કાળી ચૌદશ એટલે નરક ચતુર્દશી. કકળાટને ઘર અને જીવનમાંથી બહાર કાઢવાનો દિવસ. આજના દિવસે સત્યભામાએ, શ્રીકૄષ્ણના આશીર્વાદથી નર્કાસુરનો વધ કરેલો. આ નર્કાસુર જો કે આજે પણ અલગ અલગ રૂપે કેટલાયના જીવનમાં ઘૂસણખોરી કરતો રહે છે. કારણ કે આજે પણ માણસ જ માણસને રંજાડવામાં કોઈ મણા રાખતો નથી. એટલે જ તો કોઈ અહીં સાચા હ્રદયથી કોઈનું થતું નથી અને કોઈને સાચા હ્રદયથી પોતાનું કરતું નથી. સંબંધો છે, શ્રદ્ધા ક્યાં છે? સગપણ છે, સમર્પણ ક્યાં છે? આજના પવિત્ર દિવસે સંબંધોનું આ અધકચરાપણાની સાફસફાઈ કરીએ તો સારું. મધર ટૅરેસાએ સરસ વાત કરી છે, “આપણે જો એ માણસોને પ્રેમ ના કરી શકીએ જે આપણને દેખાય છે તો આપણે એ ઈશ્વરને ક્યાંથી ચાહી શકવાના જે આપણને દેખાતો નથી?” બહુ જ વિશાળ છે આ વિશ્વ. આપણું સ્થાન એમાં સાવ સાધારણ અને ક્ષુલ્લક છે. પણ જો આપણે લોકોને ચાહી શકીએ, પોતાના કરી શકીએ, તો શક્ય છે કે આપણું આ ક્ષુલ્લક સ્થાન નીખરી ઊઠે છે. એવા માણસો તો દરેકના જીવનમાં ચોક્કસ હોવા જોઈએ જે એમના વિશે સારું બોલે અને સારું ઈચ્છે. દિવાળી આમ તો સપરમો તહેવાર પણ એની વચ્ચે પણ જ્ઞાનીઓએ આવો, નરક ચતુર્દશી જેવો દિવસ ગોઠવ્યો એની વિશેષ મહત્તા છે. સારપની સંપૂર્ણતા બુરાઈને હટાવ્યા વિના સર્જાતી નથી. ચારેકોર આનંદ, આશા અને ઉલ્લાસ હોય ત્યારે બદીઓ પ્રવર્તવા વિશે પણ સભાન થવું પડે છે. આજનો દિવસ એ સભાનતા કેળવવાનો દિવસ હોવો જોઈએ. ચાલો, પોતાને વધુ મળતાવડા, માયાળું, ચોખ્ખા અને સાચા બનાવીએ. તહેવારની ઉજવણીનો ખરો મહિમા એમાં જ છે.

The real estate will fall at even greater speed. Even decent middle class is not able to purchase the house as prices have risen dramatically and artificially to 300-400% by house hoarders and speculators. Where are the buyers.

It is in the interest of long term economy for the prices to increase slowly. My suggestion is to stay away from expensive real estate purchases till the situation becomes clear.

Can any one clear my doubt regarding how can we short sell a stock using margin trading. what i have heard is that in margin trading the stock is kept till the end of the day after which it is sold..But i want to keep it until i want.
if possible please give an example for hdfc trading account..

I am little confused when it comes to analyse the data for the TA. Which one to use Daily Charts or the Weekly Charts or a combination of both.

Requesting Seniors (Saint, Amit, Joy, Kranthi) to put a light on this if possible with examples.

I wanted to know what is considered as volume when you are looking for a breakout or breakdown – is it total traded quantity or total traded value?

I guess quantity can change when there is a stock split or buy back. how do softwares/formulae/indicators deal with such a change?
