<li><span style="color:#008000;">Abra a massa e ponha para assar até ficar dourada e crocante.</span></li>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Om endast 19 dagar så bär det av emot varmare breddgrader. Om endast 19 dagar så påbörjas min månadslånga semester. Som jag ska slappna av och bara må bra. Jag har de senaste dagarna haft lite ångest över den sista delkursen i juridik då jag missar en massa viktig information i och med min resa. Den här missade informationen gör så att jag inte kan göra två arbeten som är obligatoriska moment i den här kursen. Min första tanke var att jag kunde ta med mig plugget och ta hand om det i Thailand. Som det ser ut just nu kommer jag att få göra de här arbetena tillsammans med nästa termins juridikstuderande. Med andra ord så kommer jag inte att vara helt klar med juridiken förrän i maj/juni nästa år. Vilket så här vid närmare eftertanke inte gör mig särskilt mycket. Nästa termin är en &#8220;slapp&#8221; termin av vad jag har hört och nu kan jag ägna semestern helt och hållet åt att&#8230; ja juste, semestra. Inga tankar på plugg. Ingen kurslitteratur som ska släpas med. Så nu känns mitt tidigare worst case scenario mycket bättre. Det känns som den bästa lösningen.</p>
<p>Så om 19 dagar är det jag som sätter mig på planet som ska föra mig till solen, värmen, avkopplingen och sist men inte minst&#8230; den billiga shoppingen. Att jag får göra den här resan med världens bästa Christer gör ju inte det hela sämre direkt. Vi kommer att ha det toppen, toppen, toppen och jag blir alldeles varm i kroppen av att tänka på det hela! <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Hey everyone! I was so busy this weekend, I had no time to blog, or workout for that matter, but I got in a lot of walking around the city!!!! My mom and dad picked me up from work on Thursday at 4pm and we headed to the airport. We said goodbye to dad and headed to our terminal. Inside the gate, mom and I found out that our flight was delayed due to the air traffic control computers being down. So decided to get something to eat since we weren&#8217;t going to be able to eat until about 9pm when we got yo NYC. We deiced to go to <a href="http://www.ufoodgrill.com/">UFood Grill</a> and get tofuision bowls.</p>

<p>It was tofu, brown rice and steamed veggies with a spicy orange flavored sauce. I was relieved to see something healthy and yummy in the food court. I feel like lately in Boston, healthy options have been popping up everywhere, which is a good thing. I loved this meal it was tasty, spicy and filling. After we ate, I headed to Starbucks to get up some coffee. I ordered a short nonfat ginger bread latte, but they told me they could no do a short and I had to get a tall. It is bigger than the one I usually get but, we had about an hour and a half until we boarded (our flight got even more delayed)so, I sipped this coffee while reading the new Woman&#8217;s Health, Cooking Light and Rachel Rae.</p>

<p>The flight was smooth, but we waited for about an hour for a cab to get to our hotel because there was an accident right by the airport entrance. We got to our hotel at 11pm and just went to our room and crashed. I got up at 5:35 to meet <a href="http://jhamsrunsnyc.com/">Jesse</a> for a run. While getting dressed, I ate 1/2 of a green superfood bar.</p>

<p>We were supposed to meet in front of my hotel at 5:45am, but the elevators were slow and I didn&#8217;t get down there until 5:50. The man at the front desk told me she left and I ran a few blocks down to see if I could catch up, but it was dark and I didn&#8217;t know where I was, so I ran back to my hotel and jumped back into bed. I hadn&#8217;t had a great night sleep, so a few extra hours of sleep was helpful.</p>
<p>Mom and I got up at 8am and got showered and dressed and headed down to <a href="http://www.restaurant.com/microsite.asp?rid=352934&#38;rpid=3406">Greenhouse 36</a> for breakfast. Here is my outfit for the day:</p>

<p>Greenhouse 36 was the restaurant in our hotel. All their food is made out of 100% organic products. The restaurant looked just like a greenhouse, it was adorable!</p>

<p>For my meal I ordered the egg white omelet. It was filled with fresh basil and tomatoes. It came with potato pancakes and grilled tomatoes.</p>

<p>After breakfast mom and I walked around Times Square.</p>

<p>We met my bestie May, her mom and sister Ellen at Macy&#8217;s on 34th street to look around! This Macy&#8217;s was HUGE and was nicely decorated for the Holidays! I think it had 8 floors!!!! We decided to look around to get some ideas for my Bridal Registry, which I need to create soon!!! I <b>feel IN LOVE with a China pattern!!!!</b></p>

<p><b>Did you guys see Oprah&#8217;s big announcement ?!</b> What did you think??? I was surprised for sure. I am a huge Oprah fan, so I was a little sad f. But, I can understand that her show is so much work and after 25 years she must be absolutely exhausted, right?!</p>
<p>After Oprah, we got dressed to go to dinner and a show. Here is my outfit for the night:</p>

This restaurant was really nice and it had a big picture window that over looked the Rockerfeller Center skating rink. We actually saw a proposal happen on the skating rink. So cute!!! I started off with a glass of Shiraz.</p>

<p>After dinner, we headed to see the Rockette Christmas Show. The show was amazing! It is so unbelievable how they are all able to stay in time with each other! I couldn&#8217;t even believe it!!!! I used to want to be a Rockette when I was a little girl. I tap danced for over 10 years, I bet you guys didn&#8217;t know that, huh? I am full of surprises!!! The inside of Radio City Music Hall was all decorated for the Holidays!!!!</p>

<p>After walking for a little bit, we stopped in at a lounge and got a drink. I got a blueberry lemonade.</p>

<p>It was really yummy, I loved the lemonade and blueberry flavors together! After the drink we went back to the hotel and crashed!!! Which is what I am going to do right now. I will be up early tomorrow to work on part two and and head to Body Pump. I actually have not worked out since Wednesday, although I did a <b>TON</b> of walking this weekend!!!!</p>

<title><![CDATA[El camino se hace andando... Arroz de marisco]]></title>

<p>Por eso, alentada por los ánimos de Alfonso, más conocido como <a href="http://www.recetasderechupete.com/" target="_blank">De Rechupete</a>, comienzo este primer post con una receta que hice el sábado (en el futuro mejoraré en la presentación, textos&#8230; tened piedad, que es mi primer post).</p>
<p>Se trata de Arroz de Marisco. Hace cosa de un mes mi chico (mi mejor catador, por cierto) y yo, nos dimos un lujazo y fuimos a un restaurante asturiano, donde pedimos un arroz de marisco. Estaba muy rico, pero la clavada fue bastante importante. Este sábado se nos antojó de nuevo este plato, pero siendo final de mes, preferimos acercarnos al híper y hacerlo en casa. El resultado fue increíble, y por 16€ (para 4 personas). Animaos a hacerlo, porque con la Thermomix está tirado (yo tengo la 31.</p>
<p>La receta está basada en la del libro &#8220;Arroces de Levante&#8221; de <a href="http://www.vorwerk.com/es/thermomix/html/" target="_blank">Thermomix</a>, pero dándole el punto que a mi me gusta:</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas</strong>:</p>
<p>- 1 litro de caldo de pescado (puede ser de brick)<br />
- 200 gramos de almejas, chirlas o berberechos (importante lavarlas previamente para quitarles la arena).<br />
- 100 gr. de tomate triturado.<br />
- 100 gr. de cebolla<br />
- 2 dientes de ajo.<br />
- 12 gambones bien grandes<br />
- 6 cigalas<br />
- 100 gr. de aceite de oliva<br />
- Una cucharada de pimentón<br />
- 250 gr. de arroz bomba de Calasparra.<br />
- Sal</p>
<p><strong>Dificultad: Fácil</strong></p>
<p><strong>Tiempo: 55 minutos</strong></p>
<p><strong>Coste: 16€</strong></p>
<p><strong>Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>Pon en el vaso el tomate, la cebolla y el ajo. Tritura 6 segundos a velocidad 6. Reserva.</p>
<p>Ahora introduce el aceite, los gambones y las cigalas. Programa 15 minutos a temperatura varoma, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara (para no triturar el marisco).</p>
<p>Añade la picada que has hecho con anterioridad, agrega una cucharada de pimentón, y programa 7 minutos, 100º, giro a la izquierda, velocidad cuchara.</p>
<p>Cuando termine (verás qué olorcito más bueno) añade el caldo de pescado y coloca la Varoma con las almejas dentro. Programa 15 minutos, temperatura varoma, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara. Si compras las almejas por saquitos, probablemente tengas más de 200 gramos. Te recomiendo que las pongas todas en la varoma, porque al hacerse con el vapor del guiso de pescado, al terminar tienen un sabor ya exquisito, sin que tengas que ponerlas en salsa, así que te sirven para un aperitivo tal y como están.</p>
<p>Reserva las almejas, y en el vaso añade la sal y el arroz. Este plato acepta bastante sal, así que vete probando durante la cocción para asegurarte de que no te queda soso. Programa 15 minutos, 100º, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara. Un minuto antes de terminar añade las almejas, y si al terminar el arroz sigue un poco duro, déjalo que repose en el vaso unos 5 minutos más.</p>

<p><em><strong>Modo de Preparar:</strong></em></p>

<li><span style="color:#ff6600;">Cortar os 6 primeiros ingredientes em cubinhos e picar bem os dentes de alho.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff6600;">Colocar o azeite em uma panela de média e aquecer bem, acrescentar os cubos de berinjela, refogar rapidamente.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff6600;">Acrescente o alho, cebola e pimentões, refogue por 1 minuto.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff6600;">Misture a açúcar ao vinagre e coloque na panela, deixe reduzir e acrescente o suco de laranja e as uvas passas.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff6600;">Cozinhe até que o liquido reduza, tempere com sal e pimenta do reino.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff6600;">Retire do fogo e deixe esfriar.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff6600;">Decore com azeitonas e filés de anchovas e salpique com os pinoli (opcional).</span> </li>

<li><span style="color:#339966;">Pique as azeitonas, descasque a cebola e corte-a em gomos.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#339966;">Elimine a casca do queijo provolone e corte-o em fatias.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#339966;">Em uma panela que possa ir à mesa, disponha as flores de brócolis, a cebola, o queijo, a anchova e as azeitonas.</span></li>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Ich hatte schon immer eine Schwäche fürs Englische. Ich mag die Sprache,  das Land, die Menschen, den Humor. Während Mario Barth bei mir eher einen Fluchtreflex nebst Würgereiz auslöst, kann ich mich über Eddie Izzard prächtig amüsieren. Ich trinke lieber englischen Tee als italienischen Espresso und fand die Sperrstunde um 23:00 Uhr eigentlich auch gar nicht mal so schlecht. Manchmal denke ich aus Versehen auf Englisch, und manchmal fahre ich (natürlich nur nachts und in aller Abgeschiedenheit) mit dem Auto auf der falschen Straßenseite herum. Wie gesagt, ich habe eine Schwäche für alles Englische.</p>

<p>Irgendwann bin ich dann im Internet auf den <a href="http://www.gumtree.com">Gummibaum</a> gestoßen und dachte so bei mir, dass ich mit seiner Hilfe ja eigentlich auch mal nach ein paar Emailbekanntschaften zur Aufrechterhaltung meiner Sprachkenntnisse suchen könnte. Konnte ja keiner ahnen, dass da tatsächlich jemand auf meine klitzekleine Anzeige antworten würde. Aber doch, es gab Unmengen an Reaktionen und eine von ihnen stammte &#8211; (und an dieser Stelle werde ich jetzt Vewirrun stiften) &#8211; von Mark. Mark ist so 1 bis 3 Jahre älter als ich, hat einen Sohn und einen großartigen Humor. Noch heute muss ich bei dem Gedanken an seine Ausführungen über &#8220;Mr. Lights trying to be the sun and illuminating the world&#8221; grinsen, und das &#8220;Marienkäfergesicht&#8221; wird mich auch noch bis in alle Ewigkeit begleiten. Jedenfalls, der Mark&#8230; Und ganz entgegen meiner sonstigen Prinzipien habe ich mich schon nach nur knapp 6 Monaten Schreiberei mit ihm getroffen. Es war merkwürdig, denn normalerweise mache ich sowas nicht. Aber als der Kurzurlaub in London beschlossene Sache war, stand ein bevorstehendes Treffen mit Mark ebenfalls fest. Nie war die Rede davon, dass man sich ja dann möglicherweise, so ganz eventuell treffen könnte. Es war einfach klar, dass wir uns treffen würden. Komischerweise war ich auch überhaupt nicht aufgeregt oder irgendwas, ebensowenig wie ich über den positiven Verlauf dieser Begegnung nicht erstaunt war.</p>
<p>Tja. und nach dieser Sache da mit Mark wollte ich im Frühjahr nochmal für Nachschub im Posteingang sorgen. Wieder gab es viele Antworten, ein paar belanglose Emails mit ein paar belanglosen Menschen. Und zu guter Letzt eine Mail von Sal.</p>

<li><span style="color:#993300;">1 colher (sopa) de curry em pó</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#993300;">1 xícara de água</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#993300;">Sal</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#993300;">1 maçã cortada em cubos pequenos</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#993300;">1/2 xícara uvas passas</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#993300;">1 colher (sopa) de amido de milho    </span></li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>Modo de Preparar:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color:#993300;">Em um recipiente refratário com capacidade para 2 litros, coloque o frango, o purê de tomate, o curry, a água e o sal.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#993300;">Mexa bem para dissolver, tampe e cozinhe por 5 a 7 minutos com 100% de potência, mexendo de vez em quando.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#993300;">Acrescente a maçã, as passas e o amido de milho dissolvido em um pouco de água.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#993300;">Tampe e cozinhe por 5 a 6 minutos com 100% de potência, mexendo de vez em quando.</span></li>

<div>O Mestre sorriu e pediu ao jovem que pegasse outra mão cheia de sal e levasse a um lago.</div>

<div>Os dois caminharam em silêncio e o jovem jogou o sal no lago. Então o velho disse:</div>

<div>- Beba um pouco dessa água’.</div>

<div>Enquanto a água escorria do queixo do jovem o Mestre perguntou:  &#8211; Qual é o gosto?</div>

<div>Quando você sentir dor, a única coisa que você deve fazer é aumentar o sentido de tudo o que está a sua volta.  É dar mais valor ao que você tem do que ao que você perdeu.</div>

<div>Em outras palavras:  É deixar de Ser copo, para tornar-se um Lago.</div>
