…from President Obama’s Justice Department, as long as the intimidator intimidates those

…from President Obama’s Justice Department, as long as the intimidator intimidates those the President prefers not vote.

On November 4, 2008 two members, Minister King Samir Shabazz and Jerry Jackson, of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense (NBPP) stationed themselves outside a polling place at 1221 Fairmount St, Philadelphia, PA. (See video) On January 7, 2009 (eleven days before the inauguration of President Obama), the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against these two men, NBPP, and Malik Zulu Shabazz (acting chairman of NBPP) for violating Section 11(b) of the 1965 Voting Rights Act by engaging in and attempting coercion, threats, and intimidation of voters and those aiding voters at the polling place.

The complaint alleges Samir Shabazz “brandished a deadly weapon…pointed the weapon at individuals, menacingly tapped it [on] his other hand, or menacingly tapped it elsewhere.” He and Jackson were also accused of hurling racial threats and racial insults at both black and white voters while the polls were open as well as making “menacing and intimidating gestures, statements, and movements directed at individuals who were present to aid voters.” Malik Zulu Shabazz and NBPP “managed, directed and endorsed the behavior, actions and statements” of their co-defendants, according to the complaint. In addition Malik Zulu Shabazz was accused of making statements “adopting and endorsing the deployment, behavior, and statements” of Samir Shabazz and Jackson following the election.

After the defendants failed to appear in court or present a defense, the court ordered the DOJ to prepare a motion for default judgment against them. On May 1, 2009, DOJ sought an extension to comply with the order. DOJ stated the extension was necessary to “craft an appropriate and equitable remedy” because it had not “had the benefit of discovery” in the case and did not anticipate “that the Defendants would make no showing whatsoever.” The court granted DOJ’s motion on May 4. The defendants unwillingness to appear or defend themselves had cost them the case. All that remained was for the DOJ to file the necessary motion and the court to grant it.

Instead, on May 15, DOJ filed a proposed default judgment order against Samir Shabazz and dropped its case against the other three defendants. The court then handed down its judgment against Shabazz that prohibits him from displaying a weapon within 100 feet of any or to intimidate, threaten or coerce voters or those assisting voters.1 No fines, no admission of guilt, really not even a punitive act of any kind!

Some may be thinking there was no proof, no witnesses willing to testify to the acts described in the complaint. Even if that were so, DOJ had the case in hand after the defendants’ refusal to appear to defend themselves. But there was at least one witness. And a very credible (even to ultra left-wingers) witness at that. Bartle Bull, an attorney who cut his professional teeth on the civil rights movement of the 1960’s, was also working as a poll watcher on election day.

Michelle Malkin has posted Mr. Bull’s sworn affidavit on the case here. In it, Mr. Bull unequivocally states that he observed the two men intimidate and attempt to intimidate voters and poll workers. The following quotes are directly from his sworn statement.

“In all my experience in politics, in civil rights litigation, and in my efforts in the 1960’s to secure the right to vote in Mississippi through participation with civil rights leaders and the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, I have never encountered or heard of another instance in the United States where armed and uniformed men blocked the entrance to a polling location. Their clear purpose was to intimidate voters with whom they did not agree.”

“…I heard the shorter man make a statement directed towards white poll observers that ‘You are about to be ruled by the black man, cracker.’”

“I considered their presence to be a racially motivated effort to intimidate poll watchers aiding voters, as well as voters with whom the men did not agree.”

If these were the statements of a Republican, liberals would certainly level charges of dishonesty. But this comes from one of their own–a civil rights attorney who worked on the campaigns of such left-wing icons as Robert F. Kennedy and Jimmy Carter. Democrats can’t write this off as a product of the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy.

So, how did the Obama DOJ deal with such a damning condemnation by one of their own?

They buried it.

That’s correct. Mr. Bull’s affidavit was dated April 7, 2009–almost three months after the President’s inauguration. But the court never saw it. The affidavit was never filed!

According to this Washington Times exclusive, a DOJ spokesman in the supposedly “most transparent administration in history” refused to reveal the source of the pressure that forced career DOJ lawyers to drop the case they’d pursued since January. The Times’ sources for the article insisted on anonymity “because of fear of retribution.”

It appears Obama’s DOJ is not only protecting thugs who intimidate the President’s political enemies, but also creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation within the Department. The same career attorneys whose advice Eric Holder promised he would listen to in his confirmation hearings now fear reprisals if they publicly disagree with their boss.

Obama’s promised change has arrived. After this, we can count on a lot more left-wing security (that’s how Shabazz and Jackson described their role in Philadelphia–security) at polling places on election day. This outrage is an open invitation for the NBPP and any other radical left-wing group to place intimidators at the doors to harass voters and poll-watchers.

During the campaign Obama mentioned his desire for a civilian security force. Perhaps the NBPP will be his recruiting ground.

With every passing year, it seems less likely the 'W' will regain its reputation for quality

Around 1998, the stylized “W” that accompanies every Wu-Tang Clan release could be viewed as a symbol of quality. The clan had just released its second album, “Wu-Tang Forever,” on the heels of five incredibly successful solo records. Then that little “W” started appearing on more and more products of questionable quality, thereby eroding its value. Ten years later, that symbol is a warning as much as anything else, especially for a release whose main attraction is a book of photos from RZA’s trip to the real Shaolin in China. “Soundtracks from the Shaolin Temple” is the latest attempt to bring credibility to relatively new clan “affiliates” by sprinkling in contributions from core members. Here are the dirty numbers. You get 21 tracks, three of them skits, leaving 18 tracks that have all appeared in some form somewhere else. Seven are produced by Bronze Nazareth, three by Preservation, two by Hi-Tek and one each by, Stroupe, True Master, Scram Jones, Blue Sky Black Death, Mathematics and, yes, RZA. GZA raps on five tracks, RZA on three, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon and Masta Killah two each, while Inspectah Deck and U-God only one. As a disillusioned Wu fan, I stopped listening a while back, so these songs were new to me. About the best thing I can say is this is much better than 2006’s “Wu-Box: The Cream of the Clan.” In fact, the record has a pretty solid three-song run. It begins with the seventh track, Hi-Tek’s “My Piano,” a tribute to musical devotion featuring an electric guitar line and propulsive beat. Ghostface’s verse cuts through the din, proving that, as over-worked as Ghost seems, the man has charisma to spare: “Still rap when I’m 80,” he declares. “Pop a Cialis and fuck all day.” Then comes “Biochemical Equation,” a collaboration with the enigmatic MF Doom featuring low-fi synth horns, strings and high-pitched vocal sample. He’s not in top form here, but even a mediocre verse energizes a lacksadaisical RZA. (Compare his first before Doom to his verse after Doom and you’ll see what I mean.) Then it’s GZA’s “Pencil” off the “Pro Tools” record. The Genius is clever as always, over a crunchy snare and hiccupy vocal sample, but Masta Killa steals the show by dropping a verse in a soft, vulnerable groan. The second half is bogged down with insultingly formulaic versions of the Wu-Tang sound: piano, strings or horn samples over simple beats and maybe a vocal hook on loop. Even the MCs are strangely unremarkable: Guys with Muslim-ized names (Kasim Allah, Solomon Childs, Lord Jamar, Shabazz The Disciple) and talk vague spirituality, half-baked eastern philosophy and occasionally drop the words “5 percent” into their flows. Only Icewater’s “Animal,” with synth pulses and stuttering click beat, and Blue Sky Black Death’s “The Ocean,” featuring the bizarre MC Holocaust, seem to stand out. It all ends with Bronze Nazareth’s mournful “Street Corners,” which opens with a Gil Scot Heron sample and features the best verse on the record from the eternally underrated Inspectah Deck: “No tears for the reaper, I buried about a thousand/In graffiti rest in peace sprayed off throughout the housing.” Every year it seems less likely that the “W” will regain its reputation for quality, leaving those of us who still remember the glory days to parse over-stuffed albums for what little gems remain.

“I am and always will be a Muslim. My religion is Islam.” – Malcolm X

Every year, on this day, February 21st, I always get reminded of how this extraordinary man had a profound impact on my life. Reading his autobiography and studying his life in college showed me a human being who epitomized the meaning of a true leader. Anyone who knows me knows that I don’t curse or swear, and a lot of that was inspired by Malcolm X. To me, his life represents the life-long human learning experience. Unlike our contemporary politicians and so-called “world-leaders,” he was a man who was never afraid of admitting his mistakes. His humility, passion, and perseverance in the face of sheer adversity will always be admirable to me.

His life also shows how people can dramatically change by the Infinite Grace of Allah subhanna wa ta’ala. Here was a man who was involved in drug dealing, robbery, gambling, lusting after women, and steering prostitutes. Although he did not convert to true Islam in prison, Allah found him and pulled him out of darkness. Malcolm X gave up his old habits and turned towards self-educating himself. It’s amazing how much he would read in prison and take so many notes, and eventually become one of the greatest leaders the world has ever known.

He broke off from the “Nation of Islam” (which is very different from Islam, so much so that the teachings are completely contrary to what Islam teaches) after performing his Hajj in the Holy City of Mecca. Rumi says one must travel to Mecca in their heart first, but there are such places in the world that are just so filled with the Divine Spirit that they touch people’s souls in such incredible ways. Malcolm states in his autobiography that he had never experienced such sincere hospitality and brotherhood as practiced in Mecca. The Hajj, as Malcolm says, made him change his whole way of thinking. He learned that judging people by the color of their skin was not only wrong, but also un-Islamic and represented the worst human being. Malcolm discovered that there were Muslims of all different colors in Mecca. Malcolm says that, in Mecca, it was the first time he had ever stood before the Creator of All living things and felt like a complete human being. When Malcolm left Mecca, he said:

“A part of me, I left behind in the Holy City of Mecca. And, in turn, I took away with me, forever, a part of Mecca.”

It’s heart-wrenching for me whenever I think about his assassination on February 21st, 1965 and how he was murdered in front of his wife and children. I know that if Malcolm were alive today, many things would be different. There would be more understanding and far less ignorance. But his life continues to inspire young Muslims and non-Muslims around the world. His teachings and his message is needed more than ever now, and it should be our duty to carry out that responsibility. As many say, Malcolm was not killed for who he was; he was killed for who he was becoming. Muslims and non-Muslims alike take great offense when Malcolm is labeled a “racist,” a “black supremacist,” or an “extremist.” Anyone who brands Malcolm those things has never studied his life or listened to the beauty of his words.

May we always remember brother Malcolm in our hearts and prayers for he symbolizes the voice of truth, social justice, and equality; the Martyr of God who will never be forgotten. May our Loving Creator bless his beautiful soul and grant him peace.

“America needs to understand Islam, because this is the one religion that erases from its society the race problem… I am not a racist in any form whatsoever. I don’t believe in any form of discrimination or segregation. I believe in Islam. I am a Muslim and there is nothing wrong with being a Muslim, nothing wrong with the religion of Islam. It just teaches us to believe in Allah as the God. Those of you who are Christian probably believe in the same God, because I think you believe in the God who created the universe. That’s the One we believe in, the One who created the universe–the only difference being you call Him God and we call Him Allah. The Jews call Him Jehovah. If you could understand Hebrew, you would probably call Him Jehovah too. If you could understand Arabic, you would probably call Him Allah.”

– Al-Hajj Malik Al-Shabazz (Malcolm X)

“I know that a lot of people my age and older never expected this to ever happen,” she began.

Speaking under a wall-length mural studded with images of her father, Shabazz, 46, was addressing a crowd of about 200 people gathered at the Malcolm X & Betty Shabazz Memorial Center (formerly the Audubon Ballroom) to watch election coverage amid panel discussions on youth community involvement, race, and of course, the potential impact of Obama administration.

| independent emcees. Boasting a deeply rooted history with The Wu-Tang |

Sorry guys I’ve been MIA for a couple of days. My brain has been occupied (seems like 24 hours a day). Well, I have to confess that there were a few snacks that I did not get to take photos of. I actually can’t remember any of them..well…maybe a few…let me think…Chobani, banana nut bread, coffee, …..that’s all that I can remember. A first, hopefully the only time, that there’s that many absent food photos. The weekend is here (well for me) and I have a bit of time to relax before I enter in chaos, again. I’ll see everyone on Sunday in the meantime here are my foodpics.

Wednesday, June 2nd, 2008

Breakfast:

Was different today. Miss Dottie was replaced by Shabazz.

I thought she was being nice and wanting to spend time with me, but all she really wanted was my hair tie. she takes them in her mouth, flings them around, carries it around the apartment like her baby, and hides them all in her “secret stash.” She looked so cute sitting there, but I didn’t give in. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to buy hair tie sets to find them missing.

I had 2 plums

left over Pad Thai. Mmmmm.

Papaya Salad

my daily sweet indulgence was pistachio ice cream with a sugar cone.

Dinner:

no veggies here was too tired to cook. I pulled this out of the fridge and ate it with brown rice. They’re basically bean curd sheets layered on top of each other. SoO SoooOo Freakin’ good!

Tuesday, June 1st, 2008

Snack:

banana nut bread

Homemade salted peanuts! YUM! I took a bunch of whole peanuts with shell, rinsed and soaked it for ~ 1 hour. stuck them in a saucepan filled with water (they float). Waited for the water to boil. Salted to taste. Put the lid on and simmered it for 2 1/2 hours. They’re done when they no longer float, but sink to the bottom/middle. Also Sooo Freakin’ good!

The weather is warming up again. Today was HOT HOT HOT! I I must have sweated (is that a word?) buckets. Maybe time for the beach this weekend?

Breakfast:

L: Kashi h2h cereal with plain soy milk, banana, and blackberries. Accompanied with my favorite drink, coffee

R: I’m so addicted to Fage, it’s not even funny. I topped it with berries and granola. Mmmm….creamy goodness. Miss Dottie’s in the background, as usual.

Up close with the monstrous beast who thinks I’m her mother. She has Fage on her nose!

Snack:

L: I dug into a bag of Lay’s Maui Onion chips

Lunch:

R: A refreshing and filling salad: black beans, radishes …or are those beets…? (I always mix them up), lettuce, spinach, pea leaves, red bell pepper and the dressing was light ranch.

Snack:

I’ve been eying this guy at Whole Foods for the longest while, and finally managed to work up the courage to try something new (other than my beloved Dove dark). How could you resist this chocolaty goodness. My fingerprints are all over ‘em!

Dinner:

L: snow peas, onion garlic, and MorningStar Farm’s Meal starters with Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce

R: roasted asparagus with lime (no lemon), salt and pepper, and balsamic vinegar.

Dessert:

L: Orange slices

R: They’re always on my Pilates mat. Miss Dottie scratches it up whenever she gets a chance. One time I saw her straddling the thing!

Monday, June 16th, 2008

Breakfast: cereal with plain soy milk and coffee (no pic)

Snacks + Lunch:

L: 2 mini bran muffins with my fave trio: pecans, walnuts, and dried cranberries

R: This is my first time trying Fage, pronounced Fa-Yeh (Haha!). I went looking for Chobani, but could not find it, so I settled for something else a little similar (??). The verdict..? I loOoved the whipped texture that it had. The white color oh so beautiful. It was sooOO rich and creamy! Unbelievable! So much so that it was a little too much for me. Even though it was only a 5.2 oz container, I felt I had enough halfway through. At one point it reminded me of eating refined sour cream. I think the granola I put in it wasn’t enough. I’ll have to try adding fresh fruits and berries to it to balance out the tangy-ness. I’ll keep the lookout for the Chobani. Oh, the yogurt kept me full for soOo long. I ate it in the late afternoon and wasn’t even hungry when dinner time came around. I ate anyway because I know I needed the nutrition. Go to bed without dinner? NO WAY!

L: small banana

Dinner:

R: Homemade marinara sauce. It was a little watery, I think I added too much water, oops! Still very good though. The best part, I got to pluck the leaves off of our basil plant that has been growing for the past few months.

L: My plate marinara sauce with whole wheat penne rigate (my fave) pasta

R: Long is the corn man. Ever since I started grilling corn with the garlic butter, he’s always looking for deals on corn at the grocery store. The one I ate tonight was only with margarine, no garlic

It’s 11:00 PM. I’ve been sleepy for the past 3 hours, so got to get my tan butt to bed! Here’s a rare beautiful picture of the Princess, Shabazz.

I got my morning started a little earlier today, so I’m not that hungry. Normally, when I eat

I got my morning started a little earlier today, so I’m not that hungry. Normally, when I eat breakfast, I have an hour or so of just being awake to work up an appetite. I do need my coffee though not so much as to stay awake, but just because that’s what you’re supposed to do when you wake up. I have to show you guys how I make my coffee in the morning. I get chuckles from Long when he sees it. Being a former Barista, it’s really difficult to settle for nothing but the best!

Today, I have to start tidying and cleaning up the apartment, as we have guests coming over Friday. To top it off Mother’s Day is this Sunday and I have have 2 specific mothers to have dinner with this weekend. That means I won’t be blogging as much, if at all this weekend. Of course I’ll be taking lots of pictures!

BREAKFAST:

Coffee

I also made waffles for Long and his co-worker this AM, I sneaked in a couple of bites, about 1/4 of his waffle.

Wednesday, May 7th, 2008

BREAKFAST:

When I woke up this morning, I couldn’t resist eating a bowl…or two

Cinnabun caramel crunch pecan cereal with a cup of coffee (not pictured, but you know how it looks like)

I also had a veggie muffin. I froze 1/2 the batch that I made and we’re finally working on it now! I find it to be more moist than the first day it came out of the oven.

I need to be a good vegetarian and eat more vegetables-salads in particular.

The Chai drink I bought the other day wasn’t finished, so I stuck it in the fridge. Today I brought it out and poured more soy milk to dilute the spiciness. I ended up again drinking just half.

I have been wanting to make this bread for the longest time. In fact, ever since I saw it on Kath’s blog, I knew I had to give it a try.

The recipe called for instant yeast, but I only had active dry, so I had to activate it first, added 20% more yeast to the water. The bread came out well, but there was a “yeasty” scent to it that I wasn’t too fond of. I think it might be from the sugar (honey) added in the sponge rather than the actual dough (reading the new version he put up of this recipe, I realized I had the old one and read a comment where someone else had the same scent given off by her bread). From my understanding of yeast, if they’re given sugar, they start to really “come alive,” this might be the contributing factor to the scent it gives off. To clarify, when I say scent, I don’t mean stinky or bad, it’s just different. I think the words Matt (Kath’s husband) described it as, “…undertones of vodka or whiskey,” which might be a better description.

Also, I had a problem with the dough rising. This part was entirely due to having OLD yeast. The yeast I used was probably 2-3 months old.

Overall, this bread is more savory than sweet because of the scent. I think it would be best with dinner rather than pb & j over lunch or breakfast. Personally, if I was to make this bread again, I would:

1.) add less salt, 2.) transfer the honey from the sponge to the dough), 3.) Use instant yeast, so I wouldn’t have to deal with rising problems. Then again, it could have been the temperature the yeast was left to proof in, but I highly doubt it. I think it has to do more with my yeast being too old.

Anyway, I’m just glad to have bread. It wasn’t bad. It is a great bread recipe and is quite tasty. I like to nit-pick at things sometimes. It’s one of the best ways I learn.

DINNER:

It’s Wednesday! That means Long cooks!

I was in charge of making the corn. Grilled corn is one of the best savory snack/dessert! It’s so easy to make too! What I did was wrap the corn in foil, cooked it in the oven ~350 F for 10-15 minutes (you could also steam it)

Then placed it on the grill (with the foil wrap on), while rotating, for a good 5 minutes. I’m sure you could skip that step though.

Then I took the foil off and cooked the corn directly on the grill pan, rotating on each side for even cooking.

While it was cooking, I made the garlic butter:

4 cloves of garlic minced,

4 T. of smart balance margarine

1 stalk of green onions (this one had cilantro also)

I cooked the garlic and 1 T. of margarine until the garlic started to brown, then added the rest of the margarine. Once it melted, I added the green onions. Stirred, then poured it right on the corn.

You could probably add a pinch of salt to bring out more flavor. I think I’ll do that next time.

Last night I slept pretty late, ~12:30. I’m more of a night owl than a morning person. Although I wish I was more of a AM person. I love being up when the Sun rises. Also, it helps to wake up when the world (err…this country) wakes up. The hardest part for me is actually waking up! As I said before, I’m a very light sleeper, even the slightest noise or movement will get me up. For example last night, one of the turtle tanks’ filter was making a lot of noise (it’s the waterfall type), and I was so irked by it that I had to get up and adjust it. Also the multiple times that I wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom doesn’t help either. Sigh…I guess it’ll never be. I’m just destined to be a night owl.

Even though I toss and turn at night often, I do get at least 7 hours of bed time, however, I’m not sleeping the whole night, so it comes out to be a little less (~5 to 6 hours).

OK enough of my sleep problems…

This morning’s bfast was the usual. I had to choose between cereal with bananas or waffles. Being lazy and knowing that I had to get cracking on my studying..I chose the easy way-cereal.

BREAKFAST:

Cereal with banana and soy milk

After seeing Jennifer’s garden flourish, I felt like I wanted to show everyone my collection also.

The basil that Long and I have been growing is slowly dying; we haven’t re-potted/re-soiled it while we’ve picking off the leaves. This one was planted about 1 week ago and it’s growing nicely.

New! Basil

Even though he gets plenty of sunlight, I don’t think there’s saving him.

Old! Basil

A rare occasion that Miss Dottie (Right) and Shabazz (Left) together on the cat tree without fighting I guess they couldn’t resist the sunshine.

LUNCH:

Carrot sticks-so sweet!

OK, I gave in to the waffles. Anyone who knows me well, knows that if I’m denied something I want it 10 times more. It may be a sign of lack of self control or a sign of determination. Whichever it is, I still win in the end.

I made 3 waffles total, ate two and saving the other one to freeze (testing to see if it’s still good that way)

Waffle #1 I ate it plain

Waffle #2 I topped with….

The PB sort of over powered the waffle a bit, and since it was melted, it stuck to the roof of my mouth. Using a lot of tongue action here.

crunchy peanut butter

My favorite flavor. Sweet, and fruity.

It’s funny I love raspberry flavored foods, but I don’t really like the actual raspberry by it self.

Raspberry jam

The almond butter was a little more subtle than the pb, but I think I’d choose pb over this. I’m not much of a almond butter fan. The first and only container I bought from TJ’s I’m still working on.

Almond butter

Sweet and fruity, but the flavor wasn’t as tart as the raspberry.

Apricot Jam

See you at dinner or tmw AM!

Since I’m out of coffee beans, I headed on over to Starbucks to get a grande cup of coffee. Of all the things that I don’t mind spending money on is a good cup of coffee. Luckily this morning they had the Guatemala (the only roast that I like there).

I didn’t feel like having either the usual oatmeal or cereal this morning, so I decided to do a little experimenting (I don’t do this often). I have seen other bloggers make apple oatmeal, but I haven’t tried it myself. This is what I came up with.

Apple Oatmeal: 1/4 cup of quaker oats + 2/3 cup of soymilk mixed with H2O, 1/4 tsp. of each cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, ground cloves, 1 Tbsp. of brown sugar, & 1 small apple (chopped).

Look who kept me company the whole time I was making my oats!

The New Black Panther Party for Self Defense has officially endorsed Barack Obama as the “O

The New Black Panther Party for Self Defense has officially endorsed Barack Obama as the “ONLY choice” for the militant racial separatist in their magazine. This group openly longs for the killing of “white folks.” You might think that it is because he’s the first seriously possible Black candidate for the US presidency. You can be assured that if this distinction were to go to someone like Condeliza Rice, Colin Powel, or Alan Keyes, that they would protest them with even more tenacity than they did Bush (you know, the Nazi). They would only come out and support a main stream candidate if that candidate was likely to advance in some way, their views on “whitey”.

After reading about the deletion of a supposed Black Panther Endorsement on Obama’s official website, I decided to check it out for myself. The endorsement was in fact real, as verified by The New Black Panther(TNBP):

In this same issue, here is the full page endorsement:

The 10th point in their official party platform is this:

10. WE DEMAND AN END TO THE RACIST DEATH PENALTY AS IT IS APPLIED TO BLACK AND OPPRESSED PEOPLE IN AMERICA. WE DEMAND FREEDOM FOR ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS OF THE BLACK RED AND BROWN NATION!
We want land, bread, housing, education, clothing, justice and peace. And, as our political objective, we want NATIONAL LIBERATION in a separate state or territory of our own, here or elsewhere, “a liberated zone” (“New Africa” or Africa), and a plebiscite to be held throughout the BLACK NATION in which only we will be allowed to participate for the purposes of determining our will and DIVINE destiny as a people. FREE THE LAND! “UP YOU MIGHTY NATION! YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH WHAT YOU WILL!” BLACK POWER! History has proven that the white man is absolutely disagreeable to get along with in peace. No one has been able to get along with the white man. All the people of color have been subjected to the white man’s wrath. We believe that his very nature will not allow for true sharing, fairness, equity and justice.
Therefore, to the Red Man and Woman, to the Yellow and to the Brown, we say to you

“THE SAME RABID DOG THAT BIT YOU, BIT US TOO!” ALL POWER TO THE PEOPLE!

This sentiment is shown nicely in this sample of a CD review from the April/May 2004 issue of TNBP:
