People ask me to predict the future, when all I want to do is prevent it. Better yet, build it. Predicting the future is much too easy, anyway. You look at the people around you, the street you stand on, the visible air you breathe, and predict more of the same. To hell with more. I want better.

Treat life as a chess game. A thinking man’s game. Plan your moves, look ahead and move with conviction. Don’t hesitate, what’s the point? This is your life, it’s yours to shape and develop. I’m just trying to make you remember that. Once you have glimpsed the world as it might be, it is impossible to live anymore complacent in the world as it is.

These are the pillars that will support you through life, build them strongly with ample, fundamental support and you’ll never fall.

Remember these words. Recite them. Inscribe them in your heart, mind and soul. They might help you through tomorrow… and onto the future.

 What will happen if I acted wild? Wildly crazy, wildly sensational, wildly open. Am I taking too much risk? In other societies, this would have been completely normal. But where I live, being a little bit open is pretty much outrageous.

 Women in my society find the solution by escaping from one reality to another. Through marriage, you could have independence, your own home, your own life. But is this really true? It is just another reality to deal with, another surrounding, another burden.

 As the hour to take the final decision approaches, I feel myself drifting further away from it. Even Mohamed said he saw an angel in a cave, who later told him that God does not have a Son. Lets depend more on the word of God and the person of the Holy Spirit(our Helper).
I believe in the ministry of angels but i have never seen an angel happy about too much attention to his person. Angels always say ‘worship God.’ Only dark angels draw attention to themselves.
Take note of this scriptures “but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he has provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs.”Hebrews 1:2-4. “It is not to angels that he has subjected the world to come….”Hebrews 2:5.
Keep your eyes on Jesus.

It was commonly believed, for several centuries, that the body is all sensitive to pain. It was not clear then that there were specialized nerves in the body responsible for transporting  all kinds of pain and other sensations, until recently when anatomy has discovered the role of specialized nerve endings in transporting all different kinds of pain.

The most significant nerve sensations in the human body are:

• The sensation of touch: the corpuscles responsible for such sensation are called Meissners and Merkels corpuscles.
• The sensation of pain: this is transported by the nerve endings in the skin.
• The sensation of heat: this is the responsibility of Ruffini cylinders corpusclesTaking skin burns as a distinct cause for the skin sensation of pain, burns can be divided into 3 types:1-     Burns of first degree (sun burns): these affect the epidermis causing swelling and moderate pain.  The phenomena of redness, swelling and pain usually disappear within two to three days. .

  2-     Burns of second degree: epidermis and dermis are injured.  In such a case, a detachment  occurs between epidermis and dermis, causing the collection of secretions between these two layers (Figure 2). The injured person suffers from severe pain, and excessive increase of pain sensation, due to irritation of exposed nerve ending particularly after the outburst of blisters.  The skin starts to heal within 14 days as a result of the process of renovation and inversion under the skin.

  3-     Burns of third degree: the whole skin thickness is burned and perhaps the injury may reach the muscles or the bone.   The skin loses elasticity and becomes rough and dry.  In this case, the injured person do not feel much pain, as nerve endings have been damaged almost completely due to burning .

  The Quran states ;  “Those who reject our signs, We shall cast into the fire; as often as their skins are roasted through.  We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the punishment; for Allah is Exalted in power; Wise.” ( 4:56)

  Allah did not say “as often as their skins are burned”, as burning could be partial, but He rather said: “as often as their skins are roasted through”, i.e., totally burned with all nerves of sensation and pain.  So, He the Almighty associated between the sensation of pain and the skin when roasted and burned totally, thus losing its structure and function.  When sensation of pain is lost, a new fully composed and functional skin is replaced, where the nerve ending responsible for the painful sensation of heat and burn perform and function to make the unbeliever taste the punishment of being burned with fire over and over again.

Life throws a lot of shit at you. It’s always piling crap, regardless of how your feeling, on your plate and most of the time people can’t take it.

We are defined by our ability to handle the stress and deal with it or our lack there of.

Sometimes though, you just have to move on. Things will always be thrown your way to test you, test your resolve, test your worth and your focus.

Deal with it.
Do what you can and continue.
Don’t linger.
Keep your eye’s focused forward.
Don’t look back.
Hold tight to your ideals and thoughts.
Don’t hesitate.
Move on.

Recite this to yourself and keep looking to tomorrow. I think the second you stop fighting it, time really is on your side.

Rip the skin off. The three integrated layers: the epidermis, the dermis and the subcutis could be pulled away and all that would be exposed would be the deteriorating inner cells and dying organs. The cells that are normally in a continuous cycle have slowed down enormously simply because they’re tired of reproduction. You could see the actual workings of a human gone sour.

Though it’s hard to think about because the dermis, the “true skin”, is the thickest and rich in nerves and blood vessels and sweat glands. This is the layer that counts it’s job is to protect and repair injured tissue. The fact that the collagen inside is starting to lose it’s strength, being one of the strongest proteins found in nature, is irony at its best.

The subcutis, the deepest layer of the skin, is located at the bottom of the dermis. It contains Lipocytes; which in turn provide the cushioning effect for the muscles, bones, and inner organs if the system were to be shocked. It also acts as an insulator and as a source of energy when the body isn’t being taken care of properly.

At times you’d think the dismissal of sensations registered by the skin would be welcomed. That the numbness that one grew accustomed to would be the most satisfying and the most detrimental at the same time. Perhaps the person doesn’t care about the detriment, perhaps it’s the only thing they want to remember, perhaps it’s the only thing that person knew.

Fortunately, being the skin, it molds into various shapes. It takes on qualities not understood by man, it responds to the most delicate touch and becomes an organ of communication.

So in the end, after an understanding of what one could lose, the skin is left intact. It wants to feel the better sensations and most importantly it wants to protect that it encompasses. The inner workings of a human coming alive again.
