To celebrate the early beginnings of spring, I made this apple blossom crown and a fairy figure to accompany it.

Easter Seasonal Table

Inspired by friends, I created this seasonal lent/easter garden. One half is a desolate stoney path leading to an earthy tomb. I placed a stone with a cross outside to symbolise the crucifixion. Usually this is would be the seasonal garden, unchanged for the last four weeks of lent, Good Friday and Saturday.

Then on Easter Sunday the garden can be transformed with moss and small plants. I added easter eggs (made from modelling beeswax) in a small basket and a knitted hare.

To show the participants at my workshop, I have included both sides at once. The garden is built on an old metal tray.
