Mark Sanford in connection with travel and use of campaign funds &#8212; charges his lawyer <a href="http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com/2009/11/sc_ethics_panel_finds_probable_cause_to_investigat.php">described</a> just last week as &#8220;<em>minor, technical matters</em>.&#8221;</p>
<p>Sanford is accused of violating ethics laws barring officials from buying high-priced airfare &#8212; including on trips to visit his lover in Argentina last year &#8212; as well as using state airplanes for personal travel, <em>The State</em> <a href="http://www.thestate.com/local/story/1041023.html">reports</a>.</p>
<p>Sanford&#8217;s lawyers <a href="http://www.thestate.com/local/story/1041023.html">told <em>The State</em></a> that amid the investigation, the governor had added disclosures of flights he took on planes owned by friends and donors, as required by law.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, a bipartisan panel of South Carolina legislators are set to <a href="http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com/2009/11/lawmakers_to_take_up_impeachment_proceedings_agais.php">take up</a> impeachment proceedings against Sanford on Tuesday. He has over a year left in his term.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>I received communication from Sage recently regarding the library of Extended Solutions for MAS 90/200, and wanted to share it with you.</p>
<blockquote><p>Sage is continuing to take steps to simplify our product portfolio. We’ll now begin to phase out Sage MAS 90 and 200 Extended Solutions, which were created to address specialized needs of unique businesses. This phase-out process includes incorporating the main features and functionality of many of the top Extended Solution titles into the core product. That additional functionality will be delivered over the next several releases and product updates. This benefits our customers in many ways:</p></blockquote>
<ul>
<li>Adds more value for Sage MAS 90 and 200 customers &#8212; most popular features and functionality will continue to be incorporated into core products over the next few releases and product updates</li>
<li>Reduces “nickel and diming” &#8212; customers will see reduced maintenance charges on their annual renewal date when their Extended Solutions titles are no longer added in, resulting in a lower cost of ownership</li>
</ul>
<p>Customers who own titles that will be retired, and not incorporated into the core product, will begin to see those Extended Solution title(s) drop off their renewal notices. As of November 1, 2010, we will no longer support any retired Extended Solutions titles. Please make note that the 2009 year-end updates will be the last year-end updates for those titles.</p>
<p>Customers who own the select group of titles that contain features and functionality that will be phased into Sage MAS 90 and 200 ERP over the next few releases will continue to see their title(s) on their renewal notices. Also, they&#8217;ll continue to receive support until such time as the features and functionality are incorporated into the core product. Once their title has been incorporated into the core product, they will see that title drop off their renewals.</p>
<p><strong>To Summarize: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Sage will continue to sell a select group of Extended Solutions titles that are compatible with Sage MAS 90 and 200 version 4.3 (contact Amy Shaver for a list of these titles).</li>
<li>When the main features and functionality of those titles are incorporated into the product, the customers will no longer be charged M&#38;S.</li>
<li>Customer’s who own the retired Extended Solutions titles will see them removed from renewals.</li>
<li>For new sales of the retired Extended Solutions titles, customers will purchase them directly from their reseller, working with a Source Code development partner, and not from Sage.</li>
</ul>
<p>Feel free to contact Amy Shaver with any questions regarding your Sage MAS 90/200 Extended Solutions.  We will continue to keep customers updated as we receive information.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Sitting at Baked enjoying the great coffee and friendly atmosphere.  It is one of the best places in Charleston to grab good coffee and even better baked goods. The espresso isn&#8217;t bitter at all and it has a great nutty flavor.</p>
<p>The owners are from New York and  are fabulously friendly.  Melissa Fritz is responsible for all the yummie goodies that come forth from the kitchen.  I just tried their pumpkin pie- just like Mom&#8217;s.  It&#8217;s a must have this fall.</p>
<p>The staff is super friendly and just fun to be around.  It always feels welcoming here.</p>
<p>The building is right on East Bay Street.  It is worth the drive from anywhere in the Tri-county area.  Plenty of people watching from the booths.  It&#8217;s ligtht wood and decor is inviting and helps me focus.  It&#8217;s a great place to work, meet and just people watch.  Plus, they have great coffee and great treats to eat.</p>
<p>Another thing to try when you need something more substantial than a cupcake is  one of their homemade sandwiches.  They rock!!!  So fresh!!!</p>

<p>I recently finished this small piece that will be used as the logo for the benefit show I am doing in February , Art for Hearts.  Proceeds from this exhibition will go to benefit children with heart problems in the Greenville area.  I am SO excited to be moving forward with this event, and thought I would share the most recent development with you: the finished painting of the logo.  More details on the actual event soon to come!</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><a href="http://kb5150.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/usc-library-3-crop1.jpg"></a>Back a few weeks ago I went to Columbia, SC to take a few HDR&#8217;s of our beautiful campus.  I wish we had blue sky&#8217;s instead of fog but it all worked out at the end.  The leaves were in full color, the campus was quiet and I think I got a few good ones for the office wall(just in time for Christmas!).  All prints unless otherwise noted are available for purchase&#8230;and make great Christmas gifts.  Did I mention that already?</p>
<p>Here is the Thomas Cooper Library Reflecting Pool&#8230;True story: On my first night as a freshman on campus, I was dared to swim a full lap in the Reflecting Pool and I&#8217;d be given a few bucks.  I was wet before I heard the words &#8220;money&#8221;.  So, I made the entire lap before campus security could have ended my college days at USC before they started.  This was back in 1992, before Youtube thankfully&#8230;my email as always is KenBlochPhotography@Gmail.com</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>There&#8217;s drinking beer by your car in a parking lot, there&#8217;s tailgating, then there&#8217;s professional Tailgaiting.  At the University of South Carolina, we know how to enjoy ourselves before a game.  If you are one of the lucky ones, you can afford one of these renovated train cabooses and join the others in the ultimate in pre-game warmup. </p>
<p>Most of these Cockabooses are outfitted with bathrooms, kitchens, 50 inch HDTV&#8217;s, marble floors with the Gamecock logo (in marble) as the centerpiece.  I&#8217;m guessing I could actually live in one of these.  There is nothing else like this in all of college football.  They sit at the south end of the stadium and if you&#8217;re in town for a game, stop on by and mooch something from the Professionals. </p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>We decided to go out for dinner tonight. Actually, we both had had very busy days and did not want to cook. Now to the decision about where to eat. We have  our favorites and I have written blogs about them in the past, but tonight we decided to try 17 North Roadside Kitchen. If you are on Facebook you may have become a fan of 17 North. Thanks to Susan Cain, I did. So how was it?</p>
<p>GREAT! You may know the location. It is just past the north entrance to Charleston National in a place the had been a dinner and then the Charleston Pizza Kitchen&#8230;pretty good pizza, but CPK belongs to California! About 3 months ago, work started on the renovations. A new fence adds some privacy to the new patio and vegetable garden. They have added two horse shoe pits that have nothing to do with food, but could prove to be entertaining. There is a screened porch that serves as a comfortable place to eat and an outside bar. Great parking and a friendly atmosphere. Jason Hogg is the General Manager and he does a great job of making you feel welcome. Patricia and I knew Laura the hostess from Rivertowne Country Club. It was her last night an she made us feel right at home. Chris, our server was a delight.</p>
<p>Now all of that made the atmosphere great, but you go to a &#8216;roadside kitchen&#8217; for the food and 17 North is a special place for Mt. Pleasant! The menu is friendly to both the wallet and the taste buds. Entrees are $15-18 and they taste terrific! Patricia had a salmon dish at $15 that was worth more.  I had the special brisket and was very impressed. Good location for the north side of Mt. Pleasant, good prices and great food! That sounds like a recipe for success and from the number of people we saw dining tonight, 17 North Roadside Kitchen will be just that.</p>
<p>It is nice to have a comfortable place to have a good meal! The new Roper Hospital will be opening soon and 17 North Roadside Kitchen will be there for everyone to enjoy.</p>

This tax credit was supposed to expire on November 30th 2009, but has been extended April 30th 2010. The <a href="http://www.greenvillerealestatehub.com/home-buyer-tax-credit-extended-and-expanded"><span style="font-size:xx-small;">Home Buyer Tax Credit</span></a> has also been expanded to move-up buyers who have occupied their home as a primary residence for at least five years. Foram seis meses de interdição com trabalho contínuo para garantir a liberação das pistas antes do início da temporada de verão. Em novembro do ano passado, houve uma queda de barreira depois de três meses de chuva intensa no Estado.
