I had their dessert, Waffle with chocolate ice-cream,… I didn’t like the whip cream, however, the waffle itself was so nice, for people who likes chewy/sticky kind of waffle!

  And this is another acusastion from Kasit:

“This problem was started by Phnom Penh and has to be ended by Phnom Penh,” he said.

SE: These crazy Thai leaders keep accusing Cambodia all the way that the problem is caused by Cambodian part. They said if Hun Sen of Cambodia didn`t appoint Thaksin as his  advisor, the sour relation between the two countrie would not have been that tense.

However, their statements are always contradicted or upside down. It seems that sometimes these people mentally really don`t know what they are talking about:  Below are  some evident quotes: 

Thepthai said, “It was an internal matter for the  Cambodian government and the Thai government would not try to interfere.”

Attoney-general Chulasingh vasntasingh added, “Cambodia has the legal right to reject Thai requests for the extradition of former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra if he sets foot there, but Phnom Penh must justify any such decision.”

SE: So if they think the appointment is the internal affair of Cambodia and Cambodia has the full right to reject the extraition, why they are still crying for this and repeatedly  accusing Cambodia as the provokers. 

Oh alas!!! Here Siamese PM Abhisit said it again and it`s again upsidedown:

The downgraded diplomatic ties is a retaliation by Thailand against the Cambodian government after it appointed Mr Thaksin as personal adviser to Mr Hun Sen and as economic advisor to the Cambodian government.

SE: Frankly, I am not a fan of Hun Sen, but to be fair Cambodia has already explained to the Siamese government and they should have understood it and accept it if they really respect Cambodian soveriegnty and want to be a good neighor.

Siamois mâle castré d’environ 5 ans :

Alors que je recherche ma chatte siamoise volée le 10.09.2009, j’ai récupéré un chat siamois mâle, castré, âgé d’environ 5 ans, très beau.

Ce chat errait depuis environ 4 semaines sur les hauts de Prilly, région Prilly Chasseur, en dessous de la ligne du LEB. J’ai remis ce chat (qui n’appartient à aucunes personnes du quartier) à la SVPA de Lausanne.

Selon les règlements de ce refuge (fourrière), le chat est mis en quarantaine pendant 10 jours. Passé le délai de 10 jours, le chat en question devient la propriété du refuge de la SVPA et sera placé, dès le 11ème jour dans une famille qui voudra l’adopter.

Si vous êtes le/la propriétaire de ce magnifique chat, mettez-vous immédiatement en relation avec la SVPA pour vous annoncer et éviter que votre chat soit confié à une famille d’accueil.

Che il cielo sia rosa la mattina alle otto, è una cosa che non sapevo. Stamattina vado al Consolato, nel XVI che è zona di ambasciate (c’è una rue Siam, che sa di cipria e odor di cotì, e una improbabile place Andorra). Il palazzo è decisamente bello, ai limiti del sontuoso ed è come me l’aspetto. Attraverso il giardinetto, c’è un carabiniere serio che vuole un mio documento e che per poco non mi mutila una mano con lo sportellino dietro a cui si protegge dagli attentati dei libici «Vada alle informazioni» dice ed io entro.

Il palazzo sontuoso si tramuta – in un passo! – in ufficio pubblico italiano. Il bianco sporco dei muri, incrostati di scotch che attaccava chissà cosa chissà quando. Il marmo finto di certe nostre scuole, le veneziane grigiopolvere – che non sai se erano grigie anche prima che si accumulasse tutta quella polvere – dietro i vetri degli sportelli e la grafia da abecedario con cui sono scritte le intestazioni della nostra pubblica amministrazione.

In questo stanzone, in attesa, ci sono quasi solo donne di tutte le età, anche un paio di cinesi che staranno per sposarsi con qualcuno, immagino. Nelle bacheche gli annunci si stratificano, l’ultimo annuncia che Air Malta ha aperto un collegamento diretto Paris – Reggio Calabria. Un poster di Lucca, un po’ ingiallito, e il Ponte di Rialto nella zona degli impiegati, che parlano di quel che capita in Italia dicendo “A Roma …”. Mentre chiamano tutti tranne me, guardo un po’ in giro, l’onnipresenza dello scotch, l’italiano tortuoso degli annunci appesi, le scritte bilingui come in Valle d’Aosta / Vallée d’Aoste. In alto, sopra il distributore del caffè, un televisore (col tubo catodico!) trasmette Unomattina, e vedo Cucuzza dopo mesi.

Poi mi chiamano e – in questa bolla d’Italia sospesa in un arrondissement dove Sarkozy prende l’80 per cento – sbircio meglio dietro ai vetri. Le dotazioni sono quelle delle elementari degli anni 80, i mobiletti in metallo verdone, i timbri, le cartelline di cartone. Il gentilissimo impiegato, con un completo impeccabile, la cravatta un po’ grossa e le mani bianchissime, lisce e tremebonde, compila a stilografica i faldoni,  poi mi fa un paio di domande «per la statistica» e mi dà una ricevuta. «Poi manderemo le pratiche a Genova… via posta» aggiunge con la faccia di chi si scusa. Noto che su uno scaffale c’è ancora un Babbo Natale di porcellana, abbracciato a un albero di Natale. L’avranno lasciato là per un po’ e adesso si stanno dicendo “Beh, ormai…”. Come nel peggior cliché leghista, si sente gente che parla in romanesco insistendo “L’importante è che non chiami noi, eh?”.

Ringrazio il mio impiegato, di seconda generazione, metto a posto la ricevuta, mi rimetto il trench. Dunque, non son più residente in Italia, ho un certificato in mano che mi definisce «capofamiglia», mi sembra una cosa seria e inclino la testa come si deve fare nei momenti seri. Poi sento la sigla del Tg1 e mi rendo conto che allora è vero che Rai Uno è lo Stato e Mike un padre della patria e figuriamoci Pippo Baudo e vedremo poi Carlo Conti…

Esco di nuovo nell’aria perfetta di stamattina, mi vibra l’iPhone e c’è una mail. Il consolato mi annuncia che è spiacente di dover annullare l’appuntamento che avevo appena avuto.
