It seems like Kajol is all set for making her second come back from her upcoming flick My Name Is Khan. The film is jointly produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The film stars the on screen golden copule of bollywood that is Shak Rukh Khan and Kajol and is directed by their best buddy Karan Johar.

The female lead of the movie is really impressed by the director and sings his praises. She truly believes that people have a lot of expectations when it comes to her, Shah Rukh and Karan. She feels that it is not her or Shah Rukh who has completed the movie, infact it is the movie that has completed them.

She says that it was nice working with the same group again after so many years and got nostalgic as well.

The movie is all set to hit the silver screen in February, 2010. Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope this golden couple recreates the magic.

Emraan Hashmi bollywood’s serial kisser is now all set to change his image with his forthcoming flick Once Upon A Time In Mumbai. The actor will be flaunting six-pack abs and will be seen playing the challenging role of an underworld don.

Director Milan Luthria wanted to give Emraan this look. The director said that Emraan has always been the underdog and his character is that of a rebel, a dark horse.

The actor, who has done hit films like Murder, Kalyug, Jannat and Raaz – The Mystery Continues. The actor was advised to have 5-6 meals a day and maintained muscle mass and protein intake.

The promo is really looooong but entertaining. Shahrukh-Kajol had done comedy and romance together(which people demand from them) but this time, will audience like seeing them together in a terrorism-romantic movie?(Do leave a comment on this)

”Rann” is a movie by Ram Gopal Verma and has Amitabh Bachchan and Ritesh Deshmukh in lead roles. The story is based on the media of India, it gives the insights behind the news channels and how they make and destroy people’s lives. This promo is looking very strong and eye-catching.

With these two serious movies coming up in early 2010, Bollywood film makers are really showing their mature sides, which I believe is good for us as an audience. Review: Obviously Aamir Khan doesn’t attend domestic awards (to know his reactions) and SRK wasn’t amused until the end…But I enjoyed it!

Review: The friendship between Shahrukh Khan and Farah Khan continues to dwindle as SRK recently rejected to work with Farah.  The two were slated to partner in three upcoming films: Tees Maar Khan, Alien Sahib and Joker.  After SRK fired Farah’s husband (Shirish Kunder) from his home production, she dropped him from Tees Maar Khan.  Unfortunately for Shirish, it backfired on the couple because SRK refused to work with them on Joker.

The biggest problem in all this is that Joker was written solely keeping SRK in mind for the lead character.  Luckily, Akshay Kumar stepped forward for Tees Maar Khan and John Abraham for Joker.  These movies are suppose to be pretty damn good – So maybe SRK should stop being a Diva and quit fighting with every third person (i.e. Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan).

Believe this Gorgeous southern hottie Mamta Mohandass has said ‘no’ to a Bollywood film opposite Shah Rukh Khan! A couple of months ago there were reports in the media that Mamta was B-Town bound, although the headturner hadn’t ever made an official confirmation about the same.

Very recently hitmaker Farah Khan had offered Mamta a role in her directorial venture (tentatively titled Happy New Year) starring SRK. And Mamta politely declined the offer.So what made Mamta give up what seems like every debutante actress’ dream launchpad? Sounds like professional hara-kiri to us.

Taare Zameen Par is the classical hit created new history in Bollywood. Aamir Khan has directed and produced under his Amir Khan Productions. Movie has bagged many awards and commercially super success. Recently this movie was premiered in a film festival in Israel.

In that movie entire film festival, Tare Zameen Par became a highlight.

Taare Zameen Par is movie revolves around a small kid suffering with a disease dyslexia. Darshaal Safary has played that role. He has competed with Shahrukh Khan (Chak De India) for Filmfare best actor award. Story narration in this movie has touched every heart.

Aamir Khan who gave priority to the story, chopped his character length also.

Rohan Sippy has announced his next movie with Abhishek Bachchan .Story revolves around three characters. For the first two Rohan Sippy has opted Prateek Babar and Abhishek Bachchan. For the third character he has approached Farhan Akhtar.

But Farhan has rejected this offer. The reasons behind this not came out yet. We know that, Farhan, Abhi and Rohan Sippy are very close friends. Now Farhan Akhtar is busy with the projects like  Karthik Calling Karthik and Zoya Akhtar’s next movie.

On the other hand he is finalizing the pre-production work of Don-2 which is sequel to Shahrukh Khan’s Don-The Chase Begins.

A stunning visual piece that amazes yet a preachy messenger that hammers home the message, that’s how Avatar can be described in so many words. Bio-luminescence is over-done till one gets sick of it (why every other thing on Pandora glows away to glory!) and the climax sure can give a tough time to Bollywood movies. In fact, the guy sitting next to me kept on wondering aloud where all the forest creatures had disappeared off to and imagine his glee when, wham!, they burst on the screen to save the planet! All the weird satsangh scenes (complete with rhythmic chantings and motions) seem like cheap/weak dedications to oriental mysticism (if at all!) and the biggest surprise comes when the whole race (tribe, shall we call them?) gathers forces to save an unknown old lady at the behest of the hero while their whole world crashes around them.

If one discounts the weak story and the uninspiring dialogues (Shahrukh Khan’s sattar minute speech was way better than the pre-war speech delivered by our hero), then Avatar is perhaps the most visually entertaining movie of the decade.

At the event talking about Priyanka, Shah Rukh said, “Priyanka is one of the finest actresses of this generation. Five years down the line, Priyanka will still be on top. She has tremendous appeal as an actress and her voice and diction is terrific.”

PC adds, “I can’t address SRK by his name, and I don’t want to call him ‘Sir’ because I think that is too formal. Also the truth is, when SRK is around, I’m normally speechless. Seeing my icon in flesh has that effect on me.”
The Kaminey actress says, “I’m truly happy that SRK and his wife Gauri are my well-wishers.”

Shahrukh Khan reveals how he prepared for his role as a man with Asperger syndrome in his new film My Name Is Khan.

He told Screen India: “I began reading a lot of books. The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-time is one that I read several times. I watched a lot of videos and met several people with Asperger’s.”
