Weighed down by sadness, Bec sat on the platform watching the trains go past. It was impossible to get up and catch her train. The dreeriness of the day the stretched before her welded her to the bench. She seriously considered jumping on the track but she didn’t have the energy. Looking at her watch she realised she was going to be late. Sighing she stood up and looked at the waiting train… decisively she turned around and walked back to her car. Once inside the tears started as the sadness became heavier.

I found a great six sentence flash fiction site that accepts submissions.  Check out Six Sentence.  I’ve read some of the post and some are really poetic.  A lot of it reads like PostSecret.  Makes you wonder what people are thinking.
