Ordföranden i Swedish Meat, Lars Hultström har beslutat sig för att avgå från sitt ämbete. Han ska enligt de utsagor man tagit del av, ha avsagt sig sitt uppdrag på egen begäran. Styrelsemötet skall ha handlat om “information”.

Vi på bloggen tror att det med stor säkerhet handlar om att han fick sparken. Har, herr Hultström tur får han efter en massiv genomgång av sin gård fortsätta att leverera kött till Swedish Meat. Någon ny skandal har inte organisationen råd med. LRF tycker att det har varit “en svart vecka” men säger att avgången var den enda utvägen.

Lars Hultström blev en ny riksbuse i media sedan det blev känt vilket skick hans gård befann sig i.

Plågade grisar kanske inte säljer så bra nu när det snart vankas julskinka på bordet? Vem vet, kanske håller sig de danska kollegorna framme med oplågade grisar?

Författaren till detta inlägg hade helst sett krabba på bordet, vilket dock är ovanligt i dessa tider.

Under eftermiddagen så begav jag mig ner på staden för att besöka några affärer, men på ett av stadens torg så hade en grupp aktivister samlats för att demonstrera om djurens rätt och tala om för mig att 3 miljoner svenska grisar varje är mättar folket.

Jag har ingen aning om hur många som dör för mig.

Men, en sak som slog mig när jag såg dem med sina plakat var ju att de såg bleka och undernärda ut nästan allihop, förmodar att det beror på näringsbrist.

Vilket lustigt sammanträffande att det just var en rejäl bit fläskfilé som skall stå på menyn ikväll.

Q. You have shown the title song teaser, members’ outfits, hairstyles etc, and the different and more mature/manly image which is very different from your debut images.
So we thought the album’s first track would be up tempo song, but you’ve started with ‘Y.O.U’ which is the slow tempo, was this intended?
A. We have made our third mini album ‘2009 Year Of Us’ with the title song ‘Ring Ding Dong’, ‘Y.O.U’ which is dedicated to our fans, ‘Jo Jo’ that is trendy Europe pop dance, and ‘SHINee Girl’ which has swing beats and fresh. The reason for letting you listen to ‘Y.O.U’ first is because we want you to know SHINee’s new image and ‘attraction’(매력)^^
Q. The title song ‘Ring Ding Dong’ is written by Yoo Young Jin. Were you told to do certain things?
A. This song has Afro-electro genre, and has impressive powerful and catchy sounds. Even before recording the members and Yoo Young Jin sshi had lot of meetings for ideas. We learnt toning, rhythems, techniques etc from Yoo Young Jin sshi while getting ready for recording.
Q. In this Mini album, there is a solo song ‘the name I loved’. A Singer ‘Kim Yun Oo’ sshi featured. How was it working with her? Its so beautiful when you too sang together on the chorus.
A. I was honored to able to work with Kim Yun Oo who I use to look up to and learnt many things. For the full-set part, the writer, Kim Yun Oo and I thought together and made it, it was really fun.
Q. During the featuring of MNet ‘Kim Yoona’s Madam B Shallong’, you sang James Ingram’s forever more, those Japanese fans who watched that show were really moved.
A. I really like the song. I’m really happy that the fans like it.
Q. Any member that you think, ‘I want that part from him’?
A. Minho’s height and his deep voice. It’s really attractive. Taemin’s dancing skills. Taemin was born with the surprising rhythm talent. And I try to do my best so there’s many to learn. Jonghyun’s feeling of music…he’s the best! Key’s fashion sense!
Q. Tell us a motto that you always keep in mind.
A. Put things into practice when you’ve thought of something to do!
Q. What’s your thoughts about Japan (when you came here last time)?
A. I think Japanese fans are really gentle and has girl like emotions ^^;; Especially I think they have high knowledge about Korea, and also something I cannot forget, Japanese Food!
Q. It looked like you were listening to music when you moved from places to places, what do you listen to recently?
A. When I listen to Jazz Musician Jamie Cullum’s ‘Twenty Something’! I get confused as I keep thinking I’m at a concert.

A. Like both cats and dogs…depends on the look…^^;

Q. In Mini Album serving song ‘Y.O.U’’s chorus, it looks like it relieves SHINee’s positive sides. How did you all decide who would sing which parts?
A. we all think we learnt so many things while getting ready for each member’s parts and chorus which was discussed with music producers and songwriters. It’s our music so we collect all the members’ opinions.
Q. Tell us the episode of making a ‘Ring Ding Dong’ Music Video.
A. Acting at cromaki and dancing on water scene was the most memorable. Personally the acting was the hardest^^
Q. You sang ‘Eye’s flower’ at the Japanese fan meeting. How did you practice for it?
A. I think there’s a story for all music songs. So tried to do my best to express the story and the feeling of the song to the fans. I think listening to the original song was helpful.
Q. Any member that you think, ‘I want that part from him’?
A. Taemin’s small feet! Its very cute^^
Q. Tell us a motto that you always keep in mind.
A. Don’t get distracted by the surrounding atmosphere!
Q. Something that you are addicted to?
A. I’m into working with ‘MIDI’ on computer. Recently I really enjoy writing song lyrics.
Q. It looked like you were listening to music when you moved from places to places, what you do listen to recently?
A. Dru Hil’s No Doubt! It was released at 2002. I like the beat~

A. Dogs! Especially Collie is so cute

Q. on mini album, you had a rap battle with Key on the sub-song ‘Get Down’, what do you think of Key’s rap? The reason why you like rap, do you have a rapper that you respect?
A. Key’s rap has a good sense of beats and I think it’s good because he has a high tone. Personally the reason why I like rap is because I can express feelings with the beats. I have many rappers that I like but I think the most important thing is to make your own style as you go.
Q. you guys live together, do you have your own rules or roles that you have there? I heard that Minho’s cleanness is a hobby, are you the cleaning person?
A. there aren’t any roles that we have decided among the members. You can say Cleaning and sorting out our own things are voluntary? But recently I keep cleaning other members’ things…ㅡㅡ;
Q. Any member that you think, ‘I want that part from him’?
A. I want to make all their attractions mine. Onew’s ‘careness’, and naïve smile. Jonghyun’s powerful and sweet voice. Key’s stage manner, and Taemin’s cuteness and dance!
Q. Tell us a motto that you always keep in mind.
A. I always have a word ‘humility/kindness’ in my heart. From young, my dad always said have humility/kindness. I think to do things best for goal, it’s important for one must not give up but instead try your best.
Q. What’s your thoughts about Japan (when you came here last time)?
A. My feelings for Japanese fans… comparing to Korean fans, the age range of the fans has gone wider.
Q. Something that you are addicted to?
A. These days, I’m focusing more on performances. It’s really fun meeting the fans on stage and I think I have to try harder.
Q. It looked like you were listening to music when you moved from places to places, what do you listen to recently?
A. I like the beautiful melody. Especially, there are many things I can learn from, like expressions etc.

A. I like dogs.

Q. on mini album, you had a rap battle with Minho on the sub-song ‘Get Down’, what do you think of Minho’s rap?
A. Minho’s voice tone is really good. When I listen to Minho’s rap, it gives a free-like feeling so it’s fun.
Q. At Japanese fan meeting, you’ve performed Perfume at Tokyo, and DJ OZUMA at Osaka. What was your reasons for the choices of those songs? And I also heard that you went to USJ(Universal Studio Japan) at Osaka.
A. Other members performed dances and songs, so I wanted to show them fresh performances that they have not seen before. After Osaka event, we went to USJ, we rode the Attraction and bought some character goods too. If there’s another chance, I want to go there again^^
Q. Any member that you think, ‘I want that part from him’?
A. Taemin’s youth!^^;;
Q. Tell us a motto that you always keep in mind.
A. Act after thinking through 3 times.
Q. What’s you’re thoughts about Japan (when you came here last time)?
A. We couldn’t stay there for a long time. I remember delicious foods. I want to go to more places.

A. its Rihanna’s Hate that I Love You. I listen to it thinking, if I start liking someone, I want to love like the lyrics^^

Taemin (Rap;Vocal) 1993.7.18

Q. do you think that acting in MBC Drama ‘THJ’ helped you perform on stages?
A. I think it helped me on stages. I learnt how the body movement and face expressions look according to the camera angles and other small details.
Q. You played piano piece on Korean music programs and Osaka’s fan meeting, when did you start learning to play piano?
A. I learnt to play piano since I was in primary school. I’m very happy and thankful that the fans liked it. If there’s another chance, I would like to play to them again.
Q. You are the SHINee who shows high quality performances who catches the fans’ hearts. What parts are you focusing on?
A. Each of the songs has totally different atmosphere. I usually focus on how I should perform correctly according to the music atmosphere during the performances.
Q. We know that you are really busy, what do you do to distract yourself when your nervous?
A. I practice or listen to music^^;
Q. Any member that you think, ‘I want that part from him’?
A. I want to learn all the positives of other members. if I had to choose one, Onew’s attractive voice!
Q. Tell us a motto that you always keep in mind.
A. Always be humble and thank others around you. Have endless effort to be the best!
Q. What’s your thoughts about Japan (when you came here last time)?
A. Japanese fans are really lovely^^ and sushi is really delicious!

A. I have 2 dogs at home. I can’t see them since I live with members…but when I want to see them a lot, we have video call. I don’t have animal that I don’t like^^

A. Japanese fans~ even though we couldn’t be with you for a long time but we will never forget your cheers! From now on, we want to see you more~ let’s be closer friends! Love you^^

Wenn das Wetter zum Fotografieren nicht taugt, muss man sich eben anderweitig mit Fotografie beschäftigen. Ich habe mal ein Scan eines alten Familienfotos angefertigt. Das Bild ist mit einem Epson Perfection 1670 (schon ein älteres Modell) gescannt. Auf Bildverbesserung habe ich bis auf eine leichte Tonwertkorrektur verzichtet. Ein optimales Ergebnis beim Digitalisieren alter Bilder zu erreichen, bedeutet einen ziemlichen  Aufwand bezüglich des Scannens und des Nachbearbeitens.  Dennoch macht es Spass sich damit zu beschäftigen, atmen diese Bilder doch den Geist der Geschichte.

Spotted at Gucci Life.

I am grateful for family*. Without them. Well, I just don’t know.
It has been a rough couple months for me and they help keep me going when I don’t want to.

I am grateful for friends. Without them I would never laugh. Laughter is the best medicine. Friends help remind you that you are okay too. We all need such reminders. And seriously, D-OC, you continue to amaze me. You always support me, hug me, love me, no matter what. I cannot thank you all enough or properly. Thank you so much for just being there.

Believe it or not, I am grateful for my cat. He is always there, usually when I don’t want  him to be. He is all I have though. He may love me only because I feed him but he doesn’t judge me.

I am indebted to my boss and being grateful for her doesn’t even begin to touch the tip of the iceberg. She has melted and flowed into my life in so many ways. I will always be thankful for her.

I am grateful for being able to work from home. To be able to work in whatever I feel like wearing that day, or not. To be able to distract myself with chores. To be able to take a break when I Need to or Have to. To not have inquiring minds or gossipy mouths around. To schedule my needs over my hours.

I am grateful for the moments I can enjoy a real meal, afford good food, few and far between opportunities arise but I savor every second, every bite.

I am grateful for good TV, movies and books that allow me to retreat to another world if for just a moment.

Every day I am thankful. Every day I thank God; for yesterday, today and tomorrow. Whatever life may throw at me, whatever lies ahead, whatever has happened has happened. I am thankful. Every. Day.

**Another update. No surgery. Doctors found only an infection, no abscess which is Good news. She is still in the hospital, recovering from the “inspection” and awaiting lab results. Thank you for all of your well wishes.

Grisuppfödaren, Lars Hultström en av höjdarna inom Scan, där han sitter i styrelsen får nu inte längre leverera sitt kött. Scan överväger nu om han skall stängas av.

Min gissning är att trycket från konsumenterna är stort den här gången. Scan kan inte slingra sig med att det är en enskild som har syndat. Djurrättsalliansen säger sig ha hittat upp mot ett hundratal fall av vanvård.

Det finns idag inget krav på ursprungsmärkning av griskött. Det kan man läsa i en av Svenska Dagbladets artiklar. Konsumenterna kan således inte välja om de skall köpa hel eller halv plågad gris. Friska och oplågade grisar kostar mer att föda upp. Det är något konsumenterna får betala. DN skriver i sin krönika om detta dilemma. Gissningsvis är de flesta köttätare villiga att betala mer.

Igår avslöjades att många grisar i Sverige vanvårdas.
Det är som att svära i kyrkan att påstå något sådant, att i Sverige, guds gåva till mänskligheten, landet som påstår sig ha världens bästa djurrättslag, där liksom i många andra länder, lider grisarna.

Det var Djurrättsalliansen som tagit sig in på en gård tillhörande en bonde som samtidigt sitter i Scans styrelse, ordförande i Swedish Meat och hör o häpna, han sitter med i styrelsen för Svenska Djurhälsovården.
Man tar sig för pannan, vilken skit.

I våras publicerade med buller o bång hur de danska grisarna hade det och det poängterades gång på gång att så här illa är det inte i Sverige.

Nu har det visat sig att många grisbönder blivit ertappade med byxorna nere, inte bokstavligen, men att tro att Sverige är djurens himmelrike är en grov överdrift.

Jag slutade, efter det danska avslöjandet, att överhuvud taget befatta mig med allt fläskkött och allt där fläsk ingår, såsom korv.
Det blev nötkött för hela slanten och än har ingen nötbonde avslöjats för vanvård, men det kommer och därför funderar jag helt allvarligt att bli vegetarian.

Jag har väl fördommar mot det egentligen, inte mot att vara det utan vad lever man av, är det qorn hela dagarna och grönsaker, är det dyrt etc.

Närproducerat kött i närheten där man bor är också ett allternativ

Det blir att leta och ta reda på så man får en varienrande kost, för det här med kött från Scan tilltalar mej inte längre.

Igår, på bilderna från Djurrättsalliansen, fick vi se hur grisar tuggade på en död gris.

Det  får en ju att tänka på julskinkan…smaklig måltid,
