So, where do I start?  There is so much about this person that I can say but I don’t want to say it all at once… My fingers would fall off from typing all the inane and moronic things she has done and said.

First, I suppose I could tell you a little about me and who I am and what gives me the right to judge this ignorant waste of flesh.  I was her partner… I was her manager… I was her boyfriend and fuck toy… I was such an idiot for so long because I was blinded by my cock and its desire to fuck anything with a heartbeat.  I’ve grown up since then, but still… I was an idiot.

Yes, I’ll admit… I looked past all of her flaws because I was stuck on stupid.  When I first met this chick I was recently single and “on the rebound”.  In some ways I couldn’t help myself because my cock was so recently deprived of the privilege of sliding in and out of my last girlfriend and my mind was desperately reaching out for anyone that would show me that I was worth the effort.

Unfortunately… Out of all the women in the world I could have met and had fun with… I found Calliste.  I met her on a dating website called collarme.com for people who were into BDSM.  She listed herself as a submissive and at that time my crotch needed a girl who was willing to submit to my overwhelming sex drive so I sent her a message and we met shortly after her first response at the Chili’s near the place I was staying at.

We met, had dinner and some conversation.  I was so fucking horny that my brain didn’t catch a single one of the warning signs that were being thrown at me.  I looked past the fact that her smile included a giant gap in her two front teeth and that one of those teeth was chipped (from being slapped around by her father I suspect… more on that later).  I looked past the fact that she had what I can only refer to as fur on her face because “she was greek”… anyways… I looked past the fact that the conversation was missing some form of intelligent exchange, but I digress.

We went back to her place and fucked.  We fucked like wild animals and to my surprise… she never asked me to wear a condom… FUCK ME!!!  Another warning sign I ignored because my crotch had more control over me than my mind.  Lucky for both of us neither one of us caught anything from each other.

At the end of our first fuck fest she gave me a ride back to my friend’s home where I was still recovering from my last relationship.  He tried to caution me on the perils of dating too soon after a hard break up like the one I had endured but I ignored him and saw Calliste again, and again…

It wasn’t more than a few visits with Calliste when she popped out with a personal request.  She needed me to stay at her apartment to “guard” her stuff while she went to Greece to visit the “homeland”.  I thought about it for about half a second and said I would do it no problem.  I thought to myself “Why not, it will be better than taking up space in my friend’s house.  It’ll give me a chance to give them a break from me always being there.”

Next thing I know she is on a plane to Greece to visit some guy she met on the internet, stay at his house and fuck him and then return back to me.  This wasn’t really a problem for me at the time since I considered myself to be open-minded and a swinger of sorts.  The interesting part is not that she flew to Greece and stayed there for a couple weeks and fucked some guy she barely knew.  The interesting part is that she was spending the last bit of money from her insurance settlement that she received from a car accident she was in before I met her.

While she was gone we exchanged tons of text messages and emails… Gawd I wish I still had copies of those… I can only imagine the spelling mistakes and the poor use of grammar that I overlooked.  She lured me in and made me feel like we were a couple.  It wasn’t until we broke up recently and I took a good long hard look at our relationship that I realized what was happening.

She was running out of money from her insurance settlement, her career as a massage therapist was on hold because she couldn’t or wouldn’t get a license (she BARELY passed the course) and her career as a model had not really taken off yet (ahh another post my friends just wait), and she refused to get a full-time job to cover our expenses.  At that time I had a full-time job and was supporting myself and paying for everything myself.  I was such a moron and my cock was in charge so I fell for it.

She invited me to come live with her and I agreed because I was still a pussy craved moron at the time.  She used me to get her bills paid and keep food on the table.  Sure, she had the occasional photo shoot because she was working with a few small time local producers but the truth is that most of the money spent on rent, food and bills was coming from my wallet.

It wasn’t very long before I realized what was happening in the financial district of our relationship.  I knew that she was basically using me to get the bills paid because she didn’t want to have to work.  I realized that she had gone into modeling because she wanted the easy way out and standing there pretending like you are pretty is damned easy work.  ~any models out there that wish to disagree should spend 8-10 hours a day building a house, hefting lumber and swinging a hammer… then you will know what real work is and you will realize that  you actually have it really fucking easy.

Anyways, since she was “a model” and was willing to do adult orientated work, I figured that she would be a success at working on webcam making money while men chat with her.  I introduced her to Niteflirt.com since someone I knew had made a living off of it before.  The income potential was amazing… all she had to do was chat with boys, show off her body and rake in the dough… I couldn’t have been more wrong.

This one hurts. I didn’t think I would be nominating him yet, another 20 years maybe, but today I have to give my man grief. I’m not mad at Tiger for cheating on his wife. He’s not married to me so I don’t give a damn if he is or not. That’s between him and Mrs. Woods. I don’t care if he lied to the cops about the events that took place leading up to his accident. I don’t care about his squeaky clean image being tarnished. I don’t care if he ever makes a public statement about his “alleged” affairs. None of that shit matters.

What I’m annoyed about is the caliber of women he is cheating with. That’s the real crime. C’mon, you’re Tiger Fucking Woods. You couldn’t do better than a skank? And yes, any chick that appears on any reality show is a bonafied skank on some level. They’re overly made up, spend way too much time in the tanning salons, most likely has fake boobs, has no idea what a shirt with sleeves is, probably parades around in stripper heels, and they think that taking drunk pics is sexy. Tiger, what in all that is holy wrong with you?

I guess I can’t get too mad at Tiger, I’m not a man so I don’t really understand the appeal of these women and as one of my exes once told me, “Men like to take the road easiest traveled.” And that would be my definition of a skank. Easy. I would love to see a celebrity just once cheat with a lawyer, a doctor, a very attractive soccer mom, a CEO, a Chanel or Victoria ecret model. No they are almost always of the skank, stripper, hooker, party girl or barfly variety. Adriana Lima, yes. Jaime Grubbs, no.

 Getting on my high horse:

I’m always shocked at people who are shocked that someone is capable of cheating on their spouses or doing anything that they are not “supposed” to be doing. What kind of world are you living in? Tiger Woods is a human being. I think he is a great talented person who has done more charity work that I can even think about doing in my lifetime, but he is not above doing some dirt. No one is. As I see it he didn’t hurt any kids or elderly, he didn’t steal, maim or murder anyone, and so what he “allegedly” did is not bad and shouldn’t concern anyone except his wife.

But if Elin did scratch his face up before he ran into that tree…I gotta co-sign with ole girl, but only if she did it because she saw a picture of the woman he “allegedly” cheated on her with and that set her off. You don’t stand for a man cheating on you with someone way less attractive. Get yours Elin!! And Tiger, get a prepaid as your backup skank phone dumb ass.

Ok soo I’ve actually lost track of how many funky house skanks there are now.

I don’t really like celebrity news but Adam Lambert is like, the number 1 search, and I figured since I want my blog to get some more views, I’d talk about his very controversial performance at the American Music Awards. First of all, Lambert can actually sing, regardless of his sexuality.

So the video was  pretty bad, the most offensive thing being how bad his voice sounded. This is a guy who got his career through live singing and he sounded absolutely terrible. I’ll post the real music video, he sounds a lot better but it’s pretty clear there’s some voice enhancement going on.

Apparently, Lambert didn’t plan to do a lot of the crap he did, like the blow job shit or the makeout scene. But let’s be realistic. Weird, over the top works. Look at all of the press Lady Gaga gets for her “outrageous” outfits, which she nicks from Roisin Murphy by the way (visit electro^plankton). The song is about how he  lives for our entertainment–he’s not going to do some standstill performance  in a tuxedo. He’s going to do something raunchy, something that entertains us. He told us in the song he wasn’t a soft little teddy bear and that he was going to turn up the heat.

Seriously, what’s the big deal with his oversexed performance? We don’t have a problem when Beyonce or Shakira sluts it up on stage, in fact we’re more surprised when they do something tame. It’s just another example of a double standard that hurts both genders. Women who dress and act provocatively become popular for it while Lambert’s getting criticized.

No, Adam Lambert is a pop star. He’s more like Christina Aguilera than Chris Dawtry. We don’t have that many strictly pop solo male artists and I think people will just have to deal with a male whorin’ it up in his performance.

And let’s be absolutely candid. Celebrities need press. There’s definitely some fame-seeking element of the performance and of most of the performances of the night. Celebrities know what they need to do to get fame and this performance is a sure sign that they’ve caught on to what makes headlines and what doesn’t.

Rakky, Jujuba e Rafa

Bossa nova, MPB, pop rock, funk, axé, reggae, manguebeat, samba. O Brasil, inegavelmente, sabe como fazer música. Mas existe uma cidade em Minas Gerais que pode ser considerada a capital do heavy metal brasileiro.

Apesar de apresentar o pop rock com excelência do Pato Fu, Jota Quest e Skank, nasceram da capital Belo Horizonte bandas como Sepultura, Holocausto e Tuatha de Danann.

O Sepultura foi criado em 1983 pelos irmãos Igor e Max Cavalera, juntamente com seus amigos Paulo Jr. e Jairo Guedez. A banda lançou dois álbuns e, em 1986, Andreas Kisser substituiu o guitarrista Jairo. Foi com essa formação que os garotos de Belo Horizonte começaram a difundir o heavy metal brasileiro para o mundo. Atualmente, sem Igor e Max, porém, com Jean Dolabella na bateria e Derrick Green nos vocais, o Sepultura já lançou 13 álbuns e é considerada a banda brasileira de maior repercussão no mundo.

Os destaques ficam por conta dos cds lançados em 1991 e 1996, o Arise e o Roots, respectivamente. O primeiro deles foi qual abriu as portas de Minas Gerais para o planeta Terra. Já o outro mistura elementos do rock com a fusão da percussão e elementos tribais.

A Holocausto foi criada na mesma época que o Sepultura pelo baterista Rodrigo, o baxista Rodrigo e o vocalista/guitarrista Valério. Muitos acreditam que, por tocar death metal – uma variação ainda mais pesada do rock – e compor letras sobre o tema, a Holocausto é uma banda a favor do nazismo. Os próprios integrantes afirmam que isso é blasfêmia, uma vez que suas músicas apenas retratam a verdade.

Começando a fugir um pouco do heavy metal cru, o Tuatha de Danann mistura elementos do folk com influências celtas em suas músicas. Após três álbuns gravados, os integrantes (Bruno Maia, Rodrigo Berne, Giovani Gomes, Rodrigo Abreu, Edgar Britto e Roger Vaz) são considerados os pioneiros desse estilo de música em terras tupiniquins.

A Cartoon e o The Hell’s Kitchen Project se diferem das demais. A primeira toca um rock progressivo, com misturas do blues, jazz, folk e até música indiana. Formada em 1995, a banda do baixista/vocalista Khadhu, do guitarrista/vocalista Khykho, do baterista Bhydhu e do tecladista/vocalista Raphael já lançou três álbuns.

O THKP foi formado em 2006 e, eles mesmos, afirmam que tiveram o objetivo de criar a banda para romper paradigmas. Influenciados por Muse, The Mars Volta, Daft Punk, Kings of Leon e Yeah Yeah Yeahs, os mineiros Jon BaZko (vocal), Malk (baixo) e Buddha (bateria) fazem um rock experimental de primeira qualidade.

A música aqui disponibilizada é intitulada Threat Detected. Essa e outras podem ser baixadas gratuitamente do last.fm da banda.

No inicio desse mes foi gravado o aniversario do programa da Globo Altas Horas apresentado pelo Serginho Groisman, o programa cumpriu 10 anos no ar e esse ano a festa foi no popular piscinão de Ramos no Rio de Janeiro. Meu filho que todo sabado assiste o programa foi até o Rio de janeiro para poder estar na gravação do programa que contou com varias personalidades da musical nacional.

Diz meu filho que ainda com a chuva e com o mal tempo as pessoas nao paravam de chegar e segundo os dados oficiais foram mais de 80 mil pessoas ao evento que sera apresentado amanha no horario do programa normal.

Terça-feira, dia 24 de novembro, acompanhei meu pai em mais um evento bancário no Citibank Music Hall, em Moema. Dessa vez o evento tinha a participação do Skank.

Nunca fui fã da banda, porém ela me trás algumas lembranças. Por exemplo, a música Jack Tequila, recordo que na adolescência odiava a música. Certa vez fui com as amigas no Hortência, aqui em Osasco, aliás, até hoje não sei por que ia nesse lugar… Devia ser porque minhas amigas insistiam para eu ir, afinal meu pai, sempre bonzinho, ia nos buscar no final da matinê às 22h. Lembro que minhas amigas usavam calças justérrimas da Fitwell, algum topzinho e sapatos de acrílico e ficavam rebolando aos hits da época. Eu, que na adolescência era ainda mais inflexível, só gostava de punk, qualquer coisa diferente, não prestava. Usava minha camiseta GG da banda punk Rancid, calça big, camisa grunge xadrez preta e vermelha que comprei em alguma loja masculina e meu tênis azul. Ficava o tempo todo fazendo cara de mal e odiando estar ali…

O Skank tem uma porção de hits-romanticos, conhecia praticamente todas as músicas e lembrei muito da Cecilia quando eles tocaram a “Saidera”. Era a música que ela adorava cantar no videokê comigo lá no camping. Certa vez até ganhamos um campeonato de videokê com essa música, lembra? Era a maior galera nos vocais.

Enfim, o show foi gostoso, diria nostálgico, tranqüilo… Ao final, meu pai e eu até arriscamos alguns passinhos na pista de dança.

Pois é. A diretoria Skankarada tem o orgulho de apresentar os dois mais novos diretores do nosso Fã-Clube: Juliana Moreno e Rafael Levi.

Juliana Moreno

Jujuba 100% Skank e Henrique Portugal

A típica fã que gosta de Skank desde novinha, a Juliana (ou Jujuba 100% Skank, assinatura que a garota usa como sua marca) tinha desde sempre o Calango e o Samba Poconé da época dos lançamentos. Mas a paixão Skankarada da garota começou mesmo quando a escola de teclado onde ela fazia aula sorteou ingressos para um show do Skank e, pela primeira vez em um sorteio, a nossa heroína Juliana ganhou nada mais nada menos que 6 ingressos para o espetáculo. A data? 9/12/2003. O momento? Lançamento do Cosmotron. A Jujuba? Na frente do Henrique Portugal, seu lugar de tradição. A garota ficou tão impressionada com a técnica e com a rapidez do tecladista que passou a acompanhar todos os shows possíveis, sempre na frente do cara que a inspirava. Desse dia em diante, tudo o que se referia a Skank tinha a Juliana no meio. Comunidades, site, fóruns, shows, todos os CDs na coleção, todos os DVDs e o livro também e toda uma paixão que só cresceu mais e mais e mais.

Até que no final de 2008 ela se juntou a nós, Fã-Clube Skankarados e começou a acompanhar os shows e os compromissos da banda com a galera mais Skankaradamente maluca desse país. Hoje, a galera do Skank representa uma amizade fiel para a Jujuba. Se ela está triste, é com Skank que ela melhora. Se está feliz, ouve Skank e extravasa. E como diretora do Fã-Clube Skankarados com certeza ela será mais alguém que você vai encontrar em todos os shows e com quem vai pular, cantar e se divertir, ao som da melhor banda do Brasil.

Rafael Levi

Rafal Skank e Haroldo Ferreti

Rafael Levi começou a gostar de Skank em 2004, quando ganhou o primeiro CD da banda, o álbum independente, de aniversário (que presentão hein?). A primeira música de que gostou foi “Gentil Loucura” e daí pra frente foi só festa. O primeiro show da banda que o Rafa Skank (codinome do amigo Skankarado) foi aconteceu no dia da estréia do Fã-Clube Skankarados! Isso mesmo, dia 08 de novembro de 2008, o Rafa já estava lá, quase que predestinado a participar dessa diretoria doida e incondicionalmente fã. Desde sempre, o menino presta mais atenção no Haroldo Ferreti. É que o nosso Rafa é baterista a quatro anos e, assim como a Jujuba, observou em um instrumentista Skank um cara que lhe traria inspiração e que usa muito bem a sua técnica.

Mas não é só a paixão por um instrumento e a dedicação Skankarada que o Rafa e a Jujuba têm em comum. Eles estão sempre nos shows com a gente, estão sempre por perto, acompanham a banda de pertinho e com um amor incondicional digno de um Skankarado. E é por isso que eles foram indicados e aceitaram o convite para liderar, junto à Ísis, à Rakky e ao LG a diretoria mais Skankarada desse país: Sejam benvidos!

VOCÊ NÃO ESTÁ ENTENDENDO NADA? O que é que está acontecendo aqui? Cadê o Thi e a Rê?

Não gente, a gente não brigou! Aliás, muito pelo contrário, nós amamos aqueles dois! O Thiago Mello e a Renata Del Nero foram, são e serão para sempre membros da primeira leva da Diretoria Skankarada. Mas ambos, um lá nos mundos de Taubaté e a outra lá em Botucatu, cidades distantes da muvuca Skankarada e que deixam nossos amigos cheios de tarefas extras, precisaram de um tempo para organizar suas vidas. E como a diretoria Skankarada é de todos nós, cederam suas vagas a duas pessoas que eles também sabem, poderão dedicar mais tempo a esse sonho construído e forte que é de todos nós.

A diretoria Skankarada é assim. Sempre que houver espaço e necessidade, um novo membro entrará para a diretoria. Quando for necessário também, um de nós poderá sair da diretoria e ser substituído. A coisa é que o Fã-Clube é de todos nós e todos nós somos donos e proprietários desse espaço. A diretoria só existe para organizar tudo e deixar as coisas da melhor forma para que todos nós, fãs do Skank, tenhamos em mãos tudo o que precisamos para manter esse amor ainda mais incondicional.

Okay I know the world is hung up on Miley fever and I’m no exception to this rule. Sometimes in life, it’s necessary to sing “Party in the USA” at the top of your lungs but honey, lets get something straight.

i recently came across the website and facebook page of someone calling herself “xxxlicious”… i presume she means to suggest that she is somehow of the ‘delicious’ or ‘delectable’ ilk?… ah, how cutesy… a budding young ‘artist/designer’ who claims in her website to hv won a plethora of prizes but mysteriously enough none of those prizes were named… well, i say ‘young’ but really i hv no idea exactly HOW young / old, as she won’t tell… it’s all so hush hush…(i hv always viewed with suspicion women – or men – who are coy about their real ages… there must be something very pathetic and lacking deep down inside, beneath the patent veneer of confidence)…

but, back to miss “xxxlicious”… she recently held a solo exhibition in downtown soho… and my favourite among the many photos (posted all over facebook), showing this delightful creature prancing around like a baboon on heat in various stages of drugged drunkenness, is a close shot of her bent over in a tawdry pornographic pose, showing off a rather huge bottom wrapped in a pair of cheap bright red tights, head turned back, flashing a wide skanky grin… and… glaringly clear beneath the tarty material of her bright red tights were the white tag (from the cheap tights) and an ugly unglamorous pantyline for all to gawk at… (yes and she is in all appearances very proud of this photograph mind!)

but she is not to blame… a hotch potch of tragic comedies all mixed into one huge rancid cauldron of sex, lies, and cheap games… and voila! she is led to think that she is good enough to eat?… mais oui!… hence the extension of her name ‘xxxlicious‘… well, beauty must be in the eye of the beholder… for this delectable young (or wanna be young) creature is (has been already? i hv been outa touch, thank goodness for that!) highly favoured by a rather respected and truly talented middle aged musician… valued enough to be his prized dog let loose for over a year in his own neighbourhood barking her head off, chatting up the neighbours, inviting people to his place for tea anyway (with his longsuffering wife and child living just two apartment blocks away, very very reckless i daresay)… and here we hv it in his own words: “i don’t care what she is or who she is, she’s a DAMN GOOD FUCK!” …

O Show da Virada deste ano da Rede Globo teve seu primeiro dia de gravações ontem, dia 17.11.2009, em São Paulo, recebendo grandes nomes como Claudia Leitte, Daniel, Vitor & Leo, Alcione, Zeca Pagodinho, entre outros:

Mais de 250 profissionais trabalharam para garantir o espetáculo que marca a passagem de 2009 e 2010, tudo isso sob a batuta de Aloysio Legey. “O ‘Show da Virada’ é uma celebração nossa para o público. O elenco é maravilhoso e tenho certeza que o telespectador vai gostar do resultado”, comentou.

Com a casa de shows lotada, a primeira noite começou com o rock do CPM 22. O clima seguiu com os Detonautas, Skank e NX Zero. Depois o público se animou com o funk carioca de Naldo e a irreverência de Rick Vallen. A dupla César Menotti & Fabiano entrou em seguida com o som sertanejo. A baiana Claudia Leitte prestou uma homenagem ao Michael Jackson com a música “Thriller”. Ela subiu duas vezes ao palco, se apresentando também com o seu sucesso “Máscaras”. A noite seguiu com Bruno & Marrone, Leonardo, Latino e Perlla, Calcinha Preta, KLB, Belo, Zeca Pagodinho, João Bosco & Vinicius, Alcione e Daniel. O encerramento da noite ficou por conta da dupla Vitor & Leo. O ‘Show da Virada’, será exibido na quinta-feira, dia 31 de dezembro, após ‘Viver a Vida’.

While I was sitting on my ass watching TV and piddling around on the computer, I found something out that brought me great joy and excitement! I know, I obviously have an extremely busy life, seeing as I blog just about every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Be jealous of all the excitement in my life! I can feel the envy and see you turning green So yes, as I was sitting in the noticeable indention my ass has sculpted into my couch ( I tried to sit in a different spot the other day, but it really just want not as comfortable, pretty bad) and I saw it! An announcement that the new season of the Bad Girls Club will be starting on December 1st on Oxygen at 10:00!!!! I have never been a super big reality TV fan, I like Cake Boss, Say Yes to the Dress, stuff like that. I have never really been a fan of Real World, Road Rules, Survivor, or anything else like that, but I love Bad Girls Club! I am not sure what it is about this show, but I really get excited for it!

Basically, it is a bunch of bitchy, overly opinionated, over-bearing and over-the-top less than classy girls, each one of these thinking that she is God’s gift to the world. These girls are placed in a bomb-ass mansion in LA and forced to live with other girls just like them, and one or two girls that are their polar opposite. The other girls are “Bad Girls” in their own minds, but usually these are the ones that the other girls gang up on and dislike. These “bad girls” seem to be bad because they are insecure, they aren’t the ones with attitude problems, they are the ones that have jobs that some may deem less than tasteful (trying to word this so that I am PC is difficult! I do not do PC very well) and generally seem to have some very deep-rooted insecurities. So you put some very bitchy, strong, secure girls in a house with fickle, insecure girls and give them what seems to be unlimited access to clubs, booze, and uncomfortable situations and this is a recipe for drama and disaster! I do not thrive off of drama, and do my best to avoid it at all costs, I will go into seclusion turn off my phone~ basically, do whatever I can to avoid it. But I guess since this drama has nothing to do with me, and there is no way I can be involved, then I am safe from in and it is okay to watch. So, I suggest that you tune in on December 1st at 10:00pm to Oxygen and enjoy the spectacle that I am sure will result. And if this wasn’t enough to convince you, I am not the most convincing of writers, check out the website.

I’ve had too much of the first one.  I was never really into the second one.  The third one, well, I would say I do miss it, especially the people I drank with.

I was watching Charlie’s Angels the other day with my sister and for some reason it was really fun to watch. I literally laughed at every scene and yes I find it odd that I enjoyed it that much.  Maybe it’s because I miss that time when it was all about halter tops and bell bottoms.

 I love my skinny jeans.  They make me feel good “inside” despite the fact that they won’t let me bend my knees properly and occasionally pinch my unwaxed leg hair while squishing my jewels.  Now it’s all about the tightness and needless to say I look forward to being liberated.  Or do I?  I once told my friends that if I could wear heels in public I would wear the ones that looked the best and hurt the most.

Estacionamento por R$10,00, empurrões, truculência, xingamentos e a violação do corpo pela segurança. Além disso, bebida cara e terra… Muita terra. Mais uma vez o Marafolia demonstra a qualidade de seus eventos e o preparo de sua magnífica equipe. Perguntados, parte da organização mal soube responder quando e onde a coletiva teria acontecido.

Bem, mesmo sem conseguir a entrevista e dinheiro para um copo d’água, Samuel Rosa (Quentin Tarantino), Henrique Portugal, Lelo Zaneti e Haroldo Ferreti salvaram a noite dos que lotaram o espaço de pífia organização do evento “Spirit”, em São Luís.

Mesclando sucessos dos primeiros álbuns, ainda no início dos anos 90,  com singles do último CD, Estandarte, a banda mineira  fez a Lagoa ser tomada por uma nuvem gigantesca de poeira e algumas lagrimas.

Levando a multidão a loucura com “É proibido Fumar”, “Vou deixar” e “É Uma Partida de Futebol”, Skank também alcançou os corações partidos, nesse sabado, tocando “Ainda gosto Dela”, “Amores Imperfeitos” e “Respostas”. Garotinhas, garotonas e marmanjos aos prantos ou simplesmente com os olhos marejados, foram visões mais que comuns.

Skank QUEM?

O Skank concorre na terceira edição do Prêmio Quem, promovido pela revista “QUEM  Acontece”, na categoria “Melhor Banda”. De longe é a grande favorita a levar o troféu, mas a lista também conta com a participação de outros ótimos grupos, como: Móveis Coloniais de Acaju, Vanguart, Sepultura, Casuarina, Roupa Nova, Cidadão Instigado e Black Drawing Chalks. Apesar da extrema qualidade musical e da grande aceitação da população brasileira, não será tão fácil assim, levar mais esse.

A banda, beirando a maior idade, já lançou 10 álbuns, vendeu 5,5 milhões de discos, possui mais de trinta singles e produziu 3 DVDs. Em 2004, ganharam um Grammy Latino na categoria “Melhor Álbum Brasileiro de Rock”, com Cosmotron e acumulam 9 prêmios do MVB, promovido pela MTV Brasil.

A um certo ponto do show, Samuel dispara: “Eu nunca vi público tão bonito com esse de São Luís… Eu não sei para vocês, mas daqui de cima tá lindo ver a galera levantando essa nuvem… São 4 ou 5 anos que não apareciamos por aqui e espero que  a gente nunca mais passe tanto tempo longe um do outro”. Depois disso, como deuses imersos em pó, a banda foi ovacionada por vários minutos e a platéia, fazendo o papel de coral, não perdia o tom de uma só nota tocada durante a apresentação.

Impecáveis, as divindades de 14/11/09, fizeram o que pode ser tido como uma das melhores apresentações de São Luís nos últimos anos. Por outro lado, vale ressaltar a desorganização do Marafolia. A entrada desorganizada causou o acumulo de muita gente do lado de fora que, impacientes, iniciaram alguns empurrões; competindo com os seguranças, posicionados em lugar oposto, que empurravam de volta. No mais, o maior problema foi a poeira que inundou os pulmões e encardiu a secreção nasal de todos.

Uma semana se passou desde o primeiro mal-estar de Tom Zé, meu pequeno Yorkshire de 10 anos. Essa última semana foi longa demais. Cheia de estresses, tensão, muito cansaço, uma certa dose de desespero e muitas incertezas.

Confesso que me perdi nos últimos dias. Chegou uma hora em que a razão se perdeu e me tornei mais emoção do que o normal e usual. Houve noites em que não dormi. Tinha medo de parar de rezar e algo acontecer com o meu bichinho. Afinal, nos momentos de desespero, nada melhor do que exercitar a fé, não é mesmo?!

Rezei para São Francisco, descobri São Sebastião e busquei apoio em todos os lados. Por sorte, Deus é realmente muito grande, fui muito amparada. Enquanto o clima estava pesado aqui em casa, muitas pessoas queridas e especiais apareceram para dar uma palavra amiga, um consolo, um pouco de fé e esperança.

Ficamos até emocionados com as demonstrações de carinho. Foram diversos telefonemas, e-mails, recados via Twitter, scraps do Orkut, mensagens fofas via comentário do blog, vibrações positivas e as mais diversas manifestações. Descobrimos que o Tom Zé é realmente muito amado por todos os que nos rodeiam – nosso cachorrinho conquistou a todos – e isso foi muito importante nesse período de recuperação dele.

Aproveito este espaço virtual, tão querido e amado para mim, para agradecer toda a força e carinho que recebi nos últimos dias. De verdade! Cada palavra fez a grande diferença e me ajudou a enfrentar esta complicada fase… Muito obrigada MESMO, por tudo! Quem esteve ao meu lado – de uma fase ou outra – foi essencial

Desde quarta-feira, ele está em casa. Teve alta em caráter de observação – achamos que deixá-lo mais tempo na clínica veterinária apenas tornaria seu quadro de saúde mais delicado e frágil. Obviamente, ele não está 100% ainda, mas está perto disso. Tem dado trabalho para comer e começa a ficar chatinho – do jeito que o conhecemos normalmente. De alguma forma, isso é bom!

Confesso que ainda estou meio receosa com o estado dele – minha mãe fala que pareço uma galinha cercando meu filhote (só para explicar, o bebê Tom é meu filho, sabe?! #loucura), mas tento atendê-lo no que posso fazer. Com isso, minha vida virou um caos maior do que antes. Abandonei praticamente tudo e, agora, aos pouco, preciso retomar a minha rotina.

Tenho que estudar, tenho que ler, tenho que enviar textos para o grupo de e-mail de uma disciplina que faço, tenho que fazer meu capítulo para a qualificação do mestrado, tenho que voltar a ser amiga, tenho que descobrir NOVAMENTE meu lado mulher e, principalmente, tenho que encontrar a minha paz.

Ufa! É muita coisa…

Mas não tem problema! Tom Zé, aos pouco, retoma sua vida e eu também… Afinal, meu bebê estando bem, estarei bem também!
