…»
Luna: «Allora dovrai dire cirstallo di Luna e polvere di stelle…»
Sailor Moon: «E va bene!»

Ma come “Allora devi blabla”? ALLORA?? Luna, cara piccola micetta, in mezzo a quei bambini c’è il piccolo, ignaro e burattinato fratellino di Sailor Moon… Non sei forse alla ricerca della paladina che sarà in grado di salvare gli umani dal Nemico? Gli umani innocenti? E quei ragazzini, non sono forse degli umani innocenti? Bah… Sei senza cuore!

E c’è un’ultima cosa che vorrei aggiungere prima di terminare l’ultimo dei miei tanti sproloqui giornalieri…
Guardare dopo tanto tempo questo cartone oggi e sentire come primo impulso quello di sminuzzarlo per scandirlo razionalmente, un po’ uccide la mia bambina interiore e che me  lo ha fatto cercare. Per premiarla, penso proprio che finirò di guardarmi qualche altra stagione…
E’ ancora un po’ troppo presto per far vincere il cinismo.

This week’s episode is: Love Dispute! Minako and Makoto Square Off.

Maybe it’s the heat that is making Makoto and Minako a bit snappy because before Usagi arrives to join them they are going at each other about guys. Minako is still pining for Alan and Makoto is still pining for her sempai that spurned her. Things naturally escalate when Chibi-Usa (who Makoto and Minako saved earlier from some bullies) declares she is going to marry Mamoru. Usagi overhears and is not pleased. Well, this is pretty typical for Chibi-Usa and Usagi, but Minako and Makoto aren’t speaking. Usagi draws them into a shop that sells charms. Unfortunately, you guessed it, it is a crystal point and Perez and Calaveras are selling charms that in reality make you fall out of love. Usagi is interested in a love charm, and fate does lead Mamoru there, at which time Chibi-Usa also enters the shop. Mamoru makes a hasty retreat. At this point Minako and Makoto admit to each other they really wish the other the best in finding true love, even better than the love they lost. This sickens Perez and Calaveras and they attack along with a monster. Minako grabs a fire extinguisher which is enough for Minako and Makoto to transform while Usagi grabs Chibi-Usa to get her out of there. At first the two Sailors are caught. Fortunately Ami and Rei were coming to join them and Rei frees them as Sailor Mars. Then we see some new attacks. From Sailor Jupiter we get Sparkling Wide Pressure, and from Sailor Venus we get Venus Love Me Chain. This is enough to make Perez and Calaveras retreat, but they leave their rather sticky monster behind. By the time Usagi fins a place to stash Chibi-Usa, transforms, and gets back the others are all trapped but Usagi acts quickly and destroys the monster, freeing the others. So it’s back to normal with the Scouts, although Usagi is still trying to jug a huge thing of liquid to get Mamoru’s love back^^;
