So what is a budget and how to make sense of these charges and credits? Relax. It 'very simple once you get to a few simple rules.

First, what is a budget? It is easier to understand when you get a photo taken with a camera to think. It 'a frozen moment in time, where you can see all what were the balances. It is always assigned to a specific date. E 'a snapshot of a company or the financial position of a person in a given time.

So,What is the "balance" part mean? Simple. It has 2 sides and 2 sides (or top and bottom), always balanced. Are the same amounts of the things they. But what are these two things? Easy! These are two "views" of society. How did a coin has two faces, one company or another person, two ways to do it (on the left side or top) lists all the assets of the company or the individual belongs.

The other side (right or downHalf) shows that owns the assets of the company. Another way to say "who is the owner of" the faculty that has an interest in such activities? The balance will result in the idea that the common sense of any good to anyone owns or has an interest in the object.

Left side is the portion of debt is the right side of credit. They have, in other words, the objects on the left side, activities should be, balances, things are) on the right side (liabilities and equity funds listed.

Note: The rightThe page consists of two parts, the liabilities and equity. Or someone outside the company of a property right (ha, bank loans, suppliers) on the assets or the owner has the right to what is left-equity firms. It's like your house, the house itself, the property is, the mortgage is a liability, the difference between what is and what is due both to equity.

Thus, any increase in an asset becomes a liability, because the asset side is the part of the debt. Any increase in debt or capital must be aCredit card with its firm position on the right position. On the contrary, evidence of purchase, the credit to a debt or charge capital would be reduced. See how easy?

Almost every day I have a conversation with someone on simplifying our lives. For most people it is

Almost every day I have a conversation with someone on simplifying our lives. For most people it is very hard to understand that we do not want to continue in this “rat-race”. Of course, we still want a full life, but sometimes it is getting ridiculous. We have tried more and more of everything, only to find that life has not become easier, better or even what we hoped for. We are continuously running from one thing to another. More people, more fun, more money, on and on. We sometimes long for the day that it won’t be so busy. And who’s planning all that? Right, we are!

During these last months Tonia and I had several discussions on where our lives are going. Especially during her walk to Santiago. We came to the conclusion that we are making it too difficult for ourselves. Our lives are too complicated. There must be a simple way to change all that. Where is the Genius Shortcut here?

So, it all changes now! We are committed to simplify our lives. How do we simplify the details that make up our lives? And aren’t those details important? Not anymore…We are thinking in a different kind of abundance now. We are downsizing and reorganizing our lives towards a continuous process of joy, freedom and contribution. To give you one example: with the extra money we are saving on our (new) house, we can travel more, explore more cultures and enroll for extra trainings. We are spending the same amount, but in an optimized way. Another example: some of the extra money we make on our house will be donated to a charity. Third example? While our monthly running costs are downsized, we can easily take another time-out or sabbatical when we feel like it. We no longer need months of savings to cover for us, while we are somewhere else enjoying more.

You see, we are looking at things in a different way now. We are living simply and at the same time achieving more. Less is more!

So, what could you do to simplify your life? Have you thought about that? Now would be a good time

When a record is like a painting, a photograph of a certain date, then the profit and loss is like a

When a record is like a painting, a photograph of a certain date, then the profit and loss is like a movie. I remember the instructions to go in this order: Balance snapshot, then the profit and loss of film, then another snapshot of balance at the end of the film, and so on. It shows what was happening in the industry for a period of time, usually a month, quarter or year. Remember, the record of the left side (task list), the portion of debt, and the right side (liabilities &Equity) are loans. The profit and loss (aka the profit and loss or P & L only) job is a breakdown that shows how to change the justice in society as a result of doing business this time. It shows that neither the company made money, which increases the capital (a) a loan, or have lost money, equity (a debt) is declining.

With this knowledge you can find the charges and credits on the profit and loss account. If money for the company to increase participation, then knowing CreditsDebts must be crossed, is also the income of a loan because we need more income (and debt), increase of capital in the balance sheet, and therefore the costs are direct debits. If the company has lost money and the expenses exceeded income, ie the debts exceed the credits. Whatever the line of "low" and the profit and loss, the gain or loss, because flows to add or subtract, and its equity at the end-of-the-balance sheet period.

All these statements are designed to answer the question,"What is happening in my company?" so that the owners do not guess or make assumptions and gut feelings. Another that I see is a lot of what he says the account balance as a way to tell what's going on with the business. Is not good. To make the owner to maintain certain information, the better long term decisions. A good accounting collects this information efficiently and is able to give the owner of these reports easy, fast and effective. If you think it is easy to usean agreement on the amount of money in the bank account that you really need to come back and learn the basics of business accounting, but want to be deceived by false information!

The profit and loss account, answer to the question "What should we make or lose money?" For this reason, pooled income and expenses into categories or "the accounts. These accounts are the main categories like" cost of sales ", which groups the direct costs such as materials and labor costs. AnotherMain category of expenditure "in Selling, general and administrative or SG & A, which is sold separately for distribution costs could be included G & A, even if interpreted correctly and setup, which immediately shows the holder of which area of society is wrong and what went out of balance with regard to the other, or in connection with its past. It means efficiency, for example, the owner can quickly be found under "General and administrative expenses" (the head) is been scaled in time, will identify a particularconsider is that the authors, and to narrow the search for bills that hit the account. Fast, efficient, and do not guess! That is, what makes a good book for you.

I conclude with a debit and credit cards to exchange secret information. I hope it is obvious that every transaction is an equal amount of debits and credits. Finally, keep things in balance! The knowledge of a side door to find out what should be the other side. OK, here's the secret: most of the normal, everydayTransactions that are part of the company that manages the business with the outside world are, in other words, revenue, income or expenses related to the place at both the profit and loss account and balance sheet. Draw a sale: sales on credit (I / S) and debit accounts receivable (B / S). Enter a bill: If an expense (I / S), Credit Accounts Payable (B / S) liability.

Receiving of payments or the payment of invoices are operations that do not add to the income or expense, as these werealready recognized as such. You will receive a payment, if cash and credit card accounts receivable (both B / S Asset) accounts. Pay a bill: if the accounts payable (liab) and credit card cash back (both B / S) accounts. E 'note the difference between a transaction that is part of normal business with the outside world, both with regard explanations. Therefore, if the company borrows $ 100,000 from the bank, which obviously is not the turnover with customers, even if it is increased by a bar. In this case,Debit and credit cards into cash long-term loans (both B / S) accounts. Buying a device with $ 100,000 that has nothing to do with the operations of the client (normal cost), so that equipment of debt (assets) and credit cash (also good).

To summarize, just off the end customer processes are taken into account as part of the profit and loss account, with the other side of the transaction, with an impact on the financial statement. Therefore, an accounting is done properly for the owners. Cashincrease in the current account, then we must earn, money, is not it? Wrong! Where the increase came from? This is the problem! You only have a loan? They collected a lot of requests (for sale since last month), but had only a few months income in the course? Remember, the key issue to generate the money business? This is the question that the profit and loss account or the profit and loss will respond!

If you are heading out to Nevada then you must check out Lake Tahoe. That’s because the area is simply gorgeous and there is so much to do. Lake Tahoe is a freshwater lake located between Nevada and California. This lake is known worldwide for the beautiful crystal clear waters as well as the amazing views of the mountains that surround this lake on all sides. There are also a lot of ski resorts and different outdoor activities to enjoy and take part in. When you visit Lake Tahoe in Sierra, Nevada, or even on the California side you will have an experience of a lifetime.

One of the best things to do when you are in Lake Tahoe is to drive around the lake. There are so many things you will see and the view is simply marvelous all the way around. One of the exciting things you will encounter is the Stateline and South Lake Tahoe where there are a lot of casinos and plenty of tourists. You will have a lot of fun mingling and gambling, but you should know there are a lot of other things to do around Lake Tahoe that are a lot of fun.

There are some wonderful communities that are more laid back and quieter than Stateside, but they offer plenty of activities and joy for travelers. Some of these communities include Incline Village as well as Tahoe City. You might want to wander around the small towns, take a hike, or just set out and explore.

A great trail to take is the Eagle Lake trail. It is short, about two miles, and there are thousands of hikers that take this trek each year. It leads into Desolation Wilderness and the scenery is simply magnificent, which is why so many tourists head out on the two mile hike each year. If hiking isn’t your thing then take a paddleboat ride, engage in water activities, or anything else you find that looks like fun. When you are at Lake Tahoe you will have a most enjoyable time and will want to return time and again.

There is a website that has great information on USA Vacations and Unique Travel Spots Listed State By State and Season, the website is called: Seasonal Vacation Spots, and can be found at this url:
