Ooh I want one in every colour!

Firstly my previous post mentioned we have three Christmas card ranges to share, but we sold out of our third kit on Saturday at our Fremantle Paper Dayze, before I had a chance to even blog it.

We are looking into producing more Echo Park Christmas Card Kits (and if you ordered one, you will receive it) but it depends on stock from our wholesaler.

We also sold lots of our Christmas Cottage and Handmade Holiday card kits too (it was all about Christmas on Saturday!) We will not be able to produce more Christmas Cottage of Handmade Holiday card kits as we have exhausted our wholesaler of some items. So what is available in our online store is all that is left. So if you are wanting to order any of the Christmas card kits, be quick!

Tonight’s class starting at 7pm is Pink Paislee London Market. We have a few kits left so order yours online and let us know if you want to join the class.

Finally, we are hosting our monthly all day crop in Joondalup this Saturday 10th November. We start at 10.30am and go through until 9.30pm. Bookings can be made in our online store (or email us). How this year is flying by!

It is time to record all that happened in September, in our Year in Review program. Tonight’s class commences at 7pm at Number 8 The Terrace, Fremantle. It is never too late to join in our Year in Review program, or to buy a kit and document the most meaningful months from your year. Each kit contains all you need to create two double pages (cover page and calendar page) as well as a multi pocketed sleeve, front and back.

We sold out of a few of our kits on the weekend. New designs will be available from tomorrow, with our November kits on their way.

Our Sn@p! range is proving very popular with some very big orders coming through. We will be using this product line in our 2013 Year In Review program so we will endeavour to keep stock on hand, however at times I am sure there will be availability issues as it is so popular.

The response to our Flair Buttons has also been amazing and we only have a few packs left on the shelf. Our supplier is busily filling our next order and they should arrive in the next few weeks.

If you would like to begin the process of documenting the everyday, text or email and we can get you started. All months January to June are available in kits with full colour instructions to complete at your own pace.

Jodie has created these all-boy layouts using the Awesome range from Simple Stories  This range of papers is wonderful for creating boyish layouts, both young and old.

Grungy twine, eyelets, distressing and more come together to create four pages which incorporate both single photo layouts, and multi photo layouts perfect for the men in your life.

Our card kit this week is Note to Self cards which includes all you need to make six fabulous cards. Two cards are pop up style which are made using a template included in the kit. These cards are very versatile and can be used for older kids, men or women. Sewn elements are included and you will find you have a lot of stock left to create many more designs. At just $35 for this kit you would find it hard to match buying store bought cards for this price.

Three heritage pages designed by Rachel Lowe, this kit was released for the Perth Craft and Quilt Fair and it sold out quickly. While on display, we had many requests to re release it so that is what we are doing.

These layouts really are stunning with many layered hand-made embellishments, crackling, sewing and intricate die cuts. Using the Documented range of papers from Simple Stories you will find it very versatile for either heritage photos or recent black and whites.

Although we are not hosting any classes this week due to renovations, our shop is as always, open by appointment. If you find yourself short on the basics like tape, glue or bazzill, or want to treat yourself to a new range to play with during this wintry weather then give us a call, or email us and we can arrange a convenient time to meet at the store. We have merchant banking so we can take orders over the phone for collection or postage.

Tomorrow night is time for our monthly Year in Review class. It is time to document all that happened in March 2012.

At the end of this class, you will have completed four layouts. This includes a cover page, a calendar and a multi sleeve page (both sides). There is space for photos and journaling and provides a great memento about 2012. It is never too late to join us and each month is available as a kit. One of our customers has chosen the months which are significant to her family, documenting birthday months and special occasions.

Everyone who completes the whole twelve months of Year in Review will receive a free album at the conclusion to store their project in. They also receive the last month free. The subscription button is located on the right hand side of this blog and those who choose to pay individually can do so using the payment button on the left hand side.

In order to be completely organised, the following photo sizes are suggested for the March kit:

Cover page: One 3 1/2″portrait and three 3″x 2″portait photos

Multi pocket page 1: Five 3″x 2″ portrait photos and one 6″x 4″portrait photo

Multi pocket page 2: Five 3″x 2″landscape photos and two 3″x 2″ portrait photo and One 2 1/2″x 4″landscape photo

Remember that you can adapt the orientation and size of your photos to suit your layouts.
