You know, the wacky photo shoots, spaced-out interviews, head shaving, umbrella attack, trainwreck VMA performance and getting committed?

Well, given her remarkable turnaround, all that seems like a bad dream now—so much so that she may be about to regain her freedom.

A source tells E! News that the “Gimme More” singer will remain in conservatorship at least until the end of her tour this fall but that her father, Jamie Spears, has been planning all along to relinquish control over his famous daughter’s affairs once she’s deemed ready.

“The whole idea is to get her back in control,” said the insider.

So much for shear madness.

The elder Spears is petitioning a Los Angeles court to examine the terms of the conservatorship—especially now that the younger Spears has ironed out custody of her sons with ex-hubby Kevin Federline, relaunched her career with her hit album Circus and seems to have her act together in the midst of a successful world tour.

Should a court determine the popster is back on an even keel, a judge will decide whether to cancel the guardianship that gives her dad the power to make business decisions in her place and oversee her estate.

The January 2008 ruling was a temporary but necessary legal action taken by Spears’ family to protect the songbird from various hanger-ons, including Spears’ onetime manager Sam Lufti.

The source added that it was important she remain under the conservatorship during the tour for insurance purposes, as it was proving a challenge to insure her if she didn’t have it. According to the insider, the Britster, however, has gradually taken over a lot of decision making and is doing “great.”

“She really has taken back control of her life, and everyone is happy about that,” said the source.

La inceput anului, Britney a primit niste cuvinte de intelepciune din partea colegei pop, mama a trei copii, Madonna, care i-a facut o vizita surpriza in culise dupa unul din show-urile in New York.

“Madonna i-a dat lui Britney niste sfaturi grozave despre copii,” spune unul din dansatorii ei din turneu. “Tine-i aproape de tine cand esti la drum.” i-a spus. “Eu mi-am luat intotdeauna copii la drum cu mine. Este o viata pe care invata sa o accepte atata timp cat sunt alaturi de mama lor.”

Se pare ca Britney i-a mentionat Madonnei ca este ingrijorata ca toate calatoriile pot fi prea mult pentru baietii ei, iar Madonna a fost de acord.  “Copii fac mici raceli si pot deveni suparaciosi.” i-a spus aceasta lui Britney. “Dar vei vrea sa te uiti inapoi la acesti ani si sa stii ca au fost cu tine. O sa se uite inapoi la acesti ani, de asemenea.  Si vor fi foarte fericiti sa aiba aceste amintiri, crede-ma.”

“Cred ca este despre istorie,” a spus Britney la sfarsitul concertelor din New York. “Ceea ce noi facem, ca si altii, este sa creem aceasta istorie cu copii nostri la care putem privi inapoi si sa spunem “da, a fost greu. Dar a fost distractiv pentru ca am facut-o impreuna.” Cand vor fi adulti, vreau ca, copii mei sa spuna: “wow, mama mea a lucrat foarte mult dar  a fost intotdeauna alaturi de noi. ” Asta vreau sa aud peste 20 de ani.“

Indiferent ca ii duce intr-un parc de distractie intr-un oras in care are spectacol, sau la cumparaturi sau la un picnic, sau cum ne arata pozele, la un water park in Caraibe, Britney vrea ca fiecare minut sa conteze. “Ii vrea alaturi de ea tot timpul,” spune sursa. “Cu exceptia, poate a partilor din show care considera ca sunt prea sugestive…”

Show-ul cuprinde un mix de piese de pe ultimele cd-uri vandute Blackout si Circus , si de asemenea hituri de succes ca “Toxic” si “I’m a Slave 4 U”.

Luna trecuta, lui Sam i s-a ordonat sa stea departe de Britney timp de trei ani, si acum Jamie este determinat sa ii tina pe ambii barbati departe de fata lui, si incearca un ordin de restrictie permanent impotriva lui si a lui Adnan Ghalib.

Ambii barbati par ca nu vor sa o lase pe Britney singura, spunand ca ea singura ii vrea in viata ei, fiind in contact in secret prin telefon si mesaje.

Revista ‘Hello’ poate devalui, ca seful securitatii lui Britney, pastreaza o legatura a numelor si locuintelor oamenilor care simte ca sunt o amenintare pentru Britney, si ca Adnan si Sam sunt in topul listei. Acesta spune ca, cand, ei au incercat sa reia legatura cu Britney, ea era asa de speriata incat a inceput sa nu poata dormi din cauza situatiei.

Astazi, cand Britney este intrebata de cei doi barbati, tot ce face este sa clatine capul trista. Este clar ca a avut suficient din amandoi si ca vrea doar sa se concentreze la noua sa viata, la show-ul si la baietii sai.

“Jucariile si jocurile sunt o parte importanta din turneul Circus, din punct de vedere al rechizitei.” spune alta sursa. “Si doua dadace se asigura ca totul este in regula.”

“Kevin a fost grozav, ca de obicei.” mi-a spus sora mai mica a lui Britney, Jamie Lynn in New Orleans. “El si Britney au devenit prieteni foarte buni. Britney stie cat de mult ii pasa lui de baieti, si el stie ca la fel este si cu ea.”

“De asemenea, Kevin se intelege grozav cu mama si cu tata, ceea ce ne face o familie mare si fericita tragand impreuna.” a adaugat alta sursa. “Toata lumea vrea sa se asigure ca acest turneu este un succes pentru Britney, si ca are parte de intoarcere de care merita.”

Afirmatiile ca tatal lui Britney, Jamie Spears, l-ar fi batut pe Sam Lutfi anul trecut sunt complet false, pentru ca Jamie crede ca avea dreptul legal sa il bata daca vroia, dar Jamie este tacut despre faptul daca intradevar a facut-o.

In hartiile legale emise astazi, Jamie este foarte atent sa nu recunoasca ca anul trecut in casa lui Britney, l-a lovit pe Sam in piept, cum a sugerat Sam intr-un recent proces. Insa, Jamie spune ca legea ii permite sa faca asta daca situatia o cere, si confrom doctorului, situatia cu Sam intradevar a cerut-o.

Jamie afirma ca “a fost provocat”  de Lutfi  si “a fost favorizat sa foloseasca forta daca prilejul se iveste.”

Apoi a continuat, “Orice forta necesara poate fi folosita sa protejezi persoana sau propietatea insusi, sau o nevasta, sot, copil, parinte sau alta ruda  sau membru al familiei tale care a fost nedrept ranit.”

The Kentucky father of Britney Spears, Jamie Spears, is finally letting Britney Spears get on with what she knows how to do best. That being… to just be herself as the UK’s 4th Most sexiest voted woman, and also as a star performer, cranking out all the money for The Spears Camp who all live off her, on her Circus Tour.

I dig the PR for Spears’ toured being played out in the court room. The dramz seem so much more real, than played out on the paparazzi invested streets of America for Spears. She’s got some boundaries in place now, and she’s just continuing to bring the drama being Britney. Way smarter this time round. Nice one Team Spears!

In an unusual move in LA’s courtroom yesterday, Jamie Spears, Britney Spears dad, testified yesterday to a Judge about how Sam Lufti and Adnan Ghalib are still trying to conspire to have contact with the singer.

He wanted it on the record, that Lufti has an abillity to sow doubt in his daughters mind, has a history of feeding her drugs, did not enhance Britney’s ability to manage her business matters or career, and that he let the paparazzi’s harassment of his daughter last year, escalate to alarmingly unsafe levels that endangered his daughters life. Apparently, according to the LA Times, these dramas have gone down:

a) Lufti tried to give Britney a cell phone, through other people at a club. 

b) Britney had the phone, but did not tell her dad. He found it in her handbag.

c) Her nanny of her two sons, had heard Britney talking in whispered tones, in the early hours of the morning to someone (believed to be Adnan & Lufti), that’s how it was discovered that Britney was in contact with them.

d) once the phone was taken off her, Lufti then was sending text messages to Britney via her hair stylists telephone.

Jamie Spears, Brit Brit’s dad concludes that – Sam Lufti is ‘a predator’ and has tried to dissolve the conservatorship that was set up by the court to protect her best interests. He also concludes that Lufti needs to leave his daughter alone.

My feelings are: Britney has a tendancy to be easily abused. She mistakes abuse for being care and concern. Lufti is an abusive self-seeking opportunist. There was never anything more exciting in his life, than the months he encroached on pop star Spears life. Like an abuser, Lufti is trying to regain a sense of Britney’s spotlight and life.

Jamie Spears also concluded, that Britney tried to snatch every opportunity to have independence where she could see it, even if it was not in her best interests. He also concluded that although Britney gets ‘confused sometimes,’ that she is ready and capable to go on tour. He also described her state to the judge as being ‘very wonderful’ compared to last year. Rock on daddy Spears! I think that the best place for Britney is the stage. That’s really the only real home she’s known for years as a performer, and she needs to get back there, and keep active and stay out of trouble. Lol! But she does.

Sam Lufti, fostul manager al lui Brtiteny Spears a deschis un proces împotriva vedetei şi a părinţilor acesteia, acuzându-i de calomnie, defăimare, molestare şi producere voluntară de stres emoţional.

Sam Lufti a fost un prieten apropiat al lui Britney, în 2007, când vedeta trecea printr-o criză atât în viaţa personală cât şi cea profesională. Fostl manager al vedetei a dat-o în judecată după ce au fost lansate mai multe zvonuri despre o posibilă acţiune legală împotriva lui.

Lufti susţine că tatăl cântăreţei, Jamie Spears l-a lovit în piept şi că Lynne Spears i-a pătat reputaţia în cartea ei de memorii “Through The Storm”. Într-unul dintre volumele cărţii, mama vedetei susţine că Sam i-a dat medicamente în exces fiicei sale, afectându-i astfel judecata.

Plângerea a fost depusă la patru zile după ce Jamie Spears a obţinut un ordin de restricţie împotriva lui Lufti şi a fostului iubit al lui Spears, fotograful Adnan Ghalib. Ordinul de restricţie vizează protejarea atât a cântăreţei, cât şi a familiei acesteia.

       Breaking news today that the infamous Sam Lufti who is Britney Spears former manager is suing both Britney and both of her parents; he is claiming that they have defamed him and claiming breach of contract.   Going back to last year when Britney was having the worst year of her life…the news was peppered with comments of worry relating to Sam Lufti’s relationship with Britney. 

         Her parents were alledging that he had too much control over Britney and that he had allegedly confided in Britney’s mother Lynne that he gave her “medications”.   Britney was exhibiting behavior that had everyone concerned for her well-being and that of her children.   Britney’s father Jamie went to court and got legal control over Britney’s finances and business dealings; effectively removing anyone with suspected ulterior motives from unauthorized access to Brit’s money or to Britney herself.

        Sam Lufti is now claiming that Jamie and Lynne have combined efforts to lie about him and have used intimidation to remove him from Britney’s life.  I don’t think that the Spears’ have tried to hide the fact that they believe that Sam Lufti should have no contact with Britney; since they went to court to limit his contact with her.  They were very concerned about their daughter and did what they felt was best to protect her and guard her safety and emotional well-being.   Sam Lufti says he feels he had no choice but to file suit against them in their campaign to smear his name.   Britney, after being hospitalized twice and having her father take over conservatorship of her legal and business affairs has made a miraculous recovery.  She has regained the ability to visit with her children and to perform onstage before her fans with confidence, once again.

         Jamie Spears has again gone to the courts, recently, to file a restraining order because of what he says are attempts by Sam Lufti and others in regards to the   harassment of  the Spears family.  I would presume that they would have evidence to back up that claim, or he would not have gone through the inconvience and cost of going to the court to file charges.  

     The timing of this latest difficulty for the Spears family comes close to the beginning of Britney’s new tour which is scheduled to begin next month.  The tour promises to make lots of money and I would not be surprised if  Sam Lufti, as her former manager, feels that he would have been benefitting from the profits of such business dealings; if he had not been removed from contact with Britney Spears.

El sitio online TMZ, acaba de reportar que el conservador, Jamie el padre de Britney Spears ha interpuesto una orden de restriccion contra Adnan Ghalib y Sam Lufti esta mañana!

Segun TMZ una fuente cercana a sus conservadores les ha dicho que Britney pidio que “la protegieran de Adnan y Sam” Tambien dijo que le teme a los dos sujetos y que desea que esten encerrados en la carcel.

Una fuente dice a TMZ que los abogados y el padre de Britney, creen que Lufti y Ghalib trataron de conspirar contra la tutela de Britney de una manera que la perjudicara. According to Fox Sports Alex has been going through the Kabbalah practice called “Cleaning out your vessel” where you rid yourself of family, friends and business associates, replacing them with Kabbalah people. He is clinging to them though they are isolating him and destroying his life. This is very dangerous and is also known as the Stockholm Syndrome.

Due to the fact A-Rod’s net worth is $450,000,000 they have zoomed in on him as a financial target, much like they’ve done to others with substantial assets. Many psychologists and cult experts all state, it is a standard cult practice to isolate cult members from their families, friends and associates by any means possible, brainwash them and then take their assets (see psychologists article excerpts and links listed below).

A-Rod’s not spending time with his family anymore, not even his new born, which is unnatural and a bad sign regarding what’s going on with him.

Separately, his long time friend was on TV this morning pleading with him to call him, as they used to be best buds, but now for no reason, he’s stopped speaking to him. He’s not the only one. A-Rod fired all his people from his manager to trainer and replaced them with Kabbalah people.

In another incriminating incident, A-Rod’s trainer and godfather to his children, Dodd Romer, stated Madonna “brainwashed” him with Kabbalah to the point he can’t think straight anymore, as he has “been pulled over to the dark side.”

Déjà vu. She did the same to Britney Spears, Guy Ritchie, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton – it killed their respective careers and rendered them loco. Yankees fans shouldn’t hold their breaths.

Madonna’s music is not exactly A-Rod’s demographic. His trainer said he goes into a brainwashed “trance” when her music videos come on. Psychologists describe this as a form of mind control using trances.

They also kept robotically putting in plugs for Madonna in their interviews at the strangest times, in ways that were just weird, abrupt and out of place.

The things she and the Kabbalah Center profess as the way to so-called enlightenment is modern day witchcraft, casting spells, mind control, brainwashing, manipulation and reading stars to determine your fate. These are all things the Bible ascribes to witches. She’s even starting to look like a witch. I’m just saying:

You have to be a very sick, selfish, sadistic, psychopathic animal to do the terrible things Madonna has done to others. She deserves every bit of the public bashing she is getting for breaking up an innocent family to steal their money.

How many lives is Robert Mueller at the FBI going to let that animal destroy before they do something about her and that Kabbalah cult. Many people are hurt by what’s happened to A-Rod and history shall remember Mr. Mueller as the criminally negligent FBI director that sat back and on evidence of serious crimes, where innocent people could have been saved from that sick cult.

MIAMI – Alex Rodriguez’s heartbroken wife Cynthia believes her hubby has been “brainwashed” by Kabbalah-pushing pop icon Madonna and lured away from his family, an A-Rod confidant said.

In a bombshell interview with The Post, Dodd Romero — Rodriguez’s former trainer and godfather to his two daughters who spent last week in Paris with Cynthia Rodriguez — said he and C-Rod believe the Yankee superstar has been gradually drawn away by Madonna’s allure.

“Alex, God bless him, is lost,” A-Rod’s ex-pal lamented. “I think he got pulled in by the dark side, if you can say that nicely. He’s totally brainwashed.”

Cutting off his relationship with A-Rod “was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do, because he’s like a brother to me,” Romero said.

He said A-Rod is going through a kabbalah practice called “cleaning out your vessel,” which means getting out the old and taking in the new.

“To me that’s a way of saying leave your family and move on,” Romero said.

Britney Spears looked relaxed and clean while out to eat at Romanov’s in Studio City, California this Monday afternoon.  The pop star learned that the restraining order against ex-friend Sam Lufti has been extended 30 days.  It was originally set to expire today, but parents Jamie and Lynn Spears took action to have it extended an extra month.  The family’s Los Angles lawyer said that Sam will have to go at great lengths to get this revoked.

“In order to have a restraining order dropped, Lutfi would have to convince the judge that all the evidence against him being a threat to the family is wrong.”

Lynn Spears accused Sam of drugging her daughter and verbally abusing Britney.

I assume everyone is up to date with who Sam Lufti is and that there is a restraining order against him from the Spears camp, and if you are you didn’t hear about it from me because I hate writing about this chick.  This story is too good to pass up though.  It would appear that  Sam Lufti’s desire to control chubby, rich white girls can’t be stopped even by a court order.  OK magazine said this yesterday:

Lufti, who was formally served with papers two weeks ago, is fighting back and has enlisted the help of none other than Brit herself to overturn the restraining order.
Sam, who’s banned from going within 250 yards of Britney, contacted her via a third party to sway her back on his side.
“I am going to call Britney to the stand so she can tell the world how I was helping her,” Sam reportedly said. “I am innocent. I am Britney’s friend and would never hurt her.”
That’s hard to believe based on Lynne Spears’ testimony for the restraining order, in which she revealed Sam had been secretly drugging Brit and controlling every aspect of her life. But in Sam’s mind, that doesn’t warrant a restraining order.

I’m curious as to why he hasn’t gotten in trouble for contacting her through a third party, because all of my restraining orders say I can’t contact them in any way.  This guy is one step away from digging a hole in the back room equipped with a bucket on a rope.  It shocks me that she needed to be drugged even more.  I would assume that she was on plenty enough drugs to begin with, and she isn’t exactly a shoe in to win the County Science Fair in the first place.  Lately she looks like he could have convinced her to do his bidding with ham sandwiches and whiskey.  Come to think of it, maybe he was.

Britney’s friend Sam Lufit was served a restraining order outside his LA apartment today. TMZ is claiming that the papers were supposed to be filed yesterday in order to be valid, so this means that they’ll have to serve him a whole new set of papers if this is true.  Sam has been hiding out ever since the rumor that he’d get served, and he must have known the papers were invalid because he came out of hiding for the first time in a while!

Sam is not allowed to contact Britney in away way, get near her or her family, and her house.  It’s a good thing that Sam isn’t going to be able to control Britney anymore.  He was such an enabler.
