<p><strong>Bahan :</strong></p>

<li>200 gr daging giling</li>
<li>1 sdm kecap manis</li>
<li>3/4 sdt garam</li>
<li>1/8 sdt merica bubuk</li>
<li>1/4 sdt gula pasir</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bahan Olesan (aduk rata) :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 sdm minyak goreng</li>
<li>1 1/2 sdm kecap manis</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bumbu Halus (haluskan dalam blender Philips) :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 butir bawang merah</li>
<li>2 siung bawang putih</li>
<li>1/2 sdm ketumbar sangrai</li>
<li>1 sdm (15 gr) lengkuas parut</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Aduk daging giling, kecap manis, garam, merica bubuk, gula pasir, dan bumbu halus. Aduk rata.</li>
<li>Bentuk bola-bola ukuran sedang.</li>
<li>Tusuk ditusuk sate masing-masing 3 buah.</li>
<li>Letakkan di loyang yang dialas aluminium foil yang dioles minyak.</li>
<li>Oles dengan bahan olesan.</li>
<li>Panggang 25 menit dalam oven dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius sampai matang.</li>
</ol>
<p>Untuk : 6 tusuk</p>
<p>Saran Pakar :</p>
<ul>
<li>Saat dioven, oles sate dengan bahan olesan sambil diputar-putar agar bumbu meresap dan matangnya rata.</li>

<p>Binun maw masak apa lagi&#8230;<br />
Keknya tiap hari dah ngejejelin Lana masakan dari nasi untuk karbonya tus tambah ayam, daging, ikan untuk proteinnya plus sayur/ buah kukus buat vitamin dan mineralnya. Jadilah hari ini dibuatin sate tempe ajah. Skali² ya nak, menu tempe. Tempe juga banyak khasiatnya lho <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=':wink:' class='wp-smiley' />  Tinggi protein tuch. Resepnya dapet dari buklet Makanan Sehat Balita dari Tuti Sunardi, dimodif sesuai bahan di kulkas hehehe. Tempe ini aseli full bumbu, tapi tradisional smua. Makanya nama aslinya Sate Tempe Bumbu Kare</p>
<p>Bahan:<br />
Tempe secukupnya, potong dadu 25 buah<br />
1sdm minyak untuk numis<br />
100ml susu segar/ UHT plain (bisa diganti santan)<br />
10 batang lidi untuk tusuk sate<br />
1lembar daun salam<br />
1lembar lengkuas<br />
1lembar daun jeruk<br />
1batang sereh<br />
Haluskan:<br />
1butir kemiri<br />
1/2sdt bawang putih<br />
1/2sdm irisan bawang merah<br />
Seiris kecil jahe<br />
Seiris kecil kunyit<br />
Seujung sendok garam merica (optional)</p>
<p>Cara membuat:<br />
*Tumis dengan minyak zaitun, semua bumbu termasuk yang diulek/ dihalusin tus masukin potongan tempe, masak sampai kuah kering, angkat<br />
*Tusuk tempe dengan tusuk sate<br />
*Panggang di wajan anti lengket</p>

<p>Cel mai nou proiect al celor de la Arhitecti Tamizo se afla in Polonia, sub denumirea de Kamyk Heritage Park. Ideea de baza a acestui concept a fost crearea unui mic sat in stil contemporan, ce deserveste cateva functii de baza.</p>

<p>Terenul este situat într-un mic sat numit Kamyk în Polonia. Este destul de mare si este situat într-un  peisaj foarte natural cu două iazuri cu apa cristalina. Clădirea principală a întregului concept se doreste a fii un restaurant modern ce include in el si o sala mare de nunta.</p>

<p><strong>Preparazione:</strong></p>
<p>Pulite le carote e il sedano, tagliateli a fettine trasversali e teneteli da parte. Pulite lo scalogno e dividetelo a metà ma lasciate la base integra in modo che le foglie in si dividano in cottura.</p>
<p>Riempite un bicchiere medio per ¾ e aggiungete 2 cucchiaini di pasta satè.</p>
<p>Fate scaldare molto bene l’olio di semi nel wok, saltare le carote e il sedano per qualche minuto a fiamma alta. Aggiungete poca acqua quando cominceranno a prendere calore e continuate la cottura.</p>
<p>Quando il fondo sarà del tutto asciutto aggiungete altra acqua e gli scalogni. Quando il fondo sarà nuovamente asciutto unite la pasta satè ben miscelata e continuate a cuocere.</p>
<p>Quando il fondo sarà quasi asciutto ma comunque abbastanza liquido da condire le verdure impiattate e servite subito con del riso bianco come accompagnamento.</p>

<p><strong>BAHAN:</strong><br />
1 ekor ayam yang masih muda dan gemuk<br />
3 buah cabai merah besar<br />
cabi rawit secukupnya<br />
3 siung bawang putih<br />
3 butir bawang merah<br />
5 sdm kacang tanah goreng<br />
5 butir kemiri<br />
gula merah, garam, dan beberapa sendok kecap manis<br />
jeruk nipis atau jeruk limau</p>
<p><strong>CARA MEMBUAT:</strong><br />
1. daging ayam dipotong-potong persegi kecil, lalu tusuki dengan tusuk sate, tiap satu tusukan berisi 5 potong. Jika ada lemaknya, tiap tusuk diberik sepotong lemak, ditaruh ditengah-tengah<br />
2. tumbuk halus bawang putih, beri 4 sendok kecap dan 4 sendok minyak, lalu celupkan sate yang mau dibakar ke dalam bumbu tersebut. Memmbakar sate harus memakai api arang.<br />
3. <strong>Bumbu:</strong><br />
cabai merah direbus, buang bijinya lalu tumbuk sampai halus. Kacang goreng, kemiri, bawang merah, garam [sedikit saja], dan gula merah ditumbuk sampai halus sekali. Bumbu ini ditumis dengan sedikit minyak kelapa, tuangi beberapa sendok air, didihkan sebentar, sampai kentalnya seperti bumbu gado-gado atau pecel. Jika mau diangkat, masukkan cabai merah yang sudah ditumbuk halus y=tadi, aduk-aduk sebentar, lalu angkat.<br />
Jika sate mau disantap, bumbu tersebut dicampur dengan beberapa sendok kecap manis, perasi dengan sedikit air jeruk nipis atau jeruk limau. Jika suka pedas, beri cabai rawit rebus [ulek dulu].</p>

1. 400 gr daging kambing muda, potong berbentuk dadu ukuran 2&#215;3 cm<br />
2. 100 gr hati kambing, potong dadu 2&#215;3 cm<br />
3. 5 sdm kecap manis<br />
4. 1 sdm minyak goreng<br />
5. 150 gr kol, buang tulang daunnya, iris halus<br />
6. 1 buah tomat, potong-potong</p>
<p><strong>SAMBAL KECAP:</strong><br />
1. 3 siung bawang merah, iris halus<br />
2. 1 buah tomat, potong berbentuk dadu kecil<br />
3. 7 buah cabe rawit, iris-iris<br />
4. 5 sdm kecap manis<br />
5. 1 buah jeruk limau, ambil airnya</p>
<p><strong>SAMBAL KACANG:</strong><br />
1. Tusuk selang-seling daging dan hati sapi, olesi daging dan hati yang telah ditusuk dengan campuran kecap manis dan margarin, lalu sisihkan<br />
2. Buat bara arang hingga rata, bakar sate sambil sesekali dibolak-balik dan diolesi campuran kecap manis, bakar hingga harum dan matang<br />
3. Sajikan dengan sambal kecap atau sambal kacang, sertakan juga acar mentah. Siap dihidangkan.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">dalam 1 jam, 2 dada ayam mentok tadi sudah bertransformasi jadi 30 tusuk sate anget. lumayan, buat sarapan sama camilan anak2 <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

bahan:<br />
</strong>- dada ayam mentok, ambil dagingnya. pisahkan kulitnya.<br />
- kecap manis bango<br />
- minyak goreng<br />
- 1 sdm minyak wijen<br />
- bawang putih<br />
- bawang merah<br />
- jahe<br />
- jeruk nipis<br />
- garam<br />
- tusuk sate</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>cara bikinnya:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>minyak ayam:<br />
</strong>- potong2 kulit ayam, sisihkan<br />
- panaskan minyak goreng (untuk kurang lebih 200 gr kulit, saya pake kurang lebih 100 ml minyak goreng)<br />
- goreng kulit ayam hingga kering.<br />
- setelah kulit mulai mengering, tambahkan bawang putih dan jahe yang sudah dirajang halus. goreng terus hingga semua bahan menjadi kering.<br />
- saring, sisihkan.<br />
- setelah dingin,  tambahkan 1 sdm minyak wijen, aduk rata. simpan dalam wadah tertutup.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">selain buat olesan ayam yang mau disate, minyak ayam ini juga bisa dipake buat mie ayam. kalau nyimpennya bener, bisa tahan sampai 1 bulan.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>sate ayam:<br />
</strong>- lumuri daging ayam yang sudah dicuci bersih dengan perasan air jeruk nipis. potong2 daging ayam yang sudah dipisahkan dari kulit dan tulangnya. kurang lebih 2,5 x 2,5 cm, atau sesuai selera.<br />
- tusuk potongan daging dengan tusuk sate, masing2 4-5 potong.</p>

100 g kacang tanah, goreng<br />
2 butir kemiri<br />
garam secukupnya<br />
150 ml air kaldu<br />
2 sdm minyak goreng</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">campur bawang putih, bawang merah, kacang tanah, garam, dan kemiri, haluskan. panaskan minyak, tumis hingga harum, masukkan air kaldu, masak hingga mengental. angkat.</p>
