HOLLYWOOD star Charlie Sheen has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife, Brooke Mueller.

Showbiz website TMZ.com reported that police gave both Sheen and Mueller blood alcohol tests. Mueller registered .13 and Sheen was .04.

Mueller had called 911, claiming Sheen had assaulted her. Police arrived at the couple’s home in Aspen, Colorado, at 8.34am (Colorado trime) and arrested Sheen.

But Sheen told police that his wife was the aggressor and he was just fending her off, according to TMZ.com – the website which broke the news of Michael Jackson’s death and Tiger Woods’ car accident.

Mueller recanted her story to a female officer just before a bail hearing, saying she was drunk when she made the 911 call. Police said they would continue to pursue the case.

Sheen is being held in Pitkin County Jail without bond, for felony second degree assault, felony manacing and criminal mischief.

Sheen’s publicist, , said: “Don’t be mislead by appearances. Appearances and reality can be as different as night and day.”

Sheen is the star of TV show Two and a Half Men and the movie Platoon.

A police spokesman said Sheen could be in jail until Monday but they were trying to find a way to speed up his release.

Sheen agreed that the biggest conspiracy theory was put out by the government itself and prefaced his argument by quoting Theodore Roosevelt in stating, “That we are to stand by the President right or wrong is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”

“We’re not the conspiracy theorists on this particular issue,” said Sheen.

“It seems to me like 19 amateurs with box cutters taking over four commercial airliners and hitting 75% of their targets, that feels like a conspiracy theory. It raises a lot of questions.”

Sheen described the climate of acceptance for serious discussion about 9/11 as being far more fertile than it was a couple of years ago.

“It feels like from the people I talk to in and around my circles, it seems like the worm is turning.”

Suspicious collapse of buildings

Sheen described his immediate skepticism regarding the official reason for the collapse of the twin towers and building 7 on the day of 9/11.

“I was up early and we were gonna do a pre-shoot on Spin City, the show I used to do, I was watching the news and the north tower was burning. I saw the south tower hit live, that famous wide shot where it disappears behind the building and then we see the tremendous fireball.”

“There was a feeling, it just didn’t look any commercial jetliner I’ve flown on any time in my life and then when the buildings came down later on that day I said to my brother ‘call me insane, but did it sorta look like those buildings came down in a controlled demolition’?”

Sheen said that most people’s gut instinct, that the buildings had been deliberately imploded, was washed away by the incessant flood of the official version of events from day one.

A police spokeswoman in Aspen, Colo., says Charlie Sheen has posted bond and been released from jail hours after he was arrested in an alleged domestic violence case.

Stephanie Dasaro says Sheen posted $8,500 bond Friday after speaking with a county judge and was advised on the conditions of his release.

Officers arrested the 44-year-old actor Friday morning after responding to a 911 call from a house in the ski resort town. Sheen was taken into custody for investigation of second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

Dasaro declined to name the accuser, citing a department policy prohibiting the identification of potential victims in domestic violence cases.

Ron Howard burde være et navn mange kjenner igjen. Han har de siste årene nærmest spesialisert seg på drama fra virkeligheten som så blir nominert til Oscar. A Beautiful Mind, Cinderella Man, Apollo 13. Alle med høy kvalitet og kanskje litt lite originalitet. Men gjennomførte filmer. Han har også hatt vekslende hell med thrillere som Ransom og The Da Vinci Code.

Richard Nixon gikk av som president i 1974, og slapp på mange måter unna hele Watergate-spørsmålet da han ble benådet av arvtageren Ford. David Frost er en talkshow-programleder fra England som satser alle pengene han har (og en del han ikke har) på å få lage et eksklusivt intervju med Nixon om hele karrieren hans. Når tilbudet blir stort nok, og fordi Nixon regner Frost for å være en lettvekter, går avtalen i boks.

Dette er min type film. Jeg har utrolig sansen for drama basert på ekte hendelser. Ron Howard har blitt litt av en “go-to”-type når det gjelder disse filmene, siden han har laget flere veldig gode de siste årene. Teknisk er også denne i aller øverste kvalitet. Ingenting å utsette på kinematografien, lyssetting, lyd, osv.

Skuespillet bærer såklart filmen, og om Langella kanskje ikke helt har det fysiske utseendet som Nixon, så er stemmen veldig bra, og han selger hele rollen utrolig bra. Michael Sheen, som du kanskje så som Tony Blair i The Queen, har nok en litt enklere rolle, men han takler fint å bli satt opp mot Langella, og holder like høyt nivå. Så har vi også et veldig bra støttende cast, med Rockwell og Bacon som de som står frem som de beste.

Det som imponerer meg mest er likevel hvor spennende denne filmen er, spesielt mot slutten av intervjuene. Selv om jeg visste utfallet til en viss grad, selv om jeg selvfølgelig er klar over at det er en film, så var det en sitrende spenning fra nesten hvert spørsmål og hvert svar. Det er det som er tegnet på et skikkelig godt laget drama, når du har levd deg helt inn i filmen. Det er noe av det beste en kan oppnå som publikummer.

Frost/Nixon ble nominert til 5 Oscar-priser, i kategoriene Beste film, Beste regi, Beste mannlige hovedrolle (Langella), Beste manus basert på tidligere publisert materiale og Beste klipp.Jeg har allerede anskaffet meg denne på dvd, og selv om den kanskje ikke hadde helt samme feelingen som da jeg så den på kino, så er det fremdeles en av årets beste filmer, og vel verdt en titt!

Hello diary. School’s out for merely two weeks and as much as I do not want to wake up early on Monday, I have to Every iota of me is reluctant to go. I love to spend time with Andrea but the boringness in between our alr boring training really drains me out. By the end of the day, although not much work is done (we just sat with 120 other people and space out occasionally), we would still feel tired. Speaking of the training, we’d be sent to be mystery shoppers and audit other stores for their services on Wed! Sounds fun to me! I wna partner with Andrea please!

Per cercare di imprimere una svolta alla propria carriera decide di mettersi in gioco e di dare vita a quello che potrebbe essere il più grande scoop di tutti i tempi o, con più probabilità, un flop colossale, che ne sancirebbe il prematuro tramonto.

L’occasione è offerta dalla voglia di rivincita dell’ormai ex presidente degli Stati Uniti Richard Nixon, che dopo le ombre gettate sul suo mandato dallo scandalo Watergate, è deciso a risalire alla ribalta, ricostruendo la propria immagine pubblica e lasciando nell’animo degli americani un ricordo di sé positivo prima del definitivo ritiro dalla scena politica.

L’idea, sicuramente azzeccata, del regista Ron Howard, è quella di portare sul grande schermo un dibattito televisivo realmente accaduto nel 1977 e che influenzò notevolmente l’opinione pubblica, cambiando per sempre il ruolo dell’informazione nel mondo politico.
L’impresa non è sicuramente delle più agevoli, ma Ron Howard, grazie anche alla straordinaria recitazione dei due protagonisti, è stato capace di dare al film quella tensione che in molte occasioni manca alle pellicole che raccontano fatti già noti.
Il dibattito in questione è, per l’appunto, quello tra il giovane Frost e l’ex presidente Nixon.
Chi pensa ad una commedia noiosa deve presto ricredersi.
I tempi lenti, con cui deve inevitabilmente fare i conti un’intervista televisiva di questo genere, vengono compensati da una trama avvincente, che avvicina lo spettatore ad entrambi i protagonisti, mostrandone i lati del carattere più oscuri e delineandoli dal punto di vista umano.
David Frost, interpretato da Michael Sheen, è un giovane brillante, pieno di iniziativa, abile intervistatore, ma inesperto nell’ambito politico, cosa che lo renderà facile bersaglio della critica.
Frank Langella indossa, invece, i panni di Richard Nixon, ex presidente logorato dall’opinione pubblica, che dimostra di non aver perso lo smalto dei tempi migliori e la capacità oratoria che contraddistingue ogni personaggio politico che si rispetti.
Gli scheletri nell’armadio emergono man mano che la pellicola scorre, conferendo alla trama quel brio che rende questo film coinvolgente.
Come in un incontro di pugilato i due contendenti si affrontano a viso aperto su di un ring di telecamere, con i rispettivi tatticismi, senza esclusione di colpi, permettendo allo spettatore di entrare nei sottili meccanismi che sottostanno a qualunque intervista.
Chi la spunterà?
Chi dei due otterrà la consacrazione ed imprimerà un indelebile marchio nella storia della televisione?
Chi, invece, naufragherà in un triste anonimato?
Per conoscere le risposte non resta altro che gustarsi il film Frost/Nixon – Il duello.

So I’ve been thinking about writing something like this for ages now, as much for my own benefit as for anyone out there that might read this. This issue has been bouncing around inside my head for years, and with every new discovery, the need to create some order out of it all has grown ever more pressing – that’s where my blog comes in. I think I’m going to write several parts on my blog about this (you may have already grasped a sense of my interest in this area from reading some of my previous entries). I’m not going to suggest that anyone takes any information at face value without looking for themselves. I have no interest in pushing anything other than the healthy habit of curiosity; good old-fashioned interest beyond the realms of Jordan & Peter and Paris Hilton’s New BFF.   

I suppose it has been brought to the fore by some recent interactions with colleagues and by my recently seeing a certain film, namely Zeitgeist, here on good old Swedish TV. Coming from the UK, this was a strange experience. The media in the UK just don’t show alternative media productions. The only attention they give to the so-called Truth Movement is the occasional derisive laugh or attack should they be forced into a corner. The Truth Movement is an unofficial umbrella term for those who subscribe to one or more of the array of beliefs that, one way or another, postulates that those in power really don’t have peoples’ best interests at heart; now, I’m sure that many of you would probably feel that this description fits you already…but it probably doesn’t, at least not in the sense that the Truth Movement means.

The Movement doesn’t talk with one voice, it talks with many (often contradictory) voices and about a great many things. There are alliances and cooperation with the Movement but that doesn’t mean complete agreement. This should not be surprising as I have yet to encounter a group of people who agreed about everything. What I aim to do in these entries is to tell you what I know about some of the key participants and, in the process, make more sense of the whole phenomenon for myself! What they all share, however, is the desire to expose and remedy the problems of the systems of politics, finance, media and military we currently have.

As the size of the Movement slowly increases, there has, amongst the wider population, grown a vague awareness of ‘conspiracy theories’. When this term is used, it is almost exclusively used to mock. It seemingly has become fashionable to reject a thesis without first knowing what the thesis actually is, and it is this instinctive dismissal of information without consideration which, to me, is the saddest part of all. It’s not that more people don’t agree with what the Movement has to say that is the hard part, but the almost complete absence of reasoned debate about certain subjects - it’s just forbidden territory to many. To entertain these ideas is preposterous to a lot of people, even if you aren’t really aware of the reasoning behind them. I have friends, intelligent friends, who have taken this view. I have sent them information. I have tried to explain various things. It has all been rebuffed without discussion or, at best, it has been greeted with a numbness or indifference which has never resulted in a follow-up conversation. When I recently heard Noam Chomsky state that he believed it really had no significance even if Kennedy was indeed murdered by the CIA, I became aware afresh of just how far away most people are from a sensible discussion about such things.

I don’t consider myself stupid, neither do I consider myself a genius. Like most people, I’m somewhere in the middle. I have a penchant for debate, for challenging ideas and orthodoxies, for being thorough on matters of importance and for chasing down vague answers and weeding out the bee ess. To me, it’s a human duty to think critically, to not blindly accept what one is told out of deference or plain laziness. Now most of us have the internet, we have access to channels of information that simply didn’t exist before. Even though the mainstream corporate media still enjoy the lion’s share of people’s attention, for the first time in history, anyone can make their thoughts available for public consumption. I have consumed more than my fair share of alternative media and there are a lot of interesting, intelligent and articulate people doing just that. They won’t be appearing on mainstream TV any time soon – with some notable exceptions:

The first film I ever saw was called 911 In Plane Site; I came across it quite by accident and I remember how taken aback I was by its content. It seemed audacious and even dangerous to me at that time that someone would openly state that governments and mass media of the world would openly hide the truth and actively mislead people about events such as 911. I’d just never heard anyone come out with something like that, let alone make a film about it. Of course, all the obvious questions came to mind, such as: “How could it be kept a secret?” or “why would governments lie to and harm their people?” These remain perfectly natural and rational questions to ask, but it was thinking about these questions for the first time that was the start of a significant mental journey into places that I never knew existed.

I want to say from the outset that my beliefs about such issues centre around evidence. I am just not the sort of person that will accept assertions without at least some compelling evidence that presents a puzzling contradiction or gap in the accepted history. But it was in that ‘accepted history’ that I found parallels with what many people in the Movement were saying about modern day political events. If 911 was indeed a ‘false flag’ operation (an event, usually an attack, initiated by the ‘victims’ themselves in order to achieve a larger strategic goal) then there were historical facts accepted by everyone where exactly the same thing had taken place.

The Gulf of Tonkin Incident is one such historical ‘false flag’ operation which I actually remember studying in history class when I was 17. It happened on August 2nd, 1964, when the USS Maddox was ’collecting intelligence’ stationed just off the coast of Vietnam; it sighted North Korean ships and fired ‘warning’ shots at them, shots which were answered. In a coordinated misrepresentation of the facts by the military and the Johnson administration, it was alleged that on August 4th another attack by North Vietnamese boats had taken place. Hours after the second ‘attack’ the US instigated the military action that later became the Vietnam War – all on the basis of an attack of which no one even had any evidence, even the captain of the USS Maddox. I heartily suggest you read more about this, to really understand the detail and how such a gross atrocity as the Vietnam War can be created from nothing. It really is the easiest thing to do to start a war if you hold the strings of power and have the desire.

For an even clearer demonstration of how covert government/military operations are conceived you should be aware of Operation Northwoods.

When you present evidence about events such as 911 and people say: ‘Well, surely they couldn’t have kept that secret”, I point to events such as Tonkin and Northwoods which aren’t secrets, they just aren’t widely known about – why they aren’t known about or widely discussed is another question. All it takes is the realisation in our own minds to make the connection between what we know, what has already happened and the events that are shaping our world right now. The link is there, it’s up to us to find and understand it, to think critically for ourselves and not be distracted by the modern-day obsession with popular culture or the mainstream media.

Zeitgeist is a great film to start with, as it gives a good broad understanding of the myths of modern-day life that we all live with and mostly accept. It explores how governments and media operate, how the political/public/social agendas are controlled and perpetuated and should provoke some real thought and new questions of your own. Enjoy.

I enjoy watching movies with people in them BEFORE they got really famous. Watched Platoon today. Johnny Depp, Willem Dafoe, Charlie Sheen, John C. McGinley , Forest Whitaker…all brilliant in gritty, realistic roles. The movie itself is brilliant too. Once dinner is done, I think I’ll take a look at the special features. But more on that later.

Meatloaf for dinner tonight. Just finished it, and shoved it into the oven to cook. I’m especially proud of it because it’s so symmetrical. Things like that bug me. Used extra garlic, and less tomato. Let’s see if the family even notices. I’ll guess no.

Until dinner is ready, I’ll be picking on a bag of peanuts I picked up yesterday. I’m rather fond of peanuts. I don’t care if they’re technically legumes, in my mind they’ll always be nuts. Legumes don’t taste that good.

20 Minutes with the President Video Contest: Final Entries Stream In.

There are a lot of great entries and am fully not in agreement with which one’s I think are the best. One thing I do like is how this is the best way to be spreading the information war besides the normal blog, and going viral with articles type of scenario. It is giong to be vitally important that when the new infowarriors that these types of videos (wake-up) learn to keep going with it because there is an never ending supply of information with all kinds of bias so all of us that want to can form a more better aspect and view on things.

The Dead Zone is a 1983 science fiction-thriller film based on the Stephen King novel of the same name. Let me begin by expressing my gratitude and respect for your honorable decision to turn up the heat on this evil conspiracy which has invaded our country from within our own borders.  You are a very brave man, and deserve the respect of every true blooded American citizen!

I started blogging this year on 7/7, and my intention was to share with my family, friends, and the entire world the fact that we have been deceived by an nearly inconceivable evil conspiracy.  Tonight I watched the History Channel’s 9/11 Conspiracy Hit Piece, and I began to get angry as I watched their propaganda!  Their distortion of the truth disturbed me so deeply that, God had to calm my soul by sending me the vision of how we can finally settle this debate………..ONCE AND FOR ALL!

When people tell lies, they often end up getting caught because of the inherent human need to tell more and more lies to cover up the original lie.  I know this because I was a bad liar as a child, and this is one of the main reasons I always got busted.  Since I could never get away with being a liar, there is no reason the same shouldn’t apply to the true conspirators behind the 9/11 False Flag Attack, the worst domestic attack in the history of our great nation.

I believe the Flight 93 story will prove to be the lie that will finally awaken America, it serves the true conspirators well since they felt the need to make movies about their big lie.  I have seen an abundance of troubling information regarding this flight, and I will re-post some of it at the end of this letter.  The biggest reason I have such a hard time with the “official” Flight 93 story, is because I have never seen photographic or video evidence of another plane crash in history where there was absolutely NO visible aircraft debris remaining.  This crash was so powerful that it destroyed a huge metal airliner, yet driver’s licenses magically survived unscathed?  Red bandanas worn by the “Muslim” hijackers miraculously survived a crash that completely demolished a HUGE metal airliner?   Seriously?  Aren’t bandanas traditionally made of cotton?  It’s a miracle they survived the inferno!  Maybe they were fireproof bandanas only used by elite “Muslim” hijackers?

Beyond these issues, I have also seen a video which allegedly shows satellite imagery of the Shanksville crash site from 1994 where the long scar in the ground pre-dated 9/11/01 by at least seven years, and possibly much longer.  What about  the strange passenger phone calls from Flight 93, especially those of Cee Cee Lyles and Mark Bingham?  How did they identify all the passenger’s remains when multiple first responders reported seeing absolutely no signs of human remains at the crash site?

Let’s get this straight, the crash completely destroyed the entire metal plane and left absolutely no sign of human remains, yet driver’s licenses and cotton bandanas magically survived to support the “official” government backed conspiracy theory.

As you are probably well aware, the Flight 93 flew directly over the greater Cleveland area before turning around, or so the story goes.  There were multiple witnesses who reported two planes grounded at the Cleveland Airport, and at least one brief media report (later retracted) that Flight 93 landed at the Cleveland Airport.  Many people believe the NASA building at the Cleveland Airport was a crime scene on September 11, 2001.

As we begin to connect the dots of Flight 93, we find a story which reads eerily similar the Operations Northwoods/Mongoose documents which remained classified “Top Secret” for many years, but were declassified in 1997 and are now available for anyone to read on-line at  archives.gov.   The declassified documents contain senior level military planning to conduct false flag terror attacks inside the United States as a pretext to invade Cuba.  Here is an excerpt from the memos which were drafted by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and signed off on by the chairman, Lyman Lemnitzer in 1962………

b. We could blow up a drone (unmanned) vessel anywhere in the Cuban waters. We could arrange to cause such incident in the vicinity of Havana or Santiago as a spectacular result of Cuban attack from the air or sea, or both. The presence of Cuban planes or ships merely investigating the intent of the vessel could be fairly compelling evidence that the ship was taken under attack. The nearness to Havana or Santiago would add credibility especially to those people that might have heard the blast or have seen the fire. The US could follow up with an air/sea rescue operation covered by US fighters to “evacuate” remaining members of the non-existent crew. Casualty lists in US newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation.

All this evidence, plus much more, has been readily available to the general public for many years.  Once I discovered the truth behind 9/11, I thought my family and friends would join me in demanding justice on behalf of the victims of the attacks, especially once I began sharing all the evidence with them.  However, they remain unconvinced which means they need just a little more proof.  Mr. Sheen, if you will accept my “Open Letter” into your 9/11 Contest, I will use the $14,000.00 prize money as a down payment of a Boeing 757-222 that we can crash straight into the ground to recreate the Shanksville crash site.  We can fill it full of jet fuel, and use remote control technology to fly it straight into the ground at full throttle.  Once people see the crash wreckage, the remaining “official story” supporters will immediately realize that they have believed a terrible lie for eight plus years..  Hey, it’s nothing to be embarrassed about because I remained duped for over seven years myself.

The US Government spent $175,000,000.00+ to investigate the Columbia disaster where we tragically lost the lives of seven astronauts.   Yet they only spent $15M to investigate the worst homeland attacks in the history of our country?   The 9/11 Attacks claimed the lives of nearly 3,000 innocent Americans.  That tragic morning has led us to spend trillions of dollars on wars, trillions of dollars in financial bail-outs, and we’ve sat idle as the constitution is being shredded before our eyes.  Given all that, flying a jet into the ground seems like bargain!  Where are our priorities?  Mr. Sheen, you and I both know the government will not fund this exposure of their involvement in the attacks, so it will be up to us.  Our investment will be a small price to pay for putting an end to this evil system of greed based tyranny, and future generations will remember you as a True American Hero!

To summarize, let’s work to recreate the Flight 93 crash scene, with an open and honest experiment to determine whether we can create a second magical plane disappearing act by crashing an identical plane into the ground at full speed.  This will settle the debate once and for all, and America can finally reunite!  It will be much cheaper than the Columbia Investigation, and they can’t hide this information under the guise of “national security”.  What do you say, Mr. Sheen?
