Mr. Aijaz Abro Chairman Sindh Youth Development Council (SYDC) and Prof. Dr. Raza Bhatti Pro-Vice Chancellor Shikarpur Campus Signing MoU for working relationship at Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur.

The “Memorandum of Understanding” signed between Sindh Youth Development Council (SYDC) and Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur for Shikarpur Campus. Chairman SYDC Mr.  Aijaz Abro and Prof Dr. Ghulam Raza Bhatti Pro-Vice Chancellor Shikarpur campus singed on MoU. On this occasion, Mr. Aijaz Abro briefed about SYDC. He said that at this time approximately 30000 youngsters of Shikarpur are jobless due to they are not proper trained in any field. He said that SYDC will provide Computer Lab for Shikarpur and also provide different short courses for the youth of Shikarpur, Sukkur, Kashmore Kandhkot and some districts of Balochistan, so that the youth can easily get their jobs. He explained that the motto of SYDC is to reduce unemployment and illiteracy. Prof Dr. Nilofer Shaikh Vice Chancellor SALU, Khairpur appreciated the work of SYDC, and said that by this memorandom the youth of rural areas can become qualified and skilled. She said that in Shikarpur we have lots of problems of education the literacy rate of this district is very low, so that we established our campus at Shikarpur. Dr. Shaikh also said that our motto is higher education for all, because nations developed by education. Prof Dr. Ghulam Raza Bhatti said on this occasion, that Shikarpur campus is providing higher education to the youth of Shikarpur and other rural areas. He also described that the purpose to established a campus at Shikarpur to reduce illiteracy from this area. Prof Dr. Abdullah Phulpoto Pro-Vice Chancellor Main Campus, Prof Dr. Syed Ahmed Hussain Shah Dean faculty of Social Sciences and Arts and others were present on this occasion.
