And I’m back, for another installment of: What a G. This week features Colonel Muammar al-Gaddafi, the “Brotherly Leader and Guide of the Revolution” of Libya, aka the guy with the longest set of titles (TITLES!) ever.

However, I have to disagree with Leo (our dear, dear friend), because Gaddafi is definitely a seven letter word for one thing: crazy, plus he really likes silly hats.

What brought this on, you might ask? Thanks for asking. It was the Gawker that reminded me of our friend Muammar’s lunacy, namely, that he named his son Hannibal. That’s right, Hannibal. As in, the Carthaginian general who tried to overthrow the Roman empire, or, if you’re so inclined, a serial killer who likes DBIH favorite Nell too much to eat her.

Would you let your child share a name with this guy? Idk. After the jump, more ways that Muammar Gaddafi is almost as cool as Silvio. Then again, the Gawker is telling me that Hannibal is a probable rapist, so really, nbd what his name is.

1. This one time, he tried to pitch a tent in Central Park. If I tried to do this, I’d be arrested, and not in that really cool I’m just trying to get on Page Six way, but in the you’re probably a child rapist way. Not good.

Why did he think he could get away with this? Well, it worked in Rome, thanks to our dear friend Silvio, who, it turns out, lets crazy African dictators do whatever the fuck they want in his non-country’s capital.

2. His bodyguards are called “Amazons.” Yes, they still have both boobs (thank god), but they are heavily armed and pretty freaking hot if you ask me (a non-lesbian). 3. Once the Arabs realized he was a lunatic (the kind of lunatic that names his child Hannibal), he decided to try to fuck with my people, the Africans. Somehow, he got a bunch of traditional chiefs to make him King of Kings. I can only imagine it was one of those situations like when Andrew Jackson’s troops would make the Native Americans sign papers they couldn’t read handing over all of their land forever.

4. According to Wikipedia, he likes to spell his name Muammar Al Gathafi, which is really just retarded if you ask me.

So yes, Silvio is still my love of loves (King of Kings, if you will), but Muammar has a special place in my heart. He likes tents, Roman history, and hats, so I’m really not complaining. He can teach me and my scantily-clad friends about the Koran any time if you ask me.

E’ il nostro male politico, ma il male più grande è nelle nostre anime, ammaliate da una culura del consumo e del potere, che hanno completamente annichilito l’idea stessa di individuo e di responsabilità individuale

1 Frasco de detergente YPÊ
* Pacotinhos de suco Gummy de UVA (como eu acho que não fabrica mais, pode ser o suco Fresh)
* Açúcar
* Água
1 Garrafa de PEDRA 90 (que o lema é “Só enfrenta quem aguenta!”)

Modo de preparo:
Pegue o frasco de detergente, esvazie (isso, não vai detergente na receita) e limpe bem, tome cuidado para tirar a tampa sem danifica-la.
Depois coloque meio saquinho de suco, e encha de 2 a 3 dedos de água.
Adicione 2 colheres rasas (sopa) de açúcar.
Tampe com a mão e mecha bem.
Depois com todo cuidado e carinho, adicione o restante do frasco de PEDRA 90.
Tampe com o “biquinho”, e mexa novamente.
(3 pulinhos com o pé direito, grite “DUVIDA PORQUE!? SUCO GUMMY É YPÊ!” – isso foi brincadeira)

La legge è uguali per tutti? Ormai abbiamo più di un dubbio a riguardo. Nelle aule giudiziarie è forse tempo di modificare la frase simbolo dell’uguaglianza dei cittadini di fronte alla legge. Dopo il disegno di legge Gasparri-Quagliariello è necessario integrare questa frase, sottolineando in questo paese ormai ci sono molte eccezioni…

Vogliamo evitare che questo nostro scritto alimenti polemiche sterili, vogliamo invece far sentire la voce di chi si è stufato di vedere lesi i diritti di uguaglianza dei cittadini.

Spacciata come una mossa per snellire ed accorciare i tempi della giustizia, in realtà questa norma porta a conseguenze drammatiche: sono a rischio prescrizione migliaia di processi civili e penali e, giusto per essere concreti, in materia di: abuso d’ufficio, corruzione semplice e in atti giudiziari, rivelazione di segreti d’ufficio, truffa semplice o aggravata, frodi comunitarie, frodi fiscali, falsi in bilancio, bancarotta preferenziale, intercettazioni illecite, reati informatici, ricettazione, vendita di prodotti con marchi contraffatti, traffico di rifiuti, vendita di prodotti in violazione del diritto d’autore, sfruttamento della prostituzione, violenza privata, falsificazione di documenti pubblici, calunnia e falsa testimonianza, lesioni personali, omicidio colposo per colpa medica, maltrattamenti in famiglia, incendio, aborto clandestino…

Il Ministro Alfano afferma che questo provvedimento avrà effetti indesiderati solo sull’1% dei procedimenti in corso… Ciò si traduce con una mancata risposta da parte dello Stato, alla domanda di giustizia di almeno 35.000 persone! Sempre che quell’1% abbia un effettivo riscontro con la realtà, cosa della quale dubitiamo dato che l’ANM parla di almeno 100.000 procedimenti a rischio!

Tanto per intenderci, questa legge rischia di mandare al macero, tra gli altri, il processo “Antonveneta” che vede coinvolto Gianpiero Fiorani e che ha rischiato di affossare le sorti della Banca Popolare di Lodi e insieme ad essa il futuro di migliaia di lavoratori, famiglie e risparmiatori lodigiani.

Non possiamo tacere poi, di fronte alla palese costruzione del provvedimento ad uso e consumo dei problemi giudiziari personali del primo ministro italiano.

Il paradosso nasce nel momento in cui, proprio in questi giorni, a Lodi una persona è stata condannata per direttissima a diciotto mesi di carcere per aver rubato un maglione dal valore di 22 Euro!

Crediamo, e non ci riteniamo extraterrestri per questo, che quando una legge pone uno o più cittadini al di sopra della legge, è bene affermare con forza che quella legge è incostituzionale.

L’ Art. 3 della Costituzione Italiana afferma infatti che “Tutti i cittadini hanno pari dignità sociale e sono eguali davanti alla legge, senza distinzione di sesso, di razza, di lingua, di religione, di opinioni politiche, di condizioni personali e sociali”.

È ora di smettere di usare a sproposito parole come democrazia, uguaglianza e  libertà, quando poi si fa uso strumentale e personalistico del potere esecutivo e legislativo: il bisogno di giustizia dei cittadini italiani non deve essere soddisfatto da scelte che in apparenza semplificano i processi giudiziari, ma che in realtà hanno conseguenze devastanti: siamo ben consapevoli che è necessaria una riforma della giustizia e il nostro compito come partito non è solo quello di sottolineare le mancanze, ma anche quello di proporre delle valide alternative; in data 20 Novembre infatti il PD ha presentato, durante una conferenza nazionale a Roma, una seria proposta di riforma promossa da Walter Veltroni e Lanfranco Tenaglia intitolata “Ricostruire la Giustizia”: possibili soluzioni all’obbligatorietà dell’azione penale e riforma del processo civile e penale, i due punti principali oggetto del documento, disponibile in rete.

Insomma, la giustizia è lenta, ma se c’è Berlusconi di mezzo deve correre come Usain Bolt per toglierlo dai guai! Nel frattempo il Parlamento è costretto a rallentare la discussione sui reali problemi della gente, fatti di esigenze concrete, che vengono soprattutto dal lavoro e dagli effetti della crisi. Si discute ora di come salvare Berlusconi, e poco importa se insieme alla cancellazione dei suoi processi se ne va anche la voglia di giustizia di tantissimi cittadini che, oltre ad essere stati frodati, ora si vedono anche beffati. Abbiamo cercato di porre alla vostra attenzione i fatti nella maniera più trasparente e concreta possibile. Riflettiamo seriamente su quanto sta avvenendo e smettiamola di tacere e di lasciare che tutto passi nell’indifferenza generale: è tempo di cambiare!

Sabato 21 Novembre, a partire dalle ore 9.00 si terrà in P.zza della Vittoria a Lodi un gazebo organizzato dai Giovani Democratici del Lodigiano, per sensibilizzare l’opinione pubblica e far comprendere ciò che si cela dietro la proposta di legge Gasparri-Quagliariello, chiamata anche legge sul “Processo breve”… Meglio dire sulla “Prescirzione breve”, dato che lascerà migliaia di cittadini senza giustizia e favorirà tanti farabutti… Guardacaso toglierò le castagne dal fuoco anche a Silvio Berlusconi.

L’invito a tutti è di partecipare a questo gazebo e ad estendere l’invito a quanto più gente possibile.

A dupla de humoristas Sílvio e Vesgo, do Pânico na TV, devem comandar um novo programa na RedeTV!, em 2010, segundo o site Na Telinha.

O programa é um game show, chamado “O último passageiro“, que pertence a produtora holandesa Endemol. No game três grupos de universitários se confrotam em um terminal rodoviário, onde eles enfrentarão obstáculos e desafios. A equipe vencedora ganha uma viagem de formatura.

A emissora que celebrou recentemente 10 anos pretende fazer grandes mudanças na sua grade e o game com os comediantes seria a principal atração, tanto que o game deve ser exibido aos domingos, às 18h, antes do Pânico.  A emissora deve  também estrear em 2010, seriados americanos, reality shows e vai transmitir o Campeonato Inglês.

Assumo que não gosto de games shows, mas no Brasil esse gênero de programa faz muito sucesso. Impossível não rir com a dupla Sílvio e Vesgo e se bem produzido o programa tem tudo para ser um grande sucesso.

This was a complete new author for me and as with all new authors I was pretty skeptic.

I did buy the book after having a look at the small summary at the back and that did look pretty interesting. The book did not let me down. It seems that I do have an uncanny ability to choose books that would be great to read.

This book is fast-paced and leaves no time for you to catch your breath in a way. The story keeps bouncing from the past to the present and due to the presence of common characters at both times, it did seem a bit confusing. However, after a while, the parts start feeling distinguishable enough and then you just can’t keep the book down.

The twist at the end is a good one and that is when the past merges into the present.

It’s a well written story and I look forward to reading more from this guy.

L’influenza A cè stata anche in quel paese, il vaccino meno o quasi per nulla. Nonostante ciò i morti di tale influenza sono minori degli anni dal 2001 al 2007. Le case farmaceutiche non ci hanno gudagnato molto. Grande bufala insomma? e Berlusconi questa volta mi sa che non centra niente.

IL PROGETTO: Secondo fonti più segrete, l’influenza A e il conseguente vacciono non sono che un progetto ben più complesso, negli ambiti dei pochi conoscitori della verità viene denominato “Progetto per il perfezionamento dell’uomo” o “Progetto 2012″. Al momento non ci sono notizie certe, si sa soltanto che il vaccino avrà un effetto mortale su chi ne ha fatto uso ma senza lasciare “indizi di colpevolezza evidenti” e portando alla morto le persone in un arco di tempo variabile dai 5 ai 40 anni.

LO SCOPO: Questo effetto si proporrà di annientare una parte della popolazione terreste ormai in eccesso, ridistribuire le ricchezze e quindi ridare linfa a una crisi che per quanto si dica ristagna da tempo. Importante è anche l’ambiente che potrà beneficiare di un momento di tregua sia per quanto riguarda il massivo sfruttamento delle risorse, boschive, ittiche, ecc.. Sia per il semplice ma drastico calo di inquinamento.

LA SOCIETÀ: Non solo, la parte più interessante del progetto può essere evinta nella tipologia delle persone che decederanno. Le persone colpite saranno sopratutto quelle più disinformate, quelle più plagiabili dai media, quelle che meno fanno affidamento sulla rete per una corretta ed imparziale informazione e che quindi causano gravi problemi socio democratici. In Italia si stima che moriranno da 15 ai 20 milioni di persone probabilmente filo berlusconiane, con (per mio rammarico) l’avvento della sinistra, ma è un male necessario.

I used to find it disturbing that a country’s Prime Minister is subjected to 2,500 court hearings on charges of bribery and corruption but’s never convicted. After reading Berlusconi’s latest clown statements I changed my mind. I realize there are some things in a leader money can’t buy that are worse than bribery, worse than corruption, worse than what he claims are false accusations of bribery and corruption. Delusions of grandeur is the vice I’m speaking of. Berlusconi just told us he is The Best Prime Minister in human history boasting, among his other well-known “priceless” vices, paying more than 200 million Euros over the years in consultant fees and…Judges(!!)

Need he slip more? I don’t think so. And the Oscar for best Honest Clown performance goes to…..Signore Berlusconi!!

Dear Clown Prime Minister of Italy,

As your private banker/secret conduit to impartial justice and unbiased judges, I must warn you. If Unlimited Currency bailed you out all those years, Unlimited Arrogance is the currency to bail you “in” this time. Are you sure you don’t want to go back conducting your transactions in Euro? It might be a very wise thing to do. Those fat-cat judges will be better fed in Euro than in your own hard-to-exchange clowrrency.

Dear Desperate PM-Clown of Italy,

Speaking on behalf of the same mankind you speak on behalf of in reference to yourself, please be happy to know that there’s Never(!) existed any other clown leader as honest as you. So honest about your own bribery practices that your people follow your lead wherever they go.

10 French troops died at the hands of the Taliban in Afghanistan in August 2008. They died needlessly because the Italians who were stationed there prior to the French troops taking over were bribing the insurgents not to cause trouble. When they switched control, they failed to inform the French troops. As a result, when the French moved into the Sarobi area near Kabul and the protection payments stopped, the Taliban struck, killed them and then mutilated them.

Who’s to blame the Italian troops for the actual act of bribery when the Prime Minister in charge of the country brags about giving 200 million Euros in bribes? Everyone in the clown movement knows no bribery is more innocent and justified than the one carried out by the Prime Minister. Why? Because he didn’t fail to inform the public before it was too late. Silvio came clean. The Italian army never admitted to the practice until Americans intercepted a call where the unsuspecting Italians talked about the bribes to the Taliban.

History will make note of Berlusconi’s coming honest about his dirty work, something his troops failed to do with disastrous consequences. Rest assured that so long as Berlusconi keeps his payments in Euros, history will “judge” him positively.

If bribery wasn’t so lethal as was the case in Afghanistan, it would have been tremendously entertaining to contemplate it. When I say entertaining, I mean entertaining as in spending an evening at the circus or something clowny to that effect. Since I seem to be seriously contemplating the whole thing, why don’t I check when Circo Medrano comes to town next? Their reputation is quite good I hear.

Until justice is served, I think I want to save my applause and cheers for when Italy’s real clowns come to my town. If it wasn’t for those 10 French troops dying in Afghanistan, these bribery affairs wouldn’t have been so disturbing.

Why does French naivete have to spoil all that circus fun??

And what the hell are we doing sending multinational troops in Afghanistan to kill when the Italians can do a much better job bribing everyone out?

Something tells me that if we let Afghanistan in Italian hands, we’ll soon see foreign leaders making state visits with full-scale parades and all that pomp. Not a bomb dropped, not a drop of blood spilled.

Who knows, if we all agree to put Berlusconi in charge of disbursing the payments, the Taliban could agree for a photo-opp with Osama bin Laden as part of the protocol. If you know how to bribe, nothing’s too impossible it seems.

So I seriously worry now, why do we need the Americans bombing and killing and missiling the bribe-hangry Taliban when the Italians can give the people what they really want, restore peace, security and economic development and do all that without a blink?

Sounds too preposterous to say but the antidote to the Taliban might very well be sending Medrano in Kabul.

Think about it next time the Circo visits your town. Seriously, think about it!
