Refresh = New Life

Dawn, vibrant life – a new beginning full of energy, refreshed as life is every day.

Each day is a new beginning to start over, to continue to strive, and live my life to the fullest.  To believe in myself with the love of God carrying me through to my full potential.  To be refreshed in prayer and private time with my God allows me the strength I need daily.  Over time I have come to realize my way without God, only inhibits my accomplishments, where emotions over burst in anxiety, along with fear, worry and some depression.  Waking up in the presence of God, thanking him throughout the day empowers my spirit of faith knowing I am refreshed in the arms of my God.

Not saying that there are days I still feel exhausted; including unlimited other emotions, but I am only human.  And as I feel strong and good, I sometimes forget who grants me my strength through his word and he reminds me. Just like I need refreshing to revive my life to flourish, so does everyone else.  Even the ones that think they do not need anyone.  Whether a graduate from high school, ready to embark on their new phase of life to find their place in this world; or a college graduate ready to commence their mark in this world, we all need positive encouragement to keep moving forward and what a better way than refreshing daily with our loving Father.

Even rooted, well settled people in this up and down lifestyle need refreshing.  Not just once in a while, but every day.  If we take the time to reflect how God is there for us; opening those doors for our future, providing a safe path to walk, then following our hearts in trusting him, comes natural.  Then our spirits renew no matter what we come into face with.  Our mentality will bare great peace as we refresh in our God’s word.

Have you ever felt drained physically, emotionally and spiritually?  Searching for a way to revive your soul and feel new again.  The demanding tasks of our lives will always be with us.  However, we do not have to allow them to take control of our well-being.

Embrace your Father’s arms and trust in his path for you.  Plans to prosper abundantly.  Plans of great joy.  Plans to encourage and open doors of abundant blessings.

Lord.  May we renew spiritually every day in your word, that we may physically embrace your love of giving us life and spreading great joy to family, friends and others.
